Abstract

This research aims to analyze the content of the Bil Hikmah da'wah delivered via Ustaz Das'ad Latif's Instagram social media on his Instagram account, namely @dasadlatif1212. Researchers focus on the interpretation of Surah An-Nahl verse 125 which is linked to the findings of each uploaded content. The research method used is content analysis. Researchers used this method to identify the categorization and themes used by @dasadlatif1212. Data was collected through observation of uploads spanning the period January-December 2023. Researchers found that various themes and categorizations helped convey interesting preaching. The subject's reaction in answering questions that sometimes become debatable is different from conditions that often occur. This is due to accuracy in choosing categorization and themes determined from uploads uploaded on Instagram.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal reconstruction related to the restriction of land ownership of the Right to Use (HGU) by plantation companies from the perspective of social justice. The concentration of land ownership by large corporations often results in injustice for local communities and small farmers. The study aims to identify key issues in current HGU regulation and propose legal measures that can support a more equitable distribution of land as well as the recognition of the rights of indigenous and local peoples. The research method used is a normative study with a legislative approach and public policy analysis. The data used includes laws and regulations, academic literature, and reports from various related institutions. The results of the study show that it is necessary to limit the maximum area of HGU that can be owned by plantation companies, accelerate the agrarian reform program, and increase transparency and public participation in the process of granting HGU. In addition, stricter supervision and effective law enforcement are also very important to prevent abuse of business use rights. This study concludes that legal reconstruction that prioritizes the principle of social justice can reduce the land ownership gap and improve community welfare. The recommendations submitted are expected to be the basis for policymakers in formulating fairer and more sustainable regulations in the agrarian sector.Keywords: Land; Ulayat; Use; Effort.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap praktik akad utang piutang uang dengan pelunasan barang yang terjadi di Desa Lampasio Kecamatan Lampasio Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)  praktik akad utang piutang uang dengan pelunasan barang di Desa Lampasio Kecamatan Lampasio Kabupaten Tolitoli. (2) tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap praktik akad utang piutang uang dengan pelunasan barang di Desa Lampasio Kecamatan Lampasio Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dari wawancara dan observasi masyarakat serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan praktik utang piutang dengan pelunasan barang di Desa Lampasio dalam tinjauan hukum Islam. Kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik akad utang piutang uang dengan pelunasan barang di Desa Lampasio dilakukan secara lisan berdasarkan rasa saling percaya, dengan bentuk pelunasan berupa hasil panen, hewan ternak, dan barang elektronik. Dalam tinjauan hukum Islam, praktik ini diperbolehkan selama memenuhi rukun akad (pemberi dan penerima utang, objek pinjaman, serta ijab qabul) dan syarat akad (kerelaan kedua pihak, kejelasan nilai barang, kewajiban pelunasan, serta bebas dari riba dan gharar).

Abstract

This quantitative research aims to analyze the influence of Government Expenditure in the Education Sector, Health Sector, and Minimum Wage (UM) on Poverty in five districts with the highest poverty rates in South Sulawesi Province (Pangkep, Jeneponto, Luwu, North Luwu, and Enrekang), utilizing annual panel data spanning the 2015 to 2024 period. Through a series of model tests, the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimated using the Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) approach was determined as the best method. The estimation results show that simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect poverty, with the model's explanatory power (Adjusted R-Squared) reaching 77.4%. However, the partial results (t-test) reveal that only the Minimum Wage variable has a negative and significant influence in reducing poverty (Prob. 0.0079). Conversely, although Government Expenditure in the Education Sector has a positive coefficient (Prob. 0.9123) and the Health Sector has a negative coefficient (Prob. 0.4973), both are not statistically significant in influencing poverty reduction. This study concludes that policy intervention through setting adequate wages is the most effective tool in poverty alleviation efforts in the research area, while the effectiveness of public spending in the education and health sectors requires further review to ensure its long-term impact.

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires teachers to adapt and integrate technology into the learning process. Coordination between the community service team and partners revealed that teachers still face difficulties in optimizing Google Form features, particularly in creating interactive questions. This community service activity aims to enhance teachers’ competence in utilizing Google Form as a digital assessment tool to support learning efficiency and effectiveness. The implementation methods include coordination and collaboration with partners, interactive training sessions, and direct mentoring for participants. The success of the activity was evaluated using a satisfaction questionnaire with a Likert scale to assess the implementation, material relevance, instructor competence, and the overall impact of the training. The results of the community service activity show that teachers successfully created interactive questions by optimizing Google Form features. Partner satisfaction with the training was very high, exceeding 93% across four aspects: activity implementation, material relevance, instructor competence, and training impact. During the training, teachers gained digital assessment skills and knowledge about educational transformation. As a follow-up, a communication group was established to ensure the sustainability of digital competency development.
