Abstract

Every company aims to achieve the greatest possible profit by considering the value of the benefits of its business activities. Profitability, which reflects the company's ability to generate revenue and profit, is one of the main aspects in evaluating the company's performance. Management, as the company's operational implementer, is responsible for the continuity of the operation. Management not only focuses on profit but also on how their business activities provide value to various stakeholders, as this can have a positive impact on the company's reputation and long-term sustainability. The results of the study show that the revenue aspect shows positive results. This revenue growth is influenced by successful market expansion, product diversification that attracts more consumers, and digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The company's financial performance based on the cost aspect shows efficient management. Despite an increase in total operating costs, the cost-to-income ratio shows a stable trend, indicating that the company has succeeded in controlling costs without sacrificing efficiency and based on the profitability aspect shows a significant increase in gross profit and net profit. This increase in profitability reflects efficiency in managing operating costs and effective taxation strategies.

Abstract

Business competition is entering an era of increasingly tight competition among similar companies. This forces business actors to compete to find more effective marketing strategies. The strategies used are no longer limited to general strategies, but must be able to think creatively and innovatively, take advantage of business opportunities as much as possible and get out of the comfort zone in order to make innovations that competitors have never thought of. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price perception, and lifestyle on the decision to purchase iPhone products made by students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were UNISKA students majoring in Management, class of 2019, Banjarmasin with a total of 90 respondents. This test was carried out using the help of SPSS Statistic Software Version 26. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis methods , instrument tests,Classical Assumption tests , multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests.

Abstract

The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of MSMEs who use digital marketing, even though MSMEs are believed to be able to spur the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for MSMEs to develop into centers of economic power. Digital marketing promotional media is expected to be an effective choice for MSMEs in developing their business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media that require a lot of money and are much more complicated are no longer the main concern for MSMEs because of digital marketing.

Abstract

Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses is a service company engaged in the distribution of mining products, especially coal and heavy mining equipment transportation services which has been operating for more than ten years in Banjarmasin. This research aims to analyze work motivation strategies in an effort to improve work performance. Apart from that, another aim is to provide insight into the factors that influence employee work motivation and provide recommendations for increasing employee work motivation and improving their work performance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, with the respondents in this study being employees of PT. Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses was selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that there are several work motivation factors that influence employee work performance, such as incentives, recognition, social support, work environment, and career development. Incentives provided by companies in the form of salaries and bonuses are the main factors in motivating employees. Apart from that, recognition and appreciation from management, social support from colleagues and the work environment, as well as clear career development are also factors that are no less important in motivating employees to improve their work performance at PT. Kalimantan Independent Success.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to examine the role of business law on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving the economy in Banjarmasin City. The background of this community service is based on the importance of the role of business law in providing protection and support for MSMEs, which are the backbone of the local economy. The results of the study show that the effective application of business law can improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSME businesses, as well as encourage economic growth in Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of the financial reporting system described above refers to conventional BTN financial reports as a whole because the financial reports at BTN Syariah KCS Banjarmasin still return to their parent bank where all BTN Syariah throughout Indonesia are business units of BTN Conventional. The research method in this study was carried out qualitatively with a descriptive approach. This research data uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Meanwhile, research techniques use data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the processing of earnings management at BTN Syariah KCS Banjarmasin is quite efficient due to good working capital turnover as a means of generating profits. Judging from the net profit margin, it is quite efficient with an average percentage of 78.02%. The rate of return on assets is also efficient, although it continues to decline with a percentage of 1.41% and the rate of return on capital is considered effective with an average percentage of 13.15%. The author provides input to the bank so that the management of the financial reporting system at BTN KCS Banjarmasin is managed by the bank at each branch office or unit so that each financial report and profit management at the bank is more specific. Islamic banking academics should always participate in the development of sharia banking by providing input to financial institutions and also providing understanding to the public so they can differentiate between the bank interest system and the profit sharing system in banking. And also provide knowledge so that people do not get involved in the practice of interest which can actually lead to usury.

Abstract

This research on work motivation towards employee performance of PT. Adaro Indonesia Tabalong Regency aims to simultaneously determine and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency, to determine and partially analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency and to determine and analyze the variables of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation that have a dominant influence on increasing employee work productivity. The research will be conducted with a quantitative approach, namely all information is presented in the form of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, the appearance of the results and its analysis based on statistical analysis. The population used in this study was taken from the overall data of employees working at PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency with a total of 76 people. While the samples used were all 64 people using multiple regression data analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the calculated F value is 25.422 with a significance level of 0.000 <5%. Because the significant probability is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) Intrinsic motivation (X1) obtained a test statistic of t = 2.667 with a significance of 0.010. The coefficient of the t test result at a significance level of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05 (>5%). For the calculated t produced is 2.667, while for the t table it is 1.99962. Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (2.667 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that intrinsic motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (3) Extrinsic motivation (X2) shows a significance level of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 (<5%). Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (3.358 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (4) The extrinsic motivation variable (X2) is more dominant in terms of work productivity (Y) of employees of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari, Tabalong Regency, with a Standardized Coefficients value of 0.414, including a strong correlation value.

Abstract

Science continues to advance over time. This development has led to the birth of various new technologies that mark the progress of the times. Currently, technology has entered the digital era, where almost all areas of life are beginning to utilize these advances to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. In Indonesia, digital transformation has also penetrated various sectors, including education. This change presents a significant opportunity for the world of education to expand access, improve the quality of learning, and encourage innovation in teaching methods. As an entity closely linked to human culture and civilization, education has undergone significant changes in the era of globalization. The use of digital technologies, such as online learning, learning management systems (LMS), and interactive media, has become an integral part of the educational process. This not only facilitates the delivery of material but also opens up more flexible and inclusive learning opportunities for various levels of society. However, behind these opportunities, challenges also arise, such as disparities in technology access, low digital literacy in some communities, and the need to adapt curricula and teaching methods to be relevant to current developments. Therefore, the success of educational transformation in the digital era depends not only on the availability of technology but also on the readiness of human resources, including educators and students, to optimize its use. Therefore, the development of digital science and technology has become a driving force for global educational change. Education is required to adapt quickly and accurately to produce a generation that is not only academically intelligent.
