Abstract

The main objective in this study is to examine and analyze how the influence ofhuman resource development consisting of, recruitment , training, career development,compensation, promotion of position on company performance.This research was conducted with a qualitative method and using the SWOT analysisas a data analysis tool. The object of this research is PT. Pribumi Citra Megah Utama, whichruns its businesses such as hotels, shopping centers, housing, financing and mining in SouthKalimantan. Data that has been tested for its credibility with the triangulation technique ofdata sources, is then analyzed descriptively using the help of a data analysis modeldeveloped by Miles and Huberman. Miles and Huberman made a model of data analysisconsisting of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.Based on the results of research it can be found that the human resource managementstrategy plan to increase the productivity of employees of PT. Pribumi Citra Megah Utamais a business partner model strategy because this strategy has several advantages, namely theexistence of several strengths in the company that can be used to take advantage of severalopportunities and face several threats to the company. The methods carried out by PT.Pribumi Citra Megah Utama is to Reinforce and tighten company regulations which includeworking hours, employee responsibilities, work completion, accuracy of work completion.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of service quality on community satisfaction in Disdukcapil Office of Murung Raya Regency either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is the research that takes samples from the population and use the questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the services provided by employees Disdukcapil Murung Raya District to the public influence significantly to the satisfaction. This means that if the level of service perceived by the higher society, then lead to higher also the level of satisfaction felt by the communityKeywords: service quality, public satisfaction, Disdukcapil office, Murung Raya RegencyAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di kantor Disdukcapil Kabupaten Murung Raya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yaitu suatu model penelitian yang mengharuskan akan adanya perhitungan angka-angka, sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan survei yaitu penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai Disdukcapil Kabupaten Murung Raya kepada masyarakat berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap kepuasan. Artinya jika tingkat pelayanan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat makin tinggi, maka mengakibatkan makin tinggi juga tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakatKata kunci : kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan masyarakat, Disdukcapil, Kabupaten Murung Raya

Abstract

Abstract: The main objective in this study is to study and analyze (1) How much influence the job satisfaction factor includes Compensation, Job Characteristics and work morale on Employee Job Satisfaction (2) How much Compensation has an influence on employee job satisfaction (3) How much Characteristics Employment Work Against Employee Job Satisfaction (4) How much morale influences work satisfaction. The targets in this study include (1) Increasing employee work productivity through employee job satisfaction (2) Making guidelines for company leaders to be able to improve employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and used analytical methods with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. Keywords: compensation, job characteristic, work morale, job satisfaction Abstrak: Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh faktor kepuasan kerja yang meliputi Kompensasi, Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan semangat kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (2) Seberapa besar Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan kerja karyawan(3) Seberapa besar Karakteristik Pekerjaan Berpengeruh Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (4) Seberapa besar semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari faktorfaktor kepuasan (tangibles, reliability, resvonsibility, assurance, dan emphaty) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan travel ijejela banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik regresi linear berganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan (X) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) Travel Ijejela Banjarmasin baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah variabel Tangibles (bukti fisik).

Abstract

One of the businesses that is affected by changes in times and technology is purun crafts . Based on observations, it shows that the biggest problem with the existence of this business is the inability to access the market in a sustainable manner. On the other hand, there is a limited amount of raw materials taken directly from nature in swamp areas that have been converted into housing, and a limited number of craftsmen. Other problems are related to the availability of skilled labor, product durability and the involvement of creativity in producing the product.

Abstract

In this increasingly difficult economic situation, there is a lot of competition in various fields, including competition in the business world. Many companies are competing to gain market share, so this spurs companies to strive to continue to progress in improving their business management. In addition, companies are starting to change their view from one that is product or service oriented, to a customer oriented view. One strategy that can be used by companies is to build customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is needed to ensure the company's future. Maintaining customer loyalty is absolutely necessary for a company to survive and be able to compete with other companies.

Abstract

In determining sales targets, each Dealer determines sales targets only based on previous sales, without any fixed calculation method. The aim of this research is to find a calculation method that is considered closest, so that it can be used to determine sales targets for the next period. The sample studied was sales of automatic motorbikes in October, November and December for the 2022 period, using actual company sales data as a reference as a comparison. The research results show that the Least Square Method can be implemented as a fixed calculation to determine sales targets for Honda brand motorbikes, with an average MAPE value of 5.3% or an accuracy value of 94.7%.

Abstract

Floods are disasters that often occur in Indonesia. Disasters caused by hydrometeorological factors always increase every year. Even though sometimes it doesn't cause many casualties, this disaster still damages infrastructure and significantly disrupts the economic stability of the community. The characteristics of floods are very diverse, floods can be caused by high rainfall without adequate soil absorption or can occur in the form of flash irrigation failures. South Kalimantan is a city known as the "City of a Thousand Rivers", which of course cannot be separated from flooding situations every rainy season. One of them is quite common in urban areas, especially the city of Banjarbaru. The dense population and the presence of rivers sometimes cause flooding, especially if the intensity of rainfall lasts long enough. Likewise, what often happens in the Kemuning Banjarbaru sub-district, floods that often come suddenly have become a normal activity for local residents. Without hesitation, there were even (9) RTs that were affected by the flash flood. Even though they are used to facing floods, especially when the rainy season arrives, residents are still advised to always be alert.
