Abstract

ABSTRAKGrid-tie inverter (GTI) merupakan komponen penting sebagai antar muka antara sistem terintegrasi PLN dan PV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat performansi GTI pada sistem beban yang bervariasi. Variasi beban menggunakan beban RLC dalam tiga skenario masing-masing beban 450 Watt, 300 Watt dan 270 Watt. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada rentang waktu satu bulan dengan temperatur dan lama penyinaran rata-rata masing-masing sebesar 27,560C dan 5,14 jam. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan terjadi perbedaan efisiensi GTI pada setiap nilai beban. Efisiensi maksimum terjadi pada beban 300 Watt. Hal ini mengindikasikan selain pengariuh eksternal pada PV yang mempengaruhi tegangan keluaran, faktor beban juga mempengaruhi efisiensi GTI. Efisiensi GTI yang rendah mengimplikasikan bahwa keterpakaian daya dari catu daya utama masih lebih dominan.Kata kunci: efisiensi, grid tie inverter, variasi beban, PV terintegrasi sistem ABSTRACTGrid-tie inverter (GTI) is an essential component as an interface between PLN and PV integrated systems. This study aims to see the performance of GTI on various load systems. The load variation uses RLC load in three scenarios, each of 450 Watt, 300 Watt, and 270 Watt, divided into five branch points on the PV on-grid module trainer. Data were collected at one month with an average temperature and duration of irradiation of 27.560C and 5.14 hours, respectively. The measurement results show that there is a difference in GTI efficiency at each load value. Maximum efficiency occurs at a 300 Watt load. The value indicates the external influence on the PV that affects the output voltage; the load factor also affects the efficiency of the GTI. The low GTI efficiency implies that the power consumption of the main power supply is still more dominant.Keywords: efficiency, grid tie inverter, load variation, PV-on grid

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab stunting adalah kurangnya kualitas air yang aman untuk dikonsumsi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada pelatihan instalasi penjernihan air menggunakan sistem Reverse Osmosis (RO) sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi prevalensi stunting di desa Simoro, kabupaten Sigi. Teknologi RO mampu menyaring kontaminan berbahaya dari air, sehingga menghasilkan air bersih yang aman untuk diminum. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses air bersih, memberikan pemahaman teknis mengenai instalasi dan pemeliharaan sistem RO, serta mendorong masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan teknologi ini sebagai peluang usaha. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta mampu menyediakan air minum yang berkualitas, yang pada gilirannya akan berkontribusi dalam mengurangi risiko penyakit dan stunting, serta meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi melalui usaha air minum bersih

Abstract

Weather is one of the important elements that greatly determines human activities, especially those related to economic factors. Therefore, understanding weather conditions using weather parameters as a reference is important for human life, so a method is needed to classify weather according to its category so that the information produced can be used for various needs. Determining weather conditions in an area will not run well without a reliable method that can analyze existing weather parameters. Therefore, in this study, the weather condition classification process was carried out using the multilayer perceptron algorithm, a type of neural network (NN) algorithm. All data analyzed were weather parameter data collected by mini weather stations placed on land. The weather parameters used were temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, dew point, wind chill, daily rainfall, solar radiation, and UV index. This study was conducted in Palu city, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The classification process carried out by the multilayer perceptron algorithm was carried out on the Altair AI Studio application and produced an accuracy value of 93.87%, recall of 92.33%, and precision of 91.29%.

Abstract

The study aims to design and develop a more efficient measurement monitoring system based on influential parameters for the performance of hybrid PV and TEG modules using IoT with the Thingspeak application. The parameters measured include the PV top and bottom surface temperatures and output current and voltage, the surface temperatures of the TEG's hot and cold sides, their respective current and voltage outputs, air humidity, and solar intensity. This IoT-based monitoring system experimental method utilizes two types of PV, polycrystalline and monocrystalline, each rated at 50 Wp, in a hybrid configuration with 5 TEG modules attached to the back of the solar panel. The monitoring design results indicate that sensor measurements were accurate and data readings were reliable. The temperature difference between the two sides of the TEG was measured up to 21.7°C, and the hybrid efficiency of the monocrystalline PV with TEG showed better results compared to the polycrystalline setup, achieving optimum efficiency above 6%, with the PV surface temperature maintained at an average of 50°C. Additionally, IoT monitoring revealed the effect of air humidity on TEG performance: lower air humidity resulted in a larger ?T, peaking at 21.7°C with humidity at 39.1%. Therefore, this study recommends using IoT technology for observational data collection on system performance, particularly for PV and TEG, with sensor component modifications tailored to the characteristics of the targeted sensor object.

Abstract

Desa Ambesia Selatan Kecamatan Tomini Kabupaten Parigi Moutong Sulawesi Tengah memiliki sektor perikanan yang bergantung kepada hasil tangkapan nelayan khusus hasil tangkapan ikan teri dengan alat tangkap bagan. Ikan teri merupakan hasil tangkapan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat nelayan, baik dalam bentuk basah maupun dikeringkan. Pengeringan ikan teri secara konvensional sering terkendala oleh cuaca yang tidak menentu yang berdampak pada kualitas dan harga jual. Penerapan teknologi Solar Dryer Dome (SDD) diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi atau nilai tambah hasil tangkapan nelayan di daerah tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan pengeringan ikan teri menggunakan Solar Dryer Dome (SDD) yaitu ikan teri basah 150 kg lalu dimasukan untuk dikeringkan dalam ruang SDD dengan waktu proses pengeringan kurang lebih 6-7 jam, dan menghasilkan ikan teri kering 45 kg dengan penyusutan sekitar 70%. Hasil proses pengeringan ikan teri 45 kg menggunakan Solar Dryer Dome (SDD) dapat menghasilkan nilai tambah Rp. 15.500/kg. Rasio nilai tambah diperoleh dengan output sebesar 64,58%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap Rp.100 diperoleh nilai tambah ikan teri kering sebesar 64,58. Usaha pengolahan ikan teri kering menjadi salah satu bentuk usaha yang tekuni masyarakat Desa Ambesia Selatan Kabupaten Parigi Moutong Sulawesi Tengah karena dapat memberikan sumber pendapatan yang menjanjikan

Abstract

Robotic-based sorting systems offer an innovative solution to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the logistics industry. This research aims to design and implement a robotic system capable of automatically sorting goods by integrating barcode scanning technology and line tracer navigation. The system is built using an Arduino Mega 2560 as the main controller and is equipped with Stepper motors, DC motors, mecanum wheels, a GM65 barcode scanner, and various supporting actuators.Experimental results show that the GM65 sensor can optimally read barcodes at distances ranging from 15 to 55 cm. The servo motor demonstrates an accuracy rate of over 98%, while the Stepper motor performs optimally at a minimum voltage of 9.0 V. Additionally, line sensor calibration yields a threshold range between 528 and 573, ensuring accurate line detection. The system also exhibits stable movement with consistent speed and minimal travel time variation, indicating efficient operational performance.By integrating these technologies, the developed robotic sorter system significantly improves productivity, accuracy, and reliability in automated goods sorting processes. The implementation of this system is expected to support automation in the logistics sector and provide a practical solution to distribution management challenges in the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to optimize the potential of solar energy that releases light and thermal energy simultaneously by using a combination of PV and TEG technology. PV only absorbs photon light, where solar thermal is transmitted to the TEG module under the panel surface which is useful for maintaining temperature and increasing PV output power. The TEG module configuration was chosen to be circular with the diameter of the circle adjusting to the area of the solar PV panel. There are two PV panels used during the test, one panel is left without TEG and the other panel is installed with 12 TEG modules and on the cold side of the module is added a heat sink and circulating water fluid cooling to maintain the temperature of the cold side of the module. The test results show that the integration of PV-TEG increases the system output power by about 45% compared to PV alone. The PV surface temperature is more stable and tends to be even with the attachment of TEG and cooling with water, while without the hybrid, the PV temperature appears to be sinusoidal with a peak temperature of about 70°C compared to the hybrid only around 40 and 50°C. PV temperatures below 60°C are important to maintain PV performance for a long period

Abstract

The Sumadra - Pameungpeuk region has an uneven geographical location because it is traversed by mountains and beaches and has a high level of ISO Keraunic which causes many lightning strikes to occur in this region. The disturbance caused by lightning strikes is very worrying because it can disrupt the stability of electric power in West Java, Integrated Service Unit (ISU) Cirebon region in particular and can harm consumers as users of electricity. To minimize the disruption caused by lightning strikes in this study using the parallel mounting inductance method using NA2XSY cable. This study aims if there is a lightning strike on the GSW wire it can be immediately properly grounded. NA2XSY cable was chosen as direct grounding because the inductance value on the cable is smaller than the inductance value on the tower so that when NA2XSY cable is paralleled with the body tower it produces a low parallel inductance value so that it is expected to minimize the occurrence of back flashover due to the induction voltage resulting in the flash isolator. The results showed the lowest tower resistance value in the Sumadra-Pameungpeuk region of 0.21 ohms is located at tower number 77 and the highest resistance is 4.3 ohms at tower numbers 49 feet A and D, this meets PLN's standard of <5 ohms. Parallel inductance installation succeeded in reducing the disturbances caused by lightning, namely, in January-July 2018 the disruption occurred 4 times and in January - July 2019 became 2 times the disturbance.

Abstract

perubahan iklim dan pertumbuhan populasi, percepatan urbanisasi global, menjadi tantangan dalam perumusan kebijakan energi dan menciptakan lingkungan perkotaan yang berkelanjutan. Sumber energi terbarukan, termasuk sumber fotovoltaik surya (PV), merupakan solusi yang menjanjikan untuk memenuhi permintaan energi bangunan yang terus meningkat [2] dan untuk memitigasi emisi terkait energi di lingkungan perkotaan. Teknologi panel PV dibedakan tidak hanya dari kemampuannya menghasilkan energi secara efisien tetapi juga dari potensinya untuk menjadi komponen aktual dalam konstruksi, misalnya, bertindak sebagai bagian eksterior dari komponen bangunan, seperti fasad dan atap. Pertimbangan menentukan penggunaan panel PV pada bangunan adalah total luas atap yang tersedia pada bangunan, arah dan orientasi bangunan radiasi matahari tersedia di atap bangunan harus diperkirakan, aspek teknis dan ekonomi, yaitu total energi listrik yang dapat digunakan produksi PV surya atap terintegrasi dan biaya investasi terkait. GIS memberikan kemudahan dalam hal penyajian data secara spasial yang dimanfaatkan untuk memberi gambaran informasi suatu lokasi dengan referensi geografis berbasis data. Analisis pemetaan potensi instansi untuk pengembangan pv rooftop didasarkan pada hasil pemetaan sebaran instansi perkantoran Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang memuat informasi luas tutupan atap bangunan instansi dan hasil identifikasi orientasi dan nilai irradiance yang diperoleh melalui platform Global Solar Atlas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pemetaan potensi pengembangan potensi pv rooftop pada bangunan instansi perkantoran Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah di wilayah Kota Palu menunjukkan instansi yang memiliki potensi tertinggi berada pada R.S. Undata dan terendah pada instansi Dinas Polisi Pamong Praja.

Abstract

Teknologi perikanan bagan apung yang kami maksud dalam tulisan ini adalah seperangkat alat/bahan, teknik/cara yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penangkapan ikan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan nelayan bagan di desa Salubomba bahwa teknik atau cara pengoperasian alat bagan apung dimulai dari menyiapkan dan menyalahkan semua lampu bagan, pengamatan waktu kedatangan ikan mendekati area bagan, dan memperhatikan tingkah laku ikan dalam kondisi liar dan tenang. Pada saat ikan tenang, maka mulai dimatikan lampu secara bertahap dan akhirnya fakus pada satu cahaya lampu saja. Ketika ikan sudah tenang pada satu cahaya, waring mulai diturunkan melingkari area ikan yang berkumpul. Selanjutnya dilakukanlah hauling atau pengangkatan waring sekaligus pengambilan hasil tangkapan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa teknologi bagan apung yang digunakan oleh nelayan di desa Salubomba masih umum belum ada sentuhan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil tangkapan (produksi). Deskripsi alat tangkap meliputi ukuran bagan apung 12 x 12 meter dengan bahan bagann perahu/bagan rakit, kayu, waring, genset, lampu litrik dan jangkar. Hasil tangkapan bagan apung ialah jenis ikan pelagis kecil seperti ikan teri, ikan layang, ikan selar, ikan tembang, ikan kembung dan cumi-cumi. Karakteristik wilayah pesisir pantai Desa Salubomba memiliki pasir halus berlumpur, terdapat ekosistem pesisir seperti mangrove, padang lamun dan terumbu karang. Ekosistem ini yang menjadikan wilayah itu subur sebagai daerah penangkapan ikan di bagi nelayan.
