Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the distribution of macrobenthos in Laikang Village, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi, and understand the environmental factors influencing it. The research was conducted through field surveys at three different observation stations, namely Station 1, Station 2, and Station 3, by counting the number of macrobenthos individuals at each station. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis for the composition and abundance of macrobenthos, as well as environmental analysis for factors affecting macrobenthos distribution, such as substrate type, water depth and temperature, water quality, nutrient availability, and species interactions. The results showed that Station 1 had the highest number of macrobenthos (123 individuals), followed by Station 2 (102 individuals) and Station 3 (77 individuals). Significant environmental factors influencing macrobenthos distribution included substrate type, water depth and temperature, water quality, nutrient availability, and interactions such as competition, predation, and symbiosis with other species. These findings indicate that macrobenthos play an important role as indicators of aquatic ecosystem health and provide insights into the composition and distribution of macrobenthos in the study area. This research has significant implications for understanding ecosystem balance. Active community participation in the conservation of macrobenthos and environmental management is expected to maintain ecosystem sustainability and improve the welfare of coastal communities.

Abstract

Strengthening the economic potential of rural areas is one of the government's village empowerment programs. However, it is known that there are still problems related to the low competitiveness of rural areas, both in terms of human resources and the ability to produce commodities with added value. The Sokkolia Village Government, young people, and community leaders play a crucial role in boosting the resilience of rural communities. The tripartite cooperation model of Bumdes, Industry, and Campus is expected to address these two problems. The Campus can help in conducting research on potential and formulating innovative designs, while Industry can assist in terms of technology and market access. This training aims to help equip the Sokkolia Village community with entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy to optimize the potential of the village and local economic growth. Empowering the community through entrepreneurship and digital literacy is expected to create an ecosystem that supports local economic growth and contributes positively to sustainable development at the village level. The training that has been conducted shows high levels of participation and motivation among partners. Based on the results of the training, partners' understanding of entrepreneurship and digital literacy has increased. This is expected to make Sokkolia Village partners adaptable and able to utilize digital technology to improve their overall well-being. Abstrak Penguatan potensi ekonomi desa merupakan salah satu program pemerintah program pemberdayaan desa. Namun saat ini diketahui bahwa masih ada masalah terkait rendahnya daya saing desa baik dari sisi sumber daya manusia maupun kemampuan untuk menghasilkan komoditas dengan nilai tambah. Lembaga pemerintah Desa Sokkolia, para pemuda dan tokoh masyarakat sangat berperan penting untuk membangkitkan ketangguhan masyarakat desa. Model kerjasama tripartit Bumdes, Industri, dan Kampus diharapkan dapat mengatasi dua masalah tersebut. Kampus mampu membantu pengkajian potensi dan merumuskan disain inovasi, sedang Industri mampu membantu secara teknologi dan akses pasar. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu membekali Masyarakat Desa Sokkolia terkait literasi kewirausahaan dan literasi digital dalam mengoptimalkan potensi desa serta pertumbuhan ekonomi desa. Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kewirausahaan dan literasi digital diharapkan mampu menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat desa. Pelatihan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan Tingkat partisipasi dan motivasi mitra yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang telah dilakukan pemahaman mitra terkait kewirausahaan dan literasi digital meningkat. Hasil ini diharapkan mampu menjadikan Mitra Masyarakat Desa Sokkolia yang adaptif dan mampu memanfaatkan potensi teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berbentuk pemanfaatan sayuran menjadi bakso yang bernilai gizi tinggi dan sebagai alyernatif peluang usaha bagi ibu rumah tangga. Peserta paa kegiatan pelatihan ini ini berjumlah 20 orang yang berasal dari kader PKK Desa Sokkolia, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabuaten Gowa. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memperkenalkan pemanfaatan sayuran menjadi bakso yang bernilai gizi tinggi, meningkatkan keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam mendukung program pola hidup sehat, merangsang kreativitas masyarakat untuk menghasilkan sesuatu yang bermanfaat, dan sebagai alternatif peluang usaha bagi ibu rumah tangga. Lokasi pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Sokkolia, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabuaten Gowa, melalui praktek demonstratif langsung yang melibatkan unsur-unsur pemangku kepentingan yakni Ibu PKK Desa Sokkolia, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabuaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Training of Trainner (TOT) dengan cara pemberian materi melalui ceramah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung oleh masing-masing peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan untuk kegiatan Ibu PKK Desa Sokkolia, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabuaten Gowa yang diikuti dengan antusias sampai acara selesai dan termotivasi untuk membuat dan memproduksi sendiri.

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang berlangsung di Desa Mallongi-Longi, Kecamatan Lanrisang, Kabupaten Pinrang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini mencakup beberapa hal yang ingin dicapai, yaitu: a) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota mitra terkait wirausaha dalam kelompok mereka. b) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan anggota mitra dalam mengolah hasil panen jagung dan pisang menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. c) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota mitra dalam memanfaatkan pemasaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan membantu mitra dalam mengelola hasil tani, khususnya pisang, dengan mengatasi masalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, diskusi, dan penyuluhan. Selama satu bulan, kegiatan mencakup pembuatan pupuk, evaluasi, serta pengemasan dan pemasaran produk. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam wirausaha, pengelolaan hasil panen menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi, serta penggunaan metode pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif..

Abstract

Rumah merupakan tempat tinggal yang menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia selain pakaian dan makanan. PT TIGA MAHA REWA hadir sebagai salah satu developer perumahan yang turut andil berkontribusi memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin memiliki rumah dengan harga terjangkau dengan keunggulan keunggulan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan tentang bauran pemasaran dan informasi produk yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di PT TIGA MAHA REWA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel user atau penghuni PT TIGA MAHA REWA sebanyak 73 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis meliputi uji normalitas, dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah, informasi produk tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah, dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan bauran pemasran dan informasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di PT TIGA MAHA REWA.

Abstract

The problem of national food security is something that needs to be addressed sustainably by society and the government, especially in rural areas. To support food availability for the community, land is needed that can be used for food development. One alternative is to use the yard of the house. Home gardens not only function as areas that provide beauty and coolness, but also as productive land that supports national food security by empowering local potential, both in rural and urban areas. Apart from that, the use of the yard also contributes to improving the family's economy. This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

Abstract

This research aims to analyze online sales collaboration with traditional market traders in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, and its impact on economic welfare. Along with the development of information technology, many traditional traders have difficulty competing with the modern market. Therefore, collaboration between traditional market traders and online sales platforms is considered an effective solution to increase competitiveness and income. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with a number of traditional market traders and online sales platform owners. The research results show that this collaboration not only increases market access for traders, but also helps them understand broader consumer behavior. Merchants involved in this collaboration reported significant increases in sales turnover and customer satisfaction. In addition, this research also identifies challenges faced by merchants in adapting new technology, including a lack of understanding of digital marketing and limited access to technological tools. Therefore, training and mentoring are important to ensure the success of this collaboration. By strengthening trader capacity, economic welfare can increase sustainably. Overall, online sales collaboration with traditional market traders in Gowa Regency has proven to have a positive impact on economic prosperity. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for local government policies in supporting digital transformation for the traditional trade sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze sustainable entrepreneurship practices implemented by PT. Semen Tonasa, including an assessment of the programs that have been implemented, as well as innovations applied in the process and management of resources. And also aims to analyze the impact of community empowerment programs carried out by the company. This study will explore how these programs affect community welfare, both economically and socially, and to provide recommendations that can be used by PT. Semen Tonasa in developing effective empowerment programs in the future by identifying existing challenges and opportunities, it is hoped that the company can continue to contribute to sustainable development in the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The results of the study indicate that PT. Semen Tonasa has succeeded in implementing sustainable entrepreneurship practices that have a positive impact on community empowerment. The programs implemented not only improve community skills but also create new jobs and reduce environmental impacts. However, there are still challenges that need to be overcome so that these programs can run more effectively.

Abstract

The following research aims to ascertain how entrepreneurial knowledge affects the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMK Negeri 1 Makasar. Quantitative research methodology was used in this study and the technique of collecting data used observation, questionnaire, and documentation methods. Students who have learned about entrepreneurship are the target group of the study, and 72 responses are used as the research sample. The method of collecting data using questionnaire data made based on the Liker scale and validated through reliability and validity tests. Analysis was then conducted using simple linear regression. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge has a good and clear effect on the desire to do student entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Makasar. The magnitude of the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge (X) and entrepreneurial interest (Y) is in the strong group, which is in the interval 0.60-0.799 and the form of a positive correlation where the higher the knowledge of entrepreneurship the higher the desire to do entrepreneurship and vice versa if the lower the knowledge about entrepreneurship, the lower the desire to do entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The problems experienced by partners are as follows: (1) Students do not have good knowledge of the basic concepts of digital marketing, (2) Students do not have the knowledge and technical skills to identify digital-based marketing elements well, (3) Students do not yet have the knowledge and skills to create attractive copywriting, and (4) Students do not yet have the knowledge and skills to use Google My Business in promoting/advertising products. This community service program will be implemented from February 2024 to October 2024, starting from the preparation stage, namely observing and collaborating with partners, preparing PKM proposals, implementing training, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. The number of training participants includes student representatives or student organization administrators at SMA Negeri 11 Sidenreng Rappang. The methods used are lectures, discussions, questions and answers, practice and mentoring. Procedures for carrying out activities are pre-test and post-test, presentation of material, practice and mentoring. To measure the level of success of this activity program, it is carried out by measuring; (1) the level of Partner participation, (2) the level of activity of the training participants, and (2) the level of knowledge and skills of the training participants. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the service implementation are (1) Students have good knowledge of the basic concepts of digital marketing, (2) Students have knowledge and technical skills to identify digital-based marketing elements well, (3) Students have knowledge and skills in making copywriting. interesting, and (4) Students have the knowledge and skills to use Google My Business in promoting/advertising products.
