Abstract

To survive in the competition, educational institutions must maintain the quality both in terms of the teaching staff used and in terms of the learning provided to students. This study examines the effect of service quality, learning quality, and promotion strategies on parents' decisions in choosing primary schools for their children. Purposive sampling technique was used in the data collection process, where the respondents were the parents of students from ABC primary school as many as 100 respondents. The test results show that the quality of the teaching staff, the quality of the learning methods used, and the school's promotion strategies are essential aspects that parents consider in determining the primary school for their children.

Abstract

Employee initiative is an important thing that every company or organization in all business industries wants to have. Initiatives play an essential role in improving company performance, which will add value to the company in the long run. The more employees in a company who have a high level of initiative towards their work, the better company performance will be. The goals of this research is to analyze the impact of organizational culture, works stress, organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction on orga nizational citizenship behavior at PT GCM. We used non-probability sampling technique and SmartPLS tools to analyzing the data. Using the purposive sampling technique, we obtained 60 respondent data. Our results show that organizational culture, work stress, and organizational commitment directly influence organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction also has a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture, work stress, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, training, motivation on employee performance at PT ArthaLestari. This study aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of PT Artha Lestari employees, the influence of motivation on the performance of PT ArthaLestari employees, the effect of compensation on employee performance mediated by work-life balance, the effect of training on employee performance mediated by work-life balance, the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by work-life balance.The research model used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, namely by emphasizing hypothesis testing. The sample of this study was 171 employees of PT ArthaLestari. Sampling method with Likert Scale Method.

Abstract

The era of globalization is a time when competition becomes increasingly tight, employees are required to be able to show extra work behavior that can exceed the expectations of the organization (extra role behavior). The existence of high initiative from employees is able to improve the effectiveness of an organization, while employees who have good organizational support will also form positive behavior as a form of reciprocal support to the organization. Through employee engagement is expected to strengthen the behavior of the organization's citizenship. In Indonesia is currently entering the era of demographic bonuses, the condition makes this research interesting to do in millennials. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of employee engagement in mediating perceived organizational support to the organizational citizenship behavior of 83 millennial employees of PT Tatalogam Lestari. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis techniques using SmartPLS were used in this study. The results of the analysis stated that there is an influence perceived organizational support, employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement is also proven to mediate the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This study found that the higher the perception of organizational support in employees, the higher the sense of attachment of employees with the organization, so as to encourage the occurrence of organizational citizenship behavior in employees.

Abstract

In this study, researchers examine the impact of work coordination and organizational culture on student institutions' performance, employing motivation as an intervention variable and Smart PLS sample selection with 81 respondents. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the relationship between student institution performance at Jakarta's Krida Wacana Christian University and factors such as Work Coordination and Organizational Culture as an intervention variable. Qualitative data is acquired by distributing questionnaires, with validity and reliability testing employed. Data was analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The results demonstrated that work coordination and organizational culture have a favorable influence on motivation and motivation has not been able to mediate work coordination and organizational culture on the performance of Student Affairs Institutions.

Abstract

Empowerment is the development of self-potential in meeting their own economic needs without the help of others. This is done with an entrepreneurship workshop to open the participants' horizons so that they have the same mindset about entrepreneurship. Through this workshop, the participants opened their horizons about the business opportunities around them. The community service carried out aims to develop the economic potential of the existing community and improve community skills and students have the drive and ability to create jobs for themselves and for the surrounding community. With several approaches in the implementation of abmas, it is intended that the participants are easy to accept and implement them in the community so that the target can be achieved in order to have skills and create new jobs as expected.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap retensi karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada salah satu perusahaan Telecommunication VSAT Services di Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 karyawan dengan sampel penelitian ini adalah 132 karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal 7 tahun dan secara konsisten menduduki jabatan staf. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi memiliki dampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi secara positif mempengaruhi retensi karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between Motivation variables on employee performance, the influence between Work Ability variables on employee performance, the influence between Work Environment variables on employee performance, Compensation moderates the influence of Motivation variables on employee performance, Compensation moderates the influence of Work Ability variables on employee performance, the influence between Work Environment variables on employee performance. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive-verification analysis, this study involved 36 employees selected through proportional stratified random sampling and using Smart PLS. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between the variables of Leadership style, motivation and job training on employee performance, which is mediated by job satisfaction at PT WOM Finance Regional West Java. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive-verification analysis, this study involved 53 employees selected through proportional stratified random sampling and using Smart PLS. The results showed that there was a significant positive influence of leadership style variables on employee performance, there was a significant positive influence of motivation variables on employee performance, there was a significant positive influence of job training variables on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly mediated the positive relationship. the influence of leadership style on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly mediated the positive influence of motivation on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly mediated the positive influence of job training on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan mempertimbangkan peran kepuasan dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi di Puskesmas Girijaya, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 109 responden, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, kepercayaan pasien, dan loyalitas pasien. Selain itu, kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas pasien. Elemen-elemen seperti tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelayanan yang memuaskan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan serta loyalitas pasien.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Girijaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengelola Puskesmas dalam merancang strategi pelayananyang lebih efektif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan pasien.
