Abstract

As a result of the lack of character education for children, it causes a moral crisis, such as social problems in society, drinking, bullying and others. Character education in the Independent curriculum is very important because it has several main objectives. First, the character of Education aims to develop the basic character of students in accordance with the values of Pancasila, such as religious, nationalist, integrity, independence, and mutual assistance. Second, the character of education is expected to form students who have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and other skills needed to face complex future challenges. The method in this study using literature studies. Through the new policy of Education Quality reform in Indonesia curriculum “Merdeka belajar " and character education is expected to be a significant movement in the learning process to improve the quality of Education and improve the quality of students in the modern era

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of Independent curriculum and the impression of 21st century skills for the golden generation. In the education system, the curriculum is considered a central and fundamental element in learning, thus becoming a crucial aspect in education. The Merdeka curriculum in Indonesia aims to create a golden generation of global competitiveness. The Merdeka curriculum can be an effective strategy to strengthen 21st century skills for Indonesia's Golden Generation, focusing on developing students ' potentials and skills, character education, and collaboration among all parties. The method in this research literature or literature review. A) determine the research topic of teaching 21st century skills in Primary School; b) search and collect various articles from Scopus website, Google Scholar and other journals; c) classify articles related to different types of research topics, d) synthesize relevant articles, noting the key points in each article; and e) write articles on synthetic results. Qualitative methods are used in data analysis methods. The Independent curriculum provides support for the development of each individual's potential and skills to strengthen character and prepare students to acquire the skills needed in global competition.

Abstract

How the implementation of Independent curriculum in improving the quality of learning with freedom and flexibility. The implementation of The Independent curriculum has brought significant changes in improving the quality of learning in Indonesia. This curriculum gives teachers, students and the community the freedom and comfort to create more innovative and creative content and learning methods. The curriculum must follow the essence and character of the Times and pay attention to the diversity and inclusiveness of the teaching and learning process. The Independent curriculum gives students the opportunity to get more meaningful and personalized learning. The purpose of this study to determine the concept of independent curriculum as an aspect of learning with freedom and flexibility. In this study using the type of qualitative research, using the method of literature study. The technique of collecting data in this study is by searching in electronic books (e book) and the latest scientific articles: looking for information in catalogs and library databases. With the aim of solving the problem by tracing the sources of writing that have been made before that are in line with the title of this study.

Abstract

Education is the most important part of human life and each must have it because for the survival of every human being or every individual who will come. In today's Indonesia adheres to the curriculum of independent learning where learners have the breadth of determining the achievements undertaken. Likewise, in the problems that are taken, namely the independent curriculum in the formation of student character, that is, for students to be positive, have good morals and control emotions and of course show the attitude of pancasila profile. In this study, data collection techniques are carried out with online references, articles or journals, books and use the data as a source and Conjunction of qualitative research in the form of descriptive data with various types of literature studies research sourced from library research ( library research). And the purpose of the independent curriculum in the formation of character is that students have the character to improve the skills and confidence of students to achieve success, in a creative and innovative pattern by giving students the opportunity to cultivate students in learning and thinking and the last is to develop a religious character includes strong cultural and moral values as a provision to face challenges in competition in the future..
