Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis kontribusi pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada berbagai konteks organisasi. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini menganalisis 15 studi empiris yang terbit pada periode 2019–2025 melalui proses identifikasi, penyaringan, dan seleksi berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Analisis difokuskan pada hubungan antara pelatihan, pengembangan SDM, dan kinerja karyawan beserta faktor pendukung maupun penghambatnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan teknis, efisiensi kerja, dan adaptabilitas karyawan, sedangkan pengembangan SDM mendorong pertumbuhan kompetensi jangka panjang, motivasi, serta kesiapan karier. Beberapa penelitian menegaskan bahwa motivasi, keterlibatan kerja, dan kompetensi karyawan menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja. Meskipun memberikan dampak positif, implementasi pelatihan dan pengembangan masih menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya keselarasan dengan strategi organisasi, dan minimnya dukungan pimpinan. Secara keseluruhan, hasil sintesis menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui faktor psikologis dan perilaku. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu merancang program pelatihan yang relevan, berkelanjutan, dan selaras dengan kebutuhan strategis untuk memperkuat kapabilitas SDM dan meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan adalah faktor kunci keberhasilan organisasi yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem kompensasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini mengkaji secara sistematik pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan melalui analisis 10 artikel jurnal empiris dan review penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara kompensasi dan produktivitas kerja, di mana motivasi kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi penting dalam hubungan ini. Kajian juga membahas variabel pendukung seperti lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja. Implikasi manajerial dan rekomendasi pengembangan sistem kompensasi disajikan sebagai penutup.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of serendipity and trust in seller on online purchase intention, with attitude functioning as a mediating variable among Shopee Live users in Central Java, Indonesia. A quantitative survey approach was employed, involving 150 respondents, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that both serendipity and trust in seller exert positive and significant effects on attitude and online purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through attitude. These results indicate that affective experiences and cognitive trust operate synergistically in shaping consumers’ online purchasing intentions. Theoretically, this research extends the application of the Theory of Reasoned Action and the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) framework within the context of live commerce. Practically, it offers strategic insights for e-commerce practitioners to enhance interactive experiences and strengthen consumer trust in digital marketplaces.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, internal locus of control, and motivation on the performance of non-civil servant employees at UPTD PJI Kaligending, Kebumen Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 35 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing conducted through t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that partially, work discipline, internal locus of control, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 68.4% of the variance in performance can be explained by the independent variables included in the model, while the remaining 31.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening behavioral, psychological, and motivational aspects in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) regarding the influence of career development on organizational commitment. Based on the analysis of various scientific articles, career development is an important approach in human resource management, which focuses on improving employees’ skills, enthusiasm, and readiness to face job challenges and promotion opportunities. On the other hand, organizational commitment refers to the emotional connection that employees have with their workplace, which includes aspects of emotional attachment, obligation, and enduring bonds. The results of the systematic literature review indicate that many previous studies have found a strong and positive correlation between career development and organizational commitment. Workers who are aware of support for their career development, including training programs, mentoring, or predetermined career paths, generally show a higher level of dedication to their organization. Furthermore, various studies have shown that career development can also have an indirect effect on organizational commitment through mediating factors such as job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance. However, several studies have shown that career development does not always have a significant impact on organizational commitment, particularly in organizations without a structured career system or when employees have negative perceptions of career opportunities. These varying results highlight the existence of contextual factors that influence the relationship between variables. Overall, this study offers in-depth insights into the significance of career development as a strategic factor in enhancing organizational commitment, along with suggestions for organizations and future researchers conducting similar studies.
