Pleural effusion is a respiratory infection characterized by a buildup of fluid between the two layers of pleura, which causes specific symptoms such as chest pain and shortness of breath. In Indonesia, pleural effusion cases alone account for 2.7% of other respiratory infections, with an estimated number of sufferers in general at more than 3000 people per 1 million population annually. Pleural effusion is a severe case and can cause death if not treated immediately. Based on a study, as many as 15% of 104 patients diagnosed with pleural effusion died within 30 days. In this paper, we present a model that can detect pleural effusion based on chest x-ray images automatically using a Machine Learning algorithm. The machine learning algorithm used is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), with the dataset used from ChestX-ray14. The number of data used was 2500 in the form of x-ray images, based on two different classes, x-ray with pleural effusion and x-ray with normal condition. The evaluation result shows that the CNN model can classify data with an accuracy of 95% of the test set data; thus, we hope it can be an alternative to assist medical diagnosis in pleural effusion detection.

This study aims to design an information system that can assist Telkom's ODP (Optical Distribution Point) data processing. ODP is a fiber optic support device to help distribute core optics to several Indihome customers. With this information system, it can make it easier for the Indihome admin and sales force to know the ODP distribution points that are still usable or full. The information system for the distribution of ODP Telkom Pemalang based on WebGIS (Website Geographic Information System) was created using a leaflet library, codeigniter 3 framework and mysql database. Leaflet libraries are used to build web-based interactive maps that support desktop and mobile platforms. The results of this study are the use of L.map to generate maps and view settings for locations on the map. Besides that, it also uses L.marker as a marker of the point and ODP information at the location using latitude and longitude. The results of the L.map test were carried out at several longitude and latitude points at several location points in Pemalang district and generated views that match the location. Usability test results from this system produced effectiveness of 4,30 and efficiency of 4,16 on a scale 1-5.

Peningkatan jumlah pengguna jaringan yang signifikan saat ini, perlu diimbangi dengan infrastuktur jaringan LAN yang memiliki tingkat ketersediaan dan keandalan yang baik agar konektivitas jaringan tetap terjaga. Konektivitas pada jaringan LAN dapat terganggu akibat masalah yang muncul saat jaringan digunakan, seperti ketika kabel jaringan berjenis twisted pair yang digunakan mengalami kerusakan dan terjadi penumpukan beban kerja jaringan pada satu jalur. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menerapkan salah satu teknologi pada jaringan LAN yaitu teknologi EtherChannel, di mana pada penelitian ini menerapkan teknologi EtherChannel tipe LACP sebagai rancangan redundancy link dan load balancing sehingga pada skema jaringan yang dibuat terdapat jalur alternatif/redundansi dan sistem penyeimbang beban kerja jaringan. Penggunaan interVLAN routing tipe SVI (Switch Virtual Interface) membuat antar VLAN pada jaringan dapat saling terhubung melalui virtual interface, sehingga proses routing tetap berjalan walaupun salah satu link yang digunakan mengalami kerusakan serta dapat mendukung kinerja dari penerapan teknologi EtherChannel tersebut. Dari penerapan teknologi tersebut, permasalahan jaringan LAN dapat teratasi dan didapatkan peningkatan ketersediaan jaringan serta kecilnya resiko overload dengan performa jaringan yang baik yaitu pada kondisi 30, 40 dan 50 PC tiap rata-rata nilai packet loss kurang dari 1% dan delay tidak lebih dari 150 ms.

Perancangan aplikasi Game IQ Test ini, diharapkan bisa berfungsi sebagai media alternatif yang pada umumnya media pengujiannya masih banyak menggunakan kertas, hal itu kurang efesien karena bisa berdampak buruk pada lingkungan, dengan kemajuan teknologi bisa dimanfaatkan untuk media alternatif dari pemakaian kertas. Perancangan aplikasi Game IQ Test bisa lebih efesien untuk semua pengguna dan lebih ramah untuk lingkungan, karena aplikasi Game IQ Test ini sifatnya mobile dengan menggunakan tools construct 2. Dalam perancangannya dibuat system acak soal, system yang digunakan untuk mengacak soal yaitu dengan memakai Linear Congruent Method (LCM), LCM adalah membangkit bilangan acak, biasa sering digunakan pada pemprograman computer, sebagian orang yang memakai metode LCM ini pada aplikasinya hanya sebagai pengacak soal agar setiap pengguna mendapatkan bentuk soal yang berbeda. Dari hasil pengujian pada aplikasi Game IQ Test mendapatkan presentase nilai rata - rata 88% yang menjawab setuju dari penggunaan skala likert.

Many person or institutions are still not aware of security on a server, not only rely on IDS and IPS applications and some firewall applications that we can easily find through internet networks. Special security handling is required on servers that are not related to third-party applications. The security design can be implemented through kernel configuration and tweaks that can be done by relying on the default application of an operating system. These applications are very common and can be found in almost all types of Linux server distributions. And there are still many people who do not maximize the security provided by the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) so that the operating system that has been installed and the data stored therein can be easily accessed by parties who are not responsible. Than as a preventive measure so that the data stored can not be accessed haphazardly by people who are not responsible, provided encryption and the sharing of system files that will be installed on the server. In the security steps for account access, the password that is created will be expired and the user cannot use the old password that he has used before

During the Covid-19 virus pandemic as it is currently being experienced in Indonesia is very rapidly spreading, forcing the government to impose a PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Bersekala Besar) system in several regions in Indonesia. With the government regulation on health protocols, many companies must take action to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus. In this situation with daily activities opens opportunities for the Covid-19 virus to spread very quickly, especially in the office sphere. The spread of the Covid-19 virus could be through an attendance system that still uses finger print tools used to collect employee attendance data. In this study, attendance application developed using facial recognition method as key for employee data retrieval. This method of facial recognition is applied in real time with a certain distance and lighting. Eigenface algorithm is used as a training process for employees' faces that have been inputted before. The results of the training data will be saved to a database which is then used as a key to recognize the faces of employees who will perform attendance. In the results of the trial the attendance data application will enter when the level of facial recognition is above 70%.

This research was conducted because of the frequent problems of queuing at company services such as banks, so that there are things that are not profitable between customers and banks. This problem Generally Occurs Because it is the caused by the need for services performed by customers that are exceeding capacity, the which makes the customer have to wait in line for some time to be served. The time-consuming queuing system will harm both parties for the customer and the bank. The purpose of this research is to create a mobile-based online queuing system using the mobile web applications and to get a queue number, so that customers no longer have to come in advance to the queue and can use the time to queue practically. This application is expected to reduce the long queues on bank services and the service process works better and more efficiently. It is hoped that this system will provide benefits and impact on the satisfaction of customers and the bank. This system implements a single phase roomates multi-channel method can use more than one teller and only has one queue number. Thus Spake the teller can serve the queue number without having to wait for other tellers to serve the customer, so that it can reduce the queue that Occurs in the bank.

In determining the insurance product common problems faced by insurance agents and prospective customers, namely the length of the process of determining customers' products and a lack of understanding of the products offered. It required a system that could be used by an insurance agent in the product selection process in accordance with the criteria of the prospective customer. This study aimed to design a decision support system for the selection of insurance products by using AHP and TOPSIS. The system is built to produce perangkingan insurance products according to the criteria of the prospective customer, ie, age, income, purpose, sex, smoking, and menika status. CMS system accuracy testing is done by comparing the output of the system by manual calculation process which is known there are differences in the results.
