Abstract

Kota Pekanbaru, kota terpadat di Provinsi Riau, merupakan rumah bagi 31 rumah sakit yang menawarkan berbagai layanan kesehatan. Penyebaran rumah sakit ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan, terutama klinik rawat jalan. Hal ini secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi status kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan prototipe aplikasi berbasis Android yang membantu masyarakat dalam menemukan rumah sakit di Kota Pekanbaru yang menyediakan layanan yang dibutuhkan. "Aplikasi Pencarian Layanan Rumah Sakit di Kota Pekanbaru" menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pencarian layanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Proyek ini dimulai dengan perancangan Aplikasi Pencarian Layanan Rumah Sakit di Kota Pekanbaru. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan uji fungsionalitas dan uji kelayakan pada aplikasi Android. Hasil dari uji fungsionalitas dan kelayakan cukup memuaskan, dengan hasil 100% fungsionalitas dan 87 5% dianggap layak. Kegiatan workshop dilakukan dalam beberapa kesempatan, antara lain untuk siswa SMA, masyarakat umum, mahasiswa, dan pasien rumah sakit. Hasil workshop menunjukkan animo yang sangat tinggi dari masyarakat. Evaluasi terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dimana 83% responden menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, sedangkan sisanya menyatakan belum dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan konsep aplikasi, 70% responden menyatakan aplikasi sudah baik, 25% responden menyatakan aplikasi ini perlu untuk ditingkatkan dan 5% responden menyatakan aplikasi ini tidak baik. Aplikasi Pencarian Layanan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit ini berbasis Android dan Aplikasi ini dapat ditingkatkan untuk didaftarkan pada layanan yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat secara gratis.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of X-ray radiation is currently widely used in the medical world as a diagnostic tool or therapy for diseases. X-ray radiation in the field of health, especially medicine, is used as radiography which plays a role in diagnosing a disease by depicting the anatomical structure of the human body. Pregnant women are women who have a fetus developing in their womb. Pregnant women are advised to pay attention to adequate nutritional intake. Conduct regular pregnancy check-ups, avoid smoking and alcoholic beverages and maintain personal and environmental hygiene. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge about radiation to pregnant women and the community in general. The method used is counseling and providing understanding to pregnant women so that they understand more deeply about the dangers of radiation. The benchmark for this understanding is carried out by using the distribution of pre-post test questionnaires to conduct counseling.

Abstract

Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang berfungsi sebagai penyimpanan, distribusi, dan tampilan elektronik dari gambar yang diperoleh mendukung diagnosis klinis. PACS berkembang tak hanya untuk melayani instalasi radiologi saja, namun menjadi sistem yang mampu melayani kebutuhan data pencitraan di beberapa bagian rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui  gambaran penggunaan PACS pada Digital Radiography di Rumah Sakit Prima Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instalasi Radiologi RS Prima Pekanbaru pada bulan Agustus. Prosedur penelitian ini dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan sistem PACS yang digunakan adalah merk JiveX . Hasil pemeriksaan pasien akan terkirim ke semua ruangan poli yang ada di RS Prima Pekanbaru. Tidak hanya untuk poli saja, namun sistem PACS terdapat di IGD, ICU, OK. Sistem yang digunakan tidak menggunakan sistem komputer seperti pada ruangan radiografi, namun hanya menggunakan komputer LED. Kesimpulannya bahwa PACS sudah menjalankan perannya dalam proses akuisisi gambar. Dengan menggunakan PACS, hasil citra radiologi dapat dilihat dari berbagai unit yang memerlukan informasi klinis pasien.Kata Kunci: PACS; Radiograf; JiveXAbstract Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is a computer-based system that functions as storage, distribution, and electronic display of images obtained to support clinical diagnosis. PACS has developed not only to serve radiology installations but has become a system capable of serving another part of the hospital. The research aims to determine the description of PACS usage in the Radiology Facility at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Radiology Installation of Prima Pekanbaru Hospital in August 2023. The procedure for this research is to collect data by describing the research results. Based on the research results, shows that the PACS system used is the JiveX brand. The results of the patient's examination from the system were sent to all rooms at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. Not only for polyclinics, but PACS systems are available in the ER, ICU, and OK. The system used does not use a computer system like in the radiography room but only uses an LED computer. The conclusion is that PACS has played its role in the image acquisition process. By using PACS, radiology image results can be viewed from various units that require patient clinical information.Keywords: PACS , Radiograph, JiveX.

Abstract

Pelayanan radiologi merupakan layanan medis yang berperan penting dalam bidang kedokteran untuk mendiagnosis suatu penyakit dengan menggunakan sumber radiasi pengion dan non pengion. Pelayanan radiologi diagnostik menyebutkan bahwa kegiatan pelayanan dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan jadwal tertentu sampai dengan 24 jam tergantung dengan kondisi, sumber daya manusia dan peralatan yang digunakan. Tujuan Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut peneliti ingin membuat rancang bangun sistem informasi di radiologi yang bertujuan untuk mengatur penjadwalan agar nanti pasien mudah mendapatkan pelayanan pemeriksaan radiologi secara digital. Metode penelitian Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif dengan melakukan observasi dilapangan, wawancara secara mendalam terhadap responden dan mendokumentasikan disetiap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Setelah pengumpulan data dan informasi didapatkan maka dilakukan reduksi dan pengkodingan data serta dilakukan analisis data. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang yaitu kepala ruangan radiologi, admin radiologi dan radiographer. Hasil penelitian Hasil wawancara yang dilakukan sehingga dapat membuat alur pendaftaran pemeriksaan radiologi secara digital yaitu dengan beberapa tahap seperti, Akses Platform Pendaftaran, Pilih Layanan Radiologi, Isi Data Pasien, Pilih Jenis Pemeriksaan, Jadwalkan Pemeriksaan, Konfirmasi dan Pembayaran, Terima Konfirmasi dan datang ke rumah sakit. Kesimpulan  Pengembangan sistem informasi radiologi berbasis website merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai komponen yang ada dalam proses pelayanan radiologi, dimulai dengan penjadwalan pasien hingga pengolahan dan distribusi hasil pemeriksaan pasien.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System abbreviated as SIMRS is an information technology system that is a system that can process everything in the hospital in the form of coordination networks, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain precise and accurate information. SIMRS is one of the components that can affect employee performance where SIMRS helps employees in completing all services. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of SIMRS in improving employee performance. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive methods conducted at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This research was conducted through distributing questionnaires with 67 respondents, namely Outpatient Employees of RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province who use SIMRS. The results of this study obtained from the processing of research data show that the influence of SIMRS has a significant effect on the Performance of the Outpatient Unit of the Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province. This can be seen with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

Keselamatan radiasi di bandara tidak hanya penting untuk melindungi kesehatan petugas dan masyarakat, tetapi juga untuk memastikan operasional bandara berjalan dengan lancar dan aman. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan radiasi bagi petugas dan masyarakat di Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Syarif Kasim II.. Dengan memastikan keselamatan radiasi, risiko ini dapat diminimalisir untuk petugas bandara di area rekonsiliasi dan check-in. Paparan radiasi dari sistem fluoroskopi bagasi dapat berisiko bagi kesehatan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Paparan radiasi yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, mulai dari gangguan ringan hingga penyakit serius seperti kanker. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pengamatan awal, pengukuran dosis radiasi, dan analisis data. Tahap awal dilakukan pengamatan untuk mengidentifikasi titik-titik dengan potensi paparan radiasi tinggi. Pengukuran dosis radiasi dilakukan pada petugas yang bekerja di area rekonsiliasi dan check-in menggunakan pendose selama periode tertentu. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata dosis paparan radiasi harian yang diterima oleh petugas di area rekonsiliasi adalah 0 mSv dan di area check-in adalah 0 mSv. Dosis yang diterima berada dalam batas aman yang ditetapkan oleh regulasi nasional dan internasional. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa meskipun paparan radiasi berada dalam batas aman, diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan radiasi.

Abstract

A Bluetooth headset is a combined device of headphones and microphone that functions by connecting a Bluetooth device to a smartphone or other communication device. Bluetooth headsets contain a type of non-ionizing radiation that has the potential to cause health problems. However, it seems that many people and students still do not know about the effects of radiation exposure from Bluetooth devices and the use of headsets that can be harmful to health. The research method used is quantitative research with a survey approach and tested with the Spearman Rank test. This analysis was carried out with a population of students at SMAN 10 Pekanbaru and a sample of 45 people. The Spearman Rank test results obtained were a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.286 with a confidence interval of α 0.05 for the 2-tailed test. The conclusion is drawn that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The correlation coefficient value is -0.162 indicating the level of strength of the relationship between variables, there is almost no correlation and the correlation coefficient is negative, which means that the relationship between the variables is not unidirectional. Based on the results obtained, it can be ascertained that there is no relationship between students' understanding of radiation and the use of Bluetooth headsets.

Abstract

Adherence to physiotherapy is a crucial factor in the recovery process of post-stroke patients. Socioeconomic status and cultural factors are suspected to play a significant role in influencing patient adherence to therapy. This study aims to analyze the relationship between socioeconomic status and cultural factors with adherence to physiotherapy among post-stroke patients at RSUD Arifin Achmad, Riau Province. This study employs a quantitative cross-sectional design. The research sample consists of post-stroke patients undergoing physiotherapy at RSUD Arifin Achmad, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and patient medical records, then analyzed using correlation statistical tests to examine the relationship between socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and adherence to physiotherapy. The results indicate a significant relationship between socioeconomic status and patient adherence to physiotherapy (p < 0.05), where patients with higher socioeconomic status tend to adhere more to therapy schedules. Additionally, cultural factors, such as beliefs in traditional medicine and family support, also influence patient adherence. Therefore, a more holistic approach is needed in post-stroke rehabilitation programs, considering socioeconomic and cultural aspects to enhance patient adherence to physiotherapy.

Abstract

Radiation is the transmitter and propagation of waves that carry energy through space or intermediate substances. In physics, radiation can be interpreted as a process in which energy moves through a medium or through space, and finally is absorbed by other objects. Gadgets as an electronic tool for communicating and accessing information are growing rapidly. The use of gadgets for students is urgently needed with the aim of supporting their learning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic yesterday. Some examples of using gadgets as learning media such as the zoom application, gmeet, teacher's room, zenius and so on. Apart from being used for studying, gadgets are also used by students to play online games or open social media such as Instagram, Whatsup, TikTok, Youtube and others. The purpose of this community service is to determine the effect of gadget radiation on student achievement. This community service is Quantitative community service with a survey approach, samples were taken using the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 30 respondents. The instruments used in community service are questionnaires and documentation. The classic assumption test uses a normality test, auticoleration test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test using a regression analysis with a significant value of 0.05 or 5%.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City is the most populous city in Riau province which has 31 hospitals that provide various services. The distribution of hospitals affects the distribution of services, especially polyclinics. This can indirectly affect the degree of public health. This community service aims to introduce a prototype in the form of an Android-based application that helps people find hospitals in Pekanbaru City that provide the services needed. This Hospital Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City makes it easier and faster for people to find the health services they need. The Community Service carried out begins with the design of the Health Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City. The next activity is to conduct a function test and feasibility test on the Android application. The results of the function test and feasibility test are considered quite good with a value of 100% functioning and 87,5% said to be feasible. Workshop activities were carried out on several occasions, namely for high school students, the general public, students, and patients in hospitals. The results of this workshop activity generated very high interest from the community. Activity evaluation was carried out by distributing questionnaires where 83% of respondents considered this application to be very much needed by the community, while the rest stated that it was not needed. Based on the application concept, 70% of respondents stated that the application was good, 25% of respondents stated that this application needed to be improved and 5% of respondents stated that this application was not good. This Hospital Health Service Search Application is based on Android and this Application can be upgraded to be registered on services that can be accessed by the entire community for free.
