Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi peran kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga ahli DPR RI. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, disiplin, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja tenaga ahli. Dengan demikian, pimpinan DPR RI dapat mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga ahli melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The Anode Heel effect is the difference in X-ray intensity due to the slope of the anode target plane. The X-ray intensity at the cathode is more significant than on the anode side. Differences in X-ray intensity affect the radiographic image, especially the density value. Heel Effect Anodes in radiological examinations are used on objects with different thicknesses. This study aimed to determine the Effect of Heel Effect Anodes on Image Homogeneity Based on X-Ray Collimated Light Beam Areas. The samples used three collimation area sizes (18x24 cm, 24x30 cm, 35x43cm). Each collimation area is carried out three times exposure. The resulting radiograph is divided into several quadrants, and density measurements are taken. Then the analysis was carried out by finding the difference in the density of each quadrant on each radiograph by performing univariate analysis, and then bivariate analysis was carried out. Homogeneous images can be seen from the density difference value on one radiograph that cannot be more than 0.1. The results showed a significant effect from the anode to the cathode on the collimation area of ​​18x24 cm, 24x30 cm, and 35x43cm on the density value with p = 0.000. There is a difference in the anode to cathode relationship category concerning density; the collimation area of ​​18x24 cm has a reasonably strong relationship.In contrast, the relationship is strong in the collimation area of ​​24x30 cm and 35 x 43 cm. The relationship is positive. The closer to the cathode, the greater the density. The greater the collimation area, the stronger the difference in density homogeneity on the radiograph. The closer to the cathode, the greater the density produced. There is a significant difference between the area of ​​the irradiation field and the density, and it is recommended that during an inspection, the thick object is placed on the cathode side, and the thin object is placed on the anode side to produce optimal image quality.

Abstract

Radiology as a means of support in making a diagnosis must be able to meet the minimum service standards of the hospital. According to Kepmenkes no. 129 of 2008 there are 4 indicators of Minimum Service Standards that must be met by radiology installations, namely: waiting time for thorax photos is not more than three hours, the executor is a radiology specialist, the damage of X-ray service failure in the form of photo damage ≤ 2%, customer satisfaction is set at ≥ 80%. These service standards must be carried out to maintain service quality and become a benchmark in performance assessment. This study aims to determine the procedures and results of the analysis of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards in the Radiology Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews with parties involved in the hospital quality assurance program and documentation of SPM program data that has been done.The data that has been obtained will be transcribed and reduced. Then the analysis will be carried out by referring to the SMP that has been determined by the hospital and the Kepmenkes. Furthermore, indicators that do not meet the standards will be evaluated in the hope that the quality assurance program can meet the standards. The results showed that the implementation of radiology minimum service standards at Bhayangkara Semarang Hospital has been carried out, including 4 indicators with the results meeting the standards, but processing and evaluation have not been carried out.

Abstract

Quality control is one part the program of quality assuranceor quality quality assurancewhich aims to carry out technical monitoring and maintenance so as not to reduce the quality of the resulting image and is alasi part of a quality assurance program related to instruments or aircraft use and equipment.The radiology Instalation of Kendal Islamic Hospital has several imaging modalities, including CTScan, Conventional radiography and ultrasonography. The conventional radiography aircraft owned by the hospital has the listem brand with a capacity of 150 mA. The last test of the exposure rate on the aircraft was carried out in August 2021 when the aircraft underwent repairs. The community service team wants to provide solutions to the problems experienced by partners, namely by providing conformity test services related to the rate of exposure to X-ray tube leaks. In addition, providing motivation to partners to routinely carry out conformity test so that the aircraft remains safe when used. The method of implementing the service is to carry out a conformity test procesure for X-ray tube leakage based on KMK No. 1250 regarding quality controlThe result of the measurement of the rate of radiation exposure at the patient’s entrance and exit were 34,12 mR/week. According to IAEA Safety Report No. 47, Radiation exposure occupied by radiation workers should not exceed 2,5 mR/hour (for controlled areas), while for theh general public is should not exceed 0,25 mR/hours (for uncontrolled areas).Keyword : exposure rate, examination room leak, RSI Kendal

Abstract

Angka infertil di seluruh dunia terhitung cukup besar. Berdasarkan data, terdapat 1712 pria dan 2055 wanita yang mengalami infertilitas. Jumlah pasangan infertil sebanyak 36% diakibatkan kelainan pada pria, sedangkan 64% pada wanita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kejadian infertilitas pada wanita 15% terjadi pada usia 30-34 tahun dan meningkat 30% pada usia 35-39 tahun. Untuk mendeteksi dini kelainan organ reproduksi wanita yang dapat mempengaruhi infertilitas dianjurkan untuk memeriksakan diri ke RS(RS). Permenkes No 04 tahun 2018 Pasal 17, menyebutkan bahwa Hak Pasien di RS meliputi: memperoleh informasi tentang hak dan kewajiban Pasien; memperoleh layanan yang manusiawi, adil, jujur, dan tanpa diskriminasi; mendapatkan kerahasiaan penyakit yang diderita; dst. Untuk itu, dilakukan penguatan kemandirian masyarakat dalam mendeteksi kelainan organ reproduksi wanita yang mempengaruhi infertilitas pada ibu PKK usia reproduksi di RT/RW 03/04 Kelurahan Salamanmloyo Kecamatan Semarang Barat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pre tes, ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi. Hasil yang didapat diantaranya:  dilakukan pre tes, pengetahuan responden sebagian besar cukup (71%) dan setelah dilakukan post tes pengetahuan meningkat menjadi baik (81%), mitra konsisten dapat melakukan palpasi pada abdomen (tanda kelainan organ reproduksi yang dapat menyebabkan infertilitas), memiliki kesadaran untuk pemeriksaan dini serta mengerti akan hak pasien di RS.

Abstract

The implementation of the PAIKEM method in learning the Qur'an is an analysis of Qur'an teaching and learning activities at the Daarul Mushlihin Kendal Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach with direct observation and participation methods. The subjects analyzed are teachers and learners. The data obtained are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of observations from the implementation of the PAIKEM method in learning the Qur'an at the Daarul Mushlihin Foundation show that the implementation has gone well. Teachers have mastered and understood the PAIKEM method and applied it in learning. The teacher prepares the learning implementation plan well. As a facilitator, teachers apply active and fun learning, where teachers invite students to actively explore their abilities. The PAIKEM method applied in learning the Qur'an includes group learning, memorization with rhythm, quizzes, rewards, fun games, or ice-breaking. Learning media is also prepared to support learning effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media that can assist students in enhancing their mathematical problem-solving skills in 8th grade junior high school. This study utilizes a design research method with a development study approach conducted in two phases: initial design and formative evaluation, including self-evaluation, prototyping (expert review, one-to-one, and small groups), and field research conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Cimahi. The research subjects consist of 35 students from class VIII E of the junior high school. Data collection techniques used in this study include documentation, interviews, student response questionnaires, and tests. The research data are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The data analysis results reveal that this study produces a logically reasoned mathematical thinking for Augmented Reality learning media on two-dimensional solid shapes that are valid, practical, and have potential effects. In this regard, the Augmented Reality learning media has valid and constructive content, as well as language validation from expert reviews. Conversely, the practicality of the Augmented Reality learning media has been achieved through revisions based on one-to-one feedback and small group discussions. Furthermore, the prototype of the Augmented Reality learning media has shown potential effects in enhancing students' mathematical problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Pneumonia is inflammation or acute inflammation of the lung tissue caused by various microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi, exposure to chemicals or physical damage to the lungs. Meanwhile, pulmonary tuberculosis is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) and is an infectious disease. The use of thorax radiography is one of the most common radiological examinations in diagnosing diseases in the area of the heart and lungs. Radiography of the lungs is necessary to confirm the diagnosis of pneumonia. The accuracy of the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis depends on the method of taking examination material and the availability of diagnostic tools, for example microbiological tests, anatomical pathology, serology, thorax radiography and others. This study aims to find out how the thorax radiographic examination procedure is carried out in cases of pneumonia with a specific process of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Radiology Installation of Semarang District Hospital. This type of research is descriptive descriptive research with a case study approach. The research subjects used in this study were 1 patient who performed a thorax radiographic examination in a case of pneumonia with a specific process of pulmonary tuberculosis at the Radiology Installation of Semarang District Hospital. From the results of the data obtained, it is known that in the procedure for examining thorax radiography in cases of pneumonia with a specific process of pulmonary tuberculosis there is no special patient preparation, the patient is only asked to remove objects that can interfere with radiographic images in the area of the thoracic cavity being examined. The tools used include x-ray machines, bucky stands, imaging plates and computed radiography. The projection used is the postero anterior (PA) projection.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze in a comprehensive and detailed manner the processes, outcomes, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors for compiling performance information using the Logic Model approach in planning and budgeting at the Biro Umum of the Sekretariat Daerah of North Kalimantan Province. The researcher uses the stages of building a Logic Model from Mclaughlin and Jordan (2015), which consist of gathering relevant information, defining problems and contexts, defining performance elements in tables, drawing models, and involving stakeholders in program verification. The results showed that the process and results of compiling performance planning and budgeting performance information at the Biro Umum of the Sekretariat Daerah of North Kalimantan Province were partly under the stages of building a Logic Model. However, the stages of drawing up the model and involving stakeholders in defining performance and program verification elements had yet to be fulfilled effectively. Existing performance indicators are output-oriented, not outcome-oriented. Recommendations for further research by evaluating the effectiveness of using the Logic Model approach in preparing planning and budgeting performance information.

Abstract

The 21st-century education demands the development of critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative skills to prepare students for complex global challenges. This study aims to review 21st-century learning strategies, explore their roles, identify implementation challenges, and examine future trends and directions. A narrative literature review method was employed, synthesizing findings from peer-reviewed journals, academic publications, and policy documents related to 21st-century learning strategies. The results indicate that innovative models, including project-based learning, problem-based learning, gamification, blended learning, and collaborative learning, effectively enhance students’ motivation, engagement, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. Successful implementation depends on the integration of creativity, collaboration, and technology, supported by infrastructure, teacher digital literacy, and student-centered pedagogical design. Key challenges include limited digital infrastructure, teacher readiness, and the need for differentiated instruction. Implications highlight the importance of flexible curriculum design, supportive policies, and continuous professional development. Further research is recommended to develop AI-based adaptive media, open-source collaborative platforms, integration of socio-emotional learning, and multi-site evaluation to maximize the effectiveness of 21st-century learning strategies.
