Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai Keberhasilan Usaha Campuss Laundry Mahasiswa Penerima PMW Untan Pontianak. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana Anlisis SWOT Keberhasilan Usaha Campuss Laundry Mahasiswa Penerima PMW Untan Pontianak Dapat Berhasil”. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha campuss laundry yang dijalankan oleh mahasiswa penerima PMW Untan Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kulitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriftif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung, teknik studi dokumenter, alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawncara, dan lembar catatan. Teknik Pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kekuatan (Strengh) yang mendukung keberhasilan usaha campuss laundry adalah lokasi yang berada di lingkungan mahasiswa yang banyak membutuhkan jasa laundry, ketersediaan air yang memadai untuk hasil pencucian yang maksimal, memiliki pelayanan cuci ekspress. Kelemahannya (Weakness) adalah pemilik usaha yang jarang mengawasi langsung di lokasi menyebabkan kurang disiplin karyawan, tidak ada sanksi tegas terhadapkaryawan yang tidak disiplin, pelayanan antar jemput tidak menyeluruh. Peluangnya (Opportunity) adalah lokasi campuss laundry yang berada disekitar lingkungan mahasiswa,  harga yang terjangkau untuk mahasiswa. Tantangannya (threats) adalah pakaian konsumen yang mudah luntur dan melar menjadi alasan ketidak puasan konsumen, karyawan yang kurang disiplin dalam bekerja. Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Keberhasilan Usaha, PMW Untan Abstract: This study aims to find out information about Business Success Student Laundry Campuss Receiver PMW Untan Pontianak. The problem in this research is "How anlisis SWOT Business Success Campuss Laundry Receiver PMW Untan Pontianak Students Can Succeed." The object of this research is an attempt laundry campuss run by students receiving PMW Untan Pontianak. Forms of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used in this research is direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques, techniques of documentary studies, data collection tool used was the observation guide, wawncara guide, and a record sheet. Data processing techniques used in this study using SWOT analysis. The study states that the strength (strengh) which supports the laundry campuss business success is the location being in an environment that many students require laundry services, the availability of adequate water for maximum cleaning results, has a service wash '. Weakness (Weakness) is a business owner who rarely directly on the site supervising cause lack of discipline of employees, there is no strict sanctions against employees who do not discipline, shuttle service is not exhaustive. The chances (Opportunity) is the location of laundry campuss located around the student environment, an affordable price for students. The challenge (threats) is a consumer of clothing that can be rubbed and stretched the reason for the dissatisfaction of consumers, employees who lack discipline in work. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Kemandirian Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Untan Angkatan 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa ekonomi FKIP Untan angkatan 2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan (interrelationship studies). Populasi berjumlah 71 mahasiswa. Data diambil dengan menggunakan angket serta dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yaitu ditunjukkan dengan . Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan program komputer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS 16), dihasilkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,594>1,994. Oleh karena t hitung > t tabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi FKIP Untan angkatan 2014. Besar kontribusi R2 sebesar 0.158, menyatakan bahwa perilaku konsumsi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap rasionalitas ekonomi siswa sebesar 15,8%, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dan diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.   Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan, Kemandirian Belajar Abstract: This study raised concerns about the independence of the Library Utilization Effect of Student Learning FKIP Untan Force on Economic Education, 2014. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of library economics student learning independence forces FKIP Untan 2014. The method used is descriptive method with the form of research interrelationship studies. The population was 71 students. Data retrieved by using questionnaires and documentation. While the data processing techniques using simple linear regression. The results show that there is a positive influence that is indicated by Y = 27.270 + (0.491) X. Based on calculations using computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS 16), resulting that t> t table is 3.594> 1.994. Therefore t count> t table then Ho Ha received and rejected, which means there is positive use of library education students towards independent learning economics FKIP Untan 2014. Large forces contributed R2 of 0158, stating that the consumption behavior in the family against economic rationality students at 15 , 8%, the rest is influenced by other variables and needs further research.   Keywords: Use of Library, Learning Independence

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the leadership style of transformational managers, employee performance and the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance in Cooperative Employee Angkasa Pura Pontianak. The research method used is associative research method with two variable that are independent variable and dependent variable The source of this research data is a manager and employees. And the data is through interview to the manager and spread the questionnaire to the employee. the results of the study show that the leadership style of transformational managers in the Employee Cooperative Angkasa Pura Pontianak is very high because it is in the 81% -100% percentage range. And has been evenly averaged with a value of 83.5% percentage. And employee performance good because each indicator has been evenly averaged with a percentage of 80% and is in the 61% -80% percentage range. Based on the results of data processing program SPSS 18 obtained t arithmetic 3.363> t table is 2.018 means the coefficient of leadership style of managers have a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of R = 0.479 means the influence of the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance of 22.9%.  Keywords: Manager's transformational leadership style, employee performance

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan orang tua terhadap tingkat pendidikan anak di desa Sungai Asam Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang mempunyai anak usia sekolah formal di desa Sungai Asam Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah teknik komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung dan studi dokumenter. Alat pengumpulan data adalah pedoman wawancara, angket dan buku catatan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan orang tua memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat pendidikan anak ditunjukkan dengan formulasiY= -2,004+1,089X. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan program computer SPSS 16.0, dihasilkan bahwa t hitung> t table yaitu(6.899>2,0066). Oleh karena thitung>ttable maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh pendapatan orang tua terhadap tingkat pendidikan anak di desa sungai asam dan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 47,8%.   Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Tingkat Pendidikan Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of parental income to the level of education of children in the village of Kubu Raya Sungai Asam. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the form of research studies the relationship.Sources of data in this study is the parents who have children of school age in the formal village Kubu Raya Sungai Asam. The data collection technique is a technique of direct communication , indirect communication and documentary studies. Data collection tools are interview, questionnaire and a notebook. Data processing techniques using regretion linear regression. The results showed that the income of parents have an influence on children's education level is indicated by the formulation of Y = -2.004 + 1,089X. Based on calculations using SPSS 16, resulting that tarithmetic> ttable is ( 6899 > 2.0066 ). Therefore tarithmetic> ttable then Ha accepted and Ho rejected , which means there is the influence of parents' income to the level of education of children in the village of acid river and have the effect of 47.8%.   Keywords:  Income, Education Level

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IIS di SMA N 6 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X IIS SMA N 6 Pontianak yang berjumlah 48 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey (survey studies) dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket, dan studi dokumenter berupa lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru sudah melakukannya secara optimal dan diperkuat dengan jawaban siswa yang menyatakan bahwa guru selalu menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran, penjelasan guru sesuai dengan materi pelajaran, guru menggunakan metode yang bervariasi, guru menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan membuat siswa bersemangat dalam proses pembelajaran serta guru sering melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru ekonomi sudah baik. Kata Kunci: Proses Pembelajaran Ekonomi Abstract: This study aims to determine students' perception of economic subjects in class X SMA N IIS 6 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of research is the class X SMA N IIS 6 Pontianak totaling 48 students. Data collection techniques used in this study is a survey (survey studies) with data collection tools such as questionnaires, and documentary studies in the form of a record sheet. The results showed the teacher has to do it optimally and strengthened by the answers of students who stated that the teacher always tells the purpose of learning, the teacher's explanations in accordance with the subject matter, the teacher uses a variety of methods, teachers using instructional media that attract and create a vibrant student in the learning process and teachers often conduct an evaluation to determine learning outcomes. This indicates that the learning process that teachers already good economics. Keywords: Learning Process Economics

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Competenence of Pedagogical Student Education Economics that Implement PPL in SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. The research metodh used is deskriptive with the research from of Study Survey. The data source of this research is 2 Tutor Teachers of Economics Education and the data is Perceptions of Tutor Teacher on Pedagogical Competence of Economics Education Students as well as interwiew with Tutor Teacher Economics Education Students. Based on the results of the research shows 1)Student Ability in Understanding of Students in the good category, 2)Student Ability in Learning Planning in the good category, 3)Student Ability in Implementation of Learning in the very good category, 4)Student Ability in Evaluation of Learning Outcomes in the sufficient category, 5)Student Ability in Potential Development of Students in the sufficient category. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat faktor utama yang menjadi penyebab atau pengaruh untuk hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Bawari Pontianak. Variabel X (bebas) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar, dan variabel Y (terikat) hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskripstif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Populasi berjumlah 139 siswa dengan sampel 49 orang siswa, yang mana di ambil 35% dari keseluruhan populasi. Data diambil dengan teknik komunikasi langsung, teknik komunikasi tidak langsung/angket serta studi documenter. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada faktor-faktor yang menjadi signifikan atau menjadi utama yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Dengan hasil dan nilai sebagai berikut: faktor motivasi intrinsik berupa sikap yaitu 25%, minat 28%. Sedangkan motivasi ektrinsik berupa keadaan keluarga di kategorikan rendah yaitu 25% dan keadaan sekolah sebesar 24%. Kata Kunci: Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Hasil Belajar, Pelajaran Ekonomi Abstract : This study aims to determine whether there are main factors that cause or influence for learning outcomes on economic subjects in class X SMA Bawari Pontianak.Variabel X (free) factors that affect learning outcomes, and the variable Y (dependent) student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class X. the method used is the method deskripstif the form of research studies the relationship. A population of 139 students with a sample of 49 students, which is taken 35% of the overall population. Data taken with the technique of direct communication, indirect communication techniques / documenter. While  study questionnaire and data analysis techniques using linear regression regression. Research shows that there are no factors to be significant or become major influences learning outcomes and results student. With  the following values: intrinsic motivation factors such as attitude, namely 25%, 28% interest in the form of extrinsic motivation . while family circumstances categorized low at 25% and 24% state schools. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 91 orang siswa, dan yang  menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 44 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1. Teknik observasi langsung, 2. Teknik komunikasi langsung, 3. Teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan 4. Teknik studi dokumenter. Sedangkan alat untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah 1. Pedoman interview, 2. Kuesioner dan 3. dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1. Terdapat pengaruh  yang positif dan signifikan tingkat Status Sosial Ekonomi dengan hasil belajar, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,814 artinya memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi. 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan teman sebaya dengan  hasil belajar, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,487 artinya  memiliki pengaruh yang cukup erat, 3. Terdapat hubungan  yang positif dan signifikan tingkat Status Sosial Ekonomi dan  teman sebaya  dengan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi simultan 0,871. Kata Kunci: Status Sosial Ekonomi, Teman sebaya, Hasil Belajar   Abstract: This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, and the population in this study were all students numbering 91 students, and that the research samples are 44 students. Data collection techniques used are: 1. direct observation techniques, 2. direct communication techniques, 3. techniques of indirect communication, and 4. techniques of documentary studies. While the tool for collecting data used is 1. Guidelines for interviews, questionnaires and 3. 2. documentation. The results of the study as follows: 1. There is a positive and significant effect of Socio-Economic Status level learning outcomes, with correlation coefficient 0.814 means to have a high impact. 2. There is a positive and significant influence of peers with learning outcomes, with correlation coefficient 0.487 means to have an appreciable impact closely, 3. There is a positive relationship and the significant level of Socio-Economic Status and peers in Economics student learning outcomes, with a coefficient simultaneous correlation 0.871. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the implementation of the used of the North Kayong regional government scholarship grants for students of the social sciences education department of Fkip Untan, with descriptive methods. The type of research was qualitative. The data sources in this study were 6 social studies students majoring in social sciences. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be seen that (1) the implementation of the used of the North Kayong regional government scholarship funds by students was partly in accordance with the applicable rules but there were still some that were not in accordance with the rules. (2) discrepancies in the used of scholarship funds by scholarship recipients were indicated by students who still used scholarship funds for their personal needs such as buyed bags, clothes, shoes. The main priority of scholarship funds should be used for college purposes, such as buyed books, photocopyed, printing assignments, and buyed stationery for college. (3) efforts made by the scholarship management to avoid inconsistencies in the used of scholarship funds, namely by monitoring evaluations on each semester and making accountability reports for the used of scholarship funds by students to find out in their used each semester.Keywords: Comdev Students, Local Government Assistance, Scholarship.

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this research is "Application of Think Pair Share Learning Models to Improve Learning Outcomes of PPKn Students in Class VII Semester I MTS Hidayatus Sibyan 2017/2018 Academic Year. The purpose of this class action research was. 1) Applying the think pair share learning model to improve the learning outcomes of students. 2) Increasing the absorptive capacity of students in the PPKn learning eye for MTS Hidayatus Sibyan VII class with the implementation of the think pair share model.3) improving student learning outcomes in the learning eyes of class VII PPKn MTS Hidayatus Sibyan. This Classroom Action Research was conducted on students of Class VII Semester I MTS Hidayatussibyan 2017/2018 school year. the level of success of the pree test of students who reached 78 was 15 students and those who scored 78 as many as 14 students with a mean grade of 71, 44 and the percentage of completeness was 51.72%, this means that some students have not been able to master the preparation material. In the first cycle, students who achieved a score of 78 were 16 and those who scored 78 were 13 students with a mean grade of 71.96% and the percentage of learning success was 55.17%. Whereas in the second cycle students who scored ≥ 78 were 26 students and those who scored ≤ 78 were 3 students with a class average value of 83.96 and the percentage of learning success was 89, 65%. Based on the results of the second cycle test, there was an increase in student learning outcomes.Keywords: Think Pair Share learning model, To Improve Learning Outcomes
