Abstract

AbstractPT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), Pontianak branch especially in units of IT Support had a problem such as the installation of the licensed applications and in fact applications installed to support work is not the applications that have a license but applications are illegal. Then occurrence of some software damage caused by the use of software is inappropriate so the unit IT Support experience or face obstacles in running the program unit. The purpose of this research is to know how job traning in units of Information Technology (IT) Support in increase productivity an employee of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) branch Pontianak. The method used is methodology qualitative, with a population is four poeple. Data is collected by direct observation technique (sheets of observation), direct communication technique (interview), and study of documentaries. Analysis data using descriptive analysis. The result of this research showed that increase the productivity employees in units of Information Technology (IT) Support after get a full training in accordance with targeted company which is measured by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif bentuk studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa sikap terhadap belajar berpengaruh sebesar 12%, siswa merasa jenuh sehingga mengobrol dengan temannya saat proses belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh sebesar 17%, pengajaran dari guru membuat siswa kurang, konsentrasi belajar berpengaruh sebesar 4%, siswa merasa terganggu saat teman yang lain ribut, minat belajar siswa berpengaruh sebesar 17%, siswa sering merasa kesulitan belajar siklus akuntansi, rasa percaya diri siswa berpengaruh 7%, siswa jarang mendapat kesempatan dari guru, kebiasaan belajar berpengaruh sebesar 12%, siswa sering terlambat masuk kelas dan jarang belajar di rumah, guru sebagai pembina siswa belajar berpengaruh sebesar 12%, penyampaian dari guru susah untuk dimengerti, prasarana dan sarana pembelajaran berpengaruh sebesar 12%, menghambat proses belajar, dan lingkungan sosial siswa di sekolah berpengaruh sebesar 7%, kesalahpahaman dan kenakalan siswa.   Kata Kunci : Kesulitan Belajar, Akuntansi Abstract: This research aim to know the factors influencing difficulty learn the student, that used is descriptive form used is case study. Data source in this research is 22 student. The result data of analysis showed that attitudes toward learning effect by 12%, students feel bored so chatting with friends while learning, motivation to learn influential by 17%, the teaching of the teacher to make students less, learning concentration effect of 4%, the students feel disturbed when another friend noisier, interest student learning effect by 17%, students often find it difficult to learn the accounting cycle, the confidence of students affects 7%, students rarely get the opportunity of teachers, study habits effect by 12%, students are often late to class and rarely learn at home, the teacher as mentor students learn the effect of 12%, the delivery of a teacher is difficult to understand, infrastructure and learning facilities by 12% effect, inhibiting learning and social environment influence students in school by 7%, misconceptions and student misbehavior.   Keywords : Difficulty Learn, Accountancy.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi secara jelas tentang pengaruh pemberian remedial dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Group Investigation terhadap ketuntasan belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Bentuk penelitiannya Pre-Eksperimental, dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan tipe One-Group Pretest – Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 27 siswa,dengan sampel sebanyak 27 siswa. Berdasarkan t hitung sebesar 12,564 menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) Jika dibandingkan dengan t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 0,000. Maka t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel atau 12,564 > 0,000 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Korelasi dari  person pada penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas (X) yaitu pemberian remedial denagn penggunaan model pembelajaran group investigation terhadap  (Y) yaitu nilai ketuntasan siswa sebesar 22,28%. Kata Kunci : Group Investigation, Pemberian Remedial, Ketuntasan Belajar   Abstract: This study aims to find clear information about the remedial effect of the use of the learning model of Group Investigation learning completeness students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Sungai Kakap. The method used was experimental. Pre-experimental forms of research, the research design using Type One-Group Pretest - Posttest Design. The study population numbered 27 students, with a sample of 27 students. Based on t arithmetic amounted to 12.564 indicates that there is influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) When compared with t table at significant level of 0,05 of 0.000. So t is greater than t table or 12.564 > 0.000 so that Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Correlation of the person on the research shows the contribution of independent variables (X), namely the provision of remedial teaching model denagn use group investigation against (Y) that is the value of student mastery of 22.28%.   Keywords: Group Investigation, Giving, Masrtery Learning

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled "Applying Problem Based Learning Model Critical Thinking Skills to Learning PPKn in Class X Pontianak 9 High School". The method used in this study is descriptive research method with the form of research used in survey research. The subjects of this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Data collection techniques used in this study are direct communication techniques, observation, and tests. The results of the study can be concluded that the application of a problem-based model of critical thinking skills can improve learning outcomes in learning class X PPKn Pontianak 9 SMA. Planning for the implementation of a problem-based learning model in developing critical thinking skills in PPKN learning in class X Pontianak 9 Public High School. Abstract

 AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the critical thinking ability of students in IPS grade VIII SMPN 2 Simpang Hilir Regency of North Kayong. By applying the Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning model with students studying the Conventional model. problem formulation in this research How Effectiveness of Learning Model Applying Everyone is a Teacher Here Against the ability to Think Critical Students In Class IPS Class VIII SMPN 2 Simpang Hilir Kabupaten Kayong Utara. The research method used is Quasi Experiment and NonEquivalent Control Group Design research design. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and tests. Data collection tools, in the form of observation sheets, interview guides and tests. Based on the analysis in obtaining the data in the form of posttest result of the students of the experimental class of 73.51 and the posttest control class value of 65.94. From the data it can be seen that the students' critical thinking ability in the experimental class is higher than the control class. This shows that Every Is A Teacher Here learning model is effective in IPS learning activities. The aim was proved in the t test, that there was a difference in critical thinking ability of students with the tcount value> ttable (4,702> 1,785) was determined that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. Keywords: Critical Thinking Capability, Everyone Is A Teacher Here

Abstract

AbstractThis study is an attempt to find out the effect of financial performance (profitability and leverage) on stock prices in the registered Manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock  Exchange. The research methodology used was descriptive. The data used in this research was annual financial reports and close stock prices (closing prices)of 36 registered Manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012 which was taken from Iindonesia Stock Exchange branch Pontianak and also from several websites (http://www.idx.co.id/, http://finance.yahoo.com/). The result shows that the profitability and the leverage of the registered Manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange  is categorised as poor and good respectively. The result from (uji t) shows that the profitability  has significant effect partially on stock prices, while the leverage does not, and the result from (uji F) shows that the financial performance (profitability and leverage) has significant effect on stock prices of the registered Manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange simultaneously. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan mengajar guru ekonomi di SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi, komunikasi langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman wawancara, dan studi dokumenter yang berupa lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru ekonomi di SMA Islamiyah Pontianak melakukan tujuh keterampilan mengajar dari delapan keterampilan mengajar secara maksimal yang meliputi keterampilan bertanya, keterampilan memberikan penguatan, keterampilan mengadakan variasi, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan mengelola kelas, dan keterampilan mengajar kelompok kecil dan perorangan, meskipun pada beberapa keterampilan masih terlihat kekurangan. Sedangkan untuk keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, guru ekonomi tidak menggunakan keterampilan ini dalam pembelajaran karena sulitnya siswa untuk diajak berdiskusi.  Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Mengajar, Guru Ekonomi  Abstrack: This research was aimed to determine the economics teachers teaching’s skills in SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. This research used descriptive method. In collecting data, the researcher used observation sheets, directed communication with the sample in form of guided interviews and documentaries in form of fill notes. The finding of this research showed that the economic’s teachers of SMA Islamiyah Pontianak implemented seven of eight teaching skills with optimum which included questioning skill, reinforcement skill, holding variation skill, explaining skill, opening and closing lesson skill, classroom management skill, and teaching small group and indivudial skill, even thought some of skills still lack of implementation. While for the small group guiding skill, the economics teachers did not use this skill in learning process because the students were difficult to learn in discussion.  Keywords: Teaching Skills, Economics Teacher

Abstract

Abstract: The title of this research is the "Comparative Study of Learning Outcomes Learning Methods recitation with Conventional Methods Class XII IPS". This study aims to compare the results with the learning methods of recitation conventional teaching methods class XII IPS students. The independent variable in this study and recitation conventional learning method, the dependent variable of student learning outcomes in the matter of recording transactions into the general journal and specialized trading companies. This research method is experimental method, the form of True-experimental design. The design of the study was pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection tools used in the form of achievement test, which is processed by the measurement technique. Based on the results of t-test to post-test experimental and control classes obtained tcount is 2.00 with ? = 5% (0.05) ttable = 1.68. This means tcount> ttable, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded there is a difference in average learning outcomes of students who were taught using the method of recitation with conventional teaching methods in class XII IPS. 1Keywords: Comparison, Learning Outcomes, recitation, Conventional Abstrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah Studi Perbandingan Hasil Belajar Metode Resitasi dengan Metode Pembelajaran Konvensional Siswa Kelas XII IPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar metode resitasi dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas XII IPS. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini metode resitasi dan pembelajaran konvensional, variabel terikatnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi pencatatan transaksi ke jurnal umum dan khusus perusahaan dagang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, dengan bentuk True-eksperimen design. Rancangan penelitiannya adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar, yang diolah dengan teknik pengukuran. Berdasarkan Hasil uji t-test pada post test kelas eksperimen dan kontrol diperoleh Thitung adalah 2,00 dengan Ttabel = 1,68. Hal ini berarti Thitung Ttabel, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode resitasi dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional di kelas XII IPS. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemandirian belajar siswa pada materi persamaan dasar akuntansi kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Ambawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu observasi langsung, studi dokumenter, dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa kelas XI IPS 3. Hasil analisis menggunakan rumus yang dirancang oleh pebeliti sendiri untuk mengetahui hasil dari penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada analisis kemandirian belajar pada proses pembelajaran yang pertama sebesar 79,33, kemandirian pada post test 79,33 dan hasil penelitian yang kedua pada proses pembelajaran sebesar 88,3, kemandirian pada post test 88,3 sedangkan hasil belajar pada post test pertama menujukan sebesar 79,94 dan hasil belajar post test yang kedua 98,88 dan ini berarti kemandirian belajar ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa dalam materi persamaan akuntansi adalah 36 orang siswa sudah mandiri dan 36 orang siswa tuntas semua.   Kata kunci: Kemandirian Belajar , Hasil Belajar Abstract: The study aims to review the knowing independence students learn the material accounting equation at Class XI IPS 3 SMAN 1 Ambawang. The researsch method used is descriptive method with is survey research design. Data collection techniques used  , the direct observation namely, documentary studies and measurements. Population hearts research is 36 student Class XI IPS 3. The result of the analysis using formula deigned to review alone posted researchers know the findings from the study. Research result indicate that on the analisis independence learning procees the frist of 79,33 independence post test commercial article research second on learning process at 88,3 after the independence on est shows for commercial article 79,94 learn post test second 98,88 and independence from the findings in terms of learning students learn material accounting equation 1s 36 people students already independent and 36 students complete all.   Keywords : Independent Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berangkat dari ketertarikan penulis mengenai penurunan sisa hasil usaha yang diterima oleh Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja pada tahun 2015 dan diikuti dengan penurunan simpanan sukarela anggota. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini ialah “Bagaimana partisipasi anggota Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai partisipasi anggota di Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata partisipasi anggota Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja dalam menghadiri rapat anggota sebesar  69,7% dengan kategori baik, partisipasi anggota dalam menyimpan sebesar 78,7% dengan kategori sangat baik, partisipasi anggota dalam meminjam didapatkan sebesar 75,3% dengan kategori baik, dan partisipasi anggota dalam memanfaatkan unit usaha kredit barang sebesar 59,7% dengan katagori baik. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Partisipasi Anggota, KOPKOM KARSA   Abstract: This research was starting from the interest of authors based on the decrease of net income received by the Consumer Cooperative of Karya Sahaja in 2015 and was followed by a decrease in voluntary savings of members. A common problem in this research is "How do members participation in the Consumer Cooperative of Karya Sahaja Sungai Raya Kubu Raya". The puspose from this research is to provide an overview of the participation member in the Consumer Cooperatives of Karya Sahaja. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results showed that the average participation members at the Consumer Cooperative Karya Sahaja  in a meeting attended is 69.7% with good category, members participation in saving is 78.7% with very good category, members participation in borrow is 75.3% with good categories, and the members participation  in the credit business unit leverages goods by 59.7% in the category well.   Keywords: Analysis, Members Participation, KOPKOM KARSA
