Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, company growth and company size on the capital structure. The population used in this study is the food and beverages sub-sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses a quantitative method and the object of this research is the population and the sample is selected by the purposive sampling method, namely 6 food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The data collection technique uses the company's annual report from the 2015-2019 period. This research was conducted with the help of the Eviews 10 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of sales growth, company growth and company size simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure. Partially, sales growth has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure, company growth has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure and company size has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, motivation and work environment on working productivity on CV. Bina Karya Consultant. This research includes quantitative research types with hypothesis testing. The sample was used in this study as much as 57 employees at CV. Bina Karya Consultant. The analytical tools used in this research are the techniques of multiple linear regression test analysis, F test, T test, and multiple determiniation coefficient with the help of software for operating system named SPSS (Statistical Program for social Sience) version 18.0. The primary Data contained in this study was obtained from the questionnaire. The results of this of this study showed that Work Dicipline has significantpositive effect on Work Productivity, Motivation has significant positive effect on Work Productivity, Work Environment has significant positive effect on Work Productivity, Work Dicipline, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously influence on Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on turnover intention through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This study uses the approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 100 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique method (saturated sample). The sample in this study were 100 employees at PT. Jico Agung Sidoarjo. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from PT. Jico Agung Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. Data analysis using smartPLS 3.2.8 Software. The results obtained from this path analysis are obtained from the results that work stress has no significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has a significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. , job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention, job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, compensation has a significant effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklan, Persepsi dan Pengetahuan konsumen Terhadap Pembelian Produk pada PT. Javas Tripta Mandala. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah melakukan tabulasi terhadap kuesioner, pengumpulan data yang berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh iklan, persepsi dan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap pembelian produk. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini digunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil instrument penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh pertanyaan pada kuesioner dinyatakan valid. Untuk uji reliabilitas dari semua variabel diperoleh nilai Cronbach’s Alpha> 0.6 maka dinyatakan reliable. Uji Hipotesis berdasarkan Uji F, Uji t dan Adjusted R2 menunjukan ada Pengaruh signifikan Iklan, Persepsi dan Pengetahuan konsumen terhadap pembelian produk

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between profitability, firm size, capital structure, and firm value in the Food & Beverages Manufacturing sector over the period 2016-2020. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of eight companies, and secondary data from the Stock Exchange Gallery at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo were analyzed using the path analysis technique and SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that profitability positively and significantly influences capital structure, while firm size has a negative and insignificant impact. Additionally, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while firm size has a negative and insignificant influence. Furthermore, firm size positively affects firm value. Notably, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, mediated by capital structure, whereas firm size has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value through capital structure mediation. These findings contribute to the understanding of the factors shaping firm value in the Food & Beverages Manufacturing industry and offer implications for practitioners and policymakers seeking to optimize capital structure decisions and enhance firm performance. Highlights: Profitability positively influences capital structure in the Food & Beverages Manufacturing industry. Firm size does not significantly impact capital structure in the sector. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, while firm size has a negligible impact. Abstract

This quantitative research study investigates the influence of motivation, work facilities, and occupational safety and health on employee performance at the Tulangan Sidoarjo District Office. Employing a saturated sampling technique, data was collected from 49 employees serving as respondents. The findings reveal that motivation, work facilities, and occupational safety and health each have a positive and partially significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, when examined collectively, these factors exhibit a significant and positive influence on employee performance. These results underscore the importance of fostering motivation, providing adequate work facilities, and ensuring occupational safety and health measures to enhance employee performance. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge in the field of organizational behavior and provides valuable implications for organizations seeking to optimize their employees' performance. Highlights: Motivation positively influences employee performance. Adequate work facilities contribute to improved employee performance. Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to investigate the impact of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior among street vendors in Sidoarjo. The study utilized a saturated sampling technique, gathering responses from 90 fruit street vendors in Taman Pinang Indah, Sidoarjo Regency. The research variables included financial knowledge (X1), financial attitude (X2), personality (X3), and financial management behavior (y). Primary data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, which underwent validity and reliability tests. The study revealed that financial knowledge demonstrated a negative relationship and had no significant influence on financial management behavior. Conversely, financial attitude exhibited a positive relationship and significantly impacted financial management behavior. Additionally, personality exhibited a positive relationship and a significant effect on financial management behavior. These findings contribute to our understanding of the factors shaping financial behavior among street vendors, thereby offering valuable implications for financial education programs and interventions. Abstract

This quantitative research study aims to investigate the influence of work-related factors on employee performance and job satisfaction within a manufacturing organization. The research objectives encompass exploring the effects of work motivation, work environment, and workload on employee performance, as well as their influence on job satisfaction. The study employed a systematic approach, with a sample of 350 employees from the production department of the organization. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the validity of the data was assessed using Path Analysis. The results reveal that work motivation positively affects performance, along with the significant impacts of work environment and workload on performance. Furthermore, work motivation, work environment, and workload all have direct effects on job satisfaction. The findings also suggest that performance acts as an intervening variable, mediating the relationship between motivation, work environment, workload, and job satisfaction. The implications of this study provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction through targeted interventions in work-related factors. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of price, marketing communication, and shop image on coffee purchase decisions at Warung WAKU "Warung Ku." A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing questionnaire data collected from 100 respondents. Non-probability sampling, specifically incidental sampling, was employed to select the participants. The validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, multiple correlation coefficient tests, and multiple determination tests were conducted to analyze the data. The results of the simultaneous test indicated that price, marketing communication, and shop image collectively exerted a significant influence on coffee purchasing decisions. Moreover, the partial test revealed that price, marketing communication, and shop image individually impacted coffee purchasing decisions at WAKU "warung ku" stalls, with shop image displaying a particularly significant effect. This research provides valuable insights into the factors influencing consumers' coffee purchase decisions and offers implications for marketers and practitioners to enhance their strategies and overall performance in the competitive coffee industry. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of location, food quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions in the food service industry. A total of 96 respondents from customers of a specific food establishment were included in the sample. Quantitative methods were employed, and data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis involved validity and reliability tests, as well as tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity, and autocorrelation. Multiple linear regression analysis, T tests, and multiple correlation coefficient (R) were conducted, along with the determination coefficient (R2). The findings demonstrated that location, food quality, service quality, and price significantly influenced purchasing decisions at the examined food establishment. The implications of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in the food service industry, enabling practitioners to enhance their strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
