Abstract

ISO 9000 certified construction service companies in North Sulawesi need to develop work performance related competence model that can be used as a standard to develop human resources. In the more competitive business environment, a company is demanded to empower and optimize all proprietary resource, including human resources. Dealing with human resources with different characters, attitudes, and ability and to make them able to work cooperatively is indeed a challenge. Human resources who have knowledge and expertise are needed in an organization, and this will in return require organizational commitment. (Ulrich, 1998). An employee’s competence is valued based on his/her expertise and manifested in the form of salary. This of course relies on the individual’s capability  (person based pay) and non  characteristic work (job based pay) Long (1998). The aims of this research are: 1). to analyze and explain the  significant influence of human resource variable on compensation. 2). to analyze and explain the significant influence of human resource competence variable on employee’s performance.3). to analyze and explain the significant influence of  compensation variable on employee’s performance. This research samples  211 field employees. The data is sampled using propotional random sampling. Questioner is the main instrument to collect data, as well as to obtain secondary data of the related company. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used to calculate and test research result data. Research result shows that: 1). Significant and positive influence between human resource competence toward compensation is strongly seen. 2). Significant and positive between human resource competence and employee’s performance is strongly seen. 3). Significant and positive influence between compensation toward employee’s performance. Key word: human resource competence, compensation , employee’s performance.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource competencies to employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. Branch Office Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis showed that the competence of human resources have a significant effect on the performance of employees, as well as the regression coefficient of human resource competencies which meant that if the competence of human resources increased by one scale, the performance of employees will be increased by zero point nine one assuming factor other Factors unchanged. Thus, human resources competencies at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Manado make a positive contribution to the performance of the employee.Keywords: Competence, Human Resources, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract

Job Placement is an activity undertaken to decide whether or not an employee is placed in a certain position within a company. Employee performance is a very important thing in the business organization or individual to achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance of PT. FIFGROUP Cab. This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative associative and data collection is done by survey. Population in this research all work of PT. FIFGROUP Cab. Manado. While the sample using by Slovin in formula and obtained the number of 85 respondents, using simple linear regression test and correlation analysis with SPSS 23.0. Using simple linear correlation and linear regression analysis. The result of R value between the two variables is 0.282 means the relationship between job placement on employee performance is low. Then the value of R Square (coefficient determinant) 0.079. This shows that the employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Cab. Manado 7.9% is affected by job placement, while 92.1% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. One of the factors that make the job placement does not affect the employee's work performance is website, conditions and rules that have been determined by PT. FIFGROUP Cab Manado does not demand the same educational background as the existing job position or position. To further improve the performance of work then the job placement should be in accordance with existing educational background. Keywords: Job Placement, Employee Performances

Abstract

The effort to increase the working of employees is through paying attention to the stress of working. Stress can happen to every individualy human every time because stress is also a part of human life which can not be avoided. People often experience stress if they can not adapt their will with the fact either from inside or from outside of their self. This research means to know how much is the effect of the working stress to the working of employees at the Kantor Pengelola IT Center Manado. This research used quantitative methode and simple regression, using questionair and observation as s technique to get data and the total of the examples in this research are 32 worker. The counting in this research, the researcher used SPSS software version 21 which can show the corelation between the two variable,and how much the effect of such the working stress to the working of worker. The result of this research show that working stress to the working of employees show negative effect, because the mark of coefisien regression is negative that is 0,34. This negative effect means the working stress is getting less so it. influences the increase of working of employees. Bassed on the result analyses data which was managed, it can be concluded that the effect of working stress to the working of employees is on the stage of. Enough corelation that is 0,152, in rate means the effect of working stress to the working employees is 15,2% while the 84,8% are influenced by other variable that was not researched.

Abstract

The rapid technological developments bring changes in life and its development is inevitable. Is there any influence of work environment to employee performance at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. To know the effect of work environment on employee performance, at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. Work environment is a place where employees do activities every day. A conducive working environment provides a sense of security and enables employees to work optimally. Performance is a perwujup and work done by employees who are usually in use as a basis for assessment of employees or individuals. To analyze a problem must have to use a method or the right approach so that will in pengajian data process. What if researchers do research on a large population, while researchers want to examine about the population and researchers have limited funding, energy and time, the researchers used sampling techniques, 39 employees at PT. Maumbi mando expedition company. From the results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation obtained Y = 37.35 + 0.12 X. Significantly very strong positive between work environment variables and employee performance variables. Company expedition maumbi manado city to continue to improve employee performance by doing strict supervision so that employees more obey the rules.  Keywords: Work environment, employee performance

Abstract

Human resource is the resource that plays an important role in order to achieve company goals. Human resource management that will positively impact for good. Manado has a growth rate and competition as well as the culture, the style changes work, work culture, family needs, job demands, quickly taking place which eventually increase the population of the breadwinner of the family and responsibility, so between working life and family life in the sometimes arises friction or pressure. It resulted in a lack of a sense of belonging and more willingness to maximize the performance that comes from self-employee against the company. Sintesa Peninsula Hotel is one of the five star hotels in Manado that have so many employees. Therefore, everyone should be able to balance between work and personal as well. This research was conducted to find out whether the work-life balance can affect job satisfaction of the employees at the Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado. Work-life Balance as a free variable consists of three balance balance balance of time, namely engagement and satisfaction of the balance. As for job satisfaction as a bound variable is divided into five dimensions of job satisfaction that is the work itself, salaries, promotional opportunities, supervision and co-workers. This type of research using quantitative research using survey method. The data used in this study is a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents. Methods of data analysis used is a simple linear regression. To analyze the data using SPSS program assisted. The results of this research suggest that work-life balance has an impact on employee job satisfaction on Hotel Synthesis Peninsula Manado of 37.4% while 63.6% are affected by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The background of this research is PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals where the author will examine the extent of the relationship between Locus Of Control and Motivation to Performance of Individuals within the scope of Human resources. The purpose of this study was to find out and obtain a review of the influence of locus of control, while Motivation is an urge in a person to be able to do what he wants to do, but motivation is followed by a will while individual performance ishow good or qualified employees are in carrying out their responsibilities or you can also say the work done by the employee. The author takes the locus of control research title because the LOC is divided into two parts, namely the external LOC and internal LOC and Motivation as a measure to see whether a strong or weak relationship between variables. this is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 100 respondents obtained by using probability sampling method withproportionale sampling method using 1-5 Likert scale measuring instruments. to test the effect of the quality used by the instrument, test validity and reliability, while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method with t test and coefficient of determination (multiple correlation). therefore, H1 and H2 are rejected, which means that simultaneously the independent variables (locus of control and motivation) have a positive effect on the dependent variable  individualperformance) but are very weak or small in relation between the two. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the adjusted R square rate is -0.018 or 01.8%, which means that variations in individual performance can be explained by locus of control and motivation, while the remaining 98.2% can be explained by other variables outside the research variable.Key Words: Locus Of Control, Motivation, Individual Performance.

Abstract

The results of research conducted by t-test and also in accordance with the answers of the respondents at the Manado Branch Jiwasraya insurance company the city shows that the presence of influence between the workload against the performance of employees. From the results of the regression analysis explains that the increase or decrease in an employee's performance is not fully portrayed by the variable workload but there are other variables that affect the performance of employees. Based on research results, obtained results of workload and significant negative effect on performance of employees at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya branch of Manado city, it is clear that if the workload increases, it will reduce the potential performance employees and otherwise declining workloads then it will increase the performance potential of the employees, with the work load as target achievement system, giving guidance and coaching against the prospective new agents until can reduce the potential performance of the employees.Keywords : workload and work performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.
