Abstract

In today’s young generation, there is an understanding of religion that is starting to disappear among the younger generation. To solve this problem, it is necessary to motivate the younger generation to be able to study fiqh science. This research was carried out to describe how important the application of adolescent psychology is in increasing the learning motivation of students at a state Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Palu. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach. Interviews was employed to collect the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis process carried out in this study used deductive and inductive techniques. The results of this study then found that learning motivation for students was strongly influenced by their psychological development. Therefore, problems in fiqh learning activities can be solved by increasing student motivation through an adolescent psychology approach. Through this, it is hoped that students will want to learn fiqh.

Abstract

This article discusses the evaluation of the implementation of make-a-match type cooperative learning model to improve learning outcomes of Islamic religious education in a senior high school in Central Sulawesi. The research used a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research findings show that Islamic religious education learning by implementing the make-a-match type cooperative learning model at Banawa Senior High School increased students’ achievement results. The make-a-match type cooperative learning model are better than conventional learning because the students show anthusiasm in learning process. The make-a-match type cooperative learning model evaluates each presentation of material to maintain retention (memory), increasing motivational effects and new knowledge, and also increasing memory by adding creations that connect students' new ability to previous knowledge.

Abstract

Olahraga merupakan salah satu aktivitas fisik maupun psikis seseorang yang berguna untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan seseorang setelah olahraga. Islam memandang bahwa kesehatan itu sangat penting karena kesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia, sesuatu yang sesuai dengan fitrah manusia  dikarenakan Islam adalah agama yang sempurna lagi menyeluruh, yang meliputi semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Agama Islam dan olahraga memiliki korelasi atau hubungan  dikarenakan setiap olahraga selalu mengedepankan sportifitas yang tak lain sangat berhubungan erat dengan kejujuran, kejujuran sangat perlu ditanamkan dalam setiap insan olahraga demi menjaga citra sportif dalam setiap pertandingan. Nabi Muhammad SAW, menurut sebuah hadis riwayat Imam Bukhari, menganjurkan para sahabatnya agar mampu menguasai bidang-bidang olahraga. Terutama berkuda, berenang, memanah, memanah, gulat, lari dan menombak atau lempar lembing. Para ulama mempunyai pandangan yang sama tentang hukum olahraga menurut ajaran Islam, bahwa hukum olahraga adalah Sunah atau dianjurkan melakukannya selama pelaksanaannya menurut ajaran Islam. Tetapi apabila dalam pelaksanaannya bertentangan dengan syariat Islam seperti memakai pakaian yang membuka aurat dan menimbulkan nafsu seksual serta menimbulkan perbuatan maksiat, maka hukumnya adalah haram. Tidak ada pertentangan antara olahraga dan agama malah sebaliknya saling mengisi dan mendukung pada masing-masing aktivitas yang berbeda. Kontroversi yang terjadi, bukanlah persoalan nilai dan manfaatnya secara prinsip, melainkan pada media yang dipakai oleh para pelaku olahraga seperti; berbusana, tujuan individu dalam melakukan olahraga.

Abstract

This research revealed that the existence of the Old Master was not only a teacher who taught various scientific disciplines to his students but also a Sufi who was awarded Karamah from Allah SWT. Apart from that, the researcher also used Sayyed Hossein Naser's theory to analyze in depth the meaning of the substance contained in the Poetry of the Old Teachers related to the nature of God as the core of his Sufism teachings. In conclusion, the Old Master is a Sufi figure whose teachings originate from the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions. Then the implications of the Old Master's Sufism teachings have never been forgotten by his students since he was alive until now

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the actualisation of inclusive values in religious learning and examine how the values of tasamuh, ta'awun, and justice are applied at SMA Karuna Dipa Palu, which has a diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and religions. The main objective is to assess how these values strengthen inclusive religious education and identify opportunities and challenges in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative field study method with a case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis to understand the application of inclusivism values in religious education at Karuna Dipa High School, with data analysis carried out using the Miles and Huberman techniques which include data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The formal-textual approach in religious learning actualises the values of inclusivity through the opening, core, and closing stages. In the opening stage, teachers from various religions prepare the class and motivate students. In the core stage, the values of openness, tolerance, mutual assistance, and justice are taught through each religion's teachings. In the closing stage, teachers and students summarise necessary materials and give assignments, thus creating solid social solidarity in the school. Karuna Dipa High School faces challenges in developing inclusivism values, such as limited technological resources, visualisation facilities for materials, and limited learning time. In addition, the lack of sustainable religious programs also hinders students' comprehensive understanding of inclusivism. This research implies that inclusivism values in religious education can strengthen social solidarity and inclusivity in diverse schools but requires increased resources, facilities, and sustainable programs for optimal results.

Abstract

إن هذا البحث يتكلم في مسألة الزواج وهي عن حكم قبول خطبة الفاسق في الفقه الإسلامي وأثره في الحياة الزوجية وهو يدور على المشكلتين الرئيسيتين، وهما:1) ما حكم قبول خطبة الفاسق؟، و 2) ما أثر قبول خطبة الفاسق في الحياة الزوجية؟ وقد سلك الباحث في كتابة هذا البحث مسلك الدراسة المكتبية على مرحلتين في إعداده. أما المرحلة الأولى فهي جمع المواد المتعلقة به من كتب العلماء والمقالات والأوراق العلمية التي تكلمت في الموضوع. وأما المرحلة الثانية فهي تنظيم المواد بطريقة نقل الكلام وترتيبه بعد المطالعة والاستقراء في مناسبته بموضوع البحث.ونتيجة البحث هي: 1) أن حكم قبول خطبة الفاسق متعلق بمدى فسق الخاطب؛ الأول: جواز قبول خطبة الفاسق إذا كان فسقه لا يخرجه عن دائرة الإسلام، والثاني: تحريم قبول خطبة الفاسق إذا كان فسقه يخرجه عن دائرة الإسلام. 2) أن الفسق له أثر سيئ في الحياة الزوجية وأنه قد يسبب شقاء الحياة بين الزوجين بل قد يؤدي إلى تفريق الزوجين.الكلمة الأساسية: القبول، الخطبة، الفاسق، الحياة الزوجية. Penelitian ini berbicara tentang masalah perkawinan, yaitu tentang putusan tentang menerima pertunangan pernikahan dalam yurisprudensi Islam dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan pernikahan, yang berkisar pada dua masalah utama, yaitu: 1) Apa hukum tentang menerima pinangan seorang fasiq, dan 2) Apa dampak dari menerima pinangan seorang fasiq dalam kehidupan berumahtangga. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengambil jalur penelitian pustaka dalam dua tahap pada penyusunannya. Tahap pertama adalah mengumpulkan data-data terkait dari buku-buku karya para ulama, artikel dan makalah ilmiah yang berbicara tentang masalah ini. Tahap kedua adalah menyusun data-data yang ada dengan cara menyalin dan mengaturnya setelah membaca dan meneliti kesesuaiannya dengan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Hukum tentang menerima pinangan seorang fasiq tergantung pada sejauh mana kefasiqan sang peminang; yang pertama: diperbolehkannya menerima pinangan seorang fasiq jika kefasiqannya tidak membawanya keluar dari lingkaran Islam, dan yang kedua: Diharamkan menerima pinangan seorang fasiq jika kefasiqannya membawanya keluar dari lingkaran Islam. 2) Kefasiqan memiliki dampak buruk pada kehidupan berumahtangga dan dapat menyebabkan kesengsaraan dalam hidup di antara pasangan suami-istri dan bahkan dapat menyebabkan perceraian antara pasangan suami-istri.Kata Kunci: Penerimaan, Pinangan, Fasiq, Kehidupan Berumahtangga.

Abstract

The socialization of political participation in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections in South Buton Regency was carried out by the Panwaslu of Batuatas Sub-district with the aim of increasing public awareness of their voting rights and political roles. This socialization uses a Marxist socialism perspective to explain how social class and power influence the political process. The methods used included discussions, seminars and the utilization of social media to reach more layers of society. The results show an increase in political understanding, especially among marginalized groups, as well as increased participation in election monitoring. With more critical political awareness, the community is expected to elect leaders who truly represent the interests of the people and maintain the integrity of local democracy. This activity contributes to efforts to build a more inclusive and equitable political system in South Buton District.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of HOTS-based learning in mathematics subjects at MI Sains Al-Hidayah Sorong City includes planning, implementation, and learning assessment. This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Researchers conducted in-depth observations in class IV. The data were obtained from the learning implementation plan document, interviews, and direct observation during the learning process. Data is presented and analyzed through the process of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources to mathematics teachers, madrasa principals, and supervisors. The results of the study show that learning planning is carried out by making lesson plans that contain HOTS-based activities. The learning process is also applied with problem-solving discussions to work on HOTS-based questions. Assessment is carried out at each meeting through practice questions, daily tests, UTS, and UAS.

Abstract

Strategy in the world of education is very important, in relation to building mathematical representation skills. A teacher not only focuses on student learning outcomes or student achievement but also, has planning in building student competencies, one of which is the ability mathematical representation. This study aims to analyze the initial ability mathematical representation of students and describe the strategies applied by the teacher in building mathematical representation skills at MI AL-Ma'arif Sorong Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the source of research data taken by purposive sampling, namely 3 students from the number of students in the class. Data collection techniques with the help of instruments, namely modules and mathematical representation videos, individual student math journals, problem packages mathematical representation, interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis on student's journal of mathematics the mathematical representation used is only symbolic representation is verbal mathematical representation and visual representation almost absolutely do not students use it in solving or mathematical problem solving. Based on the data from the initial ability test results mathematical representation is still low based on ability indicators representation is 8.3, while the pretest score is 64.7. In describe the strategies that the teacher applies based on the results of the posttest undergoing changes and improvements based on indicators of ability representation is 16, while the posttest assessment is 97. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between students' mathematical strategies and representations. The conclusion obtained is strategies used by teachers in learning contribute to build students' mathematical representation skills, especially on fractions.

Abstract

This article examines the role of Qur’an Memorization in shaping students' characters at Banua Qur’an Palu. This article aims to explore the factors that influence the ability to memorize the Qur’an and the extent to which Qur’anic memorization can shape students' personalities. The research adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and written document analysis. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion. The research findings indicate that the factors influencing the ability to memorize the Qur’an include internal and external factors. Qur’anic memorization can shape the students' personalities because the Qur’an contains verses that prohibit wrongdoing and encourage righteous deeds. These findings align with Tomas Lickona's theory, which suggests that good character can be developed through the habituation of good deeds in students' daily lives. This habituation is known as Moral Knowing, Moral Loving (Moral Feeling), and Moral Doing (Learning to Do). The implications of this research highlight the importance of continuous learning and guidance from religious teachers in shaping the students' characters.
