Fenomena pemilihan umum dengan sistem proporsional terbuka saat ini banyak juga popularitas kandidat melebihi popularitas partainya di dalam masyarakat, sehingga pribadi kandidat menjadi hal menarik yang lebih diperhatikan oleh masyarakat dari pada kedudukan partainya. Pada popultaritas dan elektabilitanya, Partai PBB di Gayo Lues sejak periode pemilihan 2014 sampai 2019 saat ini tidak bisa dikatakan tinggi karena dari calon-calon yang di usung dalam pileg 2014 hanya 1 orang yang berhasil duduk di parlemen DPRK Kabupaten Gayo Lues, begitu juga pada pemilu tahun 2019 saat ini yaitu Ilyas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk modal sosial yang digunakan Tim Pemenangan Ilyas dalam Pemilihan Legislatif Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Gayo Lues dan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan modal sosial terhadap pemenangan Ilyas pada Pileg 2019 di Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk modal sosial yang digunakan tim pemenangan Ilyas dalam Pemilihan Legislatif Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Gayo Lues meliputi beberapa hal yaitu: 1) Figur Ilyas dimata masyarakat kabupaten Gayo Lues, 2) Etnisitas/Kesukuan, 3) Prestasi yang dimiliki oleh Ilyas sebagai anggota legislatif. Sedangkan pemanfaatan modal sosial terhadap pemenangan Ilyas pada Pileg 2019 di Kabupaten Gayo Lues yaitu: 1) Pemanfaatan modal sosial dari segi ranah (Field), dan 2) Pemanfaatan modal sosial dari segi figur oleh tim pemenangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah modal sosial yang digunakan oleh Ilyas dan tim pemenangannya menjadi point utama pada pileg 2019 di kabupaten Gayo Lues dengan memanfaatkan beberapa aspek yang sangat mempengaruhi perolehan suaranya pada pileg tahun 2019 di Kabupaen Gayo lues. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk-Bentuk modal sosial yang digunakan oleh Ilyas dan tim Pemenangan merupakan langkah yang sangat baik terhadap pemenangan Ilyas. Namun, baik dari tim pemenangan maupun kedepannya dapat melakukan hal yang sama terhadap calon-calon anggota lain yang berada di dalam partai yang sama sehingga partai juga ikut merasakan dampak terhadap modal sosial tersebut. Pemanfaatan modal sosial yang dilakukan tidak hanya dilakukan pada saat kampanye atau saat pemilu akan dilaksanakan. Akan tetapi Ilyas juga harus mampu melakukan pemanfaatan modal sosial tersebut sebagai seorang anggota DPRK terpilih. Sehingga masyarakat tidak memiliki penyesalan untuk memilihnya sebagai anggota legislatif. Kata Kunci : Ilyas, Modal Sosial, Pemilu

Based on the measurement of droplet contact angle on the surface of taro leaf, droplet measurement using mineral water volume 1-5 ml respectively that is 159,325°, 154,628°, 152,430°, 151,833°, 150,199°, while in sea water that is 154,011°, 152,266°, 149,265°, 149,290°, 144,345°, and on cooking oil that is 35,407°, 40,206°, 42,825°, 46,997°, 49,807°. Based on the measurement of droplet contact angle on the surface of serai leaf, droplet measurement using mineral water volume 1-5 ml respectively that is 132,791°, 130,539°, 126,367°, 124,409°, 122,005°, while at sea water that is 126,319°, 121,409° , 118,856°, 109,273°, 106,950° and on cooking oil that is 34,683°, 36,760°, 39,739°, 43,603°, 52,837°. Based on the measurement of droplet contact angle on papaya leaf surface, droplet measurements using mineral water are 87,766°, 83,538°, 82,248°, 74,157°, 71,079°, while in sea water 84,523°, 83,059°, 80,017° , 71,346°, 70,167°, and on cooking oil are 34,367°, 38,086°, 40,597°, 43,933°, 47,339°. With the difference in fluid in each leaf, it can be seen the nature of the leaf, different leaves and different fluids in droplet droplets become related to the surface causing a decrease in contact angle.

All companies that have a business must always have competition, therefore every company must hold training and development for new and old employees. Because to make a company superior, sophisticated technology will not be enough because it will be useless if the technology is sophisticated but users or employees are not competent enough to use the technology. But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

The purpose of this research is to describe the management and business development of MSMEs in Bogor Regency, to analyze the internal and external environment, and to plan business development in the fast food business. Data collection method used in this research is interview. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the authors found that the management and development of business, especially fast food in the internal environment around the place of business has been going well in terms of human resources, financial aspects, and production and operational aspects. Meanwhile, the analysis of the external environment shows that the fast food business has a weak competitive position because it does not have product differentiation. The strategy used by the company is a market development strategy which is obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis and the grand strategy matrix.

Bulan Ramadan merupakan bulan di mana sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia wajib berpuasa. Hal ini kemudian secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi kondisi karyawan dan hasil dari produktivitas mereka. Selain itu, sering kali terdapat adanya perubahan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini kemudian akan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk dapat melihat mengenai bagaimana perubahan jam kerja di bulan Ramadan dapat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dari karyawan. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil studi ke lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan dan manajer di perusahaan industri manufaktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa perubahan jam kerja mempengaruhi kinerja dari para karyawan tersebut. Hal ini kemudian diperparah dengan kondisi karyawan yang saat itu sedang berpuasa. Sebagian besar karyawan merasa lebih sulit berkonsentrasi, terutama di pagi hari. Kemudian kelelahan juga lebih sering dirasakan. Namun agar produktivitas tidak menurun, pihak manajemen sendiri berusaha untuk dapat memberikan fleksibilitas jam kerja dan mengubah prioritas dan deadline pekerjaan sesuai dengan kondisi karyawan. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak adanya penurunan yang signifikan di dalam produktivitas karyawan.

Community welfare is one of the objectives that the state must meet. Through social policy, then human development can be carried out. This human development in the future will improve the quality of people’s lives. This research will be carried out to look at how social welfare is increased through social policies to develop humans. This research will use a qualitative approach. The research data comes from the results of previous research and studies which still have relevance to the contents of this study. The results of this study found that in order to develop humans, policies and planning are unavoidable. Human development to create social welfare can be carried out with social policies supported by appropriate budgets. Acceleration of human development itself can be carried out by implementing social empowerment and community-based social rehabilitation for problem groups.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Desa Cilebut, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Hasil analisis kualitas sumber daya manusia dan motivasi menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil perhitungan korelasi R = 0,861. Hasil regresi koefisien determinasi 0,731 atau 73,1%. Hasil uji t hipotesis simultan dengan Fℎ???????????????????? = 67,550 > F???????????????????? = 320, maka H0 ditolak dan H???? diterima artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas sumber daya manusia dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil tersebut bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Motivasi akan meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Desa Cilebut, Kabupaten Bogor.

The Covid 19 pandemic had economic, social and political implications in almost all countries, including Indonesia. The economic impact of the Covid 19 pandemic had also been felt by the UMKM sector in Bogor Regency. The impact caused by this pandemic includes 5 aspects, namely 1) selling aspect. The average decline in selling of UMKM, 2) Business Revenue aspect. The average decrease in business revenue aspect, 3) Capital aspect. The number of UMKM experiencing capital problems increased, 4) The aspect of the number of employees. In this aspect, UMKM reduced the number of employees, and 5) The aspect of the ability to pay bank installments. Almost all UMKM (especially micro-entrepreneurs) experienced obstacles in carrying out their obligations to banks. This study also found that UMKM actors in Bogor Regency had implemented an online sales strategy, although not all of them. The number of UMKM implementing online strategies increased during Covid 19. This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of management accounting on cost budget efficiency and productivity in Aqua Home Service in Bogor Regency. In the face of increasingly fierce business competition, cost budget efficiency and productivity have become crucial issues for companies, especially for small and medium businesses such as Aqua Home Service. The implementation of effective management accounting is expected to help companies manage costs more efficiently and increase work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents, consisting of managers and staff at Aqua Home Service. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression to measure the relationship between the application of management accounting and budget efficiency, cost, and productivity. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between the application of management accounting on the efficiency of the cost budget, with a regression coefficient value of 0.70, which shows that the application of management accounting can reduce unnecessary expenses. In addition, management accounting also has a positive effect on the company's productivity, with a regression coefficient of 0.65. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of management accounting has an important role in improving the efficiency of the cost budget and productivity of Aqua Home Service in Bogor Regency.
