Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of strategic management on visitor satisfaction at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). The implementation of strategic management in tourist destinations is crucial in improving the quality of service and visitor attraction, especially in the era of increasingly tight tourism competition. The research method used was quantitative with a simple regression analysis technique, involving 30 respondents who were TMII visitors. The results showed that the implementation of strategic management had a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.75· This value shows that any improvement in the implementation of strategic management will increase visitor satisfaction by 75%. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing a planned and integrated strategy at TMII in order to achieve higher satisfaction for visitors. Thus, this study gives the implication that TMII needs to continue to improve its management strategy to create an optimal and sustainable tourism experience for visitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Pengaruh Marketing Mix terhadap Keputusan konsumen dalam meningkatkan pembelian pada Permata Mart di Kabupaten Bogor, Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu variabel Produk (X1), Harga (X2), Lokasi (X3), Promosi (X4), Orang (X5) Bukti Fisik (X6) dan Proses (X7) serta variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen (Y). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 1.744 + 0,248 X1 – 0,013 X2 + 0,022 X3 + 0,006 X4 + 0,274 X5 + 0,242 X6 – 0,138. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Untuk pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji Validitas, Reliabilitas, dan Uji Asumsi klasik. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketujuh variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam meningkatkan pembelian pada Permata Mart di Kabupaten Bogor (Y). Dari perhitungan uji F diperoleh F hitung 3,383 > F Tabel 2,11 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. Selain itu nilai Adjusted R Square yang sebesar 0,166 yang berarti besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah 20,5%. Dan uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel harga dan promosi yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Saran utama bagi Minimarket Permata Mart di Kabupaten Bogor adalah penelitian yang berhubungan dengan perilaku konsumen khususnya mengenai pengaruh marketing mix terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen sekiranya dapat dijadikan acuan dalam mengambil kebijakan manajemen demi kemajuan usaha retail.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan program pencegahan bullying dan kekerasan seksual di MTs Nurul Huda Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampel terdiri dari 80 siswa, 10 guru, dan 5 staf sekolah yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pencegahan telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, dengan skor rata-rata 78,6% (kategori "baik"). Namun, terdapat kelemahan dalam aspek pelaporan kasus dan konseling lanjutan. Rekomendasi ditujukan pada penguatan sistem pelaporan dan peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam kampanye anti-kekerasan. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif guru dan tenaga kependidikan perlu ditingkatkan agar program pencegahan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Perlu adanya evaluasi rutin serta integrasi program ke dalam kurikulum untuk membangun budaya sekolah yang aman dan peduli. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak sekolah, pemerintah, serta lembaga terkait dalam menyusun strategi pencegahan kekerasan berbasis satuan Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. The unit of analysis of the research is PD. Karya Bearing Motor Bekasi, Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, with a total of 25 respondents. This study uses a descriptive method through a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of the study show that the value of sig. The workload variable is 0.741 > 0.05, the workload variable has no effect on employee performance. The value of sig. Of the job satisfaction variables, which are 0.868 > 0.05, the job satisfaction variable has no effect on employee performance. The value of sig. From the work discipline variables, which are 0.989 > 0.05, the work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Employee Training and Employee Development on Work Productivity at Sinar Maju Indonesia Company. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 employees. Data analysis using simple linear regression showed a regression coefficient of 0.75. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Employee Training and Employee Development on Work Productivity at Sinar Maju Indonesia Company. An increase in training intensity is associated with an increase in work productivity. These findings support the importance of investing in Employee Training and Employee Development to improve performance and efficiency in companies. Therefore, it is recommended that the management of Sinar Maju Indonesia Company continue and even improve its Employee Training and Employee Development programs to maximize their potential and achieve the company's goals. This research contributes to the development of human resources in the industrial sector and can be a reference for future research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta menganalisis budaya organisasi sebagai moderasi pengaruh pelatihan dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan adanya permasalahan penurunan kinerja pegawai yang terjadi pada salah satu BUMD Kabupaten Kendal. Unit analisis penelitian adalah pegawai salah satu BUMD Kabupaten Kendal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 79 pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun budaya organisasi dapat menjadi moderasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun budaya organisasi tidak dapat menjadi moderasi pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

In Indonesia's increasingly digital religious landscape, online da'wah has become a key agent in influencing public reasoning and civic engagement. This research aims to provide digital da'wah with the potential to be a transformational force in shaping a more critical, open, and active Muslim society in democratic socio-political life. Using a quantitative approach, as many as 100 respondents were randomly selected to fill out a validated questionnaire. The results of statistical analysis showed a significant positive relationship between digital da'wah and the formation of critical and democratic thinking, with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.602 (p < 0.01). Simple linear regression analysis showed that digital da'wah significantly predicted the formation of critical and democratic thinking, with a regression coefficient value of β = 0.547 and a significance of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The R² value of 0.363 indicates that 36.3% of the variation in critical thinking and democratic attitudes can be explained by the digital da'wah variable. These findings confirm that digital da'wah not only plays a role as a medium for the dissemination of religious values, but also as a means of forming critical thinking awareness and involvement in the democratic process in Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HR) in creating an effective work environment at PT Sinar Maju Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires that are distributed to 60 employees from various divisions. The aspects examined include recruitment, training and development, reward systems, and internal communication. The results of the study show that HR management has a significant role in forming a conducive work environment. As many as 82% of respondents stated that regular training improves their competence and confidence. In addition, 75% of respondents think that a good internal communication system helps reduce conflict and improve collaboration between teams. Linear regression analysis showed that the HR management variable had a positive effect on the effectiveness of the work environment with a determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.68. These findings confirm that a structured and sustainable HR strategy is essential in creating a productive and harmonious work climate. This study recommends strengthening employee development programs and increasing communication openness between organizational levels.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance and motivation at Aqua Home Service Mulia, Bogor Regency. The research method used was a quantitative method with data collection through a questionnaire filled out by 30 respondents, namely Aqua Home Service Mulia employees. The variables measured in this study include leadership style as an independent variable, as well as employee performance and motivation as a bound variable. The results of the study show that leadership style has a significant positive influence on employee performance and motivation. In particular, the leadership style applied by managers and team leaders is proven to improve employee performance and arouse their work motivation. The influence of leadership style on motivation also showed significant results, indicating that good leadership can strengthen employees' commitment and enthusiasm at work. In addition, employee motivation was also found to have a positive influence on their performance, which means that motivated employees have better performance. These findings show that companies need to pay attention to the implementation of effective leadership styles to improve employee motivation and performance, which can ultimately improve the overall productivity of the organization. This research is expected to contribute to the development of leadership strategies in companies.
