Abstract

So far, proof of a child's identity is only limited to a birth certificate, then through the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 2 of 2016the government issued a policy on KIA (Child Identity Card). Where through the KIA (Child Identity Card) the government hopes that there will beincreasing data collection, protection and public services to realize the best rights for children. Not only for data collection purposes, KIA (CardChild Identity) together with the birth certificate are expected to provide legal certainty and guarantee for the recognition of rights along with:his protection. With the formulation of the problem how to implement Permendagri No. 2 of 2016 concerning KIA (Child Identity Card) in the ServicePopulation and Civil Registration of Mojokerto Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of Permendagri No. 2 of 2016About KIA (Child Identity Card) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Mojokerto Regency.The theory used is the theory of Policy Implementation from Edward III which consists of 4 indicators, namely: Bureaucratic Structure, Resources,Disposition and Communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the phenomenonactually from events in the field. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documents related to research.The results of the study indicate that the community is the object of implementing the policies contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 2The year 2016 regarding Identity Cards is of course urged to realize that current population administration documents are very important andsupport its implementation. of this policy. The government – ??in this case the Department of Population and Civil Registry – has not made enough effortsto raise public awareness effectively.

Abstract

Implementation is an action or implementation of a plan that has been arranged sequentially. Usually done afterpolicy planning that is considered perfect. In accordance with policies that include rules containing elements of decisions in an effort toselection of alternatives in order to achieve certain goals and objectives. In relation to the law that regulates the elderly, such as clothing, boardsand food. in Mojokerto Regency there is an institution that oversees all Regency Elderly who receive assistance from the government.Therefore, the elderly who have no family or are neglected will be put in a nursing home under the auspices of the Social Service which will provide services for the elderlyget protection and social security from the government. There is a budget from the APBD for every elderly in the nursing home. Destinationof this study is to determine the implementation of the welfare of the elderly according to the Law on the Elderly Number 13 of 1998. The results of the studyThe welfare of the elderly in nursing homes is measured by using 6 aspects, namely influencing interests, types of benefits,degree of change, location of decision making, program implementers and resources used.

Abstract

Every election law enforcement is handled by state institutions depending on the type of violation committed. Bawaslu is wrongan institution that obtains attribution of authority to enforce election laws related to election process disputes. On implementationIn its authority, Bawaslu is considered to often take actions that go beyond what should be done. And this research usesQualitative research methods have the meaning of being a scientific way to obtain valid data, and with the aim of finding,developed, or proven, a certain knowledge or object so that it can be used or understood to solve, and anticipateproblems in a particular field or object. With Bawaslu's review as a very important role in overseeing electionsgeneral in accordance with what is mandated in the Law on Election Management, which states that the supervisory function ofgeneral elections which are described or explained in the duties, authority, obligations of election supervisors, and resolution of problems or disputescontained in it which includes general elections.

Abstract

In the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, many aspects have changed, especially the government aspect. Governmentrequired to issue the latest policy regarding handling the Covid-19 pandemic itself. In the village ministry, village ministryissued the latest policy, namely Village Minister Regulation No. 6 of 2020, which was not followed up by the village government, in this case the village governmentJambeyan issued several policies. The benefit of this research is that it provides information for knowing and analyzingImplementation of Village Ministerial Decree no. 6 of 2020 in Priority Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Jambeyan Village, Sedan District, RegencyRembang. If we relate it to Merilee S Grindle's theory of policy implementation, there are six aspects that need to be looked at, from the six aspects:conveyed that the theory of policy implementation is very related.Based on research results obtained through several informants, the implementation of Village Minister Regulation No. 6 of 2020 is a priorityuse of village funds in 2020 in Jambeyan village with program efforts that can create good conditions. Results from researchproves that the people of Jambeyan village are satisfied with the efforts of the Jambeyan village government in issuing policiesrelated to village regulation number 6 of 2020.

Abstract

PKK is a community movement that has been active as a government partner in the implementation of various programscommunity development. The PKK has a main role, namely the driving force that empowers the potential of women to play an active role indevelopment and as an institution with the main mission of realizing a prosperous, advanced and independent family with more and more work achievements,has received recognition of its existence in the midst of society. With its core relation to owning and implementing the 10 main PKK programswhich has been institutionalized and accepted by the community because it is in accordance with the demands of life and people's livelihoods in improvingthe physical and spiritual welfare of the community as seen from social capital from the implementation of health, education and skills.
