Abstract

One of the problems that often occurs in oil palm farmer groups is limited business development capital and financial management that is still not well organized. Based on these problems, the training implementation team raised the theme of financial management procedures in vegetable farmer groups in Lingga Tiga Village. The team will provide a simulation of making a feasibility proposal for a vegetable business and business and training in the preparation of vegetable business financial statements. By carrying out several programs in this training. It is hoped that farmers can improve the knowledge of financial management carried out by vegetable farmers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the performance, promotion and service of RSPD 96.5 FM Radio on public satisfaction in conveying information. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used was 100 people, namely loyal listeners of RSPD Radio 96.5 FM. The research results show that performance, promotion and service have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously. For the performance variable (X1), the value obtained was tcount (3.541) > ttable 1.661) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that performance partially influences community satisfaction. For the promotion variable (X2), the value obtained is tcount (2.946) > ttable (1.661) and the significance level is 0.001 < 0.05. This means that promotion partially influences public satisfaction. For service (X3), the value obtained is tcount (4,722) > ttable (1.661) and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that service partially influences community satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test results obtained a value of 0.725. This value means that public satisfaction can be explained by performance, promotion and service by 72.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 27.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of taste and price on consumer satisfaction in Rantauprapat Millennial Warkop. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this study was millennial warkop customers of Rantauprapat. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that taste and price affect customer satisfaction at Rantauprapat Millennial Warkop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD Rantauprapat. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 82 responden, sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai RSUD Rantauprapat Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa Kepemimpinan, motivasi, semangat kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD Rantauprapat.

Abstract

This research aims to test, analyze and explain the influence of product quality, word of mouth, promotion and price on purchasing decisions for My Dimsum products. This type of research is categorized as descriptive analytical research using a quantitative approach. The sample for this research consisted of 98 respondents consisting of My Dimsum consumers who were taken using accidental sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tool. Instrument testing uses validity tests and reliability tests. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for My Dimsum products. Word of mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for My Dimsum products. Promotion does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase My Dimsum products and price has a significant effect on the decision to purchase My Dimsum products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran digital, inovasi produk, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tupperware. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survei dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan spss. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital, inovasi produk, kualitas produk dan harga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tupperware. terlihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu 0,388 hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa variabel pemasaran digital, inovasi produk, kualitas produk dan harga dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 38,8% sedangkan sisanya atau 62,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, brand terhadap keputusan pembelian Handphone Realme. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survei dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan spss. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, brand mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk handphone Realme. Dari hasil Outpun SPSS versi 20.0 model Summary besar nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu 0.780, hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga dan brand dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 78% pada Toko Erafone Rantauprapat sedangkan sisanya atau sebesar 22,00% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, service quality, and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions in choosing a café as a hangout place at CKC Corner Shield Rantauprapat. This type of research is quantitative. In this study, the population is consumers of the CKC Corner Shield Rantauprapat café, the number of which is not known for certain. Because the population is unknown, the sample size obtained from the formula (Sujarweni, 2015) was 96 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, that is, the sampling technique can be carried out on anyone who is accidentally found and is suitable to be used as a sample, then that person can be used as a sample. The research results show that lifestyle, service quality, and word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions in choosing a café as a hangout place at CKC Corner Shield Rantauprapat. The R square value from the coefficient of determination analysis is 0.606, meaning that purchasing decisions can be explained by lifestyle variables (x1), service quality (x2), and word of mouth (x3) of 60.6%, while the remaining 39.4% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of impulse buying, location and promotion on the repurchase interest of consumers of boiled drinking water at the Delima Water depot. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this study were customers of the Delima Water Cooked Water depot. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study was descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that impulse buying, location and promotion have an effect on the repurchase interest of consumers of boiled drinking water at the Delima Water depot. can be seen in the Adjusted R Square column which is 0.783. This value means that the consumer's repurchase interest is explained by impulse buying, location and promotion by 78.3%. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, organizational culture, and work-life balance on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with survey techniques and uses linear regression analysis to test the relationship between these variables. Data was collected from respondents who were employees at PT. Tolan Tiga Indonesia by using research instruments in the form of online questionnaires. The results show that employee engagement, organizational culture, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. High employee engagement increases motivation and productivity, a strong organizational culture encourages collaboration and innovation, while a good work-life balance reduces stress and improves employee well-being. Ces résultats confirment que les entreprises qui investissent dans un engagement accru, le renforcement de la culture organisationnelle et les politiques d’équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée obtiendront des performances plus optimales de leurs employés. Par conséquent, il est conseillé aux organisations de créer un environnement de travail qui soutient ces trois facteurs afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et la compétitivité de l’entreprise.
