Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS 4 melalui penggunaan media Prezi dan metode pembelajaran Snowball Throwing. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 4 yang berjumlah 38 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan member check, triangulasi, audit trail, expert opinion, dan key respondent review. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa melalui penggunaan media Prezi dan metode pembelajaran Snowball Throwing, terlihat dari (1) keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18,8%. (2) Ketepatan siswa menjawab soal diskusi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 51,4%. (3) Prestasi  belajar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 21,6%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media Prezi dan metode pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS 4.   Kata kunci: media Prezi, metode pembelajaran Snowball Throwing, mata pelajaran akuntansi,   prestasi belajar   ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to improve students accounting subject achievement on XI IPS 4 by using Prezi media ang snowball throwing method. This research is class room action research, this research is held in two cycles. The subject of this research is a class XI IPS 4 which totaled 38 student. Technique of data collecting is done by observation, interviews, testing, and documentation. The data validation uses member check, triangulasi, audit trail, expert opinion, and key respondent review. The analize data with technique analize descriptive qualitative. Based on research, it can be concluded is increase in accounting students learning the use of prezi media and snowball throwing method, see in (1)  students activeness on group discussion showing an increase 18,8%. (2) students accuracy on answering the discussion questions showing an increase 51,4%. (3) Students  achievements showing an increase 21,6%. The result of this research is implementation of prezi media and snowball throwing method can improve students accounting subject achievement on XI IPS 4.   Keyword: Prezi presentation media, snowball throwing method, students achievement and accounting.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pada Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo secara bersama-sama, (2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (3) pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (4) mana yang lebih berpengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah atau etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan teknik quota purposive sampling dengan jumlah 62 guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan etos kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru secara simultan (Fhitung > Ftabel atau 34,786 > 3,15 pada db = 2, dk = 59 dan taraf signifikansi 5 %). Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (thitung > ttabel atau 3,116 > 2,000 pada N = 62 dan taraf signifikansi 5%). Etos kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (thitung > ttabel atau 4,435 > 2,000 pada N = 62 dan taraf signifikansi 5%). Etos kerja guru lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru daripada gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (Pearson Correlation gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah = 0,623 dan Pearson Correlation etos kerja guru = 0,682)   Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, etos kerja guru, dan kinerja guru   ABSTRACT The aim of this research are (1) to study and analyze The influence of the head master leadership style and teacher working ethos toward teacher working performance on Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo simultaneously, (2) the influence of the head master leadership style toward teacher working performance on Al- Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (3) teacher working ethos toward teacher working performance on Al- Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (4) which one gives more influence between the head master leadership style or teacher working ethos toward teacher working performance on Al- Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative method. The sample was taken using quota purposive sampling technique with 62 teachers as participants. Abstract

ABSTRACT The city of Surabaya as a metropolitan city is experiencing a rapid development revolution to meet heterogeneous public demand, which is certainly a concern for the city government. As a metropois city that is growing rapidly in economic development, of course it is also followed by a rapid population as well. The rapid development also still considers environmental aspects and the beauty of the city of Surabaya, so the government is expected to provide public space or Green Open Space (RTH) that can be utilized by the community. In Law No. 26 of 2007, the need for the provision and utilization of green open space with a proportion of the area set at least 30 percent of the total area of the city. RTH is utilized as a public space and by Surabaya Mayor B Risma is built a public facility in the form of a city park, which is an active park and its facilities in the city of Surabaya. RTH service efforts are also being intensified by the Surabaya City Green and Open Space Agency at present. The number of vacant lots in the middle of the city is now used as city parks and urban forests, and there are dozens of city parks owned by Surabaya City. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the impact, benefits, influence and satisfaction of the community towards this policy. From the results of the analysis and discussion it is known that the Sports Facilities, Wifi Area, Street Vendors, and Recreation Areas variables have a positive influence on people's satisfaction. Where the city park as a public space part of green space has a contribution of 89.5% to the satisfaction of the community, with the facilities contained in the city park. Therefore Surabaya Mayor B Risma's program builds public facilities in the form of city parks, namely active parks and their facilities in the Surabaya city area, which are very significant and beneficial to the public. Keywords: kepuasan publik, taman kota (Sarana Olahraga, Area Wifi, Pedagang Kaki Lima /Kuliner, Tempat Rekreasi), Ruang Publik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in critical thinking skills between students who learn using the problem based learning model and STAD model. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method. The population of this study is the X grade students of SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in the academic year 2017/2018. Samples were obtained by using cluster random sampling technique consisting of two classes namely X PM 1 class as the experimental class with problem-based learning and X PM 3 class as the control class with STAD learning. The technique of collecting data uses a multiple choice test to determine students' critical thinking skills. Data Analysis is using MANOVA. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between the learning model on critical thinking skills. The application of the problem-based learning model proved to be more able to improve students' critical thinking skills compared to the STAD learning model.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the appropriateness of ARCS-based economic e-books on international trade material in the class XI IPS of Senior High School in terms of experts' assessments and students' responses to e-book products developed. This study used the Borg & Gall development model which was modified into 10 stages, namely: 1) research and information gathering; 2) planning; 3) early e-book product development; 4) initial trials; 5) revision I; 6) main trials; 7) revision II; 8) operational trials; 9) revision III; 10) dissemination. The research was conducted in class XI of Senior High School in Surakarta. Data collection methods in this study used validation sheets and questionnaire sheets which were analyzed descriptively. The results showed the feasibility of an economic e-book based on ARCS qualified "very feasible" for the media aspect with a percentage of 93,75% and the material aspect with a percentage of 88,09% according to experts, and linguist with a percentage of 100% and received a positive response from students with a percentage of 76,11%.

Abstract

In 2017, the achievement of clean drinking water services in Indonesia only reached 72% or the fulfillment was still less than 28%. Hard work is needed to achieve these targets, both through the construction of piping and non-piping networks. The problems faced in the provision of drinking water today include the low coverage of drinking water services. The low operational service coverage is a reflection of the lack of funds for the development of the existing system, inefficient management, or the absence of PDAM administering institutions in the expansion areas or existing UPTD / BLUD institutions that still need improvement from a managerial perspective. The Study on Drinking Water Rates based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 71 of 2016 concerning Calculation and Determination of Drinking Water Rates, states that drinking water rates are based on restoring operational costs and developing water services. The calculation of the PDAM Water Tariff that has been carried out in PDAM Lamandau Regency is only up to the Basic Cost = Basic Tariff, not yet the Low Tariff and Full Tariff

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosial media marketing brand images, persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada produk skincare MS. Glow. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis data kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel 100 responden pengguna produk skincare Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel media sosial marketing, brand image, persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli skincare MS GLOW.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji analisis pengaruh dari variabel persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bakso Sugik Kecamatan Sambikerep Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk dan seluruh konsumen yang datang lebih dari satu kali di Bakso Sugik Kecamatan Sambikerep.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling, dimana teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,542 yang artinya besar pengaruh signifikan Persepsi Harga (X1), Kualitas Layanan (X2), dan Kualitas Produk (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) adalah 54,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Layanan, dan Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Persepsi Harga (X1), Kualitas Layanan (X2), dan Kualitas Produk (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) pada Bakso Sugik Kecamatan Sambikerep Surabaya.

Abstract

As a teacher, you are constantly required to master the following things, understand and formulate learning objectives, understand the learning process, understand how to deliver lessons to students, be able to choose learning aids and media, be able to understand and provide services to individual differences of students, able to provide guidance to students, able to compile and use evaluation tools Each student has differences between individuals with one another. So on the basis of understanding the condition of students, the application of learning strategies must be able to provide opportunities for students to develop the potential that exists within themselves. The teacher as an educator who plays a role in the ongoing learning process has a responsibility in determining learning strategies. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 023 Belantaraya with 15 students. This type of research is classroom action research. After learning by using learning strategies based on multiple intelligences in cycle 1 and cycle 2, student learning outcomes have increased with the following results the completeness of student learning outcomes is 46.67% of students complete and 53.33% not complete then there is an increase in students who complete in student learning outcomes after applying multiple intelligence-based strategies with 93.33% of students completing learning and 6.67% of students not being complete in learning outcomes.
