Abstract

An important factor for entrepreneurs to succeed in their business is offering products that meet market needs. Having knowledge of product design and process design is crucial for both current and aspiring entrepreneurs to create products that align with consumer preferences. This topic will be the answer to student learning in designing products and business processes, both businesses that are already running and those that are still in the preparation of business concepts. This community service activity aims to educate the students of Santa Maria 1 Cirebon High School, who are potential young entrepreneurs, on how to enhance operations management functions in their businesses through effective process and product planning that caters to market demands. These aspiring young entrepreneurs don't understand real-world business operations and don't understand how to build the right product features for the target market. A lack of understanding of the real world of business and understanding of designing the right processes and products can jeopardize long-term business continuity. The chosen approach for this activity is training, which will be conducted in the form of an Online Webinar. It will include informative presentations followed by interactive question and answer sessions. By providing participants with information on product and process design, we aim to overcome any initial lack of knowledge and skills they may have in achieving product-market fit. This activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of the participants related to product design and process design in order to support the success of the business they will run. ABSTRAK Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan seorang wirausaha berhasil dalam menjalankan bisnisnya adalah karena menawarkan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Pengetahuan mengenai desain produk dan desain proses sangat penting bagi wirausaha maupun calon wirausaha untuk dapat tercapainya produk yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen. Topik ini diharapkan akan menjadi jawaban bagi pembelajaran siswa dalam mendesain produk dan proses bisnis, baik bisnis yang sudah berjalan maupun yang masih dalam penyusunan konsep bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa-siswi SMA Santa Maria 1 Cirebon sebagai calon wirausaha muda, yaitu bagaimana memperkuat fungsi manajemen operasi di dalam bisnis melalui perencanaan proses dan produk yang cocok dengan perminataan pasar.  Para calon wirausaha muda ini tidak memahami operasi bisnis dalam dunia nyata dan tidak memahami bagaimana membangun fitur produk yang tepat untuk pasar sasaran. Kurangnya pemahaman akan dunia bisnis secara nyata dan pemahaman mengenai merancang proses maupun produk yang tepat dapat membahayakan kelangsungan bisnis dalam jangka panjang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam jenis pelatihan, dimana kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Online Webinar yang terdiri dari pemaparan materi dan  disertai dengan sesi tanya jawab. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam hal desain produk dan desain proses yang pada awalnya tidak dimiliki oleh para peserta dalam kaitannya untuk mencapai product market fit dapat diatasi dengan pembekalan materi tentang desain produk dan desain proses. Kegiatan ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para peserta terkait dengan desain produk dan desain proses dalam rangka menunjang keberhasilan bisnis yang akan dijalankan.

Abstract

Currently, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations are encouraging growth and accelerating the transformation of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Mentoring and training are provided to answer the needs of MSMEs, one of which is financial management and financial literacy. This community service activity is given to MSMEs in Toba Regency as an online workshop. The participants are entrepreneurs from various industries who have started keeping financial records but are still experiencing problems in debt management. This workshop aims to enable entrepreneurs to become more proficient in financial management, including saving, separating personal and business finances, and managing capital and debt. The method taught is the AMPLOP method. (Anggaran, Menabung, Pembayaran, Laksanakan, Omongkan, Pencatatan). The AMPLOP method is a management technique that involves budgeting, saving, making payments, implementing plans, communicating about financial matters, and keeping records. Continuing these activities will ensure the role MSMEs play in creating jobs and fostering economic growth.  ---  Saat ini lembaga pemerintahan, institusi pendidikan, dan lembaga permasyarakatan mengambil bagian untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan percepatan transformasi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Program-program pendampingan dan pelatihan diberikan untuk menjawab kebutuhan pelaku UMKM, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan literasi keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diberikan kepada pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Toba dalam bentuk workshop secara daring. Peserta workshop adalah pelaku usaha dari berbagai industri yang sudah memulai melakukan pencatatan keuangan namun masih mengalami masalah dalam pengelolaan hutang. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberdayakan dan mengedukasi pelaku usaha untuk lebih kompeten dalam pengelolaan keuangan seperti kemampuan menabung, memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, mengelola modal dan hutang. Adapun metode pengelolaan yang diajarkan adalah metode AMPLOP (Anggaran, Menabung, Pembayaran, Laksanakan, Omongkan, Pencatatan). Metode AMPLOP adalah teknik manajemen yang melibatkan anggaran, tabungan, membuat pembayaran, menerapkan rencana, berkomunikasi tentang hal-hal keuangan, dan menyimpan catatan. Kegiatan sejenis perlu terus dilakukan agar peran UMKM dalam penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan dan mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian dapat terus terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana inovasi produk pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji beda. Para pelaku UMKM diberi pelatihan mengenai inovasi produk dan mereka diminta mengisi kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan inovasi produk pada pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap bidang kewirausahaan mengenai inovasi produk pada pelaku UMKM. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan kepada UMKM berkaitan dengan pentingnya inovasi produk dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan peranan sistem reward dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dan pengaruhnya pada kinerja pegawai pada salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Kabupaten Bandung. Sampel pada riset ini merupakan karyawan yang berkarya di rumah sakit tersebut dengan teknik pengambilan sampel memakai probability sampling dengan tipe sampel sederhana, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 192 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam riset ini adalah kuesioner online. Jenis riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Melalui riset ini diperoleh hasil sistem reward berpengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pegawai, sistem reward yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pegawai dan loyalitas pegawai berpengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja pegawai. Riset ini dapat berkontribusi bagi pembenahan maupun perkembangan terkait sumber daya manusia yang nantinya akan dilakukan oleh manajemen rumah sakit tempat riset ini dilakukan maupun bagi masyarakat umum yang memerlukan referensi bagi penulisan karya ilmiah berikutnya.   The purpose of this research is to understand and explain the role of the reward system in enhancing employee loyalty through job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance in one of the private hospitals in the Bandung Regency. The sample for this study consists of employees working in the hospital, selected using probability sampling with simple random sampling method, with sample size in this research 192 respondents. Data collection method employed in this research is an online questionnaire. This type of research employs a quantitative method and is analyzed using SmartPLS. Through this research, it was found that the reward system has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the reward system mediated by job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee loyalty, and employee loyalty has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This research can contribute to the improvement and development of human resources that will later be carried out by the management of the hospital where this research is carried out as well as for the general public who need references for the writing of the next scientific paper.

A marketing channel performs the work of moving goods from producers to consumers. It overcomes the time, place and possession gaps that separate goods and service from those who need or want them. Members of the marketing channel perform a number of key functions: information, promotion, negotiation, ordering, finance, risk taking, physical, payment and title. Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention among university students is shaped by various psychological and social factors, making it a crucial topic in the evolving landscape of education and employment This study explores how transformational leadership, gender perception, and social support influence entrepreneurial intention among university students. In a rapidly changing economy, where job opportunities are uncertain, students need strong motivation, resilience, and access to supportive networks to pursue entrepreneurship. This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership, gender perception, and social support on students’ entrepreneurial intentions, highlighting the role of mentorship, equality perceptions, and social encouragement in fostering business aspirations. A survey of 150 students was conducted to analyze the interplay between these factors. The findings reveal that transformational leadership and social support significantly enhance students' entrepreneurial motivation, while gender perceptions reflect evolving views on equality in business. This study provides practical insights for educators and policymakers to create supportive environments that empower young entrepreneurs. By strengthening leadership in education and expanding social support systems, higher education can contribute to the vision of “Indonesia Emas 2045” by fostering a generation of innovative, resilient, and competitive entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Problems occurrings in the Gym business in Kuningan Regency are related to the quality of the Gym, starting from inadequate the Gym machines, services that do not meet consumer needs, lack of collaboration partner strategies with supplement brands etc. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the development of Gym business in Kuningan district. The type of the research which used by writer is Qualitative method and The data collection method that used by writer is data triangulation method and triangulation method, writer did Interview, observation, and case studies towards informants who live in Kuningan Regency, This research’s informant is Niko Senjaya as the owner of Pandu Gym, consumer, Practitioner/Personal Trainer, and Academics/Business Consultans. The Research’s result showed that Partners and Collaborations, ongoing Trends on Social media, Consumer’s Needs and Satisfactions, have a positive and significant influence towards external factors which influence Gym business development. Gym’s machine quality, HR quality development and innovation, Discounts and Services, Direct and Digital Marketing Strategy, Financial and Operational Management, have a positive and significant influence towards internal factors which influence The Gym Business development. This Research has Implications for Gym Businessmen to develop The Gym Business in Kuningan Regency by focusing onto Factors which influence Service Development and others as Promotional Strategies.

Abstract

The rise of digital technology has created new opportunities in the interior design industry, particularly through crowdsourcing-based platforms that support green business innovation. This study aims to analyze the business model of a digital interior design platform that connects clients and professional designers using a sustainable and collaborative approach. This research employed qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework was used to map and analyze the platform’s nine key components: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. The analysis reveals that the platform targets eco-conscious clients and digitally savvy designers, offering value through accessible green design solutions, verified designer portfolios, and transparent transactions using features like ratings, reviews, and escrow payments. Social media and digital communities serve as the main communication and marketing channels. The study concludes that this crowdsourcing-based digital platform has strong potential to become a scalable and sustainable green business. By aligning environmental goals with digital innovation, the platform can meet the demands of modern consumers while promoting sustainable interior design practices. The BMC approach provides a practical tool for designing, evaluating, and improving the platform’s business model.

Abstract

This study analyses the internal and external factors influencing school development and student enrollment at Santa Maria 1 Senior High School, Cirebon. Student numbers have fluctuated in the past five years, showing the need for institutional improvement. This research adopts a qualitative method, applying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) technique to identify the root of the problem and formulate appropriate development strategies. The data for this study were obtained through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including the foundation, principal, teachers, students, alumni, and parents. The results of this study indicate that school development and the increasing number of students are influenced by a combination of internal factors such as the quality of education program, leadership system, facilities, and the school image, as well as external factors that covered the economic conditions of the community, public perception, and competition with other schools. The root cause includes a lack of innovation in learning programs, promotion strategies were insufficient, and the misalignment of school values with community expectations. This study suggests the need for increased innovative learning programs, maximizing the strategic digital promotion, strengthening the school image, and involvement from active stakeholders to raise the competitiveness and the number of students sustainably.

Abstract

Digital transformation is now a strategic imperative in higher education human resources, crucial for boosting administrative staff performance. This study investigates how digital transformation impacts employee performance, using knowledge management as a mediating factor. Conducted at a private university in Bandung, the research employed a quantitative method with a sample of 100 administrative employees. Using PLS-SEM analysis, the results show that digital transformation significantly improves both knowledge management and employee performance. Knowledge management also proved to be a strong mediator. These findings confirm that digital tools must be paired with structured knowledge management to sustainably enhance employee outcomes, providing a blueprint for universities to develop integrated digital strategies.
