Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of digital technology in Islamic education. This research uses a literature study method (library research) that focuses on searching, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing various relevant scientific sources. The classified literature is then analyzed in depth through a content analysis approach to explore key ideas, thought patterns, theoretical arguments, and the relevance of empirical findings. The analysis results show that the transformation of Islamic education in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 is an inevitability that cannot be avoided. The development of digital technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and interactive learning media has shifted the learning paradigm from traditional models to more modern, collaborative, and technology-based systems. The integration of digital technology in Islamic education not only aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning but also serves as an effort to strengthen the faith, morals, and character of students. Islamic value principles such as monotheism (tauhid), trustworthiness (amanah), justice, and public welfare serve as the ethical foundation that should guide every utilization of technology to ensure it brings benefits and avoids moral deviations. Thus, technology is not merely a tool, but also a medium for Islamic preaching and character building that is relevant to the challenges of the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various aspects related to work/tasks in Islamic education. The study uses a literature study (library research) approach. The data sources in this study consist of Primary Sources such as the Qur’an and hadith, and Secondary Sources such as books, journal articles, research reports, proceedings, dissertations/theses, as well as relevant academic digital sources. The selection of literature is carried out through a systematic search process in scientific databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. The analysis technique used is content analysis. The analysis results indicate that job analysis is very important and urgently needed to be implemented in schools. Identifying job specifications is crucial for teachers and all staff. The techniques or methods used to conduct a job analysis do not have to be the same in every company or school. It all depends on the organization's own needs. However, what is very important is that the results of the job analysis must be accurate and neatly recorded to serve as a reference in the subsequent human resource management process. The connection between job analysis and the human resource management process or functions is very close. Job analysis is conducted in the human resource management planning process. Then the results can be used in decision-making throughout the entire human resource management process.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how optimal decision-making can strengthen Islamic education planning and improve the effectiveness of the national education system. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data through literature studies on Islamic education planning theory, strategic management principles, and national education policy. The data obtained was analysed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns of ideas, conceptual consistency, and relevance to the current educational context. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the national education system increases when planning is data-driven, aligned with spiritual values, and involves the participation of various stakeholders. Optimising decision-making requires collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the community to ensure that Islamic education can contribute to the formation of superior and characterful individuals. This article recommends a participatory decision-making model that integrates theological, pedagogical, and sociological aspects to strengthen the quality and competitiveness of national education.
