Abstract

Regional economic growth is one of the main indicators for measuring development progress at the regional level. In Indonesia, which consists of various provinces with diverse economic characteristics, understanding the factors that determine this growth is crucial for formulating appropriate policies. This study aims to analyze the determinants of regional economic growth using a panel data model, focusing on variables such as investment, labor, education, and infrastructure. The data used comes from 34 provinces in Indonesia during the 2019-2024 period, which was analyzed using a panel regression approach with a fixed effect model. The results show that infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while the variables of investment, labor, and education show no statistically significant effect. These findings imply that local governments need to prioritize infrastructure development to promote sustainable growth. In addition, this study also discusses policy implications in the context of regional inequality in Indonesia. Overall, this analysis contributes to the regional economics literature by emphasizing the importance of panel data in capturing inter-regional and inter-temporal variation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze (1) The influence of leadership on employee work motivation in the Poasia District Village Office; (2) The influence of leadership on employee performance at the Poasia District Village Office; (3) The effect of work discipline on employee work motivation at the Poasia District Village Office; (4) The effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Poasia District Village Office; (5) The effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Poasia District Village Office; (6) The influence of leadership on employee performance is mediated by employee work motivation at the Poasia District Village Office; and (7) The influence of work discipline on employee performance is mediated by employee work motivation at the Poasia District Village Office. The determination of the number of samples in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of samples taken from the total population of 33 employees consisting of 8 people from the Poasia District office, 5 people from Anduonohu Village, 5 people from Rahandouna Village, 5 people from Anggoeya Village, 5 people from Matabubu Village, and 5 people from Wundumbatu Village. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of employees at the Poasia District Village Office; (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Poasia District Village Office; (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of employees at the Poasia District Village Office; (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Poasia District Village Office; (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Poasia District Village Office; (6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee motivation at the Poasia District Village Office; (7) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee work motivation at the Poasia District Village Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence on the performance of Basarnas Kendari employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS and data were collected through questionnaires from 70 employees. The results showed that these three intelligences together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The higher the intellectual, spiritual, and emotional intelligence of employees, the better their performance in carrying out rescue tasks. Intellectual intelligence has a positive effect on employees' ability to plan, analyze situations, and make the right decisions. Spiritual intelligence positively influences integrity, ethics, and composure under pressure. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in managing stress, building harmonious team relationships, and adapting to dynamic work situations, all of which increase employee effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Puuwatu, Kota Kendari baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Puuwatu. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 130 orang guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara parsial, supervisi akademik berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui bimbingan dan evaluasi yang efektif. Kompetensi pedagogik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, sedangkan kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial turut mendukung interaksi yang baik antara guru, siswa, dan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja anggota DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Daerah Pemilihan Kota Kendari. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional yang dikemukakan oleh Bass, yaitu visi yang jelas, inspirasi dan motivasi, stimulasi intelektual serta perhatian individu, serta bagaimana dimensi tersebut mempengaruhi fungsi legislasi, pengawasan, dan representasi aspirasi masyarakat. Pelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Informan penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling yang terdiri dari pimpinan fraksi dan anggota DPRD lintas partai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan kaitannya dengan kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Kompetensi SDM dikaji melalui tiga dimensi utama berdasarkan model Spencer & Spencer (1993), yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Sedangkan kinerja UMKM dianalisis melalui indikator produktivitas, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada empat informan utama yang terdiri atas pelaku UMKM di sektor olahan hasil laut, kerajinan lokal, kuliner, serta informan pendukung dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM di Konawe Kepulauan umumnya memiliki pengetahuan teknis yang baik, terutama yang diperoleh melalui pengalaman langsung, namun masih rendah dalam aspek manajerial dan digital. Keterampilan operasional sudah berkembang secara mandiri, tetapi belum banyak yang mengakses pelatihan formal untuk peningkatan kapasitas. Sikap kerja pelaku UMKM ditunjukkan melalui ketekunan, tanggung jawab, dan semangat adaptasi terhadap perubahan. Kompetensi tersebut berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja, terutama dalam menjaga produktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha, meskipun inovasi masih bersifat sederhana dan belum terstruktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi secara kritis, aman, dan produktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi tahap persiapan dan analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan materi dan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan rekrutmen peserta, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program peningkatan literasi digital memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Masyarakat tidak hanya mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan, tetapi juga perubahan sikap dan perilaku dalam memanfaatkan teknologi secara lebih kritis, aman, dan produktif. Kemampuan memilah informasi dan menangkal disinformasi meningkat melalui penerapan verifikasi sederhana dan kesadaran terhadap pengaruh algoritma media sosial. Dari sisi keterampilan, masyarakat lebih mampu mengelola penggunaan perangkat, keamanan, dan privasi data, serta mulai memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial. Program ini juga menumbuhkan sikap adaptif dan motivasi belajar sepanjang hayat serta membentuk jejaring komunitas literasi digital yang mendukung keberlanjutan dampak program. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas individu dan ketahanan komunitas dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education and work experience on the work performance of the Regional I National Road Implementation Unit at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional I National Road Implementation Unit at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of Southeast Sulawesi Province as many as 98 employees using the census method. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The analytical technique used is through multiple linear regression analysis using Microsoft Excel, and SPSS software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) Education and work experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance; (2) Education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (3) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
