Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of shared leadership in decision-making at SDN 94/III Kerinci, which is implemented to improve the quality of decision-making involving all school members. The subjects of the study consisted of the principal, teachers, and administrative staff at SDN 94/III Kerinci, located in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The data collection techniques used were structured interviews and source triangulation to obtain valid and comprehensive data on the implementation of shared leadership. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that SDN 94/III Kerinci consistently applies shared leadership in decision-making that is always adjusted to the school's vision and mission. Teachers and staff feel more appreciated and treated fairly when involved in the decision-making process, in contrast to the more authoritarian traditional leadership model. The interaction between the principal, teachers, and staff is also characterized by high respect, with equal opportunities to voice opinions. Despite challenges, such as differences of opinion among teachers and staff, the principal is able to manage this conflict wisely so that the decisions taken can reach a mutual agreement. Evaluation conducted after decision making also plays an important role in improving the quality and effectiveness of decisions. In conclusion, the implementation of shared leadership at SDN 94/III Kerinci has succeeded in improving the quality of decision making, building a sense of togetherness, and strengthening commitment and respect among all members of the school. This approach allows the school to achieve goals that are in line with the vision and mission that have been set together

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of shared leadership in schools: Strategies for improving teacher performance. This qualitative case study found that shared leadership in this school was applied through several key indicators, including effective communication, trust given to teachers, staff involvement in decision-making, and the principal's flexibility in responding to change. The principal regularly engaged teachers through meetings to clarify the school's vision and programs, entrusted them with classroom management, and supported online learning during the pandemic. The results show a significant improvement in teacher performance, with key performance indicators such as planning, implementation, and assessment of learning increasing from 57% in 2021 to over 90% in 2023. In 2022, the teacher performance percentage reached 68%-80%, indicating adaptation and improvement in task execution. The peak of performance improvement was achieved in 2023, with over 90% for most indicators. The implementation of shared leadership has proven to support teachers in creating a productive and inclusive learning environment, contributing to the achievement of better educational outcomes in this school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Program Adiwiyata dalam meningkatkan budaya sekolah berwawasan lingkungan di SMA N 1 Sungai Penuh. Program Adiwiyata dirancang untuk menanamkan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa dan warga sekolah, namun masih menghadapi kendala seperti kurang optimalnya integrasi kurikulum lingkungan, keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung, serta perilaku siswa dan tanggung jawab lingkunganStudi ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus, dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dengan subjek penelitiannya ketua Adiwiyata dan beberapa guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun SMA N 1 Sungai Penuh telah mengadopsi kebijakan lingkungan, melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan partisipatif, peran guru dan warga sekolah, namun integrasi materi lingkungan ke dalam kurikulum formal belum sepenuhnya optimal, fasilitas pendukung masih belum tersedia sesuai standar program dan juga perilaku siswa dan tanggung jawab lingkungan. Pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata belum menunjukkan kemajuan dalam kebijakan lingkungan, namun membutuhkan peningkatan lebih lanjut pada aspek integrasi kurikulum formal, penyediaan fasilitas ramah lingkungan, serta perilaku siswa dan tanggung jawab lingkungan. Optimalisasi program ini penting Untuk membangun budaya sekolah yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi; Program Adiwiyata; Budaya Sekolah; Lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Prestasi siswa yang baik dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan kelas yang efektif dan fasilitas belajar yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pengelolaan kelas dan fasilitas belajar dengan prestasi siswa di MTs N 1 Sungai Penuh, Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dan melibatkan 38 responden yang terdiri dari siswa kelas unggul. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan Skala Likert empat pilihan yang dibagikan kepada para responden. Untuk analisis data digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-t, dan uji-f dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 30.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan terhadap seluruh data yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. 1) Pengelolaan Kelas (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Siswa (Y),hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (5,176 > 1,689) dengan nilai signifikan = 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis ke I dapat diterima. 2) fasilitas belajar (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Siswa (Y),hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (1,052 > 1,689) dengan nilai signifikan = 0,3 > 0,05 sehingga hipotesis II tidak dapat diterima.3) Pengelolaan Kelas (X1),Fasilitas Belajar (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Prestasi Siswa (Y) dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 19,982 > 3,24 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis III dapat diterima. Besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu “Hubungan Pengelolaan Kelas Dan Fasilitas Belajar Dengan Prestasi Siswa Kelas Unggul di MTsN 1 Sungai Penuh “ adalah 53%.sedangkan sisanya 47% dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The implementation of ihsan in life is very urgent, this is because ihsan will bring happiness in birth and mind. Systemic thinking will encourage something to produce according to expectations. This behavior can be realized by activating all kinds of elements that exist in an institution. The existence of Ihsan will make a person careful in acting and cultivate self-confidence from within while invoking divine rida, so as to increase motivation and quality in an educational institution. Systemic thinking requires motivation from the inside (intrinsic) and from the outside (extrinsic) to realize the components present in the systemic thinking device. So, the implementation of the Ihsan concept is very urgent to be applied to educational institutions. This can be applied through systemic thinking. So that in the end, with the realization of the concept of ihsan, it will provide motivation to institutions in thinking systemically to improve the quality of education. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables to be used in future research. The results of this study are 1) The urgency of Ihsan affects motivation; 2) Systemic Thinking affects Motivation ; 3) The urgency of Ihsan affects the Quality of Education 4) Thinking System affects the Quality of Education and 5) Motivation affects the Quality of Education.

Abstract

Abstract: One of the main concerns of religious universities is the modernisation of education in terms of the quality of educational services. The transformation of the educational system with a focus on a competitive and high-quality output market necessitates strategic change management. This study aims to discover, characterize, and evaluate strategic management models in terms of quality. Presently, the Balanced Scorecard is considered to be an efficient quality measurement concept. This qualitative study employed comparative and interactive models design with both financial and non-monetary factors are being examined. The results demonstrated that the effectiveness of the Islamic Education program was preferable than that of its competitors (program). Furthermore, the Islamic Education Program is better compared to other undergraduate study programs in both financial and non-financial management. Abstrak: Salah satu problematika perguruan tinggi keagamaan adalah respon terhadap modernisasi pendidikan pada sektor mutu layanan pendidikan. Untuk itu diperlukan manajemen strategi terhadap perubahan adalah transformasi sistem pendidikan dengan orientasi pasar output yang kompetitif dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mendeskripsikan dan menemukan model manajemen strategi dalam perspektif mutu. Saat ini metode Balanced Scorecard dinilai sebagai model pengukuran mutu yang efektif. Penelitian berjenis kualitatif metode studi kasus dengan model komparatif dan interaktif. Analisis dilakukan terhadap aspek keuangan dan non keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas pelaksanaan program prodi PAI berada pada posisi agresif (maju) dalam menghadapi para kompetitornya. Prodi PAI juga lebih baik dari aspek pengelolaan keuangan dan non-keuangan dibandingkan prodi lain di lingkungan IAIN Kerinci.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi peserta didik di SMA N 2 Kerinci. Fokus utama penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan kendala yang dihadapi perpustakaan dalam proses tersebut. Perencanaan perpustakaan dirancang untuk mendukung kebutuhan kurikulum dan minat siswa, dengan pengadaan bahan pustaka yang relevan serta pengelompokan koleksi berdasarkan mata pelajaran. Pelaksanaan manajemen perpustakaan melibatkan pengelolaan sumber daya pustaka, penyediaan layanan sirkulasi, serta upaya mengintegrasikan perpustakaan dengan pembelajaran di kelas. Meskipun telah dilakukan upaya yang baik, Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan dana, kurangnya tenaga perpustakaan, serta rendahnya minat siswa dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya strategi inovatif, seperti promosi layanan dan program literasi yang lebih menarik, guna meningkatkan partisipasi siswa serta memaksimalkan fungsi perpustakaan sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan peningkatan literasi informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems in implementing the Sekolah Penggerak program located at SMP Negeri 13 Kerinci in the 2024/2025 school year, with the samples used are teachers and principals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze the challenges in implementing the Sekolah Penggerak program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and principals and observations of teaching activities and program implementation at school. Data analysis was done thematically to identify the main obstacles teachers face and explore strategies that can be applied to increase the program's effectiveness in improving teaching quality. The results show that although the program has great potential to improve the quality of education, various challenges arise, such as technology adaptation among senior teachers and traditional learning methods. A more intensive approach is needed to overcome these obstacles, such as more focused training, personal mentoring, and adequate resource support. This research implies the need for active involvement of all parties, including school principals and education offices, in supporting the program's success. The program requires technical and school culture changes that support innovative and collaborative learning to improve education quality sustainably.

Abstract

It is inevitable that the influence of the emergence and spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected all aspects of life, including in the world of education. This condition ultimately provokes a response from stakeholders and education policymakers by changing the processes and procedures for activities in education. All office and administration activities in education are carried out online. On the other hand, educational institutions are also required to be able to provide standard health services through WFH. In this paper, the author is interested in how the DIPA online financial management application system at State Islamic education institutions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is carried out effectively and efficiently as a form of an effort to work from home (Work From Home ). Policies in financial management during this pandemic are through e-SPM application in applying accounting principles and e-Rekon in applying audit principles. This app is very effective in implementing social distancing health protocols. The effect of this will also be the efficiency of the official travel budgets of State Islamic education institutions. The usefulness of this paper is a form of information for education stakeholders who may not have seen many applications in the management of public education finance.
