Licensing of billboards is managed by a government agency, namely the Medan City One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) in the fields of Licensing, Spatial Planning and Development. This study discusses the problems that occur in the Medan City DPMPTSP regarding mapping and monitoring billboard licensing by utilizing Leaflet JS technology as a medium for integrating maps into the web. The system is equipped with a route feature closest to the billboard location and is equipped with a mapping and a list of road locations that are justified and not allowed for advertising. This study uses Quantum GIS to convert shp files into GeoJSON format and Leaflet JS for map visualization. The system created can make it easier for DPMPTSP to manage and find out the status of billboards quickly and accurately and can provide information related to licensing the installation of billboards to the general public.

The State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) has four campuses spread across several places, one of which is the campus building IV of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra which is located on Jalan Lap.Golf, Kp. Central District, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency. There are still many people who don't know about the IV campus building and have never come in person because the UINSU IV campus building has just finished construction and is ready to be occupied in 2021, then the size of the IV UINSU campus can make people who have never come will feel confused about the location the building on campus IV UINSU. This research uses image stitching method to create a panoramic image of the campus building. Virtual tour application can help many people and candidate students and can help reduce confusion about the location of buildings for people who are coming to campus IV for the first time

Pendahuluan: Pada era globalisasi mengalami perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang sangat pesat. Sudah tidak asing lagi bagi kita informasi yang dulu manual kini hampir semua berbasis online. Tujuan: Saat ini telah banyak tercipta aplikasi maupun website yang dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat penyelesaian pekerjaan serta mempermudah pencarian data yang dibutuhkan. PHP (Hypertext Preprocecor) adalah bahasa Skrip yang dapat di tanamkan atau disisipkan kedalam HTML. PHP sangat banyak sekali digunakan untuk aplikasi web. Metode: Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dimana penelitian yang berkaitan dengan angka-angka yang dianalisis Hasil: Di Kantor BNN jalan William iskandar terdapat salah satu proses pendataan tes urine yang masih manual sehingga sangat tidak efektif. Jika buku pendaftaran yang masih manual bisa di ubah menjadi sebuah aplikasi pendataaan tes urin, sangat memudahkan proses pendaftaran peserta tes urin, aplikasi ini berfungsi untuk mempermudah pendaftaran para peserta tes urine, sehingga data yang diberikan akan lebih akurat. sehingga dalam pencarian data peserta akan lebih mudah. Kesimpulan: Pada era globalisasi mengalami perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang sangat pesat. Sudah tidak asing lagi bagi kita informasi yang dulu manual kini hampir semua berbasis online. Saat ini telah banyak tercipta aplikasi maupun website yang dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat penyelesaian pekerjaan serta mempermudah pencarian data yang dibutuhkan.

Restoran merupakan salah satu jenis usaha pangan dilengkapi dengan penyajian dan penjualan makanan dan minuman. Reservasi merupakan aktifitas memesan tempat atau barang, reservasi dan restoran sering dikaitkan karena pemesanan tempat dan menu mempermudah pelanggan restoran sehingga pilihan reservasi menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk pelanggan yang ingin memesan terlebih dahulu dan akan datang setelahnya. Restoran Ayam Penyet Cindelaras merupakan salah satu restoran yang populer bagi masyarakat jika ingin melakukan reservasi, masyarakat atau pelanggan yang melakukan reservasi pada restoran cindelaras masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dengan mendatangi restoran. Hal ini masih belum efektif dan efisien mengingat tidak semua pelanggan yang melakukan reservasi dapat meluangkan waktu untuk sekedar datang melakukan reservasi. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi pemesanan yang mampu mewujudkan reservasi yang efektif dan efisien, penerapan sistem ini menggunakan pengembangan Waterfall dan menggunakan tools UML dibangun dengan bahasa pemograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai database server dan Laravel sebagai frameworknya. Sistem Informasi Layanan Pemesanan ini menyajikan cara reservasi tempat dan menu yang ada pada restoran dan cara pembayaran melalui money transfer / m-banking.

K-Nearest Neighbor is a good classification technique, but judging by previous studies, the accuracy of the KNN performance obtained is still inferior to other methods. in the classification process, if some characteristics are not good it can cause errors in the new classifier. As for this study, the researcher uses the gain ratio method as a parameter to see the correlation between each attribute in the dataset, and the gain ratio serves as a weighting for each attribute so as to produce a dataset. the correct way of classifying data using the KNN method, this study is very suitable for predicting sales of spare parts at the Panasonic Service Center company, where the company experienced a decline in sales, this research is very useful for predicting sales for the following month. The results of this study produce very precise predictions of distance with an accuracy value of 13%, where the comparison of the highest accuracy value is found in the total attribute with an accuracy distance of 13%, while the lowest accuracy difference is obtained in the month and type of sales dataset with 0.08%. the overall accuracy of all datasets increases by 100% with K=3, and K=5 gets 80% accuracy. so this method can be used to make sales predictions to make it easier for the company.

This study applies the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique to improve the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbors method in predicting the unbalanced data class. Most classification algorithms implicitly assume that the processed data has a balanced distribution, so that the standard classifier is more inclined towards data with a dominant class number (majority class). The use of Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique can improve the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbors method for flight ticket booking data. Although in terms of accuracy, Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique with K-Nearest Neighbors is lower at 79.65% compared to K-Nearest Neighbors without using Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique, which is 97.81%, the suggested technique did not improve but from other performance, The proposed method can outperform K-Nearest Neighbors by using Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique in terms of precision, recall, and F1-Score when applied to the Airline Ticket Booking dataset. Precision increased 18.00% from 62.00% to 80.00%, recall increased 28.00% from 52.00% to 80.00%, and F1-Score increased 27.00% from 53.00% to 80 ,00% on the flight ticket booking dataset.

Data Mining is a technology used in data processing. This data mining technique is able to dig up information from old data or piles of data into useful information such as student data at a university. Student Data in Higher Education has a student data mine which, if processed using data mining techniques, will produce new and useful information such as information on the eligibility of a student in getting a scholarship. One of them is the zakat collection unit scholarship at universities in North Sumatra. The difficulty faced by the zakat collection unit scholarship selection committee is determining the eligibility for the zakat collection unit scholarship recipients because the selection process is still manual, so the selection process takes a long time. Based on the existing problems, a data mining system was made using the k-means algorithm that was able to classify students who deserved a web-based zakat collection unit scholarship using the PHP programming language. The purpose of this system is to make it easier and faster for the UPZ selection committee to determine the eligibility of zakat collection unit scholarship recipients

The muroja'ah application in Al-Qur'an memorizing is an android-based application that is used to help memorizers of the Al-Qur’an in doing muroja'ah memorization. The application is built using Speech Recognition in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology by implementing the Google Speech API and the Rabin Karp Algorithm to convert the user's speech into a string which is then compared with the correct verse string. As for data collection methods, the author uses qualitative research methods, by conducting observations, interviews, and literature research. The application that was built successfully implemented the Google Speech API feature along with the Rabin Karp Algorithm with the output displaying information about the correct status or not along with the percentage accuracy of the similarity between the correct verse data and the voice spoken by the user.

Perkembangan dari teknologi kini telah memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan untuk dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, mudah dan akurat sehingga dapat diterapkan di dalam sebuah instansi. Salah satunya BPS, yaitu Badan Pusat Statistik yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam menyediakan kebutuhan data yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah. Untuk pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data, BPS selalu mengharapkan kinerja dari mitra statistik yang berkompeten agar menghasilkan kualitas data terbaik. Untuk tercapainya tujuan dalam pemilihan calon mitra statistik berkompeten maka dapat didukung oleh teknologi sistem pendukung keputusan. Dalam pembangunan sistem pemilihan calon mitra statistik ini akan menerapkan tiga metode sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode SMART, SAW, dan MOORA. Penggunaan dari ketiga metode ini yaitu bertujuan membandingkan sistem dengan tiap metode untuk mendapatkan sistem dengan metode mana yang lebih akurat, relevan dan mudah diterapkan. Untuk pembangunan sistem berbasis website ini penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode RAD. Hasil penelitian dan pengujian terhadap 100 data calon mitra statistik diperoleh nilai akurasi dari metode SMART sebesar 100%, metode SAW 97%, dan metode MOORA 37%.
