Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam bidang kuliner, dapat membantu untuk mengelola laporan keuangan dan data jual beli pada tempat usaha. Dalam hal ini, penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Makan Muslim Hajjah Zuleka. Saat ini, proses pemesanan makanan dan minuman masih di- lakukan secara manual dimana pesanan dan transaksi yang masuk maupun keluar masih dicatat pada kertas dan pensil. Sehingga beberapa masalah sering terjadi seperti salah catat jumlah pesanan, duplikasi laporan keuangan serta menyebabkan laporan bulanan yang tidak jelas untung dan ruginya. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan, serta memu- dahkan pihak rumah makan dalam mengelola transaksi dan laporan maka dibangun sebuah platform yang dapat membantu meningkatkan bisnis, memantau data maupun manajemen rumah makan. Sementara algoritma Collaborative Filtering digunakan untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam memilih makanan dengan rating terbaik,yang didasarkan pada opini dan kemiripan nilai yang diberikan oleh pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini, 5 menu teratas di Rumah Makan Hajjah Zuleka diberi rating dengan skala 1-5 untuk kemudian dicari rekomendasinya. Rendang keluar sebagai menu teratas dengan nilai MAE sebesar 0,849969096. Sistem peme- sanan makanan terdiri dari REST API web untuk admin memantau seluruh data transaksi, serta aplikasi android untuk pelanggan dapat memesan makanan

Abstract

The Fajar Sejahtera Indonesia Foundation is a non-governmental social organization that has assets in four districts in the city of Medan. However, every asset in the form of goods experiences a decrease in value each year. Calculating depreciation for purchasing planning is still difficult as it is done manually on paper. The research objective is to create an asset depreciation financing application using the decreasing charge method based on a website. The programming is done using PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, and Visual Studio Code, employing the research and development method, including potential and problem identification, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing, final product revision, and mass production. However, this research is limited to the product testing phase. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The system is tested using a validation test divided into three parts: expert validation, field testing, and user testing. Our findings resulted in a web-based application for calculating inventory depreciation. The expert validation test yielded a score of 3.8, indicating high validity; the field testing resulted in a score of 4.0, indicating high validity; and the user testing with five participants achieved a score of 83.2%, indicating high effectiveness.

Abstract

Stock investment in companies it is a task of the numerous speculative possibilities that is really well-liked in different areas. Due to the large number of enthusiasts, many potential investors invest performing a detailed examination company, resulting in future losses. So to choose the right company to invest in stocks, various considerations are needed. One of the considerations used in investing in stocks is the company's fundamental analysis, where prospective investors can analyze the condition of a company through financial reports to see whether the company is feasible or not to invest. The stock category that is of concern to investors is the LQ45 stock index. When selecting stocks with a promising future, the LQ45 stock index serves as a reference point. To facilitate potential investors in evaluating or analyzing the current condition of the company, an aid to decision-making is required. This decision support system employs entropy and MOORA, or Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis. The weight of each criterion is established by applying the Entropy technique, and the MOORA method is used to rank the alternatives. In this decision support system, the combination of the Entropy and MOORA approaches takes the shape of a weighted ranking of the 7 alternative choices from highest to lowest scores based on the 7 criteria. In accordance with the study's conclusions, this system can deliver best LQ45 stock recommendations that are worthy of investment for potential investors. And the results of the accuracy of manual calculations with system calculations reach 100%.

Abstract

Research has been carried out in Sipispis Village which is located in Serdang Bedagai Regency. Sipispis Village with a population of ±1,553 people, consisting of 737 men, 816 women and 391 families belonging to 7 (seven) hamlets. For village governance matters, such as letter submission services, they still use a manual system. Apart from the fact that the system is still running manually, the people of Sipispis Village do not get enough information about village news. This is because the village government does not provide a special platform for village news. Complaints from the community about the village cannot be conveyed widely because of the limited system that runs in the village. Therefore, a Smartdesa application system is needed so that it can overcome these problems, for example in community affairs to the village government such as submitting land cover letters, introduction to marriage certificates, acknowledgment of death certificates and certificates of incapacity, domicile letters, introduction to inheritance certificates, introduction to SKCK, birth certificate introduction, and business letter introduction. The required information was collected using a qualitative survey method, namely through observation, interviews and literature studies. The Waterfall method is used in system development. The Smartdesa application can make Sipispis Village governance better and can support village progress.

Abstract

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic hit the whole world, including Indonesia. To break the chain of transmission of this infectious disease, the government encourages people to get vaccinated. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has now subsided, the government is still enforcing rules for everyone using public transportation services such as airplanes and trains that must receive a booster vaccine for those aged 18 years and over. Therefore, everyone must be vaccinated so that their immune system will increase and they can also use public transportation services. The Asahan District Health Office has the responsibility to determine where to vaccinate based on predetermined criteria. This is quite time-consuming and inefficient because the process of selecting a vaccination site is done manually. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is able to assist the Asahan District Health Office as the government that has the authority to objectively determine where to vaccinate. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the public to find information and choose an effective vaccination site. This decision support system uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) methods. The results of 21 manual calculation health service facilities are in accordance with system calculations, so that the results of the accuracy test for choosing the vaccination site get a percentage of 100%.Keywords: decision support system; vaccination site; AHP; SMART. Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 melanda seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Untuk memutus rantai penyebaran penyakit menular ini, pemerintah menganjurkan masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksinasi. Meskipun pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia saat ini sudah mereda, pemerintah masih memberlakukan aturan untuk setiap orang yang menggunakan layanan transportasi umum seperti pesawat terbang dan kereta api wajib sudah menerima vaksin booster bagi usia 18 tahun keatas. Oleh karena itu setiap orang harus melakukan vaksinasi agar daya tahan tubuhnya meningkat dan juga dapat menggunakan layanan transportasi umum. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menentukan tempat vaksinasi berdasarkan dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hal ini cukup menyita waktu yang sangat lama dan tidak efisien dikarenakan proses pemilihan tempat vaksinasi yang dilakukan dengan cara manual. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan selaku pemerintah yang mempunyai otoritas dalam menentukan tempat vaksinasi secara objektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan memilih tempat vaksinasi yang efektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Hasil dari 21 fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan perhitungan manual sesuai dengan perhitungan sistem, sehingga hasil uji akurasi pemilihan tempat vaksinasi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 100%.Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; tempat vaksinasi; AHP; SMART.

Abstract

Hijau Surya adalah perusahaan kultur jaringan tanaman yang khusus memproduksi tanaman kultur jaringan. Pada PT.Hijau Surya Biotechindo pengelolaan data penggajian karyawan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan dicatat dan menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel sehingga mengakibatkan pembuatan laporan guna mendukung keputusan manajerial menjadi sulit, memakan waktu dan kerap terjadi kesalahan yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Peneliti mencoba menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dengan menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen penggajian karyawan pada PT. Hijau Surya Biotechindo dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang merupakan sebuah metode yang bersifat sistematis dan secara berurutan mulai dari tahap analisis masalah dan analisis kebutuhan, tahap desain dengan menggunakan UML (unified modeling language), pengujian sistem dan maintence sistem . Hasil dari perancangan dan pembangunan dibuat sesuai kebutuhan dan diharapkan dapat membantu dan dapat dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan.

Abstract

PT Boy Bagus Windi is one of the LPG distributors in the Langkat Regency. Because Microsoft Excel is still used to hold distribution data, financial data, sales and purchase data, and personnel data, PT. Boy Bagus Windi faces a number of difficulties managing his data. The problem that businesses run into is that when they need to look for data, it takes a while since they have to access each folder or page in Microsoft Excel individually. Due to the current rapid growth of information technology, many businesspeople conduct their everyday activities online. In order to administer its business management information system, a company is compelled to adopt a web-based information system. Therefore, PT. Web-based Boy Bagus Windi developed a management information system. This system is intended to make it simpler for businesses to search data and handle human, financial, and products data management in one web for a more streamlined and orderly arrangement.

Abstract

In the business world, the application of technology is becoming common, including in the process of buying or ordering food products which can now be done through a mobile application. Makecents Coffee is a startup in the city of Medan that provides solutions for ordering food and drinks at Android-based restaurants using the QR Code ordering system. To make it easier for buyers to place orders, an automatic recommendation system is needed. One method that can be used to develop an ordering application with a recommendation system is a collaborative filtering algorithm. In this study, a collaborative filtering algorithm was used to work by storing and processing data provided by buyers, such as ratings or comments on the food menu ordered. Using buyer data provides results for users in placing orders because they use an application that has them, as well as making it easier to choose a menu to order because of a recommendation system. The level of accuracy of the prediction of the collaborative filtering algorithm itself has been tested using the MAE and RMSE tests. Where the MAE test obtained a value of 0.67 points, while the RMSE test obtained a value of 0.58 points. The two test results were fairly good when compared to the range of points which only ranged from 1 to 5 points. The results of the recommendations can be implemented in applications designed to increase sales and make it easier to place orders that have been recommended to users.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini sangat mempengaruhi kondisi bisnis perusahaan sehingga dibutuhkan tata kelola teknologi informasi. COBIT 2019 merupakan kerangka kerja tata kelola teknologi informasi yang memiliki standarisasi untuk melakukan penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi. Balai Penelitian Sungei Putih merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang agribisnis dengan proses bisnis utama antara lain pembibitan, penelitian, dan pembudidayaan perkaretan. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, teknologi informasi digunakan dalam operasional perusahaan. Referensi dari laporan tahunan Balai Penelitian Sungei Putih digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan, kinerja manajemen, serta risiko pada perusahaan dalam analisis design factor. Setelah dilakukan analisis, ditemukanlah objektif yang dapat di evaluasi atau di audit yaitu APO12 – Managed Risk dan APO13 – Managed Security. Didapatkan hasil evaluasi dengan capability level, APO12 memiliki tingkat kapabilitas berada di level 2 yang menyatakan bahwa proses telah berjalan akan tetapi belum dilakukan dengan baik. Sementara pada APO13, didapatkan hasil capability level berada pada level 1 yang menyatakan bahwa proses belum berjalan. Capability level objektif dapat ditingkatkan dengan melakukan aktivitas yang belum dilakukan oleh perusahaan sampai dengan mencapai nilai fully untuk tiap level.

Abstract

Air sumur adalah mata air buatan yang digunakan oleh penduduk pedesaan. Air sumur memiliki banyak manfaat bagi masyarakat desa, misalnya untuk memasak, mandi, membersihkan/mencuci pakaian, dan juga untuk air minum. Mata air sumur juga harus memiliki nilai kesehatan yang tidak boleh membuat air tersebut tidak layak untuk diminum. Kebutuhan air bersih setiap tahunnya akan terus berkurang sementara kebutuhan air bersih semakin berkurang, hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya pembangunan infrastruktur yang dapat mengganggu potensi alam dan kelestarian air mineral. Analisis data penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi penentuan kualitas air sumur minum di Desa Pangirkiran. Kriteria dan bobot yang digunakan adalah C1 = pH air (15%), C2 = jenis warna air (25%), C3 = bau air (30%), C4 = zat yang terkandung dalam air (15%), dan C5 = suhu air (15%), dari 25 alternatif yang digunakan diperoleh hasil rekomendasi penelitian yaitu dengan hasil rangking tertinggi dengan nilai hasil optimasi (34.63539523976). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas sumur gali dan sumur bor yang digunakan oleh penduduk pedesaan di daerah Pangirkiran dan untuk mengetahui karakteristik air sumur dengan menggunakan metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization in the Basis of Ratio Analysis) di daerah desa Pangirkiran.Well water is an artificial spring used by rural residents. Well water has many uses for village communities, for example for cooking, bathing, cleaning/washing clothes, and also for drinking water. Well spring water must also have a health value that must not make the water unfit for drinking. The need for clean water every year will continue to decrease while the need for clean water is decreasing, this is due to the many infrastructure developments that can disrupt the natural potential and the preservation of mineral water. This research data analysis aims to produce recommendations for determining the quality of drinking well water in Pangirkiran Village. The criteria and weights used are C1 = pH of water (15%), C2 = type of water color (25%), C3 = smell of water (30%), C4 = substance contained in water (15%), and C5 = temperature water (15%), of the 25 alternatives used, the results of the research recommendations were obtained with the highest ranking results with optimization results (34.63539523976). This study aims to analyze the quality of dug and drilled wells used by rural residents in the Pangirkiran area and to determine the characteristics of well water using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization in the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method in the Pangirkiran village area.
