Abstract

Researchers know that many generation Z use SPaylater to make purchase transactions on the Shopee application. The types of products purchased are not all basic necessities, but they follow current trends and some even buy items because they are cute. The use of SPaylater can be influenced by the lifestyle of generation Z who follow trends without measuring their abilities. Therefore, financial literacy is really needed by society, especially generation Z. From this background, this research was conducted with the title "The Influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Use of SPaylater in Generations Z in Magersari District, Mojokerto City." This research uses quantitative research methods and primary data collection is carried out using data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Sampling method The researcher chose to use Purposive Sampling. In this research, the technique used to determine the sample size was the Solvin technique and resulted in a sample size of 389 respondents. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant effect on the use of spaylater. Lifestyle has a significant influence on the use of spaylater. Financial literacy and lifestyle together have a significant effect on spaylater use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dan menguji apakah variabel moderasi mampu memperkuat hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini ialah Produk dan Harga, variabel dependennya ialah Keputusan Pembelian serta Word of Mouth (WOM) yang berperan sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipergunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) yang dibantu oleh aplikasi analisis data SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta Word of Mouth memoderasi secara kuat hubungan antara produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di UD Farida Jaya Plastik. This research aims to analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable and to test whether the moderating variable can strengthen the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this research are Product and Price, the dependent variables are Purchasing Decisions and Word of Mouth (WOM) which act as moderating variables. This research used a quantitative method. The sampling on data collection technique was a Non-Probability Sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The total of the sample was 100 respondents. This research used the Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) method which was assisted by the SPSS 22 data analysis application. The results of the study show that product and price partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Word of Mouth strongly moderates the relationship between product and price on purchasing decisions at UD Farida Jaya Plastik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how interest in Shopeepay is affected by online transactions. Convenience, security, efficiency, promotions, features, and payment variations are the variables in this study. Using a non-probability purposive sampling strategy and incidental sampling methods, questionnaires distributed online via Google Form provided the primary data. Convenience, security, effectiveness, promotions, features, and payment options all have a positive and significant impact on interest in Shopeepay, according to the findings of this study.

Abstract

The company's environment is dynamic and can have an impact on company performance. One of them is government regulations related to environmental sustainability. Companies must be aware of this in order to make products or services that are environmentally friendly and safe for consumers. Many companies carry out green promotions in order to introduce products which are environmentally friendly both in terms of packaging and materials used in production. There are several studies and discussions that still have different results regarding the relationship between green marketing and companies and green marketing variables. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide a clear understanding clearer about the relationship between green marketing and business performance by conducting a systematic literature review of 283 Scopus indexed articles published by Elsevier, Springer, Emerald and SAGE. From the 283 articles, we selected a minimum of 40 quotes. Then we further selected 10 published articles that were relevant from 2012 to 2024. The results of the analysis identified that in general green marketing has a relationship and influence on companies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of cassava crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah, Mojokerto City. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to test hypotheses and show the relationship between the variables analyzed. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data is the result of an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from analyzing books, information and sources that already exist and are related to research information. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Cassava Crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah. The sample in the study consisted of 85 respondents using the Hair at al formula with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely a method where researchers select samples based on research knowledge about the sample to be selected. Processing of this research data includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), T and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (2.446 > 1.989), product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (3.020 > 1.989) and brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (4.223 > 1.989). And all independent variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (25.250 > 2.72).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of QRIS among MSMEs. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, articles, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that the acceptance of QRIS among MSMEs has benefits and positive impacts in simplifying and accelerating the payment system, facilitating monitoring and analyzing transaction history and financial arrangements, improving merchant business performance, developing MSME growth, encouraging efficiency in the economic sector, and accelerating inclusive finance. However, there are still obstacles such as unstable internet connections, security issues and transaction readability, and admin deductions on QRIS. Therefore, with the right strategy, such as education and training, improving digital infrastructure, promotion and incentives, and improving system security, QRIS can be more widely accepted and utilized by MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstract Co-creation has become a compelling concept in innovation involving companies and customers. Communication between companies and consumers is now seen as a central factor in the success of both existing and new products or services. Numerous studies have emphasized the importance of co-creation through active customer participation. In today's era of consumer sovereignty, social media platforms and corporate websites have become major enablers of user-generated content. This study explores customer co-creation through social media, using Coca-Cola's “Share a Coke” campaign as a case study. This campaign, recognized as one of the most iconic co-creation initiatives, was launched in several countries, including Indonesia. The research applies a qualitative method to examine how social media platforms facilitated the interaction between brand and consumer, allowing customers to become co-creators of value. In Indonesia, the campaign replaced the Coca-Cola logo on bottles with 70 popular local names, encouraging consumers to share their personalized experiences online. The study finds that co-creation in this campaign was driven not only by promotional incentives but also by emotional, social, and psychological motivations. It also highlights how digital marketing and social media have shifted power from companies to consumers, positioning the consumer as an active participant in branding and innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work discipline on employee performance in CV. Nina Etik Garment Indonesia. The approach used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who are permanent employees of the company. The independent variables in this study are training and work discipline, while the dependent variables are employee performance. The results of the study show that training has a positive effect on performance, but this influence is not optimal because there are still obstacles in the form of lack of understanding of the material by some employees. This shows that the effectiveness of training needs to be improved, both in terms of delivery methods, the quality of instructors, and the suitability of materials with work needs. Meanwhile, work discipline has been proven to have a significant influence on improving employee performance. Discipline factors, such as punctuality, compliance with rules, and responsibility for completing tasks, are important aspects that drive productivity. This research also found that undisciplined behavior still often occurs, such as being late or not complying with work procedures, which ultimately has an impact on decreasing the effectiveness of the company's operations. Simultaneously, training and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, so these two factors need to receive serious attention from management. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to improve the quality of training programs, both technical and non-technical, so that employees are able to master skills relevant to their work. In addition, the implementation of a more firm, consistent, and measurable work discipline supervision system is also an important strategy to form a professional work culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance at UD. Dua Bersaudara. The background of this study is based on the importance of leadership that is able to provide inspiration, motivation, and support in increasing employee productivity. On the other hand, a conducive work environment is also a key factor that can create comfort, increase morale, and foster employee loyalty to the company. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach, where data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents who are all employees of the company. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 25. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. In addition, the work environment also plays an important role in improving employee outcomes. Simultaneously, both variables are proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings indicate that the application of an appropriate transformational leadership style, such as providing a clear vision, being a role model, and encouraging innovation, can improve work quality and employee productivity. Likewise, creating a supportive work environment, such as good communication, adequate work facilities, and a harmonious work atmosphere, will encourage employees to work more effectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that creating a supportive work environment combined with effective leadership can significantly enhance employee performance. This research also provides practical implications for home industries, encouraging them to pay more attention to leadership aspects and work environment conditions in an effort to increase competitiveness.
