Abstract

Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Subsector companies that have negative earning per share values for 2 consecutive years. This indicates that the company is experiencing financial distress or financial difficulties. financial distress occurs due to the company's inability to manage and maintain financial performance, resulting in the company experiencing operational losses. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of operating capacity, liquidity, profitability and solvency on financial distress in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 Period. This study uses a type of quantitative research. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, obtained 8 companies with 4 years of research. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, operating capacity affects financial distress, liquidity has no effect on financial distress, profitability affects financial distress, and solvency affects financial distress.

Abstract

The company has the main goal of increasing the value of the company as much as possible because maximizing shareholder value is the same as maximizing shareholder wealth. There are several aspects that can affect a company's value, such as capital structure, profitability, company size, dividend policy, leverage, and company growth. The purpose of the study is to identify the influence of capital structure, company size, and sales growth on company value. The population in this study is pharmaceutical companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2023 period and 7 samples of pharmaceutical companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data that is quantitative. The source of data comes from the annual financial statements. The data analysis in this study used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis test with the help of the SPSS software application. The results of this study show that the capital structure has a negative and significant influence on the company's value, the size of the company does not affect the company's value, the company's sales growth does not affect the company's value.

Abstract

Today’s business world has experienced rapid development. There is intense competition among fellow companies. The management system can work as a tool to improve company performance by measuring its employees’ performance. A performance measuring system is required to improve business performance. It will later function as an information provider that can be a reference for managers in making correct decisions for the company’s progress in general. This study focuses on garment companies using SEM PLS data analysis techniques, producing different results. It uses a quantitative descriptive method. It looks at the company’s performance measurement only from a financial point of view. The result showed that there is a significant beneficial impact between the TQM, employee productive behavior on company performance, and TQM on employee productive behavior. However, there is no effect of the reward system on the company’s performance. The productive behavior of employees can mediate the reward system based on company performance. Performance measurement systems can be mediated by productive employee behavior upon company performance. Employees that engage in productive behavior can mediate TQM on mediated company performance. The suggestion of the result of this research is the company can consider these research results to develop their company performance to achieve their goal. Therefore, the researchers also suggest that others conduct further research using a different method and variables that have not been studied in this study.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan disamping mempunyai pemasaran yang bagus, juga harus bisa memahami perilaku konsumen dari suatu pasar karena hal ini merupakan salah satu hal penting untuk dilakukan oleh produsen ataupun oleh suatu perusahaan yang menjalankan usaha- usaha pemasaran, karena dalam konsep pemasaran salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan adalah dengan mengetahui apa kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen secara lebih efisien dari para pesaing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli berulang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah berbelanja di Minimarket Alfamidi dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 180 responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli berulang. Kata Kunci: Minat Beli Berulang, Kualitas Produk, Promosi

Abstract

Abstrak Financial technology menjadi subjek utama dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk laporan, buku, artikel dan jurnal dengan menggunakan pendakatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan dalam peneltian ini adalah financial technology memilik peran yang sangat krusial terhadap pembiayaan UMKM di Indonesia. Peran financial technology terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia sangat banyak antara lain sebagai layanan keuangan pembiayaan, pembuka lapangan pekerjaan baru, dan memudahkan dalam bertransaksi tanpa menggunakan uang tunai. Financial technology juga sangat berperan penting dalam pembiayaan modal, meningkatkan inklusi keuangan UMKM, meningkatkan literasi keuangan UMKM dan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Financial technology memberikan dampak positif terhadap UMKM di Indonesia dan memberikan keuntungan bagi para pelaku usaha dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan, mempermudah promosi produk, mempercepat kegiatan transaksi dan lain-lain. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan memberikan sosialisasi dan mendampini Pelaku BUMDes serta perwakilan warga yang berkaitan dalam pembentukan BUMDes berbasis lembaga keuangan mikro dan Perusahaan Air Minum. BUMDes ini dibuat dalam rangka melaksanakan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa Purworejo Kecamatan Pungging yang potensial. Selama ini permasalahan yang timbul adalah sebagaian besar warga mempunyai profesi sebagai petani. Permasalahan selanjutnya adalah kurang adanya kecakapan dan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan BUMDes. Adanya pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan bisa memberikan kontribusi dalam pengetahuan dan pemahaman pemerintahan di Desa Purworejo kecamatan Pungging, dan masyarakat tentang pengelolaan BUMDes. Selain hal tersebut dengan adanya pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan model ideal dalam mengelola Lembaga Keuanagan Mikro dan Perusahaan Air Minum BUMDes yang mampu memberdayakan masyarakat.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian perguruan tinggi di era new normal dalam rangka pemulihan ekonomi. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Ibu-ibu di Desa Kedundung Kecamatan Magersari Mojokerto. Pelaksana kegiatan adalah Tim Fakultas Ekonomi yang terdiri dari Ketua dan dua orang Anggota. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu belum adanya perencanaan keuangan yang baik dalam keluarga sehingga terjadi tekanan ekonomi akibat pandemic covid-19. Solusinya adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada mitra tentang perencanaan keuangan keluarga. Luaran yang diharapkan: mitra memahami pentingnya perencanaan keuangan keluarga, adanya pengaturan keuangan keluarga sehingga pemulihan ekonomi tercapai, serta adanya publikasi ilmiah di tingkat nasional. Hasil kuesioner menggambarkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mitra.

Abstract

Most of the MSME entrepreneurs in trade management are still traditional, so that the results of their business are only sufficient for daily life and some other needs. Bookkeeping has not been recorded in an orderly manner, let alone simple financial reports do not even exist. Likewise, the marketing system carried out by MSME Karunia Desa Sawahan, Mojosari District is also still far from modern. Where marketing is still being carried out by relying on traditional marketing by relying on salespeople. This causes the amount of costs and benefits to be unknown and a good marketing system to be known. Besides that, in the current economic conditions in Indonesia, The era of the industrial revolution society 4.0 and the COVID-19 pandemic period requires modern marketing with a digital system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop knowledge and skills so that their businesses (MSMEs) can be more advanced and develop by incorporating digitalization and digital marketing strategies (digital marketing). help use websites, blogs or social media as promotional media and sales strategies (Umar et al., 2020) In order to overcome these problems, the Service Team of the Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University, designed a solution by providing assistance in Financial Administration and Digital Marketing so that partners understand how to have a good financial system and good marketing management by utilizing digital technology (Digital Marketing). As said by Wang (2010), "To develop the knowledge capacity of MSMEs, the technical learning of MSME owners and industry must be enriched (Kim et al., 2010). This can have an impact on increasing productivity in the Rengginang MSME Production "Karunia" address, Sawahan Village Gang 2, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. It is hoped that through financial administration development, digital marketing funds will have an effect on increasing their income. The results obtained from this activity:, 1) Simple financial statements of SMEs. 2) Partners understand Digital Marketing, Then with digital marketing marketing management is implemented, partners can add customers, and regulate how their marketing works, and increase sales.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that has spread to Indonesia sice the beginning of 2020 has dramatically effected various sectors of human life. One of the sectors most effected is the economic sector. Difficult economic conditions increase public awareness of the importance of owning investments. One type investment widely looked at by the public is a stock investment in the Indonesian Capital Market. Verious supporting application servuces and educational content related to stock investment also continue to increase producyion. One rapidly growing service is fintech (financial technology) wich can be used as an investment medium. However, because so many options are available, people have difficukty choosing suitable media and tools. A few people are even ensnared by “profits anywhere” due to a lack understanding regarding investment that comply with OJK regulation. Therefore education abaout stock investment needs to be supported by understanding various safe options and can be option for investing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service activites related to basic training on stock investment in the Indonesian Capital Market long with supporting fintech supervised by the OJK. The ouotput of this activity is training services to increase public knowledge about the importantce of investment and fintech options that can be used to invest safely.

Abstract

This study examines Gen Z’s perspective on the influence of Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings on purchase decisions in the Tokopedia marketplace. Customer Reviews are consumer feedback based on product or service usage experiences, while Customer Ratings are evaluations using a scale, typically represented by stars. Purchase decisions refer to the process of selecting a product after identifying needs, gathering information, and comparing alternatives. Employing a quantitative paradigm in conjunction with multiple linear regression analysis, this inquiry was oriented toward members of Generation Z residing within Mojokerto Regency, aged 17 to 28 years, who possessed both purchasing capacity and registered Tokopedia accounts. The selection of participants was executed through a purposive sampling technique, culminating in the acquisition of 100 valid respondents., and data were collected via questionnaires. The t-test results revealed that both Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings exert a constructive and consequential influence upon purchasing determinations, as evidenced by a probability value inferior to 0.05. The Adjusted R² value of 0.598 indicates that 59.8% of purchase decision variation is explained by these two variables, Whilst 40.2% is governed by heterogeneous contingencies external to the model’s explanatory domain. These findings highlight the crucial role of online reviews and ratings in shaping Gen Z consumers’ purchasing behavior.
