Abstract

Customer trust and loyalty are things that help businesses grow. Factors that influence customer trust and loyalty are evidenced by customer satisfaction with the services provided by the company. Companies observe Customer Relationship Management (CRM) not only to increase company revenue, but also believe that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) should be at the heart of all business strategies. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is used by companies to understand customers and aspects that affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to determine how much influence the moderating role, namely customer trust with the customer relationship management (CRM) component and its relationship with customer loyalty at PLN UP3 Kupang. This research applies quantitative methods with a causal approach. A total of 300 respondents who are potential customers or the B2B segment of PLN UP3 Kupang were sampled. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to evaluate the relationship between variables and test the mediation and moderation effects in the conceptual model developed. The results showed that of the five components of Customer Relationship Management which include customer knowledge, customer orientation, customer advocacy, customer engagement, and technological capability, only three variables were proven to have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. The three variables are customer knowledge, customer advocacy, and customer trust.

Abstract

The researcher analyzes taboo words that uttered by some characters in the monkey movie use sociolinguistic approach. The purpose of this research are to analyze and explain types of taboo word and the function of taboo word.          In analyzing the data, the researcher using descriptive qualitative research purposed by Endaswara (2013). The data are gained through non-participant method. The sources of the data are the monkey movie and its transcript. The data are collected by selecting dialogues containing taboo word after watching the video and matching the transcript with subtitle of the movie with carefully. The researcher gets the data is formed by word and phrase that refers to taboo word. The data are presented through formal and informal method and using table for data presented.            The result of this research are stated as follows. The first,  four types of taboo words occur in the characters utterance in the monkey movie. There are  epithet, profanity, vulgarity, and obscenity. From 17 data that found in the movie, epithet are the most appearing type in this movie with nominal data : 7 data ephitet, 5 data profanity, 3 data obscenity, 2 data vulgarity. While for the function the researcher only found there from four types. And the strongest function that appear on this movie is to show contempt. With nominal 12 data refers to to show contempt, 3 data refers to draw attention and 3 data refers to be propocative

Abstract

SMEs has an important role in economic development in Indonesia. In this development, SMEs has several obstacles. One of them is the preparation of financial statements that are not in accordance with accounting standards in Indonesia. SAK ETAP is a standard for SMEs in preparing financial statements. However, many studies have suggested that the majority of SMEs in Indonesia have not been able to implement SAK ETAP because the standard are too complex. Therefore DSAK IAI publishes new financial accounting standard for SMEs which is SAK EMKM effective on January 01, 2018. The new standard is intended to assist the needs in the preparation of financial statements. The result of this research shows the level the readiness of SMEs in implementing SAK EMKM. In conducting this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The researcher collects the data of this research from the interview and documentation. The analysis is dine by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research shows that two SMEs in Blora Regency are not ready in applying SAK EMKM. The absence of SMEs have not done the preparation of financial statements.

Abstract

Materiil Khusus Intelijen merupakan perlatan-peralatan khusus yang digunakan AparatIntelijen dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya, Teknologi IoT (Internet of Thing)merupakan teknologi yang terhubung langsung dengan internet secara terus menerus sehingga dapatdi monitoring dengan tidak terbatas waktu maupun tempat atau dengan kata lain secara real time.Teknologi ini juga sudah banyak digunakan pada berbagai bidang salah satunya di bidang militer.Salah satu komponen dalam pengaplikasian IoT (Internet of Thing) yaitu dengan menggunakanmodul ESP-EYE yang merupakan mikrokontroler yang bekerja dengan diberikan program melaluiArduino IDE. ESP-EYE akan bekerja dengan maksimal apabila diberikan ip address disertaidukungan Wi-Fi untuk mengaksesnya memlalui media web browser. ESP-EYE bertugasmengirimkan gambar atau video yang dapat diakses melalui browser pada smartphone maupunLaptop atau personal komputer (PC) milik pengguna. Pada penelitian ini IoT (Internet of Thing)akan diaplikasikan pada materiil khusus intelijen. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penenelitian ini adalahkualitas pengiriman gambar dan video ESP-EYE bergantung pada kecepatan pengiriman data olehprovider penyedia layanan internet yang digunakan.
