Abstract

Various cyberattack threats are sophisticated and reliable detection approaches, as complex and rampant as they are. One outstanding approach is the use of Honeynet, a network simulator that simulates real networks for analysis and detection purposes. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Honeynet in detecting spyware with alternative detection methods. We conducted experiments where we implemented Honeynet in a simulated network environment that breaks the real network infrastructure. Other detection methods we reference include intrusion detection systems (IDS) based on hands and behaviour. In addition, we also analysed the types of spam most frequently detected by Honeynet. We can identify the most common trends and their characteristics by analysing the attack test results. The research findings show that Honeynet is very effective in detecting certain cyberattacks, especially zero-day attacks and attacks that use new methods that have not been detected by known signatures. However, we also found that behaviour-based detection methods tend to be more effective in detecting attacks that are novel and unexpected

Abstract

The word learning is not foreign to some people, maybe you have heard it thousands of times, maybe the word brings a feeling of joy to yourself or boredom. Learning is currently carried out in various ways, namely online and face to face in the classroom. In the teaching and learning process, two directions are needed between teachers and students so that the messages and information conveyed can be absorbed properly. Teachers are at the forefront in determining the quality of school graduates, so it is necessary to select exemplary teachers. In order to improve the quality of educators and education personnel, as well as to give appreciation to the teaching profession, activities aimed at motivating teachers to improve their competencies are held, one of which is a competition for selecting exemplary teachers. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with the first step determining the value of the normalized rij performance rating and the second determining the preference for each alternative Vi. of the 4 candidates for Teacher A, Teacher B, Teacher C and Teacher D who were selected to be exemplary teachers with a score of 0.825, namely Teacher D.

Abstract

Currently, the monitoring system for leftover feed, feeding scheduling and water replacement at betta fish shelters is still human-oriented or can be said to be manual by going to fish shelters, then taking fish feed shelters and then sprinkling the fish feed using the hand of the fish owner himself into the fish shelter, at the same time seeing the last condition of the rest of the fish feed, besides replacing the water in the fish shelter, it is still done by manually moving the fish first to the reserve reservoir after that replacing the existing water in the fish tank. shelter used. Because the betta fish owners who have a lot of activities make the betta fish owners become disturbed in terms of feeding and water replacement in fish shelters that become irregular with a predetermined schedule, as well as monitoring the remaining fish feed in fish feed shelters. This can be an obstacle in the maintenance of betta fish which makes the development process of betta fish disturbed so that it can be one of the factors that cause betta fish to stress, get sick or even die. The prototype tool for monitoring feed, scheduling feed distribution and changing water in betta fish reservoirs using several tools, namely the Arduino Uno microcontroller, Servo motor actuator SG-90, mini submersible water pump, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04, Blynk application which is used as a tool that can be controlled via a smartphone for automation of feeding, water replacement, in addition to monitoring the remaining fish feed in betta fish shelters.

Abstract

Payment is inseparable from technology so it is fast in making transactions in real time. Payment is the most important stage in sales. Sales success can be obtained from the service process, both from the process of entering sales transactions to payment transactions. Problems that occur in transactions using the QRCode fintech payment are, it takes too long to read the QRCode, an error occurs when reading the QRCode, has made a payment but it is not detected. The aim of the research is to help service providers fix deficiencies that occur and help customers choose a QRCode fintech that is safe and fast to use. This research seeks QRCode fintech payment recommendations for customers using the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity of Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with 6 alternatives, namely Sakuku, Link Aja, Gopay, Dana, Shopeepay and OVO. Then the 6 criteria consist of: C1 = real time, C2 = user friendly, C3 = payment, C4 = security, C5 = feature diversity, and C6 = merchant. The results obtained by Gopay obtained the highest score of the other 6 alternatives, namely 0.9208, which was chosen as the best QRCode fintech payment recommendation.

Abstract

This study investigates user sentiment towards the myIM3 application, an application used for telecommunication service management in Indonesia. Using text analysis and machine learning methods, we analyzed user reviews to identify dominant sentiment patterns and evaluate different classification models. Word cloud analysis, sentiment distribution, and donut plots were utilized to gain deeper insights into user preferences and issues. Results indicate that the majority of user reviews are neutral (52.2%), with 37% positive reviews and 33.4% negative reviews. Users consistently pay attention to aspects such as internet connection (Neutral: 92%, Positive: 95%, Negative: 87%) and pricing (Neutral: 92%, Positive: 92%, Negative: 93%) in their reviews. Evaluation of classification models like Decision Tree Classifier, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest shows that the SVM model performs the best with an accuracy of 93%, high precision (Negative: 93%, Neutral: 92%, Positive: 95%), recall (Negative: 93%, Neutral: 95%, Positive: 91%), and F1-score (Negative: 93%, Neutral: 94%, Positive: 93%). These findings can serve as a basis for service improvement and better product development in the future, while also affirming the capability of text analysis and machine learning techniques in providing valuable insights for telecommunication service providers.

Abstract

This research compares unsupervised learning methods in topic extraction and modeling in large-scale text corpora. The methods used are Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). SVD is used to extract important features through term-document matrix decomposition, while LDA identifies hidden topics based on the probability distribution of words. The research involves data collection, data exploratory analysis (EDA), topic extraction using SVD, data preprocessing, and topic extraction using LDA. The data used were large-scale text corpora. Data explorative analysis was conducted to understand the characteristics and structure of text corpora before topic extraction was performed. SVD and LDA were used to identify the main topics in the text corpora. The results showed that SVD and LDA were successful in topic extraction and modeling of large-scale text corpora. SVD reveals cohesive patterns and thematically related topics. LDA identifies hidden topics based on the probability distribution of words. These findings have important implications in text processing and analysis. The resulting topic representations can be used for information mining, document categorization, and more in-depth text analysis. The use of SVD and LDA in topic extraction and modeling of large-scale text corpora provides valuable insights in text analysis. However, this research has limitations. The success of the methods depends on the quality and representativeness of the text corpora. Topic interpretation still requires further understanding and analysis. Future research can develop methods and techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of topic extraction and text corpora modeling.

Abstract

Kanker payudara adalah penyakit yang menyerang jutaan wanita di seluruh dunia setiap tahunnya. Untuk meningkatkan deteksi dini, berbagai metode dan algoritma telah dikembangkan, termasuk algoritma Neural Network dan algoritma Random Forest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membandingkan efektivitas jaringan saraf dan algoritma Random Forest dalam klasifikasi kanker payudara berdasarkan data klinis dan histopatologi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup berbagai gambaran klinis dan histopatologis yang dikumpulkan dari pasien kanker payudara. Pendekatan pengolahan data dan pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik klasifikasi berbasis Neural Network dan Random Forest. Setelah menyelesaikan proses pelatihan dan pengujian menggunakan dataset yang sesuai, kinerja kedua algoritma dievaluasi berdasarkan beberapa metrik evaluasi termasuk akurasi, sensitivitas, spesifisitas sinyal dan area di bawah kurva ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristics). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Neural Network dan Random Forest dapat mengklasifikasikan kanker payudara dengan tingkat akurasi yang signifikan. Data diolah menggunakan alat oranye dengan akurasi 96,11% untuk algoritma Neural Network dan 98,86% untuk algoritma Random Forest, yang menunjukkan bahwa Neural Networks memberikan kinerja yang sedikit dari pada algoritma Random Forest dalam hal sensitivitas dan spesifisitas.

Dalam menjaga kualitas air, pembudidaya seringkali menghadapi kendala, terutama dalam hal pemantauan kejernihan air karena banyak dari mereka memiliki pekerjaan paruh waktu di luar budidaya ikan. Di era digital saat ini, teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk memantau dan mengontrol kualitas air secara otomatis dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring kualitas air pada akuarium ikan koi dengan menggunakan sensor pH, turbidity, dan suhu yang terhubung dengan mikrokontroler Wemos Esp32 dan modul Wi-Fi, serta aplikasi Blynk untuk pemantauan jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem IoT yang dikembangkan dapat memantau parameter kualitas air seperti pH, kekeruhan, dan suhu secara real-time dan memberikan notifikasi melalui aplikasi Blynk di smartphone. Penggunaan teknologi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pemeliharaan akuarium ikan koi, tetapi juga menghemat waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dibandingkan dengan metode manual. Abstract

The existence of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer has been highly increasing and needed in recent times. One of the reasons is that many companies are starting to use Website and Mobile Application all of these actions occurred in a convincing way that attracted users, however, each of them support the objective of business development. In answering this problem, knowledge of UI/UX is needed in terms of conduction for using it. Therefore, needed designer must use several processes in the research method that the author uses, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The purpose for designers, there are many resources to fulfil the lack of education and to prevent working hard, it assists designers in working and creating for all frameworks and inclusive design. Also, the contributes to designers with a practical framework, aligning with industry standards, and fostering a user-centric approach. It ensures digital products are inclusive, promoting diversity, and advancing design in the technology industry. In addition, how a designer can incorporate their unique ideate for building Websites and Mobile Applications. The result of the Design Thinking method in this research is to expertly improve the user’s experience better than before. And the result application was efficient based on the participants rate are successful effective. Satisfying based on overall rate 98.4% after see this and when using the application.
