Abstract

Kepuasan merupakan ungkapan emosi yang dapat berupa perasaan senang atau kecewa yang muncul setelah membandingkan sesuatu yang diharapkan atau diinginkan dengan hasil dari suatu produk pelayanan. Beberapa pakar menganggap bahwa kepuasan pasien dan kepuasan penyelenggara sebagai aspek psikososial dari keefektifan layanan kesehatan. Menganalisis hubungan waktu tunggu laboratorium, jenis pembiayaan, tingkat kegawatan, luaran, dan lama waktu tunggu di IGD terhadap kepuasan pasien IGD RS Sari Mulia Banjarmasin. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional berjumlah 211 responden pasien IGD RS Sari Mulia Banjarmasin dengan metode accidental sampling menggunakan kuisioner dan rekam medis dengan uji univariat dan uji regresi logistik multinomial untuk analisis bivariat dan multivariat Terdapat hubungan tingkat jenis pembiayaan umum dengan tingkat kepuasan baik (p=0,029) dan tingkat kepuasan sangat baik (p=0,005). Tidak terdapat hubungan kepuasan terhadap lama tingkat kegawatan (p>0,05). Data tidak dapat dianalisis pada faktor lama waktu tunggu laboratorium dan luaran pasien karena terdapat variabel dengan jumlah 0 responden. Terdapat hubungan jenis pembiayaan umum dan tingkat kepuasan baik dan sangat baik pada pasien di IGD RS Sari Mulia Banjarmasin

Abstract

Low consumption of vegetables and fruit is ranked 10th as a risk factor for death in the world. Around 2.7 million people in the world die every year, the low consumption of vegetables and fruit is related to factors such as knowledge of the availability of vegetables and fruit and support from the Women's Farming Group (KWT). To determine the relationship between knowledge, availability and support from friends in the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in the work area of ??the South Hulu Sungai Regency Food Security Service. This study used a cross sectional design. The research subjects consisted of 72 people from the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in the work area of ??the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Food Security Service. Data analysis chi square test and multiple logistic regression test. The results of analysis using chi square show the p value of the variables knowledge (p= 0.000), availability (p= 0.001), and friend support (p= 0.008). The results of analysis using multiple logistic regression show the p and Exp B values ??of the knowledge variable (p= 0.011, Exp B= 1.572), the availability variable (p=0.014, Exp B= 1.451), and the friend support variable (p=0.037, Exp B= 1,243). There is a significant relationship between knowledge, availability and support from friends in the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in the work area of ??the Hulu Sungai Selatan District Food Security Service. The most dominant variable is knowledge.

Abstract

Utilization of health services is an important aspect in developing health status. Based on data obtained from the utilization figures for specialist oral surgery polyclinics at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman in the last 4 years, there have been fluctuations in the number of referrals to specialist oral surgery polyclinics and the number of patients visiting. It turns out that not all patients who visit the oral surgery clinic utilize the services at the polyclinic. Service utilization is related to various factors including perceptions of health and illness, health status, income, insurance membership, and availability of infrastructure. To determine the relationship between perceptions of health and illness, dental and oral health status (DMF-T), income, insurance membership, and availability of infrastructure and utilization of specialist oral surgery polyclinic services at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. This research uses an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects consisted of 97 patients from the oral surgery clinic at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, statistical analysis with the Chi square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. The results of analysis using Chi square show the p value of the variables perception of health and illness (p= 0.005), dental and oral health status (DMF-T) (p= 0.207), income (p= 0.170), insurance membership (p= 0.003), and availability of infrastructure (p= 0.000). The results of analysis using multiple logistic regression show the p value and Exp B of the health-sickness perception variable (p= 0.033, Exp B= 5.925), the dental and oral health status variable (DMF-T) (p= 0.068, Exp B= 4.225), income variable (p= 0.015, Exp B= 2.013), insurance membership variable (p= 0.005, Exp B= 14.111) and infrastructure availability variable (p= 0.000, Exp B= 18.534). There is a significant relationship between perceptions of health and illness, insurance membership, availability of oral surgery polyclinic infrastructure at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. There is no significant relationship between the dental and oral health status variable (DMF-T) and the income of the oral surgery clinic at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. The most dominant variable is the availability of infrastructure
