Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini lakukan diharapkan untuk mengetahui kapan, bagaimana dan mengapa menyontek atau anti mencontek di antara pada siswa. Diketahui faktor-faktor psikologis mendorong siswa mencontek. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan berparadigma kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Provinsi Kep. Bangka Belitung. Kemudian beberapa sekolah di pilih disesuaikan dengan sebarannya selanjutnya dijadikan lokasi penelitian. Dalam menetapkan sekolah digunakan prosedur purposif. Data primer dan Data sekunder penelitian diperoleh melalui bahan-bahan pustaka yang relevan dengan penelitian ini seperti buku, artikel, disertasi, koran online, artikel online, jurnal online dan lain-lain. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data yaitu pertama wawancara terstruktur. Kedua, teknik observasi partisipan Ketiga, menggunakan dokumentasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan antropologi dengan menggunakan etnografi. Terakhir teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, displai dan verifikasi data mengunakan reflektifisme Archer. Arguemen peneliti adalah mencontek adalah reflektifisme siswa terhadap masalah yang dihadapinya, siswa tahu apa yang dikerjakannya dan tahu konsekuensi tindakannya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) "Berkah" in Ajakkang Village, Soppeng Riaja District, Barru Regency. Employing a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that BUMDes "Berkah" has successfully met community needs through three main business units: Farmers' Shop, Stationery Business, and Savings and Loans. The Farmers' Shop improves farmers' access to quality agricultural inputs at affordable prices, the Stationery Business fulfills educational and office needs of the community, while the Savings and Loans provides financial access with low interest rates. However, significant challenges remain, including lack of transparency and accountability in financial reporting, limited stock, and limited public understanding of financial services. To enhance effectiveness and efficiency, increased transparency, training for managers, and improved promotional strategies are recommended. This study concludes that with further refinement, BUMDes "Berkah" can serve as an effective model for village economic empowerment in Indonesia. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) "Berkah" di Desa Ajakkang, Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja, Kabupaten Barru. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes "Berkah" telah berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat melalui tiga unit usaha utama: Toko Tani, Usaha ATK, dan Simpan Pinjam. Toko Tani meningkatkan aksesibilitas petani terhadap input pertanian berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau, Usaha ATK memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan dan perkantoran masyarakat, sementara Simpan Pinjam menyediakan akses keuangan dengan bunga rendah. Meskipun demikian, tantangan signifikan masih dihadapi, termasuk kurangnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam laporan keuangan, keterbatasan stok, dan pemahaman masyarakat yang terbatas tentang layanan keuangan. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi, disarankan adanya peningkatan transparansi, pelatihan bagi pengelola, dan strategi promosi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan penyempurnaan lebih lanjut, BUMDes "Berkah" dapat menjadi model efektif untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi desa di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the pivotal roles of Islamic finance and Zakat, particularly in the context of digital transformation, in improving financial literacy and fostering economic growth within communities. The study specifically examines how the digitalization of Zakat collection and distribution, alongside other Islamic finance principles, contributes to the development of an inclusive and ethical economy rooted in Islamic values.This study employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Data is gathered through interviews, case studies, and statistical analysis to explore the impact of digital Islamic finance and Zakat management on community economic development. The study focuses on how digital literacy in Islamic finance, particularly Zakat, can enhance economic outcomes and the effectiveness of these tools for poverty alleviation.The study reveals that integrating Islamic finance and Zakat with digital technology significantly improves financial literacy, leading to better economic decision-making and sustainable economic development. The digitalization of Zakat processes not only increases transparency and efficiency but also broadens the reach and impact of Zakat, reinforcing its role as a crucial instrument in Islamic finance for poverty alleviation. However, key challenges, such as gaps in public understanding and limited access to financial education, need to be addressed to fully leverage the potential of digital Islamic finance and Zakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Judicial power is independent power to carry out law enforcement and justice. Judges are judges who must have broad insight and experience in the field of the constitution so that they will produce various breakthroughs in the context of realizing restorative constitutional justice so that the Constitutional Court becomes a judicial institution that can be trusted and trusted by people to obtain their constitutional rights. The main problem in this research is related to how the legal basis for summoning a candidate for a constitutional court judge is based on the mandate of the Constitution, and how to recontextualize procedural efforts to summon court judges to create judges with integrity and professionalism. The purpose of this research is to see the similarities between calling candidates for constitutional court judges and the procedures for appointing judges contained in the Constitution and other statutory regulations, as well as to contribute theoretical thinking regarding efforts to recontextualize the procedures for appointing court judges in order to produce an institution of judges and justices with integrity. and professionalism. This research was prepared using library research with a normative juridical approach, namely the study of principles and statutory regulations. The results of this research are that the legal basis for appointing constitutional court judges is regulated in the 1945 Constitution at market 24 C paragraph 3 and also in the Constitutional Court law at articles 19 and 20 paragraph 2. Regarding recontextualization efforts in creating judges with integrity and professionalism, then at the stage of selection and appointment of judges, it must involve a panel of experts, and also the Judicial Commission, as well as the process of selecting constitutional court judges by the 3 institutions involved, namely the President of the DPR and the Supreme Court must clarify the selection process, and what is no less important is that in The process of submitting judges to the Constitutional Court must be carried out openly and involve public participation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Apakah iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang; dan 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan sampel sebanyak 51 pegawai, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai, setiap peningkatan variabel iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang; dan 2) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang mencapai 89%.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem digital pengabdian masyarakat menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam mendukung transformasi pelaksanaan program pengabdian di perguruan tinggi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sistem digital pengabdian melalui platform kkn.iainpare.org di IAIN Parepare. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahapan utama: perencanaan (analisis kebutuhan, studi kelayakan, desain sistem), pengembangan (pembangunan prototipe, pengujian, integrasi), implementasi (pelatihan pengguna, peluncuran sistem, dukungan teknis), serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi signifikan dalam pengelolaan program, dengan pengurangan waktu pemrosesan administratif sebesar 60%, peningkatan kepatuhan pelaporan mahasiswa dari 60% menjadi 85%, dan pengurangan penggunaan kertas hingga 85%. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring dengan tingkat ketersediaan sistem mencapai 99,5% dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna 87%. Kendala utama dalam implementasi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur internet di daerah terpencil dan resistensi pengguna terhadap perubahan sistem, yang diatasi melalui pengembangan fitur offline mode dan program pelatihan intensif. Implementasi sistem digital ini telah berhasil mentransformasi pengelolaan program pengabdian menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan terukur, serta dapat menjadi model pengembangan sistem serupa di institusi pendidikan tinggi lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the variables that affect the loyalty of Parepare City's online transportation users, namely those who use Grab, Maxim, and Gojek. The research methodology combines an associative approach with quantitative descriptive research of the field study type. With a sample size of 90 samples and certain criteria, the population consists of the Parepare City Community users of Grab, Maxim, or Gojek. A Google Form questionnaire was utilised to collect data for the study. The study's findings indicate: Price and customer loyalty have an impact on each other, according to the t-test results, which indicate a value of 0.000 < 0.05. With a score of 0.000 < 0.05, brand image has an impact on customer loyalty. Additionally, there is a 0.007 < 0.05 correlation between customer loyalty and promotion. Additionally, according to the f test results, which indicate that the computed f value is higher than the f table where 52.912 > 2.71, it can be concluded that pricing, brand image, and promotion all significantly affect consumer loyalty either separately or in combination.Keywords: Brand Image, Customer Loyalty, Price, Promotion

Abstract

The presence of the Digital Sharia Pegadaian Application is not only able to save customers' time in making transactions, but customers also get many other advantages and benefits. In line with technological developments, the majority of Pegadaian Syariah Sidrap customers receive manual transaction services. The aim of this research is to find out the comparative comparison of users of the Pegadaian Syariah Digital and Manual application services. This research uses a qualitative approach and collects data using a field research approach. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative interactive analysis technique. The research results found that users of online and manual services at Pegadaian Syariah Cab. Sidrap, customer of Pegadaian Syariah Cab. Sidrap still uses a lot of manual services compared to online services, only ten persen of the results of interviews with service users via the Pegadaian Syariah Digital application compared to manual services. Due to the lack of customer understanding of the Digital Sharia Pawnshop application and the institution's outreach to customers is still lacking. Abstract

This research aims to determine the accounting treatment of biological assets based on PSAK No. 69 at Latonang Farm and to determine the accounting treatment of biological assets at Latonang Farm from a sharia perspective as well as the implications of implementing PSAK No. 69 to the financial statements of Latonang Farm's biological assets. This was done to analyze the suitability of the accounting treatment for Latonang Farm's biological assets with PSAK No. 69. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach and field research. The data collection and data processing techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. The validity test of the data used in this research is the credibility test. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the accounting treatment of biological assets is based on PSAK No. 69 at Latonang Farm is generally in line with the provisions of PSAK No. 69. However, there are differences regarding the measurement of fair value. Latonang Farm does not revaluate the value of biological assets, but instead uses the acquisition price with adjustments at the end of each period. This approach was chosen because of the difficulty of measuring the value of biological assets precisely. This action is permitted in accordance with the provisions of PSAK No. 69 paragraph 30. Apart from that, the accounting treatment of biological assets at Latonang Farm is also in accordance with the sharia perspective, where the principles of honesty, trust and benefit are applied.
