Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kelayakan investasi pengembangan usaha Alpokatkocok_Duobig sebelum menjalankan usaha untuk meminimalisirkan resiko kedepannya , dengan menggunakan metode analisis kelayakan pada aspek pasar pemasaran, aspek manajemen sumberdaya manusia, aspek teknis dan teknologi, aspek hukum, aspek keuangan berupa Analisa kelayakan investasi payback period (PP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value(NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) untuk mencari tingkat bunga. Pada penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penentuan sampel adalah non random sampling dan convenience sampling dengan kuota atau proporsional Berdasarkan dengan Analisa kelayakan bisnis di peroleh hasil Payback Period lebih cepat dari umur ekonomis pengembalian modal. BCR yang menunjukkan memberikan keuntungan, NPV bernilai positif lebih besar dari tingkat bunga yang telah di tetapkan sehingga usaha ini layak untuk di jalankan. Kemudian untuk dalam segi pemasaran dimana citra merek terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahu variable lain yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada studi kelayakan bisnis ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through field research by means of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population in this study were all employees totaling 232 civil servants. To determine the minimum required sample, the Slovin formula is used. By calculating the sample size, 69 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partially positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The most dominant factor of leadership style influences employee performance. Leadership and work motivation are in the good category, and this condition should be maintained and improved. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) examining and analyzing the effect of the product on consumer purchasing decisions for postpaid hello card products; (2) examining and analyzing the effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions for postpaid starter pack hello; (3) examining and analyzing the effect of promotion on consumer purchasing decisions for postpaid starter pack hello; (4) examining and analyzing the effect of place on consumer purchasing decisions for postpaid starter pack hello; (5) examining and analyzing the four factors that have the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions for postpaid hello card products. This study uses primary data and secondary data. In this study, the sample used was 100 consumers. based on secondary data at the end of 2015 to December 2016. Data was collected through questionnaires and data tabulation was carried out. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination and descriptive analysis with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. These results indicate that: (1) the product variable has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer decision making to buy postpaid starter pack hello: (2) the price variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy a postpaid starter pack hello: (3) promotion variable has a significant effect on the decision to buy postpaid starter pack hello: (4) the place variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy the postpaid starter card hello: (5) the most dominant variable influencing decision making is the price variable. Abstract

Health Literacy ini erat kaitannya dengan penyakit kronis dan telah banyak dikaitkan dengan tingkat kejadian Non Communicable Disease (NCD) seperti pada diabetes melitus. Mereka yang umumnya memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang penyakit mereka, menunjukkan kurang memadai dalam perawatan diri (self care) dan memiliki hasil kesehatan yang buruk. Self Care menjadi sangat penting dalam pengobatan diabetes melitus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk hubungan antara Health Literacy dengan Self Care Manajemen dengan Diabetes Mellitus di RSUP. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada 23 Januari–11 Februari 2019 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Total Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Data diolah dengan SPSS dan dianalisis dengan uji statistic Chi-square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95 % (α=0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara Health Literacy (p < 0.002) dengan Self Care Manajemen pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus. Adanya hubungan antara Health Literacy dengan Self Care Manajemen pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus dengan nilai P = 0.002 < α 0,05.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to see and know the wistleblowing of goverment systems in breaking the fraud chain in the DJP environment. As we know that fraud is an action that can be used for many parties. Particulary in The DJP enviroment will greatly affect the economy, which means it comes from taxes. Fraud on the DJP is now beginning to be overcome with the invention or mare wistleblowing system aplication by the finance ministry to prevent fraud. This app is created to keep the privacy and privacy whistleblower of fraud. This whistleblowing system aplication was created to break the chain of fraud. This research was conducted by using the metod of studying journals and document related to the theme of search, or in accordance whit the theme of research.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research using an interpretive paradigm with a phenomenological approach to see and find out the relationship between the community or local religious adherents and the government in the realization of the cycle relation model concept. Research data was obtained by in-depth interviews and observations. The results of the study show that people who follow local religions in South Sulawesi (Ammatoa, Towani Tolotang, Aluk Todolo) still carry out their local religious traditions until now, even though they already have their respective official religions. The results of the study also show that their social, economic and political life is also very good, they live side by side well with other general people. Regarding the relationship between the government, based on the results of the study, it shows that the relationship that exists between the community and the government is very good where the community carries out its obligations to the government and the government gives the community rights as citizens

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara teoritis bagaimana sistem kegiatan pemasaran dalam perspektif etika ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau studi kepustakaan. Akhir dari penelitian ini, etika sangat mempengaruhi aktivitas seorang pebisnis. Dengan adanya etika yang baik maka, konsumen atau pihak dalam lingkungan tersebut akan lebih segan dan lebih merasa aman dalam lingkup pebisnis tersebut. Sebaliknya etika yang buruk justru membuat kesan para konsumen menjadi buruk meski produk yang ditawarkan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik. Dalam Islam, Etika dalam berdagang banyak dijelaskan dalam Kalam Allah SWT. Tentu juga baginda Nabi Muhammad SAW menjadi tauladan etika bagi para pengusaha Muslim dalam menawarkan produknya. Pemasaran dengan etika justru menambah nilai dari produk yang ditawarkan tersebut, akan senantiasa di ingat oleh konsumen. Kata Kunci : Etika, Pemasaran, Etika dalam Islam

Abstract

The study aims to measure, investigate, and examine how Islamic This study aims to determine the influence of the characteristics of Sharia Marketing which consists of Theistic (Rabbaniyyah), Ethical (Akhlaqiyyah), Realistic (Al-Waqi'yyah) and Humanistic (Al-Insaniyyah) variables on the interest in saving and to find out the dominant variable that simultaneously influences the characteristics of Sharia Marketing on the interest in saving. This is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The data collection by distributing questionnaires. The methods used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are: (1)the variable Theistic (Rabbaniyyah), Ethical (Akhlaqiyyah), and Realistic (Al-Waqi'yyah) has a positive and insignificant influence on the variable of interest in saving, (2)the variable Humanistic (Al-Insaniyyah) has a positive and significant influence on the variable of interest in saving and the variable Humanistic (Al-Insaniyyah) has the most dominant influence simultaneously on interest in saving. That influence can be interpreted by increasing customer interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Fiqh principles in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth. In this research used research literature review. This research shows that the integration of Fiqh principles into the Economic Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can increase sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Fiqh principles have their own uniqueness and advantages in providing their own views in building a sustainable and inclusive economy. In this case, efforts are needed to build a fair and sustainable economy by considering environmental, social and economic aspects in a balanced manner, as well as reducing the excessive use of resources and increasing the efficiency of their use. In addition, it is also necessary to encourage the development of environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies, and develop an integrated and sustainable environmental management system.

Abstract

Bank socialization is one form of the Bank's work program in increasing people's interest in saving. Socialization plays an important role in introducing the Sharia Banking system to the public, because there are still many people who only know Sharia Banks from their skin so they think that the Sharia Banking system is the same as Conventional Bank system. The aim of this research is to determine the form of socialization of Bank Muamalat KCP Parepare and how to increase people's interest in saving at Bank Muamalat KCP Parepare. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method and is a type of field research. The results of the research show that 1) the form of socialization carried out by the Bank is socialization in various agencies and non-agencies by offering various products at Bank Muamalat, but the community hopes that the Bank will reach more people so that they can flock to use the services of Sharia Bank. 2) increased interest after the socialization was carried out, on average informants who had taken part in the socialization have now become customers and use Bank Muamalat's services in all matters of their financial institutions, as stated by the bank, the number of customers has increased by 50-60 people per month, while Bank Muamalat's target per month is an additional 50 customers. people then the increase in people's interest in saving increases after participating in the socialization.
