Abstract

Development of E-Modules on Agribusiness Subjects for Ruminant Livestock Breeding Biogas at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang to produce valid, practical and effective products. Rowntree's development model is used to guide which contains three stages, namely planning, writing preparation, and writing and editing. The third stage is also called the evaluation stage using Tessmer's formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, and field test). The subject of the research was the class XII students of Ruminant Livestock Agribusiness at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, walkthroughs, questionnaires and tests. The results of research on the validity of the E-Modul by three validators obtained an average of 86.67% so that it is categorized as very valid. The results of the practicality test of E-Modules in all groups obtained an average of 83.81% in the one to one stage and 87.14% in the small group stage with a very practical category. The results of the E-Modul effectiveness test on student learning outcomes with an N-gain mean value of 0.77 in the high category. The conclusion that the resulting e-Module is valid, practical and effective.AbstrakPengembangan E-Modul pada Mata Pelajaran Agribisnis Pembibitan Ternak Ruminansia Materi Biogas di SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang untuk menghasilkan produk yang valid,praktis dan efektif. Model pengembangan Rowntree digunakan untuk memandu yang berisi tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, persiapan penulisan, dan penulisan dan penyuntingan. Tahap ketiga disebut juga dengan tahap evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi formatif Tessmer (self evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, dan field test).  Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Agribisnis Ternak Ruminansia SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, walkthrough, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian terhadap validitas E-Modul oleh tiga orang validator didapatkan rerata 86,67 % sehingga dikategorikan sangat valid.  Hasil uji kepraktisan E-Modul pada semua kelompok diperoleh rerata  sebesar 83,81% pada tahap one to one dan 87,14 % pada tahap small group dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil uji efektivitas E-Modul terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai rerata N-gain sebesar 0,77 dengan kategori tinggi. Kesimpulan bahwa e-Modul yang dihasilkan valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Plantae kelas X di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental dengan  desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, didapatkan sampel penelitian yaitu kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Nilai rata-rata  hasil tes kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yaitu posttest 71 dengan gain 34 sedangkan kelas kontrol nilai rata-rata posttest 55 dengan gain 23. Berdasarkan uji statistik menggunakan SPSS uji Independent t-test, nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) sebesar 0,000 maka hipotesis H0 ditolak sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran GI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada Materi Plantae kelas X di  SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Model GI, Plantae

Abstract

Era 4.0 Era 4.0 forces every teacher to constantly improve knowledge and skill competencies in the field of technology so that they can apply them to the learning process. Not yet optimal use of appropriate learning media, limited time to prepare it, difficult to find the right media is still an obstacle to the use of media in learning. One of the media that can be used in developing learning materials is the Canva application and Live Worksheet. This service is expected to be an alternative to solving these problems and increasing the competence of teachers so that they can provide the best learning services for students in the learning process. The purpose of this service is so that teachers can get to know the use of Canva-based media and online Liveworksheets and motivate teachers to diversify the applied learning media. In addition, teachers are also expected to be able to apply and apply it in learning. The method used in this activity is training held with lectures, questions and answers, online practice and mentoring classes. The results of the evaluation showed that after the overall training there was an increase in the average pre-test and post-test scores of 16.6 points from 59.3 to 75.8, which means that the training carried out improved participants' understanding very well. Through the implementation of this community service, teachers can get to know the use of Canva-based media and Liveworksheets, motivate teachers to improve their competencies and make teachers able to apply and implement online-based learning media using the Canva application and Liveworksheet.

Abstract

The era of the COVID-19 pandemic is the gateway to the famous online learning system. With the rapid development of educational technology and the familiarity of lecturers and students with this system, this method will become permanent in the future. By utilizing diverse learning mediums, blended learning will be a possibility. However, not all instructors are capable of designing courses in this manner. One of them is studying scientific paper writing. Since it was able to optimize this learning based on scientific studies, the project-based learning model was chosen to be paired with blended learning. To get a learning model that suits your needs requires a needs analysis. The purpose of this research was to gather information about students' needs to design blended learning models mixed with project-based learning to boost student creativity and productivity in writing. Scientific papers at the Indonesian Language Education Study Program. A survey method was used in this investigation. A questionnaire was utilized to obtain the data. The sample for this study was collected on purpose. There were 172 students in the research sample. The data analysis methodologies employed were qualitative and quantitative. The study's findings indicate that students require blended learning and project-based learning structures.

Abstract

The current problem is that many learning activities still need to utilize media as a learning support tool. This research aims to develop Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) in junior high school (SMP) science learning in science learning. This type of development research uses the Hannafin and Peck development model, which consists of needs analysis, development, design, implementation stages, and Tessmer evaluation. The population in this study was all Class VIII students, totalling 30 people. The research subjects were experts, including learning material experts, language experts, and learning media experts. The methods used in collecting data in this research were observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Data collection instruments include questionnaires and test questions. The techniques used to analyze the data are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and N-gain. The results of the research were that the assessment given by material experts was 86.67 (very valid), linguist experts 88.89 (very valid), and media experts 98.46% (very valid). The results of the practicality test show that the Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) in science learning is highly qualified. The results of the N-gain test show an increase in learning outcomes, and the medium category is obtained, so it is effective. It was concluded that E-LKPD using live worksheets as teaching materials can increase the value of students' learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that E-LKPD uses the live worksheet that was developed and can be used in learning.

Abstract

Abstract Teachers in Sumber Marga Telang are still faced with difficulties in choosing platforms, developing appropriate media in making teaching materials, and developing evaluation tools according to the needs of their students. This community service activity is carried out to broaden horizons and improve teachers' abilities in developing innovative digital-based learning media by utilizing the Sway and Liveworksheet applications. The platform was chosen with the consideration that it is easy to access, has a simple and easy-to-understand display, has features that are able to accommodate the needs of educators and has free options. The training activity begins with a pretest to see the initial knowledge of the trainees. Furthermore, observations were made in the form of questions and answers with the participants which were then followed by the delivery of material about the theory of media development by the speakers. Furthermore, participants did hands-on practice with the facilitator from the community service team to develop sway and liveworksheet-based media. The results of the Pre Test showed that the average participants' initial knowledge was 52, then there was an increase in knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspects to 76.3 after the training was given. Abstrak Guru-guru di Kecamatan Sumber Marga Telang masih dihadapkan pada kesulitan dalam memilih platform, mengembangkan media yang tepat dalam membuat bahan ajar, serta mengembangkan alat evaluasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didiknya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk membuka wawasan serta meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran inovatif berbasis digital dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Sway dan Liveworksheet. Platform tersebut dipilih dengan pertimbangan mudah diakses, tampilan sederhana dan mudah dipahami, memiliki fitur yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan tenaga pendidik dan adanya pilihan tidak berbayar. Kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan pretest untuk melihat pengetahuan awal peserta pelatihan. Selanjutnya dilakukan observasi berupa tanya jawab dengan peserta yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi tentang teori pengembangan media oleh narasumber. Selanjutnya, peserta melakukan praktek langsung dengan fasilitator dari tim pengabdian untuk mengembangkan media berbasis sway dan liveworksheet. Hasil Pre Test menunjukkan rata-rata pengetahuan awal peserta adalah 52, kemudian terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dalam aspek teori dan praktek menjadi 76.3 setelah pelatihan diberikan.

Abstract

In the digital era, conventional learning methods in schools are not effective enough to convey important concepts, so more interactive and interesting learning media are needed in accordance with the nature and times of students, so this research aims to produce interactive multimedia products that are valid, practical and effective using applications. Canva and Power Point to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes. The subjects of this research were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 10 Palembang. The development model used is Hannafind and Peck. Data collection techniques include walkthroughs, interviews, questionnaires and tests. From the research results, validity tests were carried out by design, material and language experts whose results were declared very valid with an average of 93%. For the practicality test carried out by students, the results were stated to be very practical with an average of 83%. For the effectiveness test, it can be seen from student learning outcomes which increased from a pretest average of 60.65 to a posttest of 91.74. So it can be concluded that Interactive Multimedia on the Importance of Clean Air for Breathing in the Context of Climate Change in Class V Elementary School is declared valid, practical and effective on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of electronic student worksheets (LKPD) in junior high school (SMP) science learning. The population in this study was all eighth-grade students, totaling 30 people. The research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive research approach by conducting an analysis at SMPIT Bina Ilmi. The results of the needs analysis of the use of liveworksheet-based LKPD in science subjects are as follows: 53.70% of students have difficulty understanding the digestive system material in science subjects in class VIII SMP. A live worksheet is one of the variations of teaching materials or learning media that can be used in the classroom. Based on the results of this needs analysis, the author's suggestion is that, based on the results of the analysis of students' needs for LKPD, E-LKPD is needed to increase students' interest in the learning process.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials for Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) is one of the developments of teaching materials in Natural Sciences for Junior High Schools (SMP) which can facilitate students to have high-level thinking abilities, science process skills, as well as the development of interaction. social. This research aims to analyze the need for electronic student worksheets (E-LKPD) in junior high school science learning. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire with qualitative data types to improve students' abilities in using electronic teaching materials with valid, practical and effective live worksheets. The development model used is the Hannafin and Peck development model which consists of needs analysis, development, design and implementation stages, accompanied by Tessmer evaluation. The evaluations used are expert evaluations, one to one, small group and field tests. The characteristic of E-LKPD is that it has an attractive design containing videos, pictures and colors and is multimedia in nature, so it is hoped that it can make students enthusiastic in carrying out learning activities which will have implications for increasing learning outcomes and science process skills.

Abstract

Writing ability is expected to be achieved by all students because it dramatically affects academic achievement. However, some students have poor writing skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze data on student and lecturer perceptions of the use of media/multimedia in academic writing for Indonesian language courses. This type of research is development. Data collection methods in analyzing objective situations are questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). The instruments used in collecting data are questionnaires and interview sheets. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research results are that students and lecturers feel that teaching and learning academic writing in Indonesian language courses do not apply interactive multimedia. Most of the teaching sessions use PowerPoint presentation slides and course books. Furthermore, they hope to use interactive multimedia in academic learning so that the sessions will be more exciting and engaging, not dull, use animations and videos, and can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
