Abstract

Dalam rangka percepatan pelaksanaan pembangunan dapat diwujudkan melalui penataan wilayah pengembangan daerah, salah satunya melalui pendekatan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS). Salah satu DAS yang masuk dalam kategori dipulihkan karena tergolong kritis adalah DAS Belawan. Dalam hubungannya dengan perencanaan pembangunan wilayah, penelitian ini berkaitan erat dimana pola peruntukan lahan akan mempengaruhi kelangsungan dan kelestarian DAS Belawan bagian hulu yakni Sibolangit, Tuntungan, dan Kutalimbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan digitasi, overlay, dan merger, dan kemudian dilayout agar mudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perencanaan Tata Ruang Wilayah Sub DAS Belawan Bagian Hulu Kondisi Sekarang menunjukkan kawasan perkebunan merupakan kawasan yang paling luas yaitu sebesar 11999,12 Ha (52,1%). Permasalahan utama terdapat pada pemanfaatan lahan di daerah Sub DAS Belawan Bagian Hulu menunjukkan perubahan yang paling dominan terjadi di kawasan hutan produksi tetap berubah menjadi perkebunan sekitar 4808.70 Ha.

Abstract

The Climate Village Program is a national program with a target of establishing 20,000 climate villages spread throughout Indonesia as an effort to control climate change in Indonesia. Implementation of the climate village program still requires strategies to increase the capacity for adaptation, mitigation, institutional strengthening and the number of climate villages. This research aims to analyze Proklim development strategies and priority strategies for Proklim development in Sidodadi Ramunia Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method used is qualitative with a survey approach and using SWOT and AHP analysis. This research began by identifying adaptation and mitigation actions that had been carried out by residents in Sidodadi Ramunia Village and then a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was carried out which resulted in 3 activity targets to be developed, namely (1) Increasing the use of organic fertilizer; (2) creation of a waste bank and (3) development of other locations to be proposed as climate villages. SWOT analysis is carried out to formulate alternative strategies for each activity target whose priority will be determined through AHP analysis using the expert choice 11 application. The results of the AHP analysis show that the strategic priority in developing climate villages is increasing the use of organic fertilizer with a weight value of 0.402 and an inconsistency value of 0. 05. This research shows that to increase the use of organic fertilizer, training and direct assistance in making quality organic fertilizer is needed which can ultimately trigger the community to sort organic and inorganic waste.

Abstract

Tanaman buah dalam pot (tabulampot) merupakan teknik budidaya tanaman buah dalam pot yang dapat dilakukan di lahan yang terbatas seperti lingkungan rumah. Pesatnya pembangunan fisik di sekitar Lingkungan IV Kelurahan Gedung Johor berdampak pada banyaknya penebangan pohon, berkuranya ruang terbuka hijau, panasnya suhu, berkurangnya keasrian lingkungan, dan timbulnya penyakit sosial masyarakat. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta minat dalam pengembangan tabulampot dan memberikan secara gratis tabulampot guna mendukung terciptanya lingkungan yang hijau. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan, pengetahuan tabulampot dan minat budidaya tabulampot pada masyarakat semakin meningkat. Peserta pelatihan diberikan bibit, pot, dan kompos secara gratis untuk ditanam di sekitar rumah mereka sebagai bentuk aplikasi dari kegiatan pelatihan, sehingga mendukung terciptanya lingkungan yang hijau. Bibit yang diberikan untuk ditanam dalam pot adalah mangga, alpukat, dan klengkeng sebanyak 60 batang dengan kualitas pohon yang baik yaitu sehat, usia rata-rata lebih dari enam bulan, sudah berbunga, bahkan beberapa pohon sudah berbuah.

Abstract

Sawo sub-district of North Nias Regency has a mangrove ecosystem that has been designated as a Regional Marine Conservation Area (KKLD) with an area of 29,230.85 ha. The 2005 earthquake and tsunami are reported to have caused damage to mangrove ecosystems due to rising land levels. The increase in land surface has resulted in the destruction of mangroves in this area. This impacts the sustainability of the mangrove ecosystem in this region and is important to study. This study aims to analyze changes in mangrove land cover after the tsunami in 2006 to 2022 and to analyze the impact of changes in mangrove land cover. The results found that mangrove land cover continues to experience a reduction in area; in 2006, an area of 139.78 ha continued to decline until the remaining 70.87 ha in 2022. This is due to the increasing population growth that causes mangrove forest degradation and land conversion into agricultural land, plantations, and infrastructure. The increase in population is a driving force, land clearing for settlements and plantations is a pressure factor (Pressures), land use change is a factor of existing conditions (State), and reduced mangrove land area is part of the impact (Impact). Coastal spatial planning and counseling to reforestation is a response (Response). Land conversion to other uses contributes to this area's continued loss of mangrove land.Keywords: Mangrove; Land Cover; GIS; DPSIR

Abstract

Pendederan kerapu banyak dilakukan di bak-bak semen dan hatchery, tetapi usaha pendederan juga dapat dilakukan di laut dengan menggunakan karamba jaring apung (KJA) maupun di tambak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pertumbuhan, dan kandungan nutrisi pada kerapu sunu yang dipelihara pada lingkungan berbeda yaitu di KJA, tambak dan bak hatchery. Benih ikan kerapu sunu berukuran panjang total 6,56±0,52cm dan berat 4,48±1,04 g dengan kepadatan 50 ekor/jaring dipelihara dalam jaring berukuran 1mx1mx1m dengan ukuran mata jaring 4 mm yang ditempatkan dalam KJA di laut (A), tambak (B) dan bak hatchery (C) sebagai perlakuan percobaan. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan tiga perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali. Penelitian dilakukan selama 90 hari pemeliharaan, dan benih ikan kerapu sunu diberi pakan buatan komersial dengan kandungan protein 48%. Frekuensi pemberian pakan 2 kali sehari pada pagi dan sore hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan pada lingkungan berbeda tidak berpengaruh terhadap sintasan dan pertumbuhan mutlak panjang total namun berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan mutlak bobot benih (P<0,01). Pertumbuhan mutlak benih terbaik pada pemeliharaan di bak hatchery yakni 23,12±2,91 g, KJA 8,43±2,13 g dan tambak 12,58±2,58 g. Kandungan protein benih ikan kerapu sunu tidak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan pemeliharaan, namun kandungan kalori benih pada pemeliharaan di bak hatchery dan tambak lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang di KJA. Benih ikan kerapu sunu yang didederkan dalam bak hatchery memiliki pertumbuhan bobot mutlak 1,84 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang di tambak atau 2,74 kali dari yang di KJA.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the productivity and survival rate of the Beautiful hybrid grouper backyard hatchery business using: a combination of copepod feed; a combination of feed without Copepod (which is usually done by); and a combination of feed with Algamax enrichment; (2) analyze the cost, return, and profit of the backyard hatchery business from each combination of feed use; and (3) design optimal techniques for the Beautiful Hybrid Grouper Backyard Hatchery business. The research was conducted in a survey and collaboration with 23 grouper hatchery backyard businesses. Data tabulation, graph descriptions, as well as t-tests of two samples are freely used for analysis. The Cantik hybrid grouper hatchery backyard business using a combination of Copepod feed provides productivity of 45400 heads; survival rate of 7.57%; and profit of IDR 48,475,000. The grouper fish hatchery backyard business with a combination of feed without Copepod (which is usually done by farmers) provided productivity of 63190 heads; survival rate of 10.53%; and profit of IDR 64,682,600. The backyard hatchery business that uses Algamax feed enrichment provides productivity of 74000 heads; survival rate of 12.33%; and profit of IDR 72,794,350. For the optimization of the Beautiful hybrid grouper backyard hatchery business, a combination of inputs was used, namely: 600 thousand grouper eggs; 2.5 kg of Sanofax2 pellets; Otohime A1 3.0 kg; Otohime B1 8.0 kg; Ottoman B2 9.0 kg; Otohime S1 10 kg; ALGAMAX feed enrichment of 114 g for Artemia culture, and 174 g for Rotifer culture; Rotifer 174 bags; Artemia 38 cans; 420 bags of shrimp; Medicine (Albazu) 3 sachets; and Workforce 2 people.
