Abstract

Permasalahan yang diperinci mencakup cara penggunaan Bahasa hukum dalam pembentukan peraturan desa, langkah-langkah menyusun landasan menimbang dan mengingat, serta struktur dan sistematika peraturan desa. Pembahasan mengenai penggunaan Bahasa hukum diarahkan pada kejelasan dan kebenaran frasa-frasa yang digunakan agar dapat diinterpretasikan dengan jelas oleh semua pihak yang terlibat. Landasan menimbang dan mengingat menjadi kunci penting dalam memastikan bahwa setiap peraturan desa memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat. Selain itu, struktur dan sistematika peraturan desa juga menjadi fokus untuk memastikan bahwa setiap aturan tersusun dengan baik dan mudah dipahami. Melalui analisis terhadap permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, diharapkan dapat ditemukan solusi dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas peraturan desa. Peningkatan ini melibatkan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap Bahasa hukum, landasan hukum yang kuat, serta penyusunan peraturan desa yang sistematis. Dengan demikian, peraturan desa dapat menjadi instrumen yang efektif dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, dan menjaga keadilan hukum.

Abstract

All stakeholders in educational institutions, especially teachers during the learning process in the classroom, are responsible for improving teacher quality. Therefore, improving the quality of teachers becomes very important which is influenced by several variables, including the supervisor's strategy and the principal's strategy itself. Based on these problems, the author conducted research on the strategies of supervisors and principals in improving teacher quality at SMA Negeri 7 East Tanjung Jabung Jambi. The principal and vice principal and teachers were the respondents in this study. This research methodology combines qualitative and descriptive approaches. Information was collected by means of observation, discussion and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the supervisor's strategy in improving the quality of teachers at SMA Negeri 7 Tanjung Jabung Timur Jambi can achieve maximum results in carrying out their role in learning. First, in terms of qualifications, teachers need to have eligibility that is supported by superior and professional qualities. Second, in terms of personality, teachers need to have a high personality, which is based on noble morals. Third, in terms of learning, teachers need to understand the theory and practice of education and curriculum. Fourth, in terms of social, teachers as educators need to have social sensitivity in dealing with social phenomena around them, because teachers are one of the elements of society. The Principal's Strategy in improving the quality of teachers at SMA Negeri 7 Tanjung Jabung Timur Jambi with the strategies that have been taken by the principal of SMA Negeri 7 Tanjung Jabung Timur Jambi who also collaborates with related institutions in improving the quality of teaching staff at SMA Negeri 7 Tanjung Jabung Timur Jambi has competence or quality in accordance with expectations, so as to achieve learning objectives well.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjabaran dari peran media sosial serta manfaat dan tantangan yang ada dalam Kewirausahaan di era digital. Di era digital, media sosial memainkan peran penting dalam kewirausahaan, menghadirkan kelebihan dan hambatan. Berbagai platform online tersedia untuk mempromosikan berbagai sektor bisnis, sementara media sosial sendiri telah menjadi salah satu teknolongi penting yang dilibatkan dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Pengusaha menghadapi beberapa tantangan ketika memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat promosi, termasuk penyebaran informasi palsu (hoax), kekhawatiran privasi yang meluas, dan perilaku online negatif seperti cyberbullying. Namun, wirausahawan tidak cukup hanya mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini, mereka juga harus selalu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan memasukkannya ke dalam strategi bisnis mereka. Selain itu, memahami perilaku konsumen, baik offline maupun online, sangat penting untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam lanskap digital yang terus berkembang. Abstract

This qualitative study employing a case study methodology aims to investigate and elucidate the execution of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program management at SMA Zulhijjah in Batang Hari Regency. The participants in the research were twelve people. Interview data was analyzed using "within case and cross-case analysis" between participants. The results showed that there are four main aspects, namely (1) Implementation of Planning (Planning) Disaster Safe Education Unit: The planning of this program begins with the establishment of specific goals and objectives related to safety and disaster mitigation in schools, this has indeed been designed by the management of SAM.S Zuhijjah in Batang Hari Regency to increase awareness, readiness, and rapid response to disasters among students and school staff at SAM.S Zuhijjah; (2) Implementation of Organizing Disaster Safe Education Unit: The organizing process begins with the determination of a clear organizational structure for the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit program. This includes the formation of a special team or committee responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the program at SMA.S Zulhijjah which is poured into the Principal's Decree with a 1-year term of office; (3) Implementation of Implementing (Actuating) Disaster Safe Education Unit: During the Implementation, SMA.S Zulhijjah school established good cooperation with the surrounding community and other related parties, such as local government, disaster management agencies, and volunteer organizations, to support students and educators actively involved in the implementation of this program. They engage in diverse activities such as safety training, disaster awareness campaigns, and evacuation drills to ensure readiness for emergencies. Additionally, (4) Implementation of Supervision of the Disaster Safe Education Unit: The SPAB Team cluster at SMA S. Zulhijjah conducts regular supervision to oversee the execution of the Disaster Safe Education Unit program. This oversight encompasses monitoring evacuation drills, disaster education initiatives, and other mitigation measures. Evaluation outcomes are subsequently compiled into a formal school report. Suggestions that SMA S Zulhijjah school should consider regarding the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program include: First, routine training and simulation; Second, provision of emergency equipment; Third, cooperation with the community; and Fourth, integration in the curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas IV A SD Negeri 131/IV Kota Jambi, dengan fokus pada peran guru sebagai fasilitator dan evaluator. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 131/IV Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian adalah guru kelas IV A dan peserta didik kelas IV A. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator meliputi penataan ruang belajar yang nyaman, penyajian materi dan media matematika yang menyenangkan, penyediaan sumber belajar, perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi, bimbingan, pendampingan, dan interaksi yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. Sebagai evaluator, guru melakukan asesmen diagnostik dan formatif untuk mengetahui perkembangan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika. Peran guru kelas IV A dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar matematika peserta didik di SD Negeri 131/IV Kota Jambi telah terlaksana dengan baik, yang berdampak positif pada minat belajar matematika mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator dan evaluator sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika, dan pelaksanaan peran ini oleh guru kelas IV A telah efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar matematika peserta didik. Abstract

The government wants to foster and empower mass organizations by managing the activities of mass organizations not to take actions that are contrary to the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The reality that occurs in the field is often inconsistent with the objectives of the law. law, for example regarding the problem of mass organizations in Central Lombok Regency which resulted in the formulation of the problem: 1) How is the legality of Community Organizations in Central Lombok Regency? 2) How is the implementation of empowerment, guidance and supervision of CBOs in Central Lombok Regency, 3) What are the obstacles faced by the Regional Government in implementing the empowerment, guidance and supervision of Community Organizations in Central Lombok Regency. The research method used is an empirical research method. The conclusions obtained are 1) CSOs in Central Lombok district have a legal basis because they have regulations as a legal basis and several CSOs have been registered with Bakesbangpol, 2) Empowerment, guidance and supervision of CSOs in Central Lombok Regency has been carried out by the local government by way of : Empowerment: through policy facilitation, strengthening institutional capacity, and improving the quality of human resources, Guidance: counseling, public consultation, and training, Supervision: supervision carried out by opening a complaint service for organizations that are indicated to be carrying out activities that are not in accordance with regulatory provisions legislation and granting and revoking permits for mass organizations. 3) The obstacles faced are as follows: a. There are still many CSOs that carry out activities outside the field of activity listed in the AD/ART, b) Many CSOs are reluctant to report their existence at Bakesbangpol Central Lombok Regency so they are not registered in the Ormas data, c) Addresses of secretariats and CSOs and Ormas management often changes.

Abstract

Penelitian dan kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji urgensi partisipasi publik dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan. Partisipasi publik dan transparansi merupakan 2 (dua) dari beberapa syarat dari penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) yaitu sebagai bentuk keterbukaan dalam pembentukan dan penetapan kebijakan publik dalam hal ini peraturan perundang-undangan. Selain itu, partisipasi publik sebagai implementasi dari Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan di mana masyarakat berhak memberikan masukan secara lisan/tertulisan dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conseptual approach). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa urgensi partisipasi publik dalam pembentukan peraturan daerah meliputi; sarana sosialisasi peraturan kepada publik, sarana negosiasi dengan masyarakat dalam kaitan materi peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengikat masyarakat, memperkuat legitimasi pemerintah dalam implementasi peraturan, mengurangi tingkat resistensi dari masyarakat dalam pemberlakuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Abstract

The potential of peatlands for agriculture is very dependent on the type of vegetation and the substrate or the bottom soil and the condition of the hinterland area (Djaenudin, 2008). Not all types of agricultural crops can adapt to this type of land, only certain types can grow and develop well on peatland types. Peatlands have various characteristics depending on the composition of their formation. An appropriate and ideal development pattern for this land is through an integrated farming system (Sudana, 2005). Jelutung can adapt well to both submerged and non-submerged peat soils, jelutung growth in various planting patterns shows an average increment of 1.7 cm / year. In practice, jelutung is planted after oil palm and areca nut are 2-3 years old. However, cropping patterns in peat soils require quite intensive land treatment in the form of drainage / ditches and imposing. To get optimal productivity from a combination of jelutung with other tree crops, it is necessary to research and observe in depth the feasibility of planting patterns both in terms of biophysical and economic aspects. The agroforestation process and community adoption in planting jelutung on owned land are still hampered by obstacles such as access to land and policy instruments. Limited land causes farmers to prefer plants that have long been cultivated such as coffee, areca nut, rubber, and coconut. Planting areca nut on community-owned peatlands by slightly raising the land to be planted. This is intended to overcome the presence of excess water during the rainy season. In general, areca nuts will begin to bear fruit after the age of 3-4 years. The development of areca nut which is growing rapidly in Jambi Province, especially in Kuala Tungkal Regency is influenced by better and more stable market prices. This is influenced by the development of the areca processing industry in Kuala City. Community service is carried out jointly with the Tani Karya Mandiri group, Bram Itam Kanan Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District, Jambi. The method used in Community Service (PPM) is in the form of counseling together with providing Jelutung Swamp seeds obtained from seed breeders in Muara Jambi and the rest from the location of Peat Protection Forest (HLG) around Bram Itam District intensively and subsequently conducting demonstrations planting between areca nut plants belonging to the village community or farmer groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakann metode penelitian model ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation). Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data berupa observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan terhadap subyek penelitian yaitu Siswa-Siswi Kelas V dan Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 73/X Bandar Jaya, Kecamatan Rantau Rasau, Kab. Tanjung Jabung Timur. Pengembangan dilakukan terhadap materi harmoni dalam ekosistem pada pembelajaran IPAS di Kelas V Sekolah Dasar yaitu berbentuk media pembelajaran interaktif mesis madu berbasis android. Penelitian ini juga telah divalidasi dengan validator ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli media. Hasil validasi oleh validator ahli pada penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 95% dimana, validator materi memberikan penilaian sebesar 94%, validator bahasa memberikan penilaian sebesar 100% dan validator media memberikan nilai sebesar 92%. Kemudian, hasil kepraktisan penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 98% dari peserta didik dan hasil kepraktisan oleh pendidik sebesar 98%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sangat layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPAS untuk Kelas V Sekolah Dasar.
