Abstract

Kegiatan UIN Mengabdi ini dilakukan di Dusun Gangsiran Putuk Desa Tlekung Kota Batu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi, pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku warga Desa Tlekung terhadap pandemi Covid-19 dan penyakit wabah sejenis dikarenakan masih rendahnya pemahaman warga Desa Tlekung terhadap pandemi Covid-19. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan participation action research yang dikombinasikan dengan metode pembelajaran blended learning. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan membentuk kader “AMANAH” yang dapat dijadikan mitra kerja dan diharapkan bisa menjadi pengambil peran dalam meningkatkan perilaku sehat. Selanjutnya, tim pengabdi melakukan pendampingan model pembelajaran blended learning pada kader kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, tim juga melaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan hand sanitizer yang berbahan baku produk yang ada di rumah tangga, pemberian masker, handscoen, dan thermogun.

Abstract

This community service was conducted in Saptorenggo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. This program aims to increase digital marketing promotion through Google Business and business legality for MSMEs in Saptorenggo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. Participatory rural appraisal, which requires an active involvement of the community, is a model applied in this program. The implementation begins with mapping MSMEs in Saptorenggo Village that can become partners, and from the results of this mapping, the potential and needs of these MSMEs are known. Then, digital marketing was carried out for these MSMEs by creating a Google business point to increase the marketing reach of MSMEs in Saptorenggo Village and strengthen business legality for 9 MSMEs in Saptorenggo Village with the help of obtaining NIB, PIRT and halal certificates.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted with an entrepreneurship community of budding young entrepreneurs. The activity aimed to increase the competitiveness of their startup businesses by assisting them in accessing financing at El Dinar Finance House in Malang City and strengthening product sales through promotional bazaar exposure. The Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method was utilized, with implementation beginning with the preparation of business plan documents, practicing business plan presentations, fulfilling the requirements for financing applications, assessing financing eligibility, approving business financing, increasing sales through expo bazaars, and ensuring repayment of the obtained funding. The mentoring program successfully equipped young entrepreneurs with the skills to access financing, improve their marketing strategies, and gather direct consumer feedback. These improvements strengthened business competitiveness, while ongoing monitoring ensured the successful repayment of funding and facilitated effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
