Abstract

This study aims to eximine and analyze the effect of promotion, price, and brand image on students decisions to choose a computer course in LKP Fiara Computer. Therefore, Selat Besar Village, Bilah Hilir district, Labuhanbatu Regency. Data Collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 60 respondents from students in 2020 at LKP FIARA Selat Besar, Labuhanbatu. The hypothesis was tested using path analysis using SPSS Version 24 and Amos Version 23. The result of this study indicate that promotion and price have a significant effect on brand image. In this study indicate that promotion and price have a significant effect on brand image. In adition in this study, promotion, price and brand image have a significant influence on the decision to choose a computer course institution at LKP FIARA computer in Selat Besar village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhanbatu Regency. From the data studied, the promotion, price and brand image can increase promotion in marketing and set prices according ti the image given.

Abstract

This study aims to find a digital economic literacy strategy model for SMEs in Indonesia and the factors that can influence it by using a technology acceptance model (TAM) approach consisting of beliefs (perception of usability and perceived ease of use) and their impact on the performance of food SMEs companies in Indonesia particularly in the provinces of Banten, DKI Jakarta, and West Java. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 200 SMEs companies using Smart PLS 3 analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a gap from the absence of the influence of perceived usefulness on firms performance, the results are negative. While perceived usefulness, digital economic literacy is very positive and has an effect on SMEs firms performance. The novelty in this research is finding a new model of strategy model for implementing digital economy literacy, its impact on improving the firms performance of SMEs Food companies.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence, motivation, and innovation on the performance of MSME at a coffee shop in Ajamu, Panai Hulu Subdistrict, Labuhanbatu Regency. This research was conducted at a coffee shop in Ajamu by taking a sample of 160 respondents. The results of research that have been conducted indicate that entrepreneurial competence, motivation, and innovation affect the performance of MSME at coffee shops. This study uses a non-probability method in the form of incidental and purposive sampling. this study, using the normality test and path analysis techniques with the help of the Amos software application. The results of the study found 1) Entrepreneurial competence has no positive and significant effect on innovation. 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on innovation. 3) Entrepreneurial competence has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 5) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions at Wholesale Usman. Quantitative approach with causal associative research method. The research sample was 36 respondents who were determined by accidental sampling technique. The research data was processed using the SPSS version 26.0 application, testing data quality, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple regression, t test and F test. The contribution of service quality variables, price, and customer satisfaction to purchasing decisions is 43, 0% and the remaining 57.0% are contributions from other factors outside the model. The ANOVA test found that the Fcount value of 9.801 was greater than the Ftable value of 2.90 with a 95% confidence level (using a = 5%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and promotion and job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people.  The research was conducted at PT. Cakra Adi Dharma in Kotapinang, South Labuhanbatu.  The data analysis technique used is path analysis.  The results of the hypothesis test show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially Job Promotion has a Positive and Significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on work performance.  Job Promotion has a Positive and Significant effect on Work Performance.  We suggest that PT Cakra Adi Dharma improve employee performance by improving a better work environment, promotions, and increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on work performance and career development by mediating work motivation. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Asam Jawa in South Labuhanbatu Regency, amounting to 135 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The process of distributing questionnaires was carried out via online (Google form). The collected data is processed using path analysis using Amos Software Version 23. The results showed that training and motivation can improve job performance.  Training, motivation, and job performance can improve career development of employees at work. It is recommended to improve training program, motivation and work performance of employess. For further research, we suggest to increase the population and variables in order to get better results.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction in covid-19 conditions and situations that need to be considered are those employees who work in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) units. Interestingly, peeling employee job satisfaction in scientific studies is expected to provide various inputs to business managers or business owners who are controlled through work autonomy and innovative behavior in organizations. This research was conducted on the community in the Rantaurapat area around. The questionnaires collected were 100 questionnaires, the respondents in this study were 100 respondents. This research is research using quantitative methods, the researcher in this case distributes questionnaires to get data from respondents using Google Form, and then the data is analyzed using the help of SPSS 23 and AMOS version 23. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been trusted in the previous section, it can be concluded that work autonomy can increase job satisfaction in employees and be able to increase employee innovation behavior. The firm that can provide opportunities for their employees to develop and innovate without feeling pressured at work will provide satisfaction to these employees in working and advancing the company. The results of this study also indicate that job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on innovation behavior, because the direct effect of job autonomy on innovative behavior was greater than indirect effect via job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Training, Work Experience and Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Labuhanbatu Regency.This type of research is quantitative, and the place of this research is the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Labuhan Batu Regency. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Labuhan Batu Regency as many as 90 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, thus all employees are used as respondents in this study. The analytical method used in this research is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test which includes: data normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Multiple linear regression analysis was tested using partial (t), simultaneous (F) testing, and the coefficient of determination. The test results partially prove that the value of t count is 3.809 > t table 1.6629 which indicates thattraining (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance variables (Y). The t-count value is 2.629 > t table 1.6629 explaining that experience (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance variable (Y). Furthermore, the value of t count is 4.087 > t table 1.6629 which means that motivation (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance variable (Y). Simultaneous test results obtained Fcount value of 61.537> Ftable 2.48 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this F test explain that training (X1), work experience (X2), and motivation (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The value of R Square from the analysis of the coefficient of determination is 0.682, which means that employee performance (Y) can be explained by the training variable (X1), work experience (X2).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of product quality and service quality variables on customer satisfaction which is moderated by customer loyalty as well as a source of internal strength for the Mekar Sari Village Business Unit in running its business, another goal that is expected from this research is the Mekar Sari Village Community Enterprise as a company owned by the village community, especially the managers. Bumdes Mekar Sari that product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty are important factors in marketing and become a benchmark for determining the success of a refill drinking water depot business. This research includes quantitative descriptive research, the sample in this study is a loyal customer of Bumdes Mekar Sari Selat Besar Village which has been a member for 1 year as many as 130 customers, the determination of the sample in this study applied purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using primary data (questionnaire) which contains questions regarding the indicators of product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty variables. To solve the problems studied, data analysis techniques used path analysis with SPSS and AMOS applications. From the results of research and hypothesis testing, it was found that product quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Service quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
