Abstract

In the Educational environment, the relationship between knowledge and technologyaffecting the organization culture. In relation to Trisakti University Vision, which is becomingthe best Industrial Engineering program and becoming the center of development for IndustrialEngineering education with technopreneurship knowledge. Big effort needs to be done to changethe student’s mindset to be entreprenurial mindset. Efforts to be done by Industrial EngineeringDepartment to achieve the vision is with the Industrial Manufacture Design Practicum, MAIRATechnopreneurship Business Incubator (MTBI) that is created to collect products by studentsand to help students doing their business, and also help them market and operate their businesswith a business incubator. The research is trying to meassure the entrepreneurial quality of eachindividual and map the student’s entrepreneurial characteristic using the IndividualEntreprenurship Quality Quesionnaire. Mapping needed to see each new students and final yearstudent’s condition. After that, what is being done is doing differentiation test to see the effect ofthe learning activities being done if it is affecting the entrepreneurial characteristic withinstudents. After the characteristics being identified, which is significant and non significant, thedevelopment of strategies will be done after that to change the non significant characteristics tobe improved. The Methodology being used in the research is T-Test and SWOT strategic Model.

Abstract

Indonesian Goverment launched rice program for poor households, called as ProgramBeras Miskin (RASKIN) with the aim to help poor families in the avaibility of rice. Raskinprogram is still raises problems so that the benefits received are not significant for poor families.The purpose of this study was to describe about distribution proccess of Raskin especially inBekasi City, mapping constraints experienced in the implementation of Raskin distribution andmake a design of Rice ATM information system for Raskin distribution in Bekasi City. Theresearch methodology used in this study began with observation of the research object to obtainpreliminary data in Raskin general guidlines, number of seeds of households needs and Raskinbeneficiary mapping in study area. Research result is a design of system information with RFIDimplementation to improve the effectiveness and the achievement of Raskin objectives program.Keywords: Raskin, RFID, System Information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model pemilihan industri komponen otomotifyang ramah lingkungan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam merancang model adalah proseshirarki analitik, adapun identifikasi kriteria dan sub kriteria menggunakan pendekatan FuzzyDelphi Method. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder terkait dengan perancanganmodel dan data primer dari pakar untuk pemilihan kriteria, sub kriteria, dan perbandinganberpasangan antar faktor, kriteria, dan sub kriteria. Model yang dihasilkan menggunakan 5(lima) level hirarki yaitu level 1 merupakan tujuan, level 2 terdiri dari 3 (tiga) faktor, level 3terdiri dari 11 (sebelas) kriteria, level 4 terdiri dari 22 (dua puluh dua) sub kriteria, dan level 5terdiri dari 6 (enam) alternatif pilihan. Berdasarkan bobot faktor yang diperoleh, modelpemilihan industri komponen otomotif yang ramah lingkungan lebih memprioritaskan padafaktor pengelolaan limbah / emisi dengan bobot sebesar 0,6370. Pada faktor tersebut, kriteriaprogram penurunan emisi CO2 merupakan prioritas utama dengan bobot sebesar 0,6480.Prioritas berikutnya adalah pada faktor proses produksi dengan bobot sebesar 0,2580. Padafaktor proses produksi, kriteria teknologi proses merupakan prioritas utama dengan bobot faktorsebesar 0.3860. Sedangkan untuk sub criteria dari kriteria teknologi proses, bobot terbesaradalah penerapan Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (3R) yaitu 0,7172. Oleh karena itu, upayapenurunan emisi CO2 dan penerapan Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (3R) akan menjadi penentu bagiindustri komponen otomotif untuk masuk dalam kategori industri yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Alleriea is a small medium enterprises engaged in the field of providing souvenirs. To increase consumer satisfaction, the company should be able to fullfill consumer demand, The decisions support system in this study is using Fuzzy Inference System with Mamdani type as intuitive and very suitable to be given expert knowledge. This model was designed using MATLAB software and as input will be used to predict the number of requests, the speed of supply and stock condition.The predicted number of demand are made by using forecasting methods by selecting a forecasting model with the smallest MSE value. Based on the comparison of the value of MSE on the ARIMA model and winter, forecasting results obtained by the method of Winter has the smallest MSE value.The verification process is done by looking at the forecasting model with the smallest MSE, the validation process is done to test the normality of residual data. The verification process on fuzzy inference systems is done by testing whether the rules given leave in accordance with the desired output. The validation process using a combination of testing Extreme Test uses a combination of extreme in any condition. The result of this paper is a procurement decision support model using fuzzy inference system which influenced by the demand forecast, stock condition and speed of supply. Designed models have been verified and validated.

Abstract

There were wastes in the supply chain flow of PT. XYZ which leads to long lead time in the delivery of customer orders. The result is that the company's planned delivery targets are not fulfilled. The objective of this research is to identify waste and cause of waste and to propose improvement to eliminate waste in PT XYZ supply chain so as to reduce lead time and achieve delivery target as an effort to improve company performance with Lean Supply Chain approach. In this research we use VALSAT to minimize waste and non value added activities in supply chain flow. Based on Value Stream Mapping and analysis of waste we proposed improvements that is application of acceptance sampling method on raw material inspection, application of p control chart on assembling process and store warehouse, 2 days battery storage time limit with kanban card proposed and also change of process sequence of lead part casting. Based on the projection, we got the decrease of manufacturing lead time and the increase of process cycle efficiency from 51.47% to 73.69%.

Abstract

One of important aspect in codification strategy in relation to knowledge management implementation is selective in choosing knowledge area to be codified. This paper showed a model for selecting key knowledge area using knowledge gap analysis and importance-performance matrix with fuzzy logic approach from latex dipped production process. Model was packaged in decision support system which designed using visual basic for applications and Matlab programming. Fuzzy average technique and Sugeno fuzzy inference system were used in this model. Four key knowledge areas detected based on two methods. They were compound formulation, product inspection and failure analysis, dispersion inspection and leaching.

Abstract

On a new core competency-based industries, mutual information is the main asset in thecompetitive value to the business processes of an industry. The medical industry uses theinformation as a critical factor in every aspect of perform a clinic or hospital management. Theinformation of knowledge should been packaged in a process that is known as knowledgemanagement. Bennefit knowledge management in the medical industry is to improve the quality ofthe medical officer. It aims to minimize the malpractice cases occurrence that often occurs due tolack of knowledge between medical officer. The lack of knowledge often occurs because of gap ofknowledge between the members of the medical officer. Application of knowledge managementsystems that really serves transfer of knowledge from senior medical officer for a new medicalofficer. Failure of any expert (senior medical officer) in making decisions at the time of medicaltreatment can also be minimized by the knowledge management system.

Abstract

Intisari— Pada penelitian ini penerapan metode Taguchi digunakan untuk optimasi parameter yang mempengaruhi viskositas cat. Empat faktor yang dikendalikan yaitu jumlah air, viskositas slurry filler, jumlah pengental dan pH. L9 orthogonal array dipilih untuk mendapatkan setting parameter yang optimum agar dapat mengurangi variasi viskositas. Hasil analisis diperoleh dari Signal-to-Noise ratio terhadap respon viskositas cat dengan level yang optimum viskositas slurry 16-19 poise dan jumlah pengental 0,6%. Berdasarkan ANOVA, nilai signifikan dan persentase kontribusi dari masing – masing parameter diketahui bahwa jumlah pengental memiliki kontribusi yang maksimum terhadap viskositas cat. Abstract— In this study, The Taguchi method used to optimize parameters that affect paint viscosity. Four controlled factors the number of water, the slurry filler viscosity, the number of thickeners and pH. The L9 orthogonal array was selected to obtain optimum parameter settings, so that, viscosity variations reduced. The analysis was obtained from the Signal-to-Noise ratio to paint viscosity response with optimum viscosity slurry of 16-19 poise and 0.6% thickeners. Based on ANOVA, the significant value and percentage of each parameter showed that the number of thickeners has a maximum contribution to the paint viscosity.

Abstract

Intisari— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja klasifikasi dari metode Naïve Bayes (NB) dan Regresi Logistik (LR) menggunakan dua model ekstraksi ciri, yaitu Count Bag of Word (BOW) dan Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Kasus yang diangkat adalah opini publik dari data Twitter terkait kebijakan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) minyak goreng yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah pada awal April 2022. Tahap penelitian diawali dengan proses crawling dengan bantuan Twitter API menggunakan kata kunci Minyak Goreng BLT dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap pra-pemrosesan data dan pelabelan secara manual. Data teks yang bersih dan memiliki label kemudian dibelah menjadi data latih (90%) dan data uji (10%) dan diubah menjadi data numerik dengan menggunakan model BOW dan TF-IDF untuk kemudian digunakan sebagai input pada algoritma klasifikasi. Proses crawling menghasilkan 5058 tweet dan menyusut menjadi 1335 tweet bersih setelah pra-pemrosesan data. Terdapat 25,62% tweet positif, 14,38 % tweet negatif, dan 60% tweet netral. Hasil perbandingan model ekstraksi ciri dan algoritma klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa model dengan performansi tertinggi diperoleh melalui model regresi logistik dengan BOW (LR-BOW) yang menghasilkan F1-score sebesar 0,70 dan akurasi sebesar 0,72. Hasil prediksi sentiment dengan model terbaik dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah khususnya Kementerian Sosial dan Kementerian Perdagangan untuk lebih memperkuat tema kebijakan BLT yang membangkitkan sentiment positif serta memperbaiki tema yang membangkitkan sentiment negative. Abstract—This study aims to compare the classification performance of the Naïve Bayes (NB) and Logistics Regression (LR) methods using two feature extraction models, namely Count Bag of Word. (BOW) and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). The case raised is public opinion from Twitter data related to the Cooking Oil Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) policy issued by the Government in early April 2022. The research phase begins with a crawling process with the help of the Twitter API using the keyword BLT Cooking Oil and continues with the pre-processing stage of data and manual labeling.. The clean and labeled text data were then split into training data (90%) and test data (10%) and converted into numeric data using the BOW and TF-IDF models to be used as input to the classification algorithm. The crawling process resulted in 5058 tweets and shrunk to 1335 clean tweets after data pre-processing. There were 25.62% positive tweets, 14.38% negative tweets, and 60% neutral tweets. The results of the comparison of feature extraction models and classification algorithms show that the model with the highest performance is obtained through a logistic regression model with BOW (LR-BOW) which produces an F1-score of 0.70 and an accuracy of 0.72. The results of sentiment prediction with the best model can be taken into consideration for the government, especially the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Trade to further strengthen the BLT policy theme that evokes positive sentiment and improves the theme that evokes negative sentiment.
