ABSTRACTRecording and processing data of mother and child in health book (KIA) at Sumbersari PublicHealth Center is still done manually by handwriting. Manual KIA book recording has an impacton the quality of information contained in KIA books that are not presented optimally. Thisresulted in inhibition of health services and complete immunization to mothers and children, aswell as delays in the process of reporting by health personnel. In connection with this, the currentstudy was conducted to design and implement the application of maternal and child healthrecording data based on android system. This application design method uses system developmentlife cycle which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and usage. The design ofthis application using logic modeling by creating context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entityrelationship diagrams. The application is made with android operating system version 6.0.1, anduses java based eclipse, with Angular JS as a web-based framework. This application has theability or features to record patient demographic data, maternal and child health developmentchecks, medications and vaccines, and periodically display charts and tables of maternal and childhealth. This android based application can be used by midwives and integrated health servicecadres with online system.Keywords: Maternal and Child Development, Android.ABSTRAKKegiatan pencatatan dan pengolahan data buku kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) di puskesmasSumbersari dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan tulisan tangan. Pencatatan buku KIAsecara manual berdampak terhadap kualitas informasi yang dimuat dalam buku KIA yang tidaktersaji secara optimal. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan terhambatnya pelayanan kesehatan danimunisasi lengkap kepada ibu maupun anak, serta tertundanya proses pembuatan laporan olehtenaga kesehatan. Sehubungan dengan hal ini, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang danmengimplementasikan aplikasi pencatatan perkembangan kesehatan ibu dan anak berbasisandroid. Metode perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem yangterdiri atas tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi dan penggunaan. Perancanganaplikasi ini menggunakan pemodelan lojik dengan membuat diagram konteks, data flow diagram,dan entity relationship diagram. Aplikasi dibuat dengan sistem operasi android versi 6.0.1, danmenggunakan eclipse berbasis java, dengan Angular JS sebagai framework berbasis web. Aplikasiini memiliki kemampuan atau fitur untuk mencatat data demografi pasien, hasil pemeriksaanperkembangan kesehatan ibu dan anak, obat dan vaksin, serta menampilkan grafik dan tabelperkembangan kesehatan ibu dan anak secara berkala. Aplikasi ini berbasis android, yang dapatdigunakan oleh bidan dan kader posyandu secara online.Kata Kunci : Perekembangan Ibu dan Anak, Android.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR-Learning) in the learning of Balinese Script in elementary school age students. The Balinese script as one of the regional scripts that has become one of the regional writings to be introduced compulsorily to school children from elementary school through high school in the province of Bali. The conventional learning model introducing Balinese Script is often unsuccessful due to the lack of interesting process of introducing and learning the Balinese Script. For this reason, alternative learning methods using technology can be implemented, one of which uses Augmented Reality, or better known as AR-Learning. By utilizing Android-based smartphones, learning Balinese script will certainly be more fun for elementary school students. In this study, students of grade 3 SDN 1 B.B Agung used a case study in this research.The results of this study are the Balinese Augmented Reality card complete with an analysis of Android-based Balinese learning implementation with Augmented Reality technology using the Kano Model to categorize the attributes of AR-Learning user satisfaction and the USE Questionnaire Model for evaluation of usability recommendations for applications based on 4 quality dimensions namely the dimensions of usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction.Keywords: Balinese Script, Augmented Reality, Extent of Satisfaction, Extent of Dissatisfaction, Canoe Model.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis impelementasi Augmented Reality (AR-Learning) dalam pembelajaran Aksara Bali pada siswa usia sekolah dasar. Aksara Bali sebagai salah satu aksara daerah yang sampai saat ini menjadi salah satu tulisan daerah yang wajib diperkenalkan kepada anak-anak sekolah mulai usia Sekolah Dasar sampai dengan Sekolah Menengah Atas di Provinsi Bali. Model pembelajaran konvensional mengenalkan Aksara Bali seringkali tidak berhasil karena kurang menariknya proses pengenalan dan pembelajaran Aksara Bali tersebut. Untuk itu, diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, salah satu nya menggunakan Augmented Reality, atau lebih dikenal dengan AR-Learning. Dengan memanfaatkan smartphone berbasis Android, pembelajaran Aksara Bali tentunya akan lebih menyenangkan siswa-siswi Sekolah Dasar. Dalam peneliitian siswa-siswi kelas 3 SDN 1 B.B Agung digunakan studi kasus dalam penelitian ini.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kartu Augmented Reality Aksara Bali lengkap dengan analisa implementasi pembelajaran Aksara Bali berbasis Android dengan teknologi Augmented Reality menggunakan Model Kano untuk mengkategorikan atribut-atribut kepuasan pengguna AR-Learning dan Model USE Questionnaire untuk evaluasi usabilitas rekomendasi terhadap aplikasi berdasarkan 4 dimensi kualitas yaitu dimensi usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, dan satisfaction.Kata Kunci: Aksara Bali, Augmented Reality, Extent Of Satisfaction, Extent Of Dissatisfaction, Kano Model.

ABSTRACTThe medical record officer at Bright Smiles Bali Clinic is still having difficulty in the process ofmanaging the data of outpatients because the clinic still using manual system that has not beencomputerized. So it is necessary to design a web-based electronic medical record information systemthat can help medical record officer in patient data management process. The method used in thedesign of this system is the system development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of the planning,analysis, design, implementation, and usage phases. The purpose and benefits of this informationsystem design is to produce a web based outpatient medical record information system at BrightSmiles Bali Clinic.This information system facilitate medical record officer in carrying out patientdata management covering patient registration process, recording of patient medical record, doctorsdata recording, code search on ICD 9 CM, code search on ICD 10. Metode perancangan sistem inimenggunakan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem (Systems Development Life Cycle-SDLC) yangterdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan penggunaan. Sedangkan tujuan danmanfaat dari perancangan sistem informasi ini yaitu menghasilkan sistem informasi rekam mediselektronik rawat jalan berbasis web di Klinik Gigi Bright Smiles Bali. Dengan adanya sistem informasiini, dapat memudahkan petugas rekam medis dalam pengelolaan data pasien yang meliputi prosespendaftaran pasien, pencatatan rekam medis pasien rawat jalan, pencatatan data dokter, pencarian kodeICD 9 CM, pencarian kode ICD 10. ABSTRACTThe records officer at Maternity Clinic Sriati Sungai Penuh - Jambi in its management and reporting of patient data are still using manual systems. It has caused a delay in the delivery of information and report on daily data patients. Thus, it needs a system of web-based medical record information that can assist officers in the medical record of the patient data management processing. This system design method uses development life cycle (Systems Development Life Cycle-SDLC) which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and use. Meanwhile, the purpose and benefits of the design of this information system is to produce a system of web-based medical record information in Maternity Clinic Sriati River Sungai Penuh - Jambi. With this information system, it eases medical records clerk in the management of patient data whichh includes patient registration process, the recording of patient medical records, physician data recording, data recording space, the search code ICD 9 CM and ICD code search 10. Metode perancangan sistem ini menggunakan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem (Systems Development Life Cycle-SDLC) yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan penggunaan. Sedangkan tujuan dan manfaat dari perancangan sistem informasi ini yaitu menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis web di Klinik Bersalin Sriati Kota Sungai Penuh - Jambi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, dapat memudahkan petugas rekam medis dalam pengelolaan data pasien yang meliputi proses pendaftaran pasien, pencatatan rekam medis pasien, pencatatan data dokter, pencatatan data ruang, pencarian kode ICD 9 CM, dan pencarian kode ICD 10. The partnership program between Dhyana Pura University and Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES was applied by socialization activity, management training, mentoring, and evaluation. The program used a business management indicator that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES community business group members. The partnership programs were measured by Pre-Test and Post-Test Method so that the effectiveness and output of the program can be measured accurately. The program offered the solution in terms of providing assistance and training on the use of appropriate technology in increasing the quantity and quality of production of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih Village, as well as making financial reports, providing assistance and training on management, education on ethics and consumer behavior, and training product marketing using social media. The results of this partnership program have been able to improve the services of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih to consumers and be able to make financial reports accurately. The sales turnover of partners BUMDES has also increased and developed so that job opportunities are open to the community as well as the addition of new entrepreneurs in Gumbrih Village. The increase in human resources in the application of professional management has also increased, an increase in business production has also occurred, marketing has also increased and financial reports can also be done regularly, and promotions on social media have increased so that the sales turnover of BUMDES partners Catu Graha Mandiri Desa Gumbrih more increasing. In order to improve business management, ethics in consumer behavior, and improve the quality of product promotion or marketing from Gumbrih Village, Pekutatan District, Jembrana Regency, Dhyana Pura University through the community partnership program Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) provides training and assistance. one of them is in maximizing the Canva application to improve the quality of promotion and marketing of the products of the BUMDes business of Catu Graha Mandiri, Gumbrih. One of the expected outcomes from partners is an increase in the ability to use appropriate technology for the quantity, quality of product marketing and business of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih including business marketing using social media. The impact of intensive training and mentoring is reflected in the data on questionnaires distributed before (pre-test) and after (post-test) this Partnership Program, where there is an increase in knowledge ability in 30 training and mentoring participants from an average score of 60.7 to an average score of 97 so that it can be concluded that the knowledge of the management of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih businesses has increased so it is hoped that it will also have an impact on the quantity and quality of businesses including the marketing of these businesses using social media.

Berbagai dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan adanya perubahan-perubahan besar hampir diseluruh aspek kehidupan salah satunya adalah pola dan kebiasaan dalam bekerja, dalam hal ini masyarakat sulit untuk bekerja darirumah karena masyarakat terbiasa bekerja secara langsung. Sehingga pada masa sulit saat ini diharapkan masyarakat mampu untuk kreatif melaksanakan semua kegiatan dari rumah, tapi tentunya tidak semua pekerjaan dan kegiatan bisa dilakukan secara online, oleh sebab itu, supaya ke depannya tingkat keamanan masyarakat dalam bekerja terjamin maka tentunya masyarakat kedepannya harus dilakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 oleh lembaga layanan kesehatan. dalam hal ini masyarakat yang menerima vaksin itu termasuk juga para jemaat rohani dari Gereja Kristen Protestan di Bali (GKPB) dan juga Yayasan Maha Bhoga Marga (MBM), oleh karena itu tim satgas Covid-19 Yayasan MBM merasa perlu untuk melakukan pendataan terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19 terhadap warga jemaat GKPB.

According to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, a patent is defined as the exclusive right of the inventor to create or provide his work to be made in the field of art for a certain period of time. At Dhyana Pura University, one of the units, namely LPPM, has several activities which include the management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). On April 22, 2021, Dhyana Pura University received the Strengthening of Intellectual Property Rights Center of the Ministry of Research and Technology / National Research and Innovation Agency in 2021. Meanwhile, the Information System for the Management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) at LPPM only covers Copyright Applications. In addition, a digitalized patent filing facility is also needed at the University to support patent applications which are still minimal. In addition, the Incentive Revenue related to the Intellectual Property Rights Center also cannot cover the development of internal systems at the university. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a patent scheme for the IPR management system at the Dhyana Pura University LPPM which can display reports related to patent applications and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. With the development of a patent scheme on the system, it can provide convenience, speed and accuracy in Data processing so that it is expected to bring progress in the service of application and management of patent rights at LPPM Dhyana Pura University.

ABSTRACT The still manual management of medical records at Puskesmas I Melaya resulted in medical records not being found, caused by the medical record storage racks being in three different places and not being kept safe. This causes the medical record search time to exceed the standard procedure. With the above problems, a web-based mobile view-based electronic medical record was designed to facilitate the search for medical records and their management in a computerized manner. The development of a web-based mobile view electronic medical record system uses the System Development Life Cycle method. Sample determination was determined by probability sampling technique with simple random sampling with 19 samples. Testing this information system uses black box testing. Tested its usability using the USE Questionnaire with 30 questions. Usability testing with the USE Questionnaire proved 81.40% results with an "excellent" classification, which was shown to speed up the patient's medical record search time from 12 minutes to 0.47 minutes. Keywords: Electronic Medical Records, Web Mobile View, Puskesmas I Melaya ABSTRAK Masih manualnya pengelolaan rekam medis di Puskesmas I Melaya mengakibatkan terjadi rekam medis tidak ditemukan, disebabkan oleh rak penyimpanan rekam medis tersebut berada di tiga tempat yang berbeda dan kurang terjaga keamanannya. Dengan ini menyebabkan waktu pencarian rekam medis melebihi standar prosedur. Dengan masalah diatas dibuat rancang bangun rekam medis elektronik berbasis web mobile view untuk mempermudah pencarian rekam medis dan pengelolaannya secara terkomputerisasi. Pengembangan sistem rekam medis elektronik berbasis web mobile view ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle. Determinasi sampel di tentukan dengan teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling dengan 19 sampel. Pengujian sistem informasi ini menggunakan black box testing. Diuji usability-nya menggunakan USE Questionnaire dengan 30 pertanyaan. Pengujian usability dengan USE Questionnaire membuktikan hasil 81,40% dengan klasifikasi “sangat baik”, yang terbukti mempercepat waktu pencarian rekam medis pasien dari 12 menit menjadi 0,47 menit. Kata Kunci: Rekam Medis Elektronik, Web Mobile View, Puskesmas I Melaya.

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) for Entrepreneurship, Marketing & CHSE Training and Assistance was carried out in Pinge Tourism Village, Tabanan, Bali which is located in Marga District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. The problems of the Entrepreneurship, Marketing & CHSE Training and Assistance group found that (1) Entrepreneurship was not yet available, for the pinge indigenous people (2) Marketing had not been integrated so that it could be used as a promotion for the Pinge tourism village (3) there was no center for creating interesting content regarding cultural promotion, agricultural production, and tourism. (4) There is no CHSE assistance and training in the village sector as well as procurement of facilities and materials to fulfill CHSE. To overcome this problem, the people of Pinge Tourism Village, Tabanan, Bali need a solution in the form of a PKM program in the form of the following activities: (1). Socialization of Entrepreneurship Training and Assistance, Marketing & CHSE, (2). Integrating marketing programs in a tourism village program in the form of flyers and digital marketing such as IG and FB, (3). Making promotional media (content) as digital marketing materials, and (4). CHSE assistance and training in the village sector as well as procurement of facilities and materials to fulfill the CHSE. The target achievements of PKM activities are: (1) Partners are able to have entrepreneurship knowledge > 80%, (2) Partners have marketing knowledge > 80%, (3). Partners are able to create Digital marketing content, which is applied to Instagram media, Facebook by > 50 %. (4) Partners implement CHSE according to standards and meet > 80% of self-assessment standards. PKM is designed with stages of activities which include: entrepreneurship training with business plan material, marketing training, creation of marketing promotional media (content) and procurement of facilities and materials to meet CHSE, materials for CHSE, CHSE training, CHSE independent assessment assistance. The PKM proposal is in line with one of the focuses of community service in 2022, namely tourism, specifically the development of tourism human resources who are qualified and ready to support quality tourism in accordance with the strategy of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. PKM also supports one of the leading fields of research and community service at Dhyana Pura University, namely harmonized tourism. This PKM supports the Main Performance Indicators of Higher Education: students gain experience off campus (IKU 2), lecturers engage in off-campus activities (IKU 3), and PKM activities are used as team project-based and case-based learning materials (IKU 7). The mandatory output of PKM is as a Synaptek speaker at Undhira. Additional outputs include articles in the Community Empowerment Journal (SINTA 4), publications in online media, and video publications on YouTube. This PKM program will be carried out by 3 Dhyana Pura University lecturers and involve 2 students. The implementation period is 1 year with a budget from Dhyana Pura University of IDR
