Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of single leg bound exercise on the speed of running 100 meters. The population in this study was all class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Kendari as many as 172 people. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample under consideration, namely being able to perform a single leg bound movement. Of the 172 people after making the selection who can perform the single leg bound movement, there are 31 people. So the sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The instrument used in this study was a 100 meter run test, then given single leg bound treatment with a volume of 3 times a week for 18 meetings. The research data were analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test of the data before moving on to the t-test. The results obtained from testing the hypothesis that there is an effect of single leg bound exercise on 100 meter running speed, where t count = 11,426 and significant value 0.000 > = 0.05, then HO is rejected, HI is accepted. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an effect of single leg bound exercise on 100 meter running speed. The contribution of the single leg bound result is 43% and the other 57% is supported by other aspects that are not examined.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services are an effort to help students in developing their personal lives, social lives, learning activities, as well as career planning and development. This research aims to analyze all the needs of class X-I students at SMAN 1 Selong in all areas of counseling services (Personal, Social, Learning, Career) to determine the topic of classical guidance services. This research method uses quantitative and survey with data collection techniques using a student needs questionnaire (AKPD). This research uses a saturated sample or the entire population is a sample, namely 36 students in class X-1. The research results show that students have needs in the field of personal services (30.00%), the field of social (20.66%), the field of learning (35.66%), and career (13.68%). So the topics used in the Classical Tutoring Service in the Learning Sector are "Technology as a Learning Media", "Types of Intelligence", "Let's Discipline Study". Personal Field: "Let's Explore Talent Independently". Social Sector: "Social Media Wise".

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui efektifitas pendekatan analisis transaksional dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 2 Masbagik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 163 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 61 siswa yang terdiri dari 32 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 29 siswa untuk kelas control kelas IX. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen pretest-posttest control group design dengan pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket pengukuran peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yang masing-masing terdiri dari 20 item dan 4 pilihan jawaban. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan data pree test didapatkan, jumlah skor yang dicapai oleh 29 siswa untuk kelas kontrol 915 dengan skor rata-rata 31,55, dan untuk kelas eksperimen jumlah skor yang dicapai oleh 32 siswa yaitu 969 dengan skor rata-rata 30,28, setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa teknik pendekatan analisis transaksional terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil post-test pada kelas eksperimen yaitu menunjukan bahwa skor yang dicapai oleh 32 siswa adalah 1655 dengan skor rata-rata 51,71, sedangkan hasil angket post test pada kelas yang dijadikan kelas control menunjukan bahwa skor yang dicapai oleh 29 siswa adalah 1191 dengan skor rata-rata 41,06. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pendekatan analisis transaksiona efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Masbagik. Oleh sebab itu diharapkan kepada setiap guru pembimbing kedepan hendaknya memberikan pendekatan analisis transaksional dan dipadukan dengan layanan-layanan yang lain sehingga siswa dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya.

Abstract

This research is important to determine children's language acquisition and development according to studies of phonology and morphology in Indonesian language learning. The method used in this research is qualitative method with a case study approach. Through this qualitative method, the phonetic system of Edwin Omar Malik Erdogan (2.6 years) and Edward Nazhan Naik Erdogan (4 years), who are students at PAUD Al-Karimah, will be described. These two subjects were used as research samples from ten students to make the findings more accurate regarding learning outcomes and descriptive evidence of early childhood language acquisition at PAUD Al-Karimah. The result of this study was the Acquisition of phonology in their daily lives. Edwin and Edward obtained five vowel sounds Indonesians produced. The vowel sound consists of [a], [i], [u], [e], [o]. So it can be concluded that Edwin and Edward have mastered all vowel sounds, and there are consonant sounds, as many as 19 consonants Indonesian produced by Edwin and Edward. The consonant sounds consist of [b], [c], [d], [g], [h], [j], [l], [m], [n], [p], [s], [t], [w], [y], [G], [S], [ṭ], [?]. The consonant sounds that are not pronounced are [k], [f], [q], [r], [v], [x], [z].

Abstract

The cultural context of Lombok, Indonesia, presents a unique backdrop for understanding and assessing self-confidence among students. Against this backdrop, the study aims to develop a self-confidence scale specifically tailored to the cultural nuances and characteristics of the region. The research sample, comprising 244 students selected through incidental sampling techniques, reflects the diverse socio-cultural landscape of Lombok. To ensure the validity and reliability of the developed scale, the study employs rigorous validation and reliability testing methods, including the Pearson Product Moment technique for validity testing and the Alpha Chronbach technique for reliability testing. The research results show that the Suhartiwi Self-Confidence Scale (SSCS) measures student self-confidence in Lombok accurately and reliably. With correlation values from 0.313 to 0.636, all SSCS questions are legitimate. Cronbach's alpha of 0.842 indicates the SSCS's high dependability. Thus, research into culturally appropriate self-confidence scales will ensure fairness and sustainability in Lombok student self-confidence initiatives.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of self-confidence, cultivated through the internalization of Ta’lim Muta’allim values, on students' career choices. Ta’lim Muta’allim values, emphasizing discipline, respect, and the pursuit of knowledge, are hypothesized to significantly contribute to the development of students' self-confidence, a crucial determinant in career decision-making. The research aims to analyze how self-confidence, fostered by these values, impacts students' career preferences and pathways. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with a sample of 242 students from Madrasah Aliyah Muallimat NW Pancor, Lombok, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire assessing self-confidence in the context of Ta’lim Muta’allim values and a career choice survey. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Kruskal-Wallis Test with the JASP application. Results indicate that students' self-confidence levels were generally high and moderate, influenced by Ta’lim Muta’allim values. Furthermore, no significant differences in self-confidence levels were found across different career choices. Among the nine career choice categories, the average self-confidence level of students was high, with some categories, such as business and finance and diplomacy and governance, falling within the moderate range. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights into how Ta’lim Muta’allim values, by enhancing self-confidence, play a crucial role in shaping students' career trajectories.

Abstract

Taekwondo emphasizes kicking techniques, including elgol dollyo chagi, a spinning head kick requiring flexibility, strength, speed, coordination, and precision for optimal effectiveness. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of alternate leg bounding training on the elgol dollyo chagi performance of taekwondo athletes. It employs experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants consisted of 30 taekwondo athletes selected through total sampling, meaning the entire population was used as the sample. The research instrument involves an elgol dollyo chagi performance test conducted over a duration of 30 seconds. Data analysis uses descriptive tests, and the analysis prerequisite tests with data normality and data homogeneity, and continued with hypothesis testing using the t-test with the spss program version 23. The results of the t-test value obtained were 15.455, with a pretest mean of 23.83 and a posttest mean value of 36.20. Based on these results, the p-value is greater than 0.05 and has an increase of 12.37%. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the speed of execution of the elgol dollyo chagi kick after following the alternate leg bounding training program. In addition, this research is also useful in terms of athlete physical development, including strength, agility, coordination, and injury prevention.

Abstract

Kebijakan strategis untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19 bidang pendidikan adalah belajar dari rumah. PkM ini bertujuan menyosialisasikan bentuk program belajar dari rumah yang diperankan ibu.  Melalui metode koordinasi dan sosialisasi, diperoleh data bahwa pemahaman maksud belajar dari rumah penting bagi para ibu karena mereka menjadi pelaku terdepan untuk kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini akan sukses jika dikoordinasikan dengan semua pihak yang berkepentingan untuk kelangsungan belajar siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Sembalun.

Abstract

Produksi Air Susu Ibu (ASI) yang tidak optimal masih menjadi salah satu penyebab kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif, khususnya pada masa nifas. Rendahnya produksi ASI dapat menghambat pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi bayi sehingga berdampak pada tumbuh kembangnya. Salah satu alternatif non-farmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI adalah rebusan daun katuk (Sauropus androgynus) yang mengandung papaverin, fitosterol, flavonoid dan polifenol yang berperan dalam stimulasi hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh rebusan daun katuk terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui. Penelitian menggunakan metode pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest, dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni–Juli tahun 2025 di Puskesmas Sukarami Kecamatan Sungai Rotan Kabupaten Muara Enim. Sampel berjumlah 32 ibu menyusui yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa pemberian rebusan daun katuk sebanyak 300 ml per hari selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Data diperoleh melalui observasi volume ASI perah selama 5 menit, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata volume ASI sebelum intervensi sebesar 111,53 ml dan meningkat menjadi 195,34 ml setelah intervensi. Uji statistik menghasilkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05), menunjukan adanya perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rebusan daun katuk efektif meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui. Intervensi ini dapat dijadikan alternatif alami, aman, dan terjangkau untuk mendukung keberhasilan ASI eksklusif. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat merekomendasikan penggunaannya kepada ibu menyusui serta mendorong penelitian lanjutan terkait dosis optimal dan keamanan penggunaan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan isu global yang kian mendesak, ditandai dengan meningkatnya prevalensi gangguan seperti depresi, kecemasan, dan gangguan stres pascatrauma (PTSD) di berbagai kelompok usia. Di tengah keterbatasan pendekatan konvensional baik farmakoterapi maupun psikoterapi verbal dalam hal aksesibilitas dan efek samping, art therapy atau terapi seni hadir sebagai modalitas psikoterapi integratif non-farmakologis yang memanfaatkan proses kreatif pembuatan karya seni sebagai medium ekspresi diri dan penyembuhan psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep art therapy sebagai metode penyembuhan psikologis dalam kesehatan mental. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa art therapy terbukti efektif secara signifikan dalam mereduksi gejala kecemasan, depresi, PTSD, skizofrenia, serta gangguan jiwa lainnya pada populasi anak, remaja, dewasa, hingga lansia. Keunggulan utamanya terletak pada sifatnya yang non-verbal, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap konteks budaya lokal, menjadikannya alternatif yang relevan bagi individu yang tidak merespons terapi berbasis verbal secara optimal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa art therapy layak diposisikan sebagai intervensi terapeutik terstruktur yang dapat diintegrasikan secara sinergis dalam sistem layanan kesehatan mental secara menyeluruh.
