Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dalam sosialisasi peraturan pertandingan dan perwasitan cabang olahraga sepak takraw. Permasalahan yang mungkin dihadapi oleh mitra dalam sosialisasi yaitu mengalami keterbatasan dalam jumlah tenaga ahli yang dapat diikutsertakan dalam sosialisasi, seperti pelatih berpengalaman atau wasit berlisensi. Sumber daya fisik seperti fasilitas pelatihan atau peralatan yang memadai bisa menjadi kendala jika tidak tersedia dalam jumlah atau kualitas yang sesuai. Mitra sering kali menghadapi masalah pendanaan yang membatasi kemampuan mereka untuk menyelenggarakan sosialisasi secara efektif, termasuk biaya untuk narasumber, materi pelatihan, dan transportasi. Mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam sosialisasi peraturan pertandingan dan perwasitan cabang olahraga sepak takraw, serta mencapai target yang diinginkan, solusi dan langkah-langkah berikut dapat diterapkan yaitu menyediakan pelatihan intensif dan sertifikasi untuk wasit dan pelatih guna meningkatkan kualitas dan jumlah tenaga ahli. Ini bisa melibatkan pelatih dari luar daerah atau ahli nasional yang berpengalaman. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami peraturan dengan baik setelah sosialisasi. Sebagian besar peserta dapat menerapkan pengetahuan tersebut dalam latihan dan pertandingan. Ada peningkatan dalam penerapan peraturan dan teknik perwasitan dalam pertandingan yang diadakan setelah sosialisasi, dengan pengamatan adanya keputusan yang lebih konsisten dan adil. Survei menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta menyatakan puas dengan materi pelatihan, kualitas narasumber, dan fasilitas yang disediakan selama program. Dari jumlah tersebut, 60% menyatakan sangat puas, sementara 30% merasa cukup puas. Sebaliknya, 10% peserta merasa belum sepenuhnya memahami materi yang disampaikan dan membutuhkan penjelasan lebih lanjut. Socialization of Match Regulations and Refereeing Sepak Takraw Sports Branch  Abstract The purpose of this community service is to improve understanding in the socialization of the rules of the match and refereeing of the sepak takraw sport. Problems that partners may face in socialization are experiencing limitations in the number of experts who can be included in the socialization, such as experienced coaches or licensed referees. Physical resources such as adequate training facilities or equipment can be obstacles if they are not available in the appropriate quantity or quality. Partners often face funding issues that limit their ability to conduct socialization effectively, including costs for resource persons, training materials, and transportation. To overcome the problems faced in the socialization of the rules of the match and refereeing of the sepak takraw sport, and to achieve the desired targets, the following solutions and steps can be applied, namely providing intensive training and certification for referees and coaches to improve the quality and number of experts. This can involve coaches from outside the region or experienced national experts. The evaluation results showed that participants understood the rules well after the socialization. Most participants were able to apply this knowledge in training and matches. There was an increase in the application of the rules and refereeing techniques in matches held after the socialization, with observations of more consistent and fair decisions. Satisfaction surveys showed that around 90% of participants were satisfied with the training materials, speakers, and facilities provided. And 10% did not really understand the material explained. Many participants felt that the socialization met their needs and provided added value.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of self-confidence, cultivated through the internalization of Ta’lim Muta’allim values, on students' career choices. Ta’lim Muta’allim values, emphasizing discipline, respect, and the pursuit of knowledge, are hypothesized to significantly contribute to the development of students' self-confidence, a crucial determinant in career decision-making. The research aims to analyze how self-confidence, fostered by these values, impacts students' career preferences and pathways. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with a sample of 242 students from Madrasah Aliyah Muallimat NW Pancor, Lombok, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire assessing self-confidence in the context of Ta’lim Muta’allim values and a career choice survey. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Kruskal-Wallis Test with the JASP application. Results indicate that students' self-confidence levels were generally high and moderate, influenced by Ta’lim Muta’allim values. Furthermore, no significant differences in self-confidence levels were found across different career choices. Among the nine career choice categories, the average self-confidence level of students was high, with some categories, such as business and finance and diplomacy and governance, falling within the moderate range. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights into how Ta’lim Muta’allim values, by enhancing self-confidence, play a crucial role in shaping students' career trajectories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan melalui program penanaman pohon di Desa Gelora yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat setempat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini melaksanakan penanaman 300 pohon yang terdiri dari mahoni, jambu mete, nangka, sengon, dan srikaya di sepanjang jalan Gerami Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga manfaat utama: peningkatan ekologis melalui potensi penyerapan karbon dioksida hingga 6.300 kilogram per tahun, potensi ekonomi melalui hasil panen bernilai jual antara Rp 500.000 hingga Rp 3.000.000 per pohon, dan peningkatan keseimbangan ekosistem yang ditandai dengan bertambahnya kehadiran burung dan serangga di area penanaman. Keberhasilan program ini tidak terlepas dari pendekatan integratif yang menggabungkan aspek teknis dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat, didukung sistem monitoring dan evaluasi yang terstruktur untuk menjamin keberlanjutan program. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa program konservasi lingkungan berbasis masyarakat dapat secara efektif meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan sekaligus memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of single leg bound exercise on the speed of running 100 meters. The population in this study was all class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Kendari as many as 172 people. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample under consideration, namely being able to perform a single leg bound movement. Of the 172 people after making the selection who can perform the single leg bound movement, there are 31 people. So the sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The instrument used in this study was a 100 meter run test, then given single leg bound treatment with a volume of 3 times a week for 18 meetings. The research data were analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test of the data before moving on to the t-test. The results obtained from testing the hypothesis that there is an effect of single leg bound exercise on 100 meter running speed, where t count = 11,426 and significant value 0.000 > = 0.05, then HO is rejected, HI is accepted. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an effect of single leg bound exercise on 100 meter running speed. The contribution of the single leg bound result is 43% and the other 57% is supported by other aspects that are not examined.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services are an effort to help students in developing their personal lives, social lives, learning activities, as well as career planning and development. This research aims to analyze all the needs of class X-I students at SMAN 1 Selong in all areas of counseling services (Personal, Social, Learning, Career) to determine the topic of classical guidance services. This research method uses quantitative and survey with data collection techniques using a student needs questionnaire (AKPD). This research uses a saturated sample or the entire population is a sample, namely 36 students in class X-1. The research results show that students have needs in the field of personal services (30.00%), the field of social (20.66%), the field of learning (35.66%), and career (13.68%). So the topics used in the Classical Tutoring Service in the Learning Sector are "Technology as a Learning Media", "Types of Intelligence", "Let's Discipline Study". Personal Field: "Let's Explore Talent Independently". Social Sector: "Social Media Wise".
