Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the positive and significant relationship between the professional competence of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers and the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Balige in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive inferential approach. The population of the study consists of all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Balige, totaling 149 students. The sampling method used is random sampling, with a sample size of 54 students. The research instruments used are a closed questionnaire to measure the professional competence of teachers and UH (Ulangan Harian or Daily Test) scores to measure student learning outcomes. The data analysis results show that: a) the correlation test obtained a value of rcount = 0.293, which is greater than rtable = 0.226, indicating a positive relationship between the two variables; b) the significance test yielded a value of tcount = 2.210, which is greater than ttable = 2.000, meaning the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the professional competence of CRE teachers has a significant relationship with student learning outcomes. Therefore, improving teachers’ professional competence is expected to enhance student learning outcomes. This study contributes to the development of education and can serve as a reference for teachers and schools to improve the quality of teaching.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the basic considerations of Constitutional Court Judges in deciding on children's inheritance rights for children outside of marriage. (2) the difference between the legal inheritance rights of children in marriage and the inheritance rights of illegitimate children in marriage. (3) the relevance of the Constitutional Court decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children Outside of Marriage which is used as a reference by Judges to decide cases regarding the inheritance rights of children outside of marriage. (4) legal reconstruction that can be accommodated by judges into marriage law regarding the Constitutional Court decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children Outside of Marriage. The type of research used by researchers is normative legal research, namely through a statutory and regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The sources of legal material used are the 1945 Constitution, the Civil Code, Customary Law, and Constitutional Court Decisions. The research results show that (1) The legal force of the Constitutional Court's decision is binding and every child has the right to all forms of protection. (2) There are differences in the inheritance rights of legitimate children and illegitimate children in marriage. (3) The relevance of the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children Out of Wedlock reflects the principle of equality before the law, which confirms that everyone has the right to recognition, guarantees and protection. , and fair legal certainty and equal treatment before the law. (4) In the Constitutional Court Decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children outside of marriage, Judges can use science and technology to determine the status of the father of a child outside of marriage.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Course Review Horray (CRH) learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education of class The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items, of which 20 questionnaire items were for variable class X Yapim Balige Private Vocational School, Toba Regency, 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.580 > rtable(a=0.05,n=45) = 0.294, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Test A significant relationship is obtained by the value of tcount= 4.667 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=43)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation , the regression equation Y ̂="36.86"+0.44X is obtained. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 33.6%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=45-2=43) namely 21.69 > 1.51. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the differences in student learning motivation in PAK learning before and after it is taught using the Collaborative Learning learning model for class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is: "There is a difference in students' learning motivation in PAK learning before and after learning with the Collaborative Learning learning model for Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 Learning Year." The population is all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon, totaling 163 people. The research sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique, namely 32 students in class VII-3 as the experimental class which used a collaborative learning model and 32 students in class VII-4 as the control class which used normal treatment (conventional class). This research method is the Quasi Experimental Design method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research was a 22 item questionnaire. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). It was found that the average value for the experimental class was 0.7283 in the high category. And the average value for the control class is 0.1548, which is in the low category. Then carrying out an independent test using the t test obtained a value of t = 11.648 > t table (α = 0.05; df = 62) = 2,000. Based on the research results, it is stated that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there are differences in students' learning motivation in PAK learning before and after being taught using the Collaborative Learning learning model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the application of the Card Sort type learning method on the interest in studying Christian Religious Education of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sirandorung, Central Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research uses a quantitative pre-experimental design method in the form of a One Shot Case Study. The population of this study was all students of IX SMP Negeri 2 Sirandorung, totaling 114 people in 3 study class groups. Sampling was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely class IX-1, totaling 38 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire with 35 items. 17 items for the questionnaire for variable This is proven by the results of the positive relationship test calculation, the value of rxy = 0.487 > rtable (α=0.05; IK=95%; n=38) = 0.320, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables X and Y .Testing a significant relationship, the value obtained is tcount = 4.078> ttable (α=0.05;dk=n-2=36)= 2.028, thus there is a significant relationship between variables X and Y. Testing the regression equation, we get the regression equation Y ̂ ="35.14"+0.36X. Regression coefficient of determination test r2 = 23.7%. Testing the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = (α=0.05, dk numerator k =16, dk denominator = n-2=38-2=36) namely 4.03 > 1.51. Thus, Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of PAK teachers' social competence on the morality of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative, descriptive and inferential research methods. The population, namely all Protestant Christian students in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaled 199 people and a sample of 50 people was determined, namely 25% of the population using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the social competence of PAK teachers on the morality of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0,433 > rtabel(=0,05,n=50) = 0,297 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of thitung= 3,333 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=48)= 2,021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation =46,75+0,26X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 18,8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fhitung > Ftabel=(=0,05), dk numerator k=20,dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 11,08 > 1,51. Thus, Ha, that is, there is an influence of the social competence of PAK teachers on the morality of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year is accepted and H0 is rejected.
