Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the professional competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong 2024/2025. The method used in this study is the quantitative inferential statistical method. The population is all Christian students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong 2024/2025 totaling 254 people and a sample of 48 people is determined, which is 20% of the population using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 35 items, namely 15 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the professional competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong 2024/2025 as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.618> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 48) = 0.284 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a value of tcount = 5.330> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 46) = 2.021 thus there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, the regression equation Y ̂="22.50" + 0.82X was obtained. b) Test of regression determination coefficient (r2) = 38.2%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is that those who are studying have a definite goal of gaining as much knowledge as possible and getting good results on exams, for those who are working, the goal is to work as best as possible to complete existing responsibilities and get good income from what they do. . The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of a literature study where the author presents and discusses overcoming PAK Learning Difficulties, and invites all of us to dedicate what we do in our daily lives just to glorify His name. The Lord God will see whether what we are doing glorifies His name or not. By teaching PAK so that more and more souls are saved.

Abstract

Older people tend to stay at home, a condition that poses new problems for older people. They are alienated from their environment and forgotten by people, resulting in rejection and loss of self-esteem. Therefore, church ministry to the elderly must be viewed as a specific ministry and taken seriously by special workers and servants of God who truly understand the problems of the elderly. These categorical services morally oblige the church to treat its congregation members, the elderly, seriously and responsibly. Ultimately it means striking a balance between being careful and acting responsibly. A church is an institution with an organization. But more than that, the church is a community of believers. According to God's command in Matthew 28: 18-20, After becoming a disciple of Christ and being baptized, a disciple of Christ must be taught the doctrine of the Christian faith, how to live the Christian life.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation and effectiveness of Christian Counseling Guidance provided by Effective Christian Religious Education and Character Teachers in Increasing the Learning Motivation of Class This research uses a semi-case study type of research and uses as informants eight students from broken home backgrounds and Christian Religious Education and Character Teachers. The results of this research show that the process of implementing Christian counseling guidance by PAK teachers starts from: service (attending), empathy, giving advice/encouragement, the final stage provides reinforcement and closes with prayer. Christian counseling guidance is considered effective in increasing the learning motivation of students from broken home backgrounds, this is assessed based on the results of the presentation of the students themselves and the Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers. Changes in students' motivation began to appear after participating in Christian counseling activities, changes in students' motivation, who previously often daydreamed and did not pay attention to the learning process, are now starting to be enthusiastic about learning, starting to show interest in learning by studying more actively, doing homework/assignments, students who have feelings of worry and fear begins to disappear, they don't give up easily, they are happier and more confident in doing things (independently) and students have a commitment to achieving their goals and hopes in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the scientific approach method can improve the learning outcomes of PAK and Budi Pekerti of SDN 173529 Tampahan Kab. Toba positively and significantly. This research is quantitative research. The research population sample amounted to 14 people from class VI of SD Negeri 173529 Tampahan Kab. Toba (Non Probability Sampling). The results showed that the application of the Scientific Approach method succeeded in improving the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students of SD Negeri 173529 Tampahan Toba Regency. The increase in learning outcomes is known: 1) The percentage of classes that completed learning at meeting I was 71.43% with a sufficient category, 2) The percentage of classes that completed learning at meeting II was 85.71% with a high category, 3) The percentage of classes that completed learning at meeting III was 92.86% with a very high category.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of observations at the Siborong-borong State SLB, the team found that mentally retarded students could imitate the writing made by their teacher, but these students did not know what they were writing, let alone read, they did not know the letters. So, the team tried to introduce letters to students by applying the alphabetical poster method, with the hope that mentally retarded students would be able to recognize letters. The purpose of using alphabetical poster media in the teaching and learning process is to improve the letter recognition skills of mentally retarded students at Siborong-borong State SLB. This research was conducted by making observations first then the observation data were collected to plan the implementation of learning, then carry out the teaching and learning process by applying the alphabetical poster method. The subject of this learning process is students with special needs for mental retardation at Siborong-borong State SLB. This teaching and learning process is carried out every Monday from October to November. The learning process activity by applying the alphabetical poster method at the Siborong-borong State SLB is carried out to provide motivation for letter recognition to students. Based on the learning process activities by applying the alphabetic poster method carried out by the team in the mentally retarded class at Siborong-borong State SLB, it turn out that this method is indeed able to improve letter recognition skills among mentally retarded students by attracting students' attention with alphabetic posters, then the teacher introduces it with terms (for example: the letter B = a stick plus two stomachs), so that students are able to recognize the letters gradually. During October-November the team carried out learning practices using this method, it can be seen that the ability of mentally retarded students is able to recognize all the letters well, but because they are "with special needs who have weak memory and reception of information", they must be trained always so they do not forget. From the community service activities for female students of Christian Religious Education Study Program semester 5 at IAKN Tarutung which are carried out at the Siborong-borong State SLB through teaching practice in mentally retarded classes with the application of the alphabetic poster method, it can be concluded that the alphabetic posters used can help improve students' letter recognition skills / i mentally impaired.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the question and answer method on the learning motivation for Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Kolang, Kolang District, Central Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a research method using a quantitative approach with inferential descriptive data analysis. The population is all 115 students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Kolang, Kolang District, Central Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year who are Christians and the research sample was determined to be 38 people, namely 35% of the total population using Random Sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 20 items for variable 05,n=38) = 0.320. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 3.410 > ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=36)= 2.042. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="11.82"+0.36X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 24.4%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=12, dk denominator=n-2=38-2=36) namely 11.62 > 2.00. Thus, there is an influence of the question and answer method on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Kolang, Kolang District, Central Tapanuli Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the positive and significant relationship between the professional competence of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers and the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Balige in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive inferential approach. The population of the study consists of all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Balige, totaling 149 students. The sampling method used is random sampling, with a sample size of 54 students. The research instruments used are a closed questionnaire to measure the professional competence of teachers and UH (Ulangan Harian or Daily Test) scores to measure student learning outcomes. The data analysis results show that: a) the correlation test obtained a value of rcount = 0.293, which is greater than rtable = 0.226, indicating a positive relationship between the two variables; b) the significance test yielded a value of tcount = 2.210, which is greater than ttable = 2.000, meaning the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the professional competence of CRE teachers has a significant relationship with student learning outcomes. Therefore, improving teachers’ professional competence is expected to enhance student learning outcomes. This study contributes to the development of education and can serve as a reference for teachers and schools to improve the quality of teaching.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the basic considerations of Constitutional Court Judges in deciding on children's inheritance rights for children outside of marriage. (2) the difference between the legal inheritance rights of children in marriage and the inheritance rights of illegitimate children in marriage. (3) the relevance of the Constitutional Court decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children Outside of Marriage which is used as a reference by Judges to decide cases regarding the inheritance rights of children outside of marriage. (4) legal reconstruction that can be accommodated by judges into marriage law regarding the Constitutional Court decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children Outside of Marriage. The type of research used by researchers is normative legal research, namely through a statutory and regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The sources of legal material used are the 1945 Constitution, the Civil Code, Customary Law, and Constitutional Court Decisions. The research results show that (1) The legal force of the Constitutional Court's decision is binding and every child has the right to all forms of protection. (2) There are differences in the inheritance rights of legitimate children and illegitimate children in marriage. (3) The relevance of the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children Out of Wedlock reflects the principle of equality before the law, which confirms that everyone has the right to recognition, guarantees and protection. , and fair legal certainty and equal treatment before the law. (4) In the Constitutional Court Decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 concerning the Status of Children outside of marriage, Judges can use science and technology to determine the status of the father of a child outside of marriage.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Course Review Horray (CRH) learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education of class The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items, of which 20 questionnaire items were for variable class X Yapim Balige Private Vocational School, Toba Regency, 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.580 > rtable(a=0.05,n=45) = 0.294, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Test A significant relationship is obtained by the value of tcount= 4.667 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=43)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation , the regression equation Y ̂="36.86"+0.44X is obtained. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 33.6%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=45-2=43) namely 21.69 > 1.51.
