Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. There are 3 hypotheses tested namely (1) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on Employee performance, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and Employee performance, (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on Employee performance. The sample used in this study was 54 employees of the Maluku Provincial Health Office. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical test tool used in this study is by using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumptions. The results of this study are (1) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Maluku Provincial Health Office, (2) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Maluku Provincial Health Office, (3) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Health Office Maluku Province. The three hypotheses in this study are proven and accepted. Keywords: Organizational culture, work motivation, work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

Flexible Working Space is not synonymous with working from home (WFH). FWS is a very flexible space that can be done anywhere, anytime and according to the needs and conditions that support the implementation of work. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of Flexible Working Space and Organizational Culture on Work Productivity. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature study or Library Research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparison with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews that are emphasized in national and international scientific articles related to financial management. The results showed that (1) Flexible Working Space affects Work Productivity. (2) Organizational Culture affects work productivity. Abstract

The goal of this study was to assess the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in one of automobile dealer company. This study employs quantitative research methodologies, as well as data gathering strategies such as questionnaire distribution and library data. Non-probability sampling with saturation sampling approach was applied on 90 workers. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data using the SPSS. The findings revealed that the variable of leadership style had a substantial impact on employee performance. Employee performance is significantly influenced by work motivation. Employee performance is significantly influenced by work discipline. Employee performance is influenced by leadership style, job motivation, and work discipline all at the same time. The percentage indicates that the factors of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline can explain more than 90% of the employee performance variable. Other variables not investigated in this study account for 7% of the variance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, job placement and career development on the performance of Civil Servants at the Office of Industry and Trade of Maluku Province. Methods This research uses survey research methods and explanatory research types. The population in this study were 80 employees of the Maluku Province Industry and Trade Office, and the sample used in this study were 48 civil servants. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS v 26 (2023). The results of the study show that partially competence has a significant effect on performance, partially work placement has a significant effect on performance, partially career development has no significant effect on performance. For further research it is suggested to be able to study other variables that can affect performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention (Study at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Ambon Branch). Respondents in this study were Bank Danamon Ambon Branch employees with a sample of 34 respondents. This type of research is associative and the data source uses primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires through manual questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Turnover Intention then Compensation has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. However, other findings state that Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. Then the limitations in this study were that the respondents who were involved were only employees of the Ambon Branch of Bank Danamon. For this reason, it is hoped that further research can add other variables and add respondents from other banks.

Abstract

Kemiskinan adalah salah satu tantangan sosial ekonomi yang sering kali dihadapi oleh berbagai negara di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan dilakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakt ini untuk memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat sebagai upaya pengentasan kemiskinan. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Literature yang digunakan adalah literature dari hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat atau review yang tersaji dalam artikel ilmiah berupatasi nasional dan internasional yang bersesuaian dengan topik yang akan dikaji. Berdasarkan literature review artikel pada hasil dan pembahasan maka kesimpulan pada artikel ini adalah: pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan. Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat untuk pengentasan kemiskinan harus dilakukan secara bertahap sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

Usaha kecil menegah merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian di banyak negara di seluruh dunia. Mereka berperan sebagai penggerak utama dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, mengurangi tingkat pengangguran, serta mendistribusikan pendapatan secara lebih merata. Tujuan dilakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarat ini untuk meningkatkan daya saing bisnis, meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan pelaku usaha kecil menengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan literarur review yang dilakukan pada hasil dan pembahasan maka pada artikel ini dapat dismpulkan bahwa: Pelatihan manajemen dapat membantu pelaku usaha kecil menengah meningkatkan kemampuan manajerialnya, meningkatkan daya saing bisnis, meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan, meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas bisnis, serta membuka peluang baru dan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menjadi bagian dari Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. Adapun Desa Kampung Baru Banda Neira memiliki beberapa tempat wisata yang sangat menarik untuk dikelolah, tapi masyarakat sekitar belum dapat mengelolanya untuk dikenal orang lain. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaannya sehingga memperoleh keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi masyarakat di Desa Kampung Baru Banda Neira Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang pentignya optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan sadar wisata yang berbasis potensi daerah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan atau ceramah bagi 25 masyarakat/pelaku usaha yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran bagi masyarakat/para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi pelaku usaha serta dapat dipahami optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dalam upaya meningkatkan sadar wisata yang berbasis potensi daerah.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership style that has long been discussed in the context of management and organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on work productivity. The research method used is a literature study or Library Research with a qualitative approach. The aim is to analyze the comparison of theories about the differentiation between current ratio and profitability ratio on the company's stock price with the help of related references in the literature review. Based on the literature review that has been carried out on the results and discussion from both national and international journals, the conclusions in this article are: Transformational Leadership affects Work Productivity. Good leadership in the form of Transformational Leadership is essentially able to improve the quality and productivity of employee performance in a work environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh human capital, kompetensi dan engagement pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Pada Upt Penyelenggara Jasa Kapal Milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuesioener kepada pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Pada Upt Penyelenggara Jasa Kapal Milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 53 pegawai, sedangkan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu 53 pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regeresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian yang diuji secara parsial menunjukan bahwa human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, engagement pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Pada Upt Penyelenggara Jasa Kapal Milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru
