Abstract

Learning proces is teacher more animal dominant than students so students inclined concept memorize withhout know how they found concep like behave the trees issue can’t grow without land. The purposes of this researchto increase critical thinking skill dan experiment stake out for junior high school (MTs). Students were though experiment science model society technology  sub theme hidroponik to material trees and animals reproduction. This research ussed experimet methode with pre test- pos test design group. Research populate all of IX class junior high school (MTs) 1 Majalengka. The sample of this research was determined according to purposive random sampling endwise two classes. Experiment classes were given treatment to use science model society tecnology and control classes were given treetmen comunicative, discussiom and practice each 30 studeyd. the use of data collectives were multiple choice to criticals thinking skill, heading experiment was stake out and students questionnaire respons for implementasing science model society technology at experiment classes. For hipotesis resarch was test –t with two sample partner and helping software spss 26, result research be could : 1. Resembling scince model society technology 82%. 2. There are increase studnts critical thinking at experiment class can be average N- gain 0.49 with the biggest 0.99 and smallest 0.1 , whereas control class can be average N- gain 0.27 with teh biggest 0.5 and smallest 0,1 . So it can be concluded that the students use critical thinking skill to increase. 3.  There are increase to avarage experiment stake out class  more value, wheras 3.6, the average control class 2.83 then experiment stake out to increase though science model society tecnology. 4. Students response to science model society tecnology 96.5%. 5. There were corelative betwen critical thinking skill dan experiment stakeout  with more value 0.597.

Abstract

The population in this study is all students of class XII SMA IT Al FaqihTasikmalaya with samples obtained using Purposive Sampling techniques as many as 44 students consisting of 22 samples in the experimental class and 22 samples in the control class. The instruments used in this study are lks validation sheet, learning implementation observation sheet, student scientific attitude observation sheet, description test sheet to know theunderstanding of student concepts and student response questionnaire to learning. The results showed that the KPS approach can be applied well through practical activities because the eightprinciples of the KPS approach can be facilitated, which include the ability to observe, calculate, measure, make predictions, carry out researching, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting data, and delivering results.In addition, in this study researchers have successfully developed LKS Diagram Vee through the application of components of Vee Diagram into the form of LKS that has been validated by experts including the components of focus questions, objects / events, concepts of principles & theories, transformations, and knowledgeacquisition. ofstudent concepts, namely the value of 2-tailed significance (t-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 by applying the KPS approach through practical activities assisted by LKS Diagram Vee on the concept of Plant Growth. As well as the use of LKS Diagram Vee in practical learning can improve the scientific attitude of students in the experimental class to 93.8% who are on the criteria very well. Also supported by the results of the questionnaire student response to learning that is at a percentage of 94.5% that is on the criteria is very strong.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets Based on Augmented Reality that are used in practicum material on sensory organs. Currently, there are still schools that do not have a torso, so this Student Worksheet can be used as an alternative for use in practicum on sensory organs. The research was carried out at MAN 3 Cirebon from April to September 2022 in class XI MIA 5 as the control class and class XI MIA 4 as the experimental class. The research was carried out using the Research and Development (R & D) method and the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) development model. The research sampling technique is random sampling. The data collection instruments used were expert assessment sheets, tests, student science process skills rubrics and student questionnaires. The results showed that the average validation results from the two validators was 93.4% and the student worksheet implementation was 96.3%. Concept mastery has increased as evidenced by the N Gain results of the control class using ordinary Student Worksheets with torsos of 12.2% while the N Gain results of the experimental class using Augmented Reality Based Student Worksheets are valued at 56.6%. There is also a difference in the average value of science process skills, namely the control class is 74.73 while the science process skills in the experimental class are 92.62. This shows that the developed Augmented Reality-Based Student Worksheets can improve students' mastery of science concepts and process skills. Student responses to Student Worksheets Based on Augmented Reality can also be categorized as good.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to implement Project Based Learning (PjBL) in improving students' learning outcomes and creativity on the topic of Hydroponics, (2) to determine the impact of PjBL implementation on improving students' learning outcomes, (3) to determine the impact of PjBL implementation on enhancing students' creativity, and (4) to determine students' responses to the Project Based Learning model in improving learning outcomes and creativity. The research method used a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study comprised all 11th-grade students of the Multimedia and Motorcycle Engineering programs at SMK Pejuang Negeri Haurgeulis Indramayu, consisting of 2 classes. The research sample was 32 students from the 11th-grade Multimedia program. The sample was determined by selecting one class as the experimental class using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of this study concluded that: (1) The implementation of learning using the PjBL model showed that teachers were able to carry out learning effectively, marked by the implementation of the PjBL model with an average percentage of 85%, where observer 1 had 10% unimplemented and observer 2 had 15% unimplemented. (2) The pre-test learning outcomes above the minimum passing grade (KKM) were 31.23%, while the post-test learning outcomes above the KKM were 87.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that there was a 56.25% increase from pre-test to post-test, which is categorized as moderate. (3) The use of the PjBL model in hydroponics projects was very positive for developing students' creativity, as reflected in the average creativity score of 82%, which is categorized as good. (4) The learning process of hydroponics projects using PjBL received positive responses from students, indicated by a percentage of 94.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to gain an overview of the product characteristics of the development of Local Material practicum tools in elementary schools, which can help improve students' mastery of concepts and learning activities in learning how to live humans, animals and plants in elementary schools. The emergence of this goal was motivated by the lack of practicum tools in elementary schools, so that it became an obstacle when they wanted to do practicum. This study used a research and development (R&D) approach covering the stages of curriculum analysis and observation, product design, design validation, design improvement, small-scale trials, and usage trials. The usage trial used Quasi-experiments. The research participants were fifth-graders at SDN Indrajaya 01, 02, 03, and 04, a four-school elementary complex in Indrajaya, Salem District, Brebes Regency. The results showed that the use of Local Material practicum tools can help improve students' mastery of concepts and learning activities. The product is suitable for use where, according to student responses, after a small-scale trial is carried out, it receives a score of 3.04 on the Eligible criteria and the teacher's assessment with an average score of 3.22 on the Eligible criteria. The effective product improves conceptual understanding, with tcount = 2.77 > from ttable 1.69 at a significant level of 5%. Effective products increase student activity with a score of 88.80 in the experimental class and 76.69 in the control class. The results showed that the product development of Local Material practicum tools can help improve students' mastery of concepts and learning activities.

Abstract

Heat treatment is a process of renewing the metal structure by heating the specimen to a temperature below the melting point and a certain time, which is then cooled in a cooling medium to change the physical and mechanical properties. This study aims to determine the effect of quenching media and tempering temperature on the hardness value of DC 11 steel. This study used an experimental method with hardening at 990 °C and a holding time of 30 minutes with quenching media with SAE 10W-30 oil and 3.45 NaCl solution. %. After that, tempering was carried out at 250 °C, 350 °C, and 450 °C with a holding time of 2 hours. Then, the specimens were tested for hardness using the Rockwell method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the effect with the highest hardness value was found in the quenching media with 3.45% NaCl solution and a tempering temperature of 250 °C of 49.6 HRC. The conclusion obtained is that the higher the tempering temperature, the lower the hardness value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the PBL learning model to the improvement of critical thinking skills and the ability to argue students of SMA Negeri 1 Salem class X even semester  2018/2019 on the concept of environmental pollution. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The study was conducted in two meetings. Learning activities are divided into two parts, namely learning activities outside the classroom (outdoor study) during the PBL 1-3 phase and learning in the classroom during the PBL 4-5 phase. The results showed  the application of the PBL model based on outdoor study was carried out well  there was an increase in the score of students' critical thinking skills at a pretest score of 18.9 to a posttest of 23.69  the ability of student argumentation in the average experimental class is at level 2, meaning that students already have the ability to submit claims or opinions built by students based on their knowledge and students are able to provide reasons or data to support the claim statement. Control class argumentation ability is at level 1  the positive response of students to learning PBL models based on outdoor studies is 89.4% with very strong criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh “kompensasi dan disiplin kerja” terhadap “kinerja karyawan”, yang dimediasi oleh “kepuasan kerja” di antara 219 karyawan BPS di Jawa Timur. Dengan latar belakang temuan sebelumnya yang tidak konsisten tentang driver kinerja ASN, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklarifikasi hubungan tersebut menggunakan survei eksplanasi dengan analisis PLS. Hasil mengkonfirmasi efek positif yang signifikan: kompensasi (β=0,429, p<0,001) dan disiplin kerja (β=0,529, p<0,001) meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya memediasi dampaknya terhadap kinerja (R²=0,915). Khususnya, kepuasan kerja memperkuat tautan kompensasi-kinerja (β=0,246, p<0,001) dan disiplin-kinerja (β=0,303, p<0,001), mengungkapkan peran pentingnya. Studi ini memajukan literatur SDM sektor publik dengan memvalidasi dinamika mediasi secara empiris dalam konteks birokrasi Indonesia. Implikasi praktis menyoroti perlunya kebijakan kompensasi holistik dan lingkungan kerja yang disiplin untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas di lembaga pemerintah.
