Abstract

Pelaku usaha merupakan perseorangan maupun badan hukum yang berbentuk perusahaan, korporasi, BUMN, koperasi importir, pedagang, distributor berdasarkan penjelasan Pasal 1 angka 3 UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 (UUPK).. Berdasarkan pasal 7 Peraturan Menteri Republik Indonesia tentang Kewajiban Pencantuman Label Dalam Berbahasa Indonesia Pada barang terdapat ketidakjelasan norma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan frasa secara tidak lengkap di dalam Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan tentang Pencantuman Label Berbahasa Indonesia pada Barang(PMP KLDBI) Selanjutnya untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen terhadap tidak lengkapnya label informasi pada alas kaki. Pemilihan jenis penelitian ini didasarkan pada ketidakjelasan hukum yakni terdapat frasa yang membuat ketersesatan berfikir bagi pembaca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan pendekatan konsep. Jenis bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan non hukum. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan interpretasi yang telah dilakukan, maka pelaku usaha wajib mencantumkan label informasi secara lengkap pada barang berupa alas kaki sesuai dengan Lampiran V PMP KLDBI. Abstract

This research aims to offer an ideal model for the formulation of internal regulations in higher education institutions based on the concept of meaningful participation in achieving the SDGs. This research is a normative legal study that emphasizes a conceptual, legislative, and case approach. The research results affirm that internal regulations of higher education institutions are part of the hierarchy of national legislation. The urgency of implementing meaningful participation in the formulation of internal regulations at higher education institutions is expected to realize the sixteenth goal of the SDGs, which is to create resilient institutions. This way, internal regulations at higher education institutions can be formulated effectively by considering needs and prioritizing legal harmonization with other regulations. The ideal model for the formation of internal regulations in higher education institutions needs to be based on transparency aspects related to planning, supervision, implementation, and evaluation, which must accommodate three aspects of meaningful participation, namely the right to be heard, the right to be considered, and the right to be explained. In addition, to ensure legal certainty, specific regulations need to be formulated at the national level that provide general guidelines related to the formation and drafting of legal products for higher education institutions, which will then be followed up with technical regulations within each higher education institution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the situational factors that make consumers who use the market board application dare to have the urge to make impulsive purchases. This was done because impulsive buying is the most common behavior in purchasing. The research model consists of interpersonal influences, visual appeal, portability, hedonic search, and utilitarian search. Furthermore, hedonic search and utilitarian search on impulse buying drives. Sampling in this study used non-probability with a purposive sampling technique. The sample size was 203 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed online according to predetermined criteria, namely mobile device users in accessing the online market board application, and having made at least one purchase in the last six months. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of this study indicate that interpersonal influences affect both hedonic and utilitarian search activities, visual appeal does not affect hedonic search but does affect utilitarian search, portability does not affect hedonic search, but does affect utilitarian search. Utilitarian search has no effect on impulse buying drive, and hedonic search has an effect on impulse buying drive.

Abstract

Digital literacy acceleration workshop and mentoring are a form of community service from STIE IBMT lecturers to MSMEs partners. This program was carried out because digital literacy is a very important competency in the digital economy era. This community service program aimed to increase the skills of MSME partners in designing attractive packaging for their products and performing digital financial bookkeeping for their businesses. The implementation method began with a situation and needs analysis, preparation of materials (Canva and digital cash book tutorials), workshop, mentoring, and program evaluation. The program involved 28 MSME partners in Kedinding, Surabaya. It ran smoothly and successfully, as evidenced by the participants’ enthusiasm during interactive discussions and hands-on practice. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants’ digital literacy regarding packaging design and simple bookkeeping, from a pretest score of 53% to 81% in the posttest.

Abstract

Indonesia dengan penduduk mayoritas beragama Islam, berkewajiban melindungi masyarakat muslim, di antaranya melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal. Konsumen muslim merupakan pangsa pasar yang menjanjikan keuntungan besar bagi pelaku usaha untuk memasarkan produk. Berdasarkan hal tersebut konsumen harus menjadi konsumen yang cerdas. Untuk menjadi konsumen yang cerdas perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan hukum dengan pemberian pengetahuan hukum, pemahaman hukum, sikap hukum terkait peraturan perundang-undangan terkait label halal pada kosmetik khususnya bagi Santri Pondok Al Fattah Sekaran Lamongan.  Metode yang ditawarkan dalam mengatasi persoalan tersebut meliputi (1) sosialisasi, (2) penayangan video, (3) diskusi, (3) simulasi baik di kelas maupun di swalayan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan, sesudah mengikuti kegiatan para santri : 1) memiliki pengetahuan hukum terkait peraturan perundang-undangan terkait label halal pada kosmetik; 2) memiliki pemahaman hukum artinya mereka memahami maksud dan tujuan pemerintah mengeluarkan terkait peraturan perundang-undangan terkait label halal pada kosmetik; 3) terkait sikap hukum, para santri menyetujui dikeluarkannya peraturan perundang-undangan terkait label halal pada kosmetik. Tetapi dari aspek perilaku hukum, tim kurang berhasil membentuk perilaku hukum para santri untuk menaati peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Mayoritas para santri masih memilih dan/atau membeli kosmetik yang tidak mencantumkan label halal

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive digital era, it is important for catering businesses to understand the factors that influence consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image and social media promotion on consumer purchasing decisions in the context of the Citra Rasa catering business. The research method used is a survey with a questionnaire instrument distributed to consumers who have made purchases at the Citra catering business, as many as 53 consumers and potential consumers have filled out the questionnaire. The incoming data were analyzed using SEMPls. The results showed that service quality, corporate image, and social media promotion did not have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The low R-Square value (0.019) and the negative Adjusted R-Square (-0.041) indicate that the independent variables only explain a small part of the variation in purchasing decisions. This finding indicates that other factors, such as price and menu variety, may be more relevant in influencing purchasing decisions. Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Social Media Promotion, Purchasing Decision, Catering Business Dalam era digital yang semakin kompetitif, penting bagi usaha katering untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan dan promosi media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam konteks usaha katering Citra Rasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian di usaha katering Citra, sebanyak 53 orang konsumen dan calon konsumen telah mengisi kuesioner. Data yang masuk dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEMPls. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, dan promosi media sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Nilai R-Square yang rendah (0.019) dan R-Square Adjusted yang negatif (-0.041) mengindikasikan bahwa variabel-variabel independen hanya menjelaskan sebagian kecil dari variasi keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain, seperti harga dan variasi menu, yang mungkin lebih relevan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Abstract

labels aim to provide legal literacy for the target audience, namely MI Darul Ulum Rejomulyo students, Magetan Regency by looking at knowledge, understanding, attitudes and behavior of students before and after the activities given in the form of questionnaires and sheets observation. The results of the Community Service activities after the Community Service team provided legal literacy, showed that there was a significant increase in legal knowledge, legal understanding, and legal attitudes of students regarding the laws and regulations on processed food labels. However, the legal behavior still shows students who do not really care about processed food labels.

Abstract

The constitutive or first-to-use system in trademark registration in Indonesia actually creates problems, particularly in failing to meet substantive justice aspects in trademark registration. This is because the constitutive or first-to-use system only provides protection for registered trademarks. This research aims to analyze and reconstruct a trademark registration system that accommodates the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB). This study provides a novel perspective by integrating the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB) with Indonesia's trademark registration system, offering a unique approach to enhance substantive justice in trademark law. The research highlights the need for reform in the Indonesian trademark registration process, which can guide policymakers and legal practitioners in improving the accuracy and fairness of trademark protection, thereby reducing disputes and enhancing the protection of intellectual property rights. This research is normative legal research using statutory, conceptual, and philosophical approaches. The research results confirm that the "first to file" system in trademark registration in Indonesia has undermined substantive justice because it only provides legal protection when a trademark has been registered. The urgency to make AUPB a guideline in the trademark registration process is oriented so that the DJKI trademark registration process can prioritize aspects of accuracy and prudence. Reconstructing a trademark registration system model that embodies substantive justice can be done by not applying the constitutive system absolutely but rather relatively by accommodating developments in trademark registration practices. This application needs to be combined with the general principles of good governance to create a fair and effective system in protecting trademark rights and realizing substantive justice.

Abstract

This study examines the personnel administration management strategies within the Fire and Rescue Department of Yogyakarta City. The research focuses on identifying the practices, challenges, and improvements in managing human resources, particularly within a public service organization such as the fire and rescue department. By using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes the organizational structure, recruitment processes, training programs, and employee performance evaluation systems implemented by the department. Additionally, it explores the integration of technology and communication systems in enhancing administrative efficiency. The findings reveal that while there are notable efforts to optimize human resource management, challenges such as limited budget allocations, the need for more advanced training programs, and the adoption of more modern management tools still persist. Recommendations are provided to improve administrative practices through better resource allocation, enhanced staff training, and the implementation of digital tools to streamline operations. This study offers valuable insights for improving public sector management, specifically in critical service organizations like fire and rescue departments.
