Abstract

Biskuit dibuat dari campuran bahan dan lemak padat (shortening). Kualitas biskuit dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan jenis lemak yang digunakan. Limbah biji karet, tulang, kepala, sisik, kulit, dan isi perut ikan merupakan limbah perkebunan dan perikanan yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi lemak sebagai bahan baku shortening. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rasio terbaik dari lemak padat stearin sawit, minyak ikan dan minyak biji karet yang di netralisasi serta dihilangkan baunya dengan rasio padatan terhadap sifat fisik dan tekstur adonan. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) digunakan dengan 5 perlakuan (palm stearin/ minyak biji karet/ minyak ikan), yaitu rasio 1 (50:30:20), rasio 2 (60:35:5), rasio 3 (70:15 :15), rasio 4 (80:10:10), dan rasio 5 (90:5:5). Parameter uji meliputi diameter, hardness, ketebalan, tekstur, warna, kadar air, protein, lemak, kalori dan sensori. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25 dengan ANOVA 95%. Hasil yang diperoleh lightness biskuit 74,57-78,55; ketebalan 0,54-0,94 mm; diameter 90,38-110,16 mm; hardness 2769,36-3648,53g; kadar lemak 18,61-20,64%; protein 10,38-10,88% dan nilai kalori 623,680-625,367 kcal. Hasil pengujian sensori tertinggi pada rasio 4 (80: 10: 10). Proporsi rasio shortening yang tepat memengaruhi karakteristik fisik dan kimia biskuit yang dihasilkan dengan rasio terbaik 80:10:10.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of science and technology has made information technology a daily necessity, which contributes to improving the welfare of society by maintaining justice, certainty and legal expediency. In addition to the positive impacts caused, there are also negative impacts, one of which is in terms of personal data security. The focus of this research is the legal protection of job applicants as victims of criminal acts of data theft, as measured from the perspective of legal expediency. Law functions as a tool to achieve goals in society and the state, with the protection of human interests as the main focus. This research applies the empirical juridical method, which combines juridical aspects with actualities in the field on the basis of facts from research and observation. Criminal responsibility determines whether the defendant is responsible for a criminal offense that fulfills the elements of the offense. The criminal justice process follows the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) and the Criminal Code (KUHP), which are the lex generalis in criminal law. The principle of Lex Specialis Derogat Legi Generali is applied to laws excluding the Criminal Code, as stipulated in Article 103 of the Criminal Code. Currently, the Electronic Information and Transaction Law is the reference; nevertheless, there are several obstacles related to the case of personal data theft. Therefore, the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law is expected to be a solution in solving cases of personal data theft, especially those related to fake job postings.

Abstract

Utilization of the nutritional content of Sonneratia caseolaris fruit can be done, one of which is through the manufacture of functional drinks in the form of effervescent tablets. Effervescent tablets are drinks in tablet preparations that dissolve in water to produce bubbles, are carbonated, and have beneficial effects on body health. Binders are required to improve the quality and maintain the stability of the effervescent tablet preparations. In addition, binding materials also function to unite the ingredients into a cohesive tablet unit, such that the active ingredients contained in the effervescent are evenly distributed. This study aimed to determine the best treatment based on the physical and sensory characteristics of effervescent tablets produced. Effervescent tablets were prepared by mixing the S. caseolaris filtrate with different binders, each at a concentration of 2.5%, namely polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), gelatin, Pulvis Gummi Arabicum (PGA), and maltodextrin. The mixture was dried using a spray dryer. The solid mixture was formulated according to the ingredients used to prepare effervescent tablets. The parameters described included weight uniformity, tablet hardness, color, solubility, dissolution time, moisture content, and sensory properties. The results showed that the use of different binders had a significant effect (p<0.05) on weight uniformity, tablet hardness, color, solubility, dissolution time, and moisture content. Treatment with 2.5% gelatin was the best treatment with characteristics of hardness (4.86 kg/cm2), solubility (98.32%), dissolution time (<70 s), and moisture content (2.15%), which met the standards of the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia. The results of the sensory assessment based on appearance, aroma, color, taste, and overall taste showed that all effervescent tablet treatments were highly favored by the panelists.

Abstract

Literary works are a means for authors to convey thoughts, ideas, ideas and even criticism of phenomena and problems that occur in society. The issue of women in society is one of the exciting topics raised in literature. The novel Isinga presents the issues of Papuan women related to the existence and independence of women and their efforts to realize their existence. This research is qualitative, and the data analysis method is hermeneutic. The consequences of using hermeneutics are bound to two things: first, ascertaining the content in a word, sentence, text, and so on, and second, understanding the forms of instruction contained in the symbols. The research results show that Papuan women have a very high existence as individuals and social beings. Papuan women have an independent attitude formed due to circumstances that force their awareness to maintain their existence. Efforts made by women to realize their existence and foster women's independence include (1) trying to learn new things, (2) opening a business/trading in the market, (3) providing counseling for women and adolescents, (4) providing skills training for women and adolescents.

Abstract

The roots of the catastrophe, environmental pollution, and the decline in culture are the empirical assumptions of positivistic humans. A strategy of deconstructing and reconstructing the epistemological framework of knowledge is needed through the creation (counter) of a positivistic view that can determine the attitudes and roles of a person, both men and women, towards the environment. On this basis, this article aimed to explain women's role in preserving nature as a critical analysis of the ecological perspectives of literary texts. This research utilized qualitative descriptive and ecofeminist methods in the eco-criticism discourse. The ecofeminist method refers to methods related to environmental science, especially methods related to the preservation (conservation) of nature and culture, which are associated with the role of women in literary works related to research. The primary data was the excerpts of Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk by Ahmad Thohari. Based on the analysis, it can be explained that the role of women impacts him. The impact of women's roles in conservation consists of two things, namely, positive impacts and negative impacts. This article contributes to the humanities and the foundation for applied research, such as using literature from an environmental perspective.Dampak peran perempuan dalam pelestarian lingkungan: Analisa ekofeminisme dalam karya sastra Ronggeng Dukuh ParukAkar dari krisis dan pencemaran lingkungan serta menurunnya kultur budaya adalah asumsi-asumsi empiris positivistik manusianya. Diperlukan strategi dekonstruksi terhadap kerangka epistimologis pengetahuan, dan kemudian merekonstruksinya, salah satunya melalui penciptaan (counter) pandangan positivistik yang dapat menentukan sikap dan peran seseorang, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan terhadap lingkungan. Berdasar hal tersebut, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplanasi dampak peran perempuan dalam pelestarian lingkungan sebagai telaah kritis wacana teks sastra berperspektif lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan ekofeminisme dalam wacana ekokritik, yaitu pendekatan yang berkaitan dengan ilmu lingkungan khususnya pelestarian (konservasi) alam maupun budaya yang dihubungkan dengan peran dan studi perempuan dalam teks karya sastra. Data dari penelitian ini adalah potongan-potongan cerita yang diambil dari novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk Karya Ahmad Tohari. Berdasar analisis, dapat dijelaskan bahwa peran perempuan membawa dampak atas dirinya. Dampak peran perempuan terhadap pelestarian terdiri atas dua hal yakni dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Tulisan ini memberikan berkontribusi untuk ilmu humaniora sekaligus sebagai pondasi dan landasan penelitian terapan seperti pemanfaatan karya sastra berperspektif lingkungan.

Abstract

MieNyam sebagai salah satu produk inovasi baru dari program kewirausahaan Politeknik Kelautan dan Perikanan Dumai merupakan produk start up yang memerlukan pengenalan pada masyarakat, terutama. Strategi pemasaran  adalah strategi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan produsen barang atau jasa secara berkesinambungan untuk memenangkan persaingan pasar. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengadakan kompetisi mewarnai anak secara online nasional yang memang banyak diminati masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagai sarana promosi, strategi pemasaran dan pengenalan produk MieNyam Metode yang dilakukan adalah tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lomba diikuti oleh 112 peserta dari seluruh wilayah Indonesia pada kisaran umur 5-12 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil survey kepuasan responden terhadap pengelolaan media sosial, pelaksanaan lomba, layanan panitia, pengiriman hadiah menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat kepuasan responden diatas 80%. Selain itu hasil pra test yang sebelumnya di bawah standar (65) setelah pelaksanaan lomba menjadi di atas standar (minimal pada angka 80). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kepuasan responden/pelanggan adalah kualitas layanan, feedback, diskon atau potongan harga dan bagaimana pemilik usaha mengelola media promosi pada perangkat digitalnya.Harapan kedepannya produk MieNyam dapat dikenal seluruh Masyarakat Indonesia dan dapat diterima konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to represent the issues of women and nature contained in the literary works of Indonesian female writers. The data sources for the study came from 5 novels, namely Partikel and Aroma Karsa by Dee Lestari, Geni Jora by Abidah El Khalieqy, Namaku Teweraut by Ani Sekarningsih, and Isinga by Dorothea Rosa Herliany. The data analysis method applied in this study is the semiotic method through heuristic reading. The results of the study show that the problems about women in the author’s view are mystical logic in women, limited exploration of knowledge due to the shackles of religion, the superiority of belief in myths, creating harmful obsession, privileging men over women, women’s insecurity when seeking justice, the absence of validation of women’s greatness, marriage determined by culture results in inhibiting women’s ideals, women are considered subjects who bring trouble/problems, lack of appreciation for young women, inner conflict with their role as mothers, women carrying a mission of peace through marriage, and domestic violence. The environmental problems depicted in the novel are the loss of nutrients in soil, deforestation, water pollution, and forest exploitation.

Abstract

“Crisweed” merupakan snack olahan rumput laut non MSG dengan komposisi kentang, rumput laut, dan nori dimana kombinasi bahan bahan tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan nilai nutrisinya terutama kandungan serat dan vitamin yang bersumber dari rumput laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui formulasi terbaik pada rasio penambahan rumput laut pada snack dengan memfokuskan pada mutu tekstur dan kerenyahan produk. Parameter uji untuk seaweed snack dilakukan melalui uji hedonik terhadap rasa, aroma, tekstur dan kenampakan serta analisis kimia yang meliputi kadar air, abu, lemak, protein dan serat kasar. Uji parameter tekstur meliputi hardness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness, dan elasticity. Hasil uji hedonik menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada atribut rasa, aroma, tekstur dan kenampakan. Nilai kadar air produk berada pada kisaran 3,67-7,49%, protein 7,54-12,23%, lemak 15,60-18,82%, abu 1,74-5,26% dan serat 15,78-16,71%. Berdasarkan uji pembobotan De Garmo terhadap semua parameter uji, ditemukan produk “Crisweed” perlakuan terbaik adalah pada formulasi 3 dengan nilai efektivitas 0,88.ABSTRACT“Crisweed” is a non-MSG seaweed snack with a composition of potatoes, seaweed, and nori where the combination of these ingredients is expected to increase its nutritional value, especially the fiber and vitamin content sourced from seaweed. This study aims to determine the best formulation of the ratio of seaweed addition to snacks by focusing on the quality of texture and crispiness of the product. Test parameters for seaweed snacks were carried out through hedonic tests on taste, aroma, texture and appearance as well as chemical analysis including water content, ash, fat, protein and crude fiber. As well as texture parameter tests including hardness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness, and elasticity. The results of the hedonic test showed significant differences in the attributes of taste, aroma, texture and appearance. The water content of the product was in the range of 3.67-7.49%, protein 7.54-12.23%, fat 15.60-18.82%, ash 1.74-5.26% and fiber 15.78-16.71%. Based on the De Garmo test on all test parameters, it was found that the best treatment for the “Crisweed” product was formulation 3 with an effectiveness value of 0.88.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax liability, and taxpayer reporting in Karanganyar, with 100 samples. Methods of data collection using a linkert scale questionnaire. The results showed that tax awareness was related to mandatory compliance in business activity UMKM, sanctions were not related to taxpayer compliance in activity UMKM, and tax reporting on taxpayer compliance who carried out activity UMKM.
