Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menuntut tersedianya infrastruktur jaringan yang andal, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin bergantung pada konektivitas digital untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar, administrasi, serta pengembangan inovasi berbasis teknologi. SMA Negeri 2 Gianyar sebagai sekolah baru menghadapi tantangan dalam pemerataan akses internet akibat distribusi sinyal Wi-Fi yang belum optimal di beberapa area penting, sehingga menghambat efektivitas kegiatan akademik dan operasional sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi serta meningkatkan cakupan sinyal Wi-Fi melalui pendekatan simulasi heatmap dan analisis Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) secara terukur dan berbasis data lapangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan action research dengan lima tahapan, yaitu diagnosing, action planning, action taking, evaluating, dan learning. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan aplikasi NetSpot menggunakan pendekatan active site survey dan passive site survey untuk memperoleh peta kekuatan sinyal secara akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya area blank spot dengan nilai RSSI di bawah –80 dBm pada lantai 1 gedung kelas dan ruang administratif. Setelah dilakukan optimasi penempatan access point, cakupan sinyal meningkat signifikan dengan coverage area ratio mencapai 98% dan nilai RSSI merata di atas –65 dBm di seluruh area sekolah. Simulasi ketiga menjadi yang paling optimal dengan penambahan lima unit access point dan estimasi biaya Rp4.977.000. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas pendekatan simulasi berbasis data lapangan dalam mengatasi keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan pendidikan serta memberikan acuan bagi pengembangan strategi optimasi jaringan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Program bantuan benih di Kabupaten Buleleng sering terkendala objektivitas karena proses seleksi masih mengandalkan penilaian subjektif tanpa panduan kuantitatif yang terstruktur. Kondisi ini berpotensi menimbulkan bias dan mengurangi efektivitas penyaluran bantuan kepada kelompok tani yang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis website untuk meningkatkan objektivitas dan akuntabilitas seleksi penerima bantuan benih. Metode penelitian mengintegrasikan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) untuk pembobotan kriteria secara objektif dan Weighted Product Method (WPM) untuk perangkingan alternatif. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi status Simluhtan, lahan terpoligon, riwayat bantuan sebelumnya, dampak perubahan iklim, dan produktivitas. Data berasal dari 45 kelompok tani dengan validasi pakar dari Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Buleleng. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan SPK berbasis ROC-WPM mencapai akurasi 86,67%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan WPM dengan bobot acak (82,22%). Evaluasi kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor 81,5 dalam kategori “Excellent”. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa SPK yang dikembangkan efektif dan andal dalam meningkatkan objektivitas, transparansi, dan efektivitas penyaluran bantuan benih, sehingga berkontribusi pada keberhasilan program pemberdayaan pertanian.

Abstract

Estimasi jumlah buah kelapa dalam praktik Majeg di Bali secara manual dinilai tidak efisien dan sangat bergantung pada subjektivitas pengamat. Perkembangan teknologi computer vision, khususnya algoritma You Only Look Once (YOLO), menawarkan solusi deteksi objek yang cepat dan akurat untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut. Namun, pemilihan arsitektur dan optimizer yang sesuai menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kinerja model secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan sembilan kombinasi model yang terdiri atas tiga varian arsitektur YOLOv11 (n, s, m) dengan tiga optimizer berbeda (SGD, Adam, dan AdamW) guna menemukan konfigurasi paling optimal untuk tugas estimasi buah kelapa. Dataset penelitian mencakup 254 citra buah kelapa yang diambil di Desa Tusan, Klungkung, Bali, menggunakan kamera smartphone dengan dua kelas objek, yaitu kelapa muda dan kelapa tua. Proses pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan platform Google Colaboratory dengan akselerator GPU Tesla T4, sementara evaluasi kinerja dilakukan berdasarkan tiga metrik utama: akurasi (mAP50), kecepatan inferensi (FPS), dan ukuran model (Size). Analisis cost–benefit dengan bobot 50%–30%–20% menunjukkan bahwa YOLOv11n–SGD menjadi konfigurasi paling optimal dengan skor akhir 0.839, menawarkan keseimbangan terbaik antara akurasi tinggi (mAP50 0.926) dan efisiensi komputasi (5.5 MB). Hasil ini menunjukkan potensi penerapan model untuk estimasi buah kelapa secara real-time di lapangan menggunakan perangkat dengan sumber daya terbatas.).

Abstract

Since the construction of the main website of West Manggarai Regency Government, it has never been evaluated and the level of user satisfaction is unknown. In addition, problems were found related to website functions and interfaces, which indicate that website services have not met expectations, so it needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of user satisfaction. The evaluation combines the E-GovQual method to measure gaps, Importance Performance Analysis to measure the fit between perceptions and expectations and find attributes that need to be improved, and Heuristic Evaluation to analyze the severity of usability problems. The research respondents were 395 website users, calculated using the Slovin formula based on the total population of website visitors. The results of the Gap Analysis obtained an average value of -0.080, which means that the website services did not meet the user expectations. Suitability analysis results obtained an average value of 97.77%, which means that website services have not met user expectations. The quadrant analysis obtained 12 attributes that need to be improved. The results of heuristic analysis through severity assessment found 8 attributes that have usability problems > 0 and 5 new problem findings by evaluators. The results of FGD for these 13 attributes all get improvement solutions implemented in the form of prototypes. The results of the prototype create a better user experience and can increase the effectiveness of the program. The resulting prototype creates a better user experience and can improve government effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Tarian daerah memegang peranan penting dalam tatanan kehidupan masyarakat Bali. Tarian tidak hanya sebagai hiburan tetapi juga sebagai sarana dalam kegiatan upacara keagamaan serta merupakan aset pariwisata. Jenis tari Bali cukup banyak, namun sebagian pencipta tari Bali sudah tiada. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini diharapkan dapat ikut memberikan kontribusi dalam penciptaan tarian baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi persamaan pola gerakan dan menghitung banyaknya gerakan yang sama pada dua atau lebih tarian berbeda yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan penciptanya. Dengan menemukan banyaknya gerakan yang sama dalam beberapa tari ciptaan seorang maestro maka ciri khas seperti variasi gerakan dan tempo tarian diharapkan dapat diketahui. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berada di bawah payung proyek COMPUDANCE (Computerization of Dances), dimana proyek ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah tarian baru dengan cara mempelajari ciri khas dari masing-masing pencipta tari Bali. Tarian baru yang tercipta tentunya memiliki nilai yang sangat tinggi karena sebagian maestro sudah tiada. Dataset dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 jenis tari Bali yang berasal dari 3 pencipta yang berbeda. Delapan tarian tersebut melipiti : Tari Margapati, Tari Panji Semirang dan Tari Wiranata diciptakan oleh I Nyoman Kaler; Tari Cendrawasih, Tari Puspanjali dan Tari Sekar Jagat diciptakan oleh N.L.N. Swasthi Wijaya Bandem; Tari Wiranjaya dan Tari Nelayan diciptakan oleh I Ketut Merdana. Untuk mendeteksi persamaan pola gerakan akan digunakan metode skeletonisasi, dilanjutkan dengan proses ekstraksi fitur bentuk menggunakan metode HOG. Data hasil ekstraksi dari satu tarian kemudian dibandingkan dengan tarian lainnya. Untuk mengukur tingkat kesamaan dari dua atau lebih citra yang berbeda digunakan metode eucledian distance, dimana akan dipilih 5 nilai ambang yaitu 1,15, 1,18, 1,20, 1,22 dan 1,25. Nilai ini didasarkan pada pengamatan secara visual yang dilakukan terhadap citra hasil proses skeletonisasi, dimana citra yang jika dilihat secara visual memiliki gerakan sama memiliki nilai ambang antara 1,15 sampai 1,25. Dengan menggunakan 5 nilai ambang tersebut didapatkan jumlah gerakan yang terdeteksi sama dari masing-masing tarian yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan penciptanya.  Dari analisa terhadap hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok tari ciptaan I Nyoman Kaler memiliki gerakan yang paling dinamis dengan variasi gerakan yang banyak dan memiliki tempo tarian yang paling cepat. Diurutan berikutnya adalah tari ciptaan I Ketut Merdana. Kelompok tari yang memiliki jenis gerakan yang sedikit dan tempo gerakan yang paling lambat adalah kelompok tari ciptaan N.L.N. Swasthi Wijaya Bandem. Terdapat gerakan yang sebenarnya berbeda namun terdeteksi sama dan sebaliknya terdapat pula gerakan yang sebenarnya sama namun tidak terdeteksi.   Abstract   Traditional dances play an important role in the order of Balinese lives. Dances are not only an entertainment but also means of religious ceremonies and tourism assets. There are many types of Balinese dance, but some of the maestro are gone. Technology is expected to contribute of the new dances creation. The objective of this study is to detect the similarity of movement patterns in Balinese dances choreography and to calculate the same movements of several Balinese dances grouped by creator. By finding the number of the same movements in several dances that was created by a maestro, the characteristics such as variations of movements and dance tempos can be identified. This research was conducted under the framework of Project COMPUDANCE (Computerization of Dances), the goal of this project is to create a new dance by identifiying the characteristics of each Balinese dance creator. The newly created dances must have a very high value because some maestros are gone. Dataset in this study are 8 types of Balinese dances come from 3 different maestros. They are Margapati Dance, Panji Semirang Dance and Wiranata Dance were created by I Nyoman Kaler; Cendrawasih Dance, Puspanjali Dance and Sekar Jagat Dance were created by N.L.N. Swasthi Wijaya Bandem; Wiranjaya Dance and Nelayan Dance were created by I Ketut Merdana. To detecting the similarity of movement patterns we use skeletonization method, then followed by extracting shape features of the skeleton images using HOG method. We use euclidean distance method to measure the level of image similarity, there are 5 threshold values that is 1.15, 1.18, 1.20, 1.22 and 1.25. This value was chosen by visual observations of the skeleton image, where an image that visually has the same movement has a threshold value between 1.15 to 1.25. By using these 5 threshold values, the number of same movements is obtained from each dance which is grouped based on its creator. From the result of this study, it was found that the dance created by I Nyoman Kaler has the most dynamic with many variations movement and has the fastest dance tempo. Next in line is the dance created by I Ketut Merdana. The dances with slowest tempo and fewest types of movement is created by N.L.N. Swasthi Wijaya Bandem. There are some different movements that detected as the same movements. Otherwise, there are same movements but not detected.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan aktivitas atau kegiatan perkantoran menerapkan sistem kerja diluar kantor atau bekerja pada tempat tinggal masing-masing atau yang biasa disebut Work From Home (WFH) untuk meminimalisir pertemuan fisik yang dapat menimbulkan penyebaran virus COVID-19 semakin meluas. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut, Kementerian Perhubungan telah membangun aplikasi Elektronik Persuratan (E-Persuratan) yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam pendistribusian surat dinas secara daring. Aplikasi dapat digunakan oleh admin persuratan untuk melakukan pencatatan surat masuk dan surat keluar, atasan untuk melakukan disposisi surat, dan pegawai untuk menindaklanjuti surat tersebut. Namun seiring digunakannya e-persuratan ini, masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dari segi tampilan antarmuka dan fitur pada aplikasi yang menyebabkan penggunaan aplikasi belum efektif dan efisien digunakan oleh pengguna. Maka untuk dapat mengukur tingkat daya guna dan mengevaluasi aplikasi E-Persuratan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode usability testing. Teknik usability testing pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Heuristic Evaluation. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan, pada penilaian usability testing dengan teknik System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari perhitungan diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 42,2. Jadi, dalam penilaian dengan skala addjective rating System Usability Scale (SUS) dari pengolahan skor SUS yang diperoleh masih dalam skala Grade F dengan addjective rating yaitu Poor yang masih kurang memuaskan atau belum diterima oleh pengguna dikarenakan skor standar minimal penilaian SUS yang masuk kategori dapat diterima pengguna yaitu 68,00.

Abstract

The development of information technology has given birth to many new innovations, such as the e-Surat application which can help the administrative process of electronic service manuscripts at the OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) in Tabanan Regency. The implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency is still not optimal, there are factors that affect the implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency. The model or method that is considered appropriate for analyzing and understanding the factors that can affect the implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency is the TOE framework that will analyze the implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency in terms of technology, organization and environment aspects. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) technological variables have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of e-Surat applications in OPD in Tabanan Regency, (2) organizational variables have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of e-Surat applications in OPD in Tabanan Regency and (3) environmental variables have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of e-Surat applications in OPD in Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

One of the organizations that requires the implementation of good information technology governance is the natural resources conservation office. The audit was conducted to determine the level of IT process capability based on the COBIT 5 standard and to determine the level of gaps (gaps) owned by the natural resources conservation office. The process of implementing the audit begins with observing the agency's environment related to activity data and its implementation, then mapping the data with business objectives according to COBIT 5, followed by mapping business objectives with IT objectives to obtain IT processes. The IT processes obtained are then selected to obtain important IT processes according to company officials. The TI process obtained is then processed using the Guttman method. The results of the IT process capability level, namely EDM01, EDM02 and APO09, are at level 3 (established). The gaps found need to be given a corrective strategy to achieve the capability expected by the institution, namely 4 (predictable process) by providing recommendations regarding steps to achieve the expected capability value. The recommendations and improvements provided use ISO/IEC 15504:2 and ISO27002 standards which were obtained by mapping IT processes on COBIT 5.

Abstract

The website of Social Affairs, Empowerment, and Child Protection in Bali is one of the information media used to fulfill one of the Service's requirements in implementing the Law on Public Information Disclosure. The initial observation results showed that there has never been a usability evaluation related to the website. In addition to this, according to an initial survey of 55 respondents from the general public and service information technology staff, the results obtained were (1) 69% of respondents stated that the website for the Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Province of Bali had an unattractive appearance, (2) as many as 67% of respondents stated that the website was still not good at placing and writing menus, (3) 67% of respondents stated that the website could not provide comfort when browsing, and (4) 95% of respondents stated that the display and contents of website content were still lacking and need to be developed. Based on the results of the interviews and surveys conducted, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation to find out more about the development of the website for the Bali Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. Therefore an evaluation was carried out on the website of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of Bali using the Cognitive Walkthrough, Performance Measurement, and System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation techniques. The research resulted in the following conclusions. (1) The website development for the Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection uses the Incremental method to produce a website with a more dynamic and modern appearance but still minimalist so that it does not interfere with the view of the website visitors and remains focused on content so that it is comfortable to view and read. (2) The performance measurement method evaluation results showed that the website is included in the effective and efficient category. The results showed that the working time for the beginner and the proficient group was short, the average for the proficient group was 17.4 seconds, and the beginner was 17.56 seconds. (3) Recommendations from the results of the usability evaluation of the Bali Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection using the Cognitive Walkthrough method are included in the successful category. Research showed that 100% of respondents completed the task scenario perfectly without any failures or errors. (4) Satisfaction of website users, when evaluated using the SUS method, gets an average score of 92.36 which is above the standard score of 68, so it can be concluded that respondents are very satisfied using the website for Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Bali Province.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the situation that the academic information system (SIAKAD) Universitas Teknologi Indonesia (UTI) had never been tested for usability based on user responses. Apart from that, the flow that occurs in the UTI academic information system is not yet coherent. From the user's side, the information guide feature for using SIAKAD UTI is not yet available. Based on this, the research aimed to: 1) describe the results of Usability evaluation using the Concurrent Think-Aloud and Webuse methods on the Academic Information System of Indonesia Technology University; 2) describe recommendations for usability evaluation of the Concurrent Think-Aloud and Webuse methods on the Academic Information System of the Indonesia Technology University; and 3) create a simulation of SIAKAD UTI development and describe the test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The research method used a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, so that data obtained is more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective. Usability evaluation data through the Concurrent Think-Aloud method was collected using interviews, usability evaluation through the Webuse method was collected using a questionnaire, and satisfaction data through the SUS method was collected using a questionnaire. The results of the development carried out in this research can be concluded as follows. (1) The SIAKAD UTI evaluation results through the Concurrent Think-Aloud method showed that many navigation buttons did not function, inconsistent button features, disproportionate location/buttons position, and inappropriate color selection. Therefore, the evaluation results through the Concurrent Think-Aloud Method showed that SIAKAD UTI needs to be improved. (2) The SIAKAD UTI evaluation results through the Webuse method obtained an overall mean value of usability points, namely 0.23, in the range 0.2 < x ?0.4 with a usability level category of Poor, which means that it is necessary to improve the development of SIAKAD UTI. (3) Based on the evaluation results, a SIAKAD UTI development simulation was carried out, followed by a satisfaction test using SUS. The average score obtained after processing the assessment scores from respondents with an average value of 97.35, which showed that respondents were very satisfied using the results of the SIAKAD UTI development simulation.
