Abstract

This research was influence to heighten yield of Stroberry (Fragaria sp) with organic fertilizer.  The research had been conducted at  Kalisoro, Tawangmangu, Karanganyar an altitude 1.100 m above sed level of with Andisol soil type, from March  until September  2006. This research used factorial method with the basis method Randomyzed Camplotely Design, consicting of two factors 1) Kind organic fertilizer (M1= Cow manure, M2 = bokhasi) and 2) dosage of organic fertilzer  (D0 = Control, D1 = 10 ton/ha, D2 = 20 ton/ha, D3 = 30 ton/ha)  with three replications. The experiment showed: (1) Kind organic fertilizer very significans for fresh weight of crown , significans for number of tiller, number of flower, number of fruit; not significan for plant height, dry weight of crown and weight of fruit (2). Dosage organic fertilizer very significan for plant height, number of tiller, fresh weight of crown, and dry weight of crown, number of flower, number of fruit, weight of fruit per- plant. (3) Interaction kind organic fertilizer with dosage organic fertilizer very significant for plant height, number of tiller, fresh weight of crown, and dry weight of crown, number of flower, number of fruit, weight of fruit per- plant (4) Correlation with treatment positif to growth and yield parameter strowberry plant. (5) Heighten weight of fruits 69,90 g/plant (5,13 ton/Ha) for bokhasi fertilizer dosage 30 ton/ha (M2D3), and lowest weight of fruits 10,40 g/plant (0.92 ton/Ha) for without organic fertilizer.

Abstract

This Research purposed to know the effect of plant spacing and chicken manure of dosage and interactions to growth and yield of potato plant (Solanum tuberosum L). Research have been done at 22 September to 23 December 2007,in Mlandi village, Subdistrict of Garung Regency of Wonosobo, Province Central of Java  the place height 1.250 m above sea level. The research used factorial method Randomyzed Completely Block Design (RCBD) two treatment, 3 replication, were : 1) The plants spacing (J1 = 60x30 cm, J2 = 70x30 cm, J3 = 80x30 cm). 2) The chicken manure dosage (P1 = 10 ton/ha, P2 = 15 ton/ha, P3 = 20 ton/ha ). The Result of the research : 1) The plants spacing treatment very significant on height of plant, fresh and dry weight of crown per plant, fresh weight and volume of tuber per plant and weight of tuber per plot, but non significant to weight of tuber per plant. 2) The treatment of chicken manure dosage very significant of plant to fresh weight of crown, volume of tuber, weight and total of tuber, and dry weight of crown. 3) Interactions between the plants spacing and chicken manure dosage very significant on the height of plant, dry weight of crown per plant, and total of tuber per plot. But significant to fresh weight of crown, fresh weight and total of tuber also volume of tuber, and total of tuber. 4) The height weight of tuber on combination treatment J2 P3 ( The treatment plant spacing 70x30 cm and chicken manure dosage 20 ton/ha ) was 20,33 kg per plot (31 ton/ha). The lowest weight of tuber on combination treatment J3 P2 ( The treatment plant spacing 80x30 cm and chicken manure dosage 15 ton/ha ) was 10,17 kg per plot (15 ton/ha).

Abstract

The research aim to know influence of corn variety and dosage of NPK fertilizer on  corn. Research was conducted since February until Juny 2008 in Kedokan Sayang Village, Sub District Tarub, District Tegal, Central Java, Altitude 25 meters from sea surface with soil type alluvials, in the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Tunas Pembangunan University. Temperature 29 – 32 º C. Research used the factorial with based pattern RCBD (Randomized Completely Block Design) consist of 2 treatment factor with 3 times restating. Results of research indicates that : (1) Treatment Variety of Corn was very significant to number of  rows  per cob and significant to number of seed per cob, non significant to hight plant, weight  fresh of  plant, weight  dry of plant, weight dry of  minner per plant, weight dry of  minner per plot and weight dry of  minner per 100 seeds. (2) Dosage of NPK fertiliser was non significant to all parameter observation object. (3) Interaction between variety of corn and  dosage of NPK fertilizer was significant to hight plant. (4) Highest dry minner seeds weight 4,57 Kg/plot (9,777 ton/Ha) obtained by treatment of V1D1 this  is combination treatment  of Variety Corn P21 and dosage of NPK  fertilizer 200 Kg/Ha and lowest dry minner seeds weight  1,87 Kg/plot (3.32 ton/Ha) obtained at treatment of V2D2 this is combination of Variety Corn Bisi2 and dosage of NPK  fertilizer 400 Kg/Ha.

Abstract

The research aim to know influence of dosage fertilizer Phosphor SP36) and buffalo manure to growth and result plant hybrid corn. Research was conducted since February until Juny 2008 in Kedokan Sayang Village, Sub District Tarub, District Tegal, Central Java, Altitude 25 meters from sea surface with soil type alluvials, in the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Tunas Pembangunan University. (2) Fertilization dosage with buffalo manure influentially significant to hight of plant and hight of 100 seeds (3) Interaction between fertilization dosage with fertilizer SP36 and buffalo manure influentially significant to hight of 100 seeds. (4) Highest dry minner seeds weight 5,467 Kg/plot (9,719 ton/Ha) obtained at treatment of P2K2 combination of fertilizer dosage SP36 150 Kg/Ha with buffalo manure 15 ton/Ha, and lowered by 3,833 Kg/plot (6.6614 ton/Ha) obtained at treatment of P0K2 combination of fertilizer dosage SP36 0 Kg/Ha with buffalo manure 15 ton/Ha

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing (1) the effect of kind of manure in growth and yield of peanut, (2) the effect of manure form in growth and yield of peanut, and (3) the effect of kind and form manure in growth and yield of peanut. The research was carried out at Slawi with the hight of location 40 metre from see level, the type of soil is latosol from 10th July  up to 30th October 2010. Design used was factorial with elementary pattern Completely Randomized Block Design consist of two treatment factor.  The first, kind of manure (K) consist of K1(bufallo manure), K2 (goat manure), and K3 (chicken manure). The Second, form of manure (B) consist of B1 (solid without extract), B2 (solid without extract), and B3 (rest of extract). There are 9 treatment combination i.e K1B1, K1B2, K1B3, K2B1, K2B2, K2B3, K3B1, K3B2, and K3B3. Result of the research showed that (1) kind of manure to take effect in fresh weight of plant, dry weight of plant, dry seed weight each one of plant, dry seed weight each one portion, and 100 dry seed weight. But, not effect in hight of plant, sum of pod each one of plant, sum green pod each one of plant, and Fill pod weight each of one plant, (2) The form of manure to take significant effect in sum of pod each one of plant, Fill pod weight each of plant, dry seed weight each one of plant, and 100 dry seed weight. But, not significant effect in hight of plant, fresh weight of plant, dry weight of plant, sum green pod each one of plant, and dry seed weight each one portion. (3) Kind manure and form of the menure to take effect significant to fresh weight of plant, dry weight of plant sum of pod each one of plant, Fill pod weight each of one plant, dry seed weight each one of plant, dry seed weight each one portion, and 100 dry seed weight. But, it’s not significant effect in hight of plant and sum green pod each one of plant. (4) Liquid chicken manure has the best effect in growth and yield of peanut.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the dosage range of P and K fertilizers on the growth yield of soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) study was conducted in the Green house the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Surakarta Tunas Development The method used is the factorial method with the basic pattern of Randomized Complete Block Design (Block), consisting of two treatment factors, 1) type of dosage P (SP-36) consists of P1 = 25 kg SP-36/ha, P2 = 50 kg SP-36/ha, and P3 = 75 kg SP-36/ha, 2) types of K fertilizer (KCl) is comprised of K1 = 25 kg KCl / ha, K2 = 50 kg KCl / ha, and K3 = 75 kg of KCl / ha, with three times as many replications. The results showed (1) Treatment kinds of fertilizer P (SP-36) showed highly significant at fresh weight of crown, dry weight of crown, pod number per plant, number of empty pods per plant and dry seed weight per plant, but did not affect significantly in plant height. (2) types of K fertilizer treatments (KCl) showed highly significant effect on fresh weight of crown, dry weight of crown, pod number per plant, number of empty pods per plant and dry seed weight per plant, significant effect on plant height, but influential not evident in the number of empty per plant. (3) Interactions between the treatment of types of P fertilizer (SP-36) and K (KCl) have no significant on all parameters. (4) of dry seed weight per plant combined treatment with the highest dose of SP-36 amounted to 75 kg / ha with a dose of KCl at 75 kg / ha (P3K3), was 25,2 g per plant (6,3 ton/ha), and lowest in the combined treatment doses of SP-36 for 25 kg / ha KCl dose of 25 kg / ha (P1K1), was 21,0 g per plant (5,3  ton/ha)

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence Veriety on growth and yield of cabbage, known effect of foliar fertilizer also result growth and cabbage plants as well as the combination and the type of fertilizer veriety also leaf growth and leaf also result cabbage plants as well as the interaction of Veriety and type of fertilizer also leaf growth and yield of cabbage plant. This research was conducted in the village of Wonosobo regency Kalikajar Wonosari District central of Java.Time implementation began at September 7, 2009 by December 7, 2009. Topogarvi sloping andosol soil types, elevation 1100 feet from surface water by using  Split  plot prepared with the basic pattern planing randomized complete block (Block). Factors such research are: 1) Variety (V) consists of levels, ie: V1 = Grand 11, V2 = grand sarira, V3 = green Corronet. 2) Fertilizer leaves (D) consists of three levels namely: D1 = Powergrow, D2 = Bisagrow, D3= Supergrow. All treatments performed three times, the results showed the following results: (1) The treatment of varieties (V) showed significant effect on fresh weight crop cultivation, has a very significant effect on the diameter of the crop, significantly affect the crop per plot weight, significantly affected the fresh weight crown and significant effect on dry weight crown. (2). Whereas foliar fertilizer treatments (D) showed significantly affect the number of leaves, has a very significant effect on fresh weight crop cultivation, has a very significant effect on the diameter of the crop and significant effect on dry weight crown. (3). As for treatment combination between the varieties with a foliar fertilizer (VxD) showed highly significant effect on the diameter of the crop, the highest value was obtained on treatment combination (V1D2) is 21.63cm, whereas the lowest value was obtained on treatment combination (V3D3) is 15.13cm. (4). The highest result it was achieved in treatment combination grand 11 variety of cabbage with powergrow leaves fertilizer (V1D1) was 26,73kg per plot (55,69tons/Ha) and the lowest result it was achieved in treatment combination Green Corronet variety with supergro leaves fertilizer (V3D3) is 20,50kg per plot (42,71tons/Ha).

Abstract

This research with objective to know the best effect substitution of organic manure and in anorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of shallot was conduted on Augustus-September 2009 in the Village Sengon, sub district, Brebes, Central Java. 75 meters above level with vertisol soil. The field experiment was used one factor with five treatment arranged in  Randomizyd Complete Block Design (RCBD) with five replication. The treatment were A; 100% inorganic fertilizer + organic fertilizer, B: 75% inorganic fertilizer + organic fertilizer, C, 50% inorganic fertilizer + organic fertilizer, D; 25% inorganic fertilizer + organic fertilizer, E; 0% inorganic fertilizer + organic fertilizer. The result showed inorganic fertilizer + substitution organic fertilizer of provide efficient use of inorganic fertilizers. The highest yield of onion resulted treatment A: 100% fertilizer inorganic+substitution fertilizer organic is 5.080 g (21,15 ton/ha). The lowest yield of onion resulted by treatment E: 0% inorganic+organic fertilizer 150 kg/ha is 3.450 g (14,78 ton/ha).

Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vanillae is a pathogenic fungi for vanili plants. The fungi have chitin cell wall that can be degraded by chitinase from chitinolytic  Rhizoctonia binucleate of fungi. Aim of this research was determine how the interaction between the  F. oxysporum f.sp. vanillae  and Rhizoctonia binucleate were isolated from plant rizosfere. Chitinolytic activity were measured based on the clear zone around the colony in chitin medium. Interaction of fungi were determined by an antagonistic test. This research showed that Rhizoctonia binucleate  is  chitinolytic,  antagonist and alternative of biofungiside to F.oxysporum f.sp. vanillae.
