Abstract

Selain itu, untuk pelatihan tidak hanya sekadar pengenalan teknologi, tetapi harus menekankan pada implementasi praktis yang berdampak pada pendapatan.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the influence of perceived ease, perceived benefits on micro-enterprise income in Malang City and to examine whether training can mediate the influence of perceived ease and benefits on micro-enterprise income in Malang City. A sample of 200 micro-enterprises and a sample of 108 consumers were selected using probability sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that perceived ease has no effect on micro-enterprise income; perceived benefits have an effect on micro-enterprise income; and training can mediate the influence of perceived ease and benefits on micro-enterprise income. This shows that although the aspect of ease of use of technology/digital does not affect income, the government or micro-enterprise assistants are still more active in conveying real evidence of the benefits of adopting technology/digital, such as cost efficiency or market expansion. In addition, training is not just an introduction to technology, but must emphasize practical implementation that has an impact on income.

Abstract

Fintech is an innovation in financial services with the application of modern technology to introduce practicality, convenience, ease of access, and affordable costs. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control in the theory of planned behavior on interest in utilizing fintech, using religiosity as a moderation variable. This research is a quantitative study with explanatory research method to prove the research hypotheses. Data were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to 570 respondents who had or were utilizing fintech, and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The findings revealed that attitudes, subjective standards, and behavioral control had a substantial impact on interest in utilizing fintech, while religiosity does not moderate the relationship between variables. As a result, fintech service providers are advised to increase positive assessments of the use of fintech services, to make use of social media, and to collaborate with influencers to hype up Indonesians' interest in using fintech. The research findings could be useful for increasing interest in utilizing fintech by engaging in tangible consumer financial and technology education that supports wider adoption of fintech. Abstract

This study aims to examine the construct validity of the Islamic Human Development Index (IHDI) indicators developed by Anto 2011 and Rama & Yusuf 2019 in the context of human development in Indonesia to ensure an appropriate index is obtained. The analysis method used is Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with secondary data from 34 provinces in Indonesia for the year 2024. The results show that two indicators, namely the zakat to GDP ratio and the Gini ratio, were eliminated due to high inter-regional variability. The study identifies four main components that form the IHDI, which are the socio-religious dimension, quality of life, economic welfare, and social mobility, explaining a total variance of 75.72 percent. The novelty of this research lies in the empirical reconstruction of the IHDI using the PCA approach, which produces a measurement structure more representative of the socio-economic conditions in Islamic Indonesia compared to the commonly used IHDI. The findings suggest that the PCA-based IHDI model can serve as a foundation for formulating more representative inter-provincial policies in Indonesia aligned with Islamic ethical values at the provincial level.

Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that Islamic promotion, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping motivation and positive emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, Islamic promotion and hedonic shopping motivation have a significant positive effect on impulse buying through positive emotions as mediation. However, the different results of positive emotions cannot mediate between fashion involvement and impulse buying. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Using Islamic promotional variables to implement appropriate marketing according to Islam and positive emotions as mediating variables are expected to have a significant effect both directly and indirectly. Practitionel/Policy implication : The implications of this research for e-commerce users as business actors, the use of Islamic promotions can encourage impulse buying among Generation Z in Banyuwangi Regency so as to increase sales of Muslim fashion products. For generation Z as consumers who shop with hedonic motives, fashion involvement, and positive emotions can trigger impulse buying, so that it has the potential for consumptive behavior.
